I'm always amazed at how quickly Domino's delivers! Even on a busy Friday night, my pizza arrived hot and fresh. The service is excellent, and the tracking feature is very convenient. I'd definitely order again!

Definitely doesn't get a star The first time there was hair on my pizza then the second time it was the same thing again. Now I've been ordering a salad with chicken breast for a long time and the meat is frozen. Every three times I called I was told no, it wasn't like that, everything was fine and I didn't understand or speak German well!

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience! I had ordered a sucuk pizza, but I got everything except sucuk - I have no idea what kind of sausage it was. My coke was also forgotten, even though I had already paid for it. The driver asked if I still wanted the Coke? "Yes, of course",... After an hour the cola finally came - but with the request not to ring the doorbell because our child was already asleep. And what happens? The driver rings the bell anyway! Very annoying. Unfortunately not good service...and the pizza :-(

Totally disorganized, not structured! Staff on the phone incredibly unfriendly. I definitely won't eat there and would advise against ordering online.

For the FIFTH TIME orders are not being seen at Wolt… Apparently you don't want to make any money...

One pizza had pineapple on it, which was not specified on the menu and was not ordered. When asked, the employee wanted to take them down! There wasn't even cutlery for eating on site. The taste wasn't good - not just because of the pineapple. My son had to throw up afterwards. There was no deposit for the Coke bottles, so we can take them with us. No more dominoes!

I’m so disappointed in this store. It said it would arrive between 17:55 and 18:15. It’s 18:45, no answer so when is my pizza going to arrive? I ordered at 17:25

Waited over 2 hours for the order. After the first attempt to call, I was left waiting for 5 minutes without anyone answering the phone again. When I asked where the delivery was, it was said that the supplier was on the way. The whole thing took more than 30 minutes. The tomato sauce on the pizza and the extra hollandaise were missing.

The order arrived extremely late and only after a phone call. The pizzas would have tasted okay to good if they hadn't been cold. It was just the last order there🤷🏼‍♀️ The person on the phone was at least friendly.

Unfortunately I was once again disappointed with the Domino's branch in Holweide. I had ordered pizza and pizza rolls, but the pizza was cold, the dough was like rubber, the delivery time was way too long and the toppings - well, there seems to be more and more savings there. This was the third order and it was really disappointing. It's a shame, because I know other Domino's branches that do a much better job. There is definitely still room for improvement!

Outrageous behavior should be banned

I'm usually pretty happy with the pizzas. This time, however, it was a complete disaster and I regretted the tip that I always give. The pizza was cold, despite a very quick delivery time, as if I had been delivered a leftover pizza. Otherwise it was limp and barely topped. When asked over the phone they said "yes, because there is a lot to do on New Year's Eve". Which I understand too. However, I don't understand why New Year's Eve forbids the chef from putting more (or any) cheese on the pizza. Unfortunately, the gentleman on the phone had no interest in my concerns. Hence this review, which could have been prevented with a little sympathy. So roughly the same amount as what was put on my (let's call it generous) "pizza".

The pizzas arrived 45 minutes later than the requested time (ordered 90 minutes in advance) and 20-30 minutes later than announced. Unfortunately lukewarm to cold, although otherwise delicious.

Hello Domino's team, I'm quite disappointed, it would definitely have been good to get the pizza there. But the delivery is just a complete failure. Since I'm a trained chef, I can assess things like that well. 1. Pizza dough was soggy and very bland 2. Ordered 2x Boston pizza one with cheese garlic crust. Got without garlic rim and half cheese on the rim. 3. Order was placed at 3 p.m. received at 5:30 p.m. Pizza was ready at 3:30 p.m. 4. The branch is about 1km away from me, which makes the long delivery time very strange. 5. There was so much tomato sauce on the pizza that you couldn't even taste the hollandaise sauce. This is the last time I'll order something from Dominos. It can't be that other Dominos stores do everything right but this store only delivers bad and cold food. But it could also be because it is a holiday that a lot of orders were received there, but nevertheless you should hire more drivers otherwise it won't happen. It tastes bland and is cold.

I really regret that I didn’t read the reviews, I have the same case, delivery in two hours, the distance from the pizzeria to me is less than 2 km, 5 minutes by car, the food itself is just terrible, barely warm and not at all like in the picture, it’s just pieces of rubber bread with a piece of sausage as thick as a hair, and not in every piece.

