Domino's Pizza Köln Porz in Köln

You were already really unhygienic 10 years ago and wanted to try it today, but it was a complete disaster. Both pizzas were ICE COLD. You skimped on everything. Eat the holli and broccoli? And besides, A 5-minute walk. A 1-HOUR ON THE ROAD??? The best part was the Coke. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The order never even arrived and I was hung up on the phone the whole time. Shitty store, it's that simple...

Unfortunately the delivery was nothing. Came much later than stated, pasta was burnt and pizza was cold and hard.

I ordered something and it took over an hour for it to be delivered and when it was delivered there were problems because the delivery person was at the wrong address and was so arrogant and said he was at the right address. By the time it arrived everything was already cold, so even a frozen pizza would have been better and cheaper too. So other Domino's locations would be better than the one here in Cologne Porz.

A sucuk pizza for €17 should have more than 2 cut sucuk slices. Basically I got a €17 Margherita pizza with hollandaise sauce. Never order here again. EVERY TIME is something

I waited almost 2 hours for my food, it arrived cold, some of the pasta was burnt and the pasta wasn't fully cooked. Real waste of money.

The quality was an absolute disappointment, cold food delivered & the preparation of the food was very poor. Cannot recommend the store to anyone.

What can you say about Dominos in Porz? I find it difficult to put it into words. I have just experienced the abyss of gastronomic existence. Sunday evening around 7:30 p.m. I asked if you could eat on site. This was answered in the affirmative. We ordered 2 pizzas, a portion of chicken wings and 2 Cola Zero. First of all. The cola in the 0.5 PET container was the best. Caution! Cutlery is only available for an additional charge! And that with a pizza price of just 15 euros. The reason given for the pricing was because it is plastic cutlery. It's incomprehensible to me how you can offer food on site and the cutlery costs extra. Caution 2! There is no toilet on site. There probably is one, but not for guests! Reason: You only have to do this from 40 seats onwards. Caution 3! The pizza. Please see for yourself what my New York pizza looked like. The way Dominos graphically advertises these has nothing, absolutely nothing, to do with what is served! The pizza didn't just look bad, it was bad. The pizza slices fell apart when touched and everything was dripping with oil. Furthermore, the salami had nothing to do with spicy salami. Deception from start to finish. Caution 4! The chicken wings. If I hadn't ordered these, I wouldn't have recognized them as such and would have thought they were something disgusting based on the smell. But also see for yourself what was served. All in all, the worst thing I've ever experienced. Of course, all grievances were addressed on site. Complete ignorance on the part of management. It didn't matter at all. 40 euros for the bin. Literally.

We are tourists and ordered a pizza that had a hair in it. After we reported this, a new pizza was delivered to us, but we were then told that we should no longer order there. We actually should have complained! We have never experienced anything so rude. This was definitely the worst service we have ever experienced.

I ordered six pizzas for €54. Burnt on top, bottom was hard, skimped on cheese, taste impossible. Never again!!!

Delivery was 45 minutes late and cold

Unfortunately, food only consists of fat and tastes almost exclusively like it. Well, there was a bit of tomato flavor there too. The pizza came half an hour late and was cold rather than warm and therefore tough... 10.49€ for a normal Margherita is definitely too much in this ratio... the pizza wouldn't even be worth 5€ to me...

Disgraceful service! I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my order. When I politely asked the restaurant about the status, the service yelled at me and the conversation simply ended. I've never experienced anything like this! I have already contacted Lieferando and will never order from this restaurant again. Absolutely unacceptable!

Outrageous! Delivery took 1 hour longer than originally planned, which I don't find to be that tragic. It's worse when the food arrives completely cold and the items you ordered are completely missing. When I called the store they tried to kid me and say I never ordered there. After a long discussion and anger, they were able to find it and the employee simply didn't care at all whether my food was warm or cold and whether something was missing or not. They then continued to try to rip me off and told me that the things I was missing were never ordered. Guys, are you serious? No apologies, nothing! The employee said that it didn't matter to him at all, it wasn't his shop (last Thursday, around 9:45 p.m.). Even though I always enjoyed it there, I'm out of Domino's Pizza in Porz and will never come back here and won't give any more recommendations. Thank you - for nothing!