Always too late. You wait for hours to receive your order. Please don't accept too many order requests if you can't process them! You don't have to answer me with a template now, I'll definitely not contact your email to complain. Just do better please. You're also none the wiser if you deactivate delivery tracking on UberEats so that you can fake a delivery time to customers. That's bold, we don't all have time for something like that all day.

We ordered food at 4:15 p.m. and it was supposed to be delivered by 5:20 p.m. and it was delivered from 5:10 p.m. Now it's 6:05 p.m. and we still haven't had anything delivered. Service is getting worse and worse and for the prices as of today I'd rather get pizza around the corner, the same size and half the price, and pick it up myself. Everything used to be much better.

It's disgusting to eat. They do everything without gloves and I feel uncomfortable eating this pizza. First he touched coins with his hands and then made my pizza without washing them.

Simply great! As soon as I entered the branch, I was warmly greeted by the employee Sven, who immediately created a pleasant atmosphere with his great service. Friendly, attentive and professional – this is how you feel valued as a customer! The food was excellent as always. The pizza rolls in particular are my absolute favorite – always perfectly prepared and incredibly tasty! Many thanks to the team and especially to Sven and Gökhan for the great service. I ordered my food online at 9:04 p.m. and paid with PayPal. The food at 11:02 p.m. Pizzas were ice cold. Very small with little filling and no taste. I will never order from here again and I cannot recommend anyone.

This is the worst Domino’s store I know. The food only arrived after 3 hours and was cold and burnt. For the second time… The service is absolutely subpar and when you ask over the phone where the food is after more than 2 hours, they lie. The man on the phone was difficult to understand and gave incorrect information.

It is claimed that the driver was on the way, half an hour later, no sign of the driver, distance to the restaurant 8 minutes. That was definitely the first and last time we ordered something there. I ordered to the hotel after a concert, the driver was nice, but when I got to the room it was a completely different pizza than I had ordered, completely cold and definitely at least from lunch. Couldn't even call to complain because it was 2 minutes after closing time. Definitely not again!

I ordered two pizzas today. Was completely not good, not packed, not cracked, everything was dough, never order it again. Haben 3 Pizzen bestellt. Angegeben wurde eine Lieferzeit von 60min. Die Pizzen wurden innerhalb von 40-45min geliefert aber fast roh. Wir mussten die Pizzen aufbacken. Das war eine teure tiefkühlpizza.

The noodles were not cooked and delivered in a cardboard box. The pizzas were not baked through. The salad without sauce in a paper box?! No, we're not happy, but we were hungry so we ate everything. But we got annoyed during the meal and wondered why everything was so poorly packaged and didn't taste the way we know it from other places! You definitely have to change the packaging concept and cook the noodles in water and put them in foil. However, the delivery service was good and very nice!

Waited over 2 hours for delivery on a Sunday. According to the app, it had been ready in the store for around 30 minutes before delivery. The driver then drove off and was still not there after 45 minutes and a distance of 4 kilometers. Even after asking twice by phone, no solution was offered. When the driver finally arrived after over an hour of driving, we looked at the food, it was cold and looked absolutely unappetizing. We sent it back and opened a PayPal dispute to which the owner did not respond. Never again, absolute shame!!

Domino's - by far the most expensive of all delivery services! But what do I get in return? Answer: in most cases the wrong thing! The wrong pizza, the wrong topping, the wrong wrap or extra garlic instead of no garlic. I've tried several times but it always fails. Yesterday was definitely the last time I did that to myself! P.S.: I tried the wrap yesterday because the pizza isn't particularly good either (maybe ** from *****), but I can't say much about it - it wasn't the one I ordered! We used the 2 pizza, only pay 1 offer (although that wasn't entirely true either, a small amount was due for the 2nd pizza, around 4 euros) to get this Give a franchise a try. That was really bad to say the least, bad dough that wasn't baked through, extremely little topping, but a lot of strange sauce. This has nothing to do with classic pizza, probably only for fans.

I ordered 3x8 pizza rolls with sucuk, there was no real sucuk anywhere, not even a decent slice and then not even tomato sauce??? What did you give me, doughballs? 1x and never again!

I prefer the one in Bergisch Gladbach. Not only bad ambience but also burnt pizza and salami is more like dried meat that is close to powder.

We always enjoyed eating the pizzas from Dominos Holweide, as some of them were very unusual, such as: Chicken doner pizza. The quality of the pizzas has been declining for some time now. A delivery time of 1 hour 30 minutes is not acceptable. Either you get a cold pizza or it is burnt or missing ingredients or it is soaked in grease. Now we are forced to look for an alternative pizza maker. A little tip: you should get electrically heated thermoboxes, so the temperature remains constant at 65°c, which is required by law.

With a 1st estimated delivery at 20:45 - 21:00 at the beginning, I was only delivered at 21:47. I called the Domino's Pizza - Holweide Cologne restaurant around 9:35 p.m. to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, the nice lady couldn't provide me with better information... It's on the way. When I explained it to the delivery person, he said it wasn't his problem and behaved rudely. Order 2 pizzas and 8 churros with discount: EUR 28.47 ...

I ordered online and accidentally selected "for pickup" instead of "for delivery". I then called and asked if it could be changed later. The gentleman on the phone was extremely incompetent and inflexible when dealing with my request. After I showed him various options, a delivery was still agreed to. I gave the address over the phone. Due to the lack of sufficient writing or reading ability on the part of the employees, the order was apparently delivered to house number 40 instead of 4d. Therefore, after 1.5 hours of waiting, I inquired about my order and was informed of the incorrect delivery attempt. Despite being at fault for not being able to distinguish a "d" from a "0", a new delivery attempt was rejected. Bad service and definitely not recommended. The owner would be well advised to look for new staff as soon as possible.

Geschenkgutschein? Nicht bei uns! Bei Dominos Pizza gekauft, wird aber nicht eingelöst weil nicht jede Filiale am Gutscheinprogramm teilnimmt. Aber der Gutschein würde laut meiner Bekannten, in Holweide gekauft und nirgendwo anders. Managerin meinte das könnte hat nicht sein das wäre völlig unmöglich da Holweide noch nie Geschenkgutscheine verkauft hat🤔🤔. Also wem glauben? Auf meine Aussage das ich dort nie wieder hingehe bzw mir dort etwas bestelle kam die Antwort " das sei nicht so schlimm"🤔🤔. Legen scheinbar keinen Wert auf Kunden.

DIE SCHLECHTESTE PIZZA DIE ICH JEMALS GEGESSEN HABE! Habe gehofft, dass Dominos die Joyes Qualität und Geschmack übernommen hat, war aber leider nicht der Fall. Die Pizzen schmeckten und bestanden einfach nur nach Napoli-Soße mit viel zu viel Basilikum... Pizzen waren verbrannt, doppelt Käse auf der Pizza mit Bacon nicht sichtbar, sonstiger Belag gering. Lieferung unter der Woche hat 2h gedauert. Das einzige was geil war, war die Knoblauchsoße zum dippen, welche ursprünglich von Joeys stammt und 1:1 übernommen wurde (welcher auch der eigentliche Grund war Dominos überhaupt auszuprobieren) Übrigens habe ich den Support kontaktiert über die Dominos Seite und habe nach 6 Monaten immernoch keine Antwort... Bin immernoch wütend. Die Pizza auf dem Bild hat übrigens 15 Euro gekostet und sollte eine Brokkoli- Doppelkäse Pizza mit Knoblauch sein (Knoblauch fehlte). Edit 2023: immernoch schlechteste pizza. Tomatensoße schmeckt jetzt "normaler" aber wenn der großteil des belags Tomatensauce ist-> bäh. Vor allem 15 Euro für Tomatensauce mit gummibrot. Den Käse sucht man verzweifelt ... die Salami darauf war ok, hat die pizza aber auch nicht gerettet. Einfach unverschämt was einen da für den preis serviert wird. 1,5h Lieferzeit an einem Do- Fahrer sagt nicht Hallo, danke, tschüss und heiß war das Essen auch nicht.

Zum Mitnehmen geeignet, vor Ort essen durch fehlende Sitzmöglichkeit nicht geeignet.

Via App bestellt, ein paar Minuten später einen Anruf bekommen, dass die Hälfte der bestellten Ware nicht lieferbar ist. Wurde dazu gedrängt, für den entsprechenden Betrag ein Alternativprodukt zu wählen. Teilrückerstattung sowie Stornieren der Bestellung angeblich nicht möglich. Mitarbeiter wurde auch noch aggressiv, weil ich mich nicht darauf eingelassen habe, die fehlende Ware bei der nächsten Bestellung geliefert zu bekommen (die ich so schnell sicherlich nicht tätigen werde..)

Online bestellt. Früher nie Probleme gehabt. Heute allerdings kam die Pizza einfach gar nicht. Um 17 Uhr bestellt, um 18:45 Uhr das erste Mal nachgefragt. Fahrer wäre unterwegs, ist halt viel zu tun. Um 20:00 Uhr nochmal angerufen. Fahrer wäe wohl seit 8 Minuten unterwegs. Bestellung wäre wohl erst um 17:50 eingegangen. Um 20:30 ist noch nichts gekommen. Annahme würde ich jetzt eh verweigern, da ich das Geld bereits zurück gefordert habe. Gegen Ende schien der Service am Telefon auch nichtmehr sonderlich freundlich.

Der Service hinter der Theke lässt in Jüngster Vergangenheit nach. Ich verstehe wenn kein Cent Stück mehr in der Kasse ist und deswegen nicht passend wechseln kann. Aber kommentarlos den Cent zu unterschlagen und beim ansprechen die Schulter zu zucken und sich umzudrehen ist eine absolute Frechheit. Leider nicht die einzige Erfahrung in jüngster Vergangenheit.

Wir haben uns vor Ort eine Pizza geholt da der Rest von Holweide wohl Betriebsferien macht. Allgemein finde ich die Pizzen extrem überteuert und ich würde jede andere Pizzaria bevorzugen. Vor Ort gibt es sitzplätze die jedoch nicht genutzt werden düfen. Die Zubereitung ging recht flott und die Pizza war fettig wie man es halt kennt. Warum die Kette so beliebt ist werde ich wohl nie verstehen.

Der Fahrer trifft vorm Haus ein und bleibt im Auto sitzen. Er spricht erstmal belustigt eine Sprachnachricht auf. Danach telefoniert er. Nach etwa 10 Minuten steigt er dann aus. Kein Wort zu diesem Verhalten. Pizzen kalt. Ein 30 Prozent-Gutschein wurde trotz Einhaltung der Einlöse-Bedingungen nicht angerechnet. Würde halt immer wieder mal passieren. Nie wieder Dominos Pizza. Unter dem Franchise-Nehmer klappt gar nichts.

Nicht zu empfehlen, hier läuft alles so schlecht

Die Lieferung ist nach über 2 Stunden immer noch nicht angekommen habe mehrmals dort angerufen und mir wurde gesagt das der Fahrer das Essen gar nicht mitgenommen hat und man ihn auch telefonisch nicht erreichen kann. Es murde zwei man mitten im Telefonat einfach aufgelegt ich habe noch bei keinem lieferdienst einen so schlechten Kundenservice erlebt. ICH RATE ALLEN AB DORT ZU BESTELLEN!!!!!

Terminlieferung 40min zu spät, Der Fahrer meint einfach nur "ja ist später geworden, ist halt so..." Essen mittlerweile nicht Mal mehr lau warm, eher kalt. Wirklich schlecht, noch nicht Mal eine Entschuldigung oder sonst was.

Lieferung von 2 Pizzen und Chicken Wings dauern schon über 1 std. angerufen und gefragt wo die Lieferung bleibt heißt es der Fahrer seit vor 10 min los Pizza ist lau Warm gekommen war früher einfach mal besser

Absolut unmöglich diese Bude. Ich hatte eine Pizza bestellt die leider ziemlich kalt hier angekommen ist. Normalerweise hätte ich mich daran nicht groß gestört, sondern kurz im Backofen warm gemacht, zack und fertig. Problem derzeit, weil der Backofen defekt ist habe ich überhaupt diese Pizza bestellt um etwas warmes Essen zu haben. Nun kommt das leider traurige. Auf telefonische Reklamation hin sagte man mir die Nachlieferung/Ersatz mit einer warmen Pizza sei derzeit nicht möglich(Das ist kein Scherz, ich bat um Lieferung einer warmen Pizza!). Als Ersatz bot man mir an ich bekäme die nächste Pizza, wann die zu mir warm geliefert werden könnte wurde nicht erwähnt, gratis. So was wie eine Bestätigung via Email dazu gäbe es nicht, dies sei im System vermerkt. Und sofort geliefert wäre halt nicht möglich. Geht es noch? Ich habe keine Ahnung ob das später funktioniert, genau wie ob die dann folgenden Lieferung eine kalte, warme oder heiße Pizza enthält. Was ich bis jetzt jedoch definitiv sagen kann: FINGER WEG, ein Pizza Lieferdienst sollte keine Glücksspiel sein! @Filiale Holweide Nachtrag zu der Antwort von Dominos: Hallo und vielen Dank für die Antwort, wie bereits beschrieben habe ich auch den angebotenen Ersatz erwähnt. Was mir jedoch fehlt ist die Information wann ich bestellen kann um eine warme Pizza zu erhalten, da dies offensichtlich nicht durchweg möglich ist.