I ordered a pasta from Domino's Pizza which was delivered in about 20 minutes and the quality was a complete disappointment. It was obvious that the pasta had been previously cooked and then reheated in the microwave. The top part was hard and partially burnt - clearly a sign that the dish had been microwaved for too long. I've ordered from here several times, but the quality has been poor every time. This time, however, it was the pinnacle: the pasta was inedible and in no way lived up to expectations. Charging full price for this quality is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store and will not order from here again in the future. Very disappointing!

Ordered two pizzas to our company very early yesterday at 12 p.m. Delivery should be between 12:08 and 12:18 p.m. Messenger came at 12:25 p.m. Pizza was only lukewarm and we both threw it in the bin halfway through. Miserable performance that repeats itself over and over again. Stay away from this store!

ZERO STARS!!!!! I've never experienced anything so unfriendly... I ordered 2 pizzas from Lieferando and called after about 15-20 minutes because I realized that I had forgotten to state in my order that I was currently living in a hotel and was sitting and waiting in the entrance area... I wanted this to the gentleman on the phone communicate. After being greeted very nicely, I asked if my order was already on its way. My order could not be found. I was then asked for the address where the 2 pizzas should be delivered, and now I was told very rudely that no delivery would be made to this address. I wished you a nice evening and hung up. Then I sat down in the lobby of my hotel and waited another 20 minutes for my pizzas, which strangely enough were delivered. Conclusion: the pizzas were good, but for me NEVER again!!

Order delivered incorrectly again. Salad Deluxe was the wrong one. Checked when delivered again and found no mozzarella. Driver left again and came back after talking to the boss on the phone. Said the mozzarella is here. Looked for mozzarella under the supplier's eyes and actually found minimal (less than fits on a teaspoon) on the bottom 3 mini cocktail tomatoes cut (so that it looks like more) 1 slice of cooked ham, torn up. The rest is just green salad for 9.99 euros. Outrageous. Pizza was ok Result: never order again

A store that makes their customers wait for hours and when you call you get a disrespectful answer. The food didn't taste good at all and was cold.

I was crazy as a bus driver during my break in Porz. After several...a moment...on the phone, I was told at the end of the order that it was not possible to deliver there. So I asked why??? They told me...I don't know, that's not possible! I will pass this on to my numerous colleagues in exactly the same way. A pity. No driver will try to order there anymore.

Not a single star deserved, we told all the food we wanted over the phone that it was supposed to be delivered & the employee refused it, so no delivery was possible. Totally outrageous!!!

Das ist meine erste schlechte Erfahrung mot Dominos, sonst war die pizza immer top. Ich habe über 1 Stunde auf meine Bestellung gewartet und dann kam der Lieferant ( hab ihm natürlich trotzdem Trinkgeld gegeben) . Dominos ist ganz in meiner Nähe nichtmal 4 min mit dem Auto , also über eine Stunde zu warten ist dann doch schon naja. Aber wie gesagt sonst war die pizza immer gut. Dieses Mal war sie komplett kalt, das wäre jetzt nicht so schlimm gewesen wenn alles andere gestimmt hätte aber das war wohl eines der Härtesten pizzas ( nicht Knusprig sondern wirklich HART wie Beton) die ich jemals gegessen habe als hätte sie stundenlang rumgestanden, die toppings haben extrem alt geschneckt also nicht frisch und den Rand konnte man garnicht essen weil die sa hart war . Normalerweise sollte man ein Pizza Stück das schon vorgeschnitten ist mühelos vom Rest der Pizza abtrennen können, hier musste ich aber echt Kraft rein legen um ein Stück raus zu kriegen, selbst mein Kater der Normalerweise alles frisst hat sein Stück schinken stehen gelassen. Die Pizza war eine Waikiki pizza mit ananas und sauce hollandaise, die Normalerweise immer sehr gut war aber naja , für 14 Euro erwarte ich da zumindest das man die Pizza essen kann ohne sich einem Zahn wegzubrechen. Also ich werde wahrscheinlich noch einmal dort bestellen und falls es wieder so ist such ich mir eine andere Kette .

Toilette vorhanden aber nicht verfügbar, kein Besteck, der Pizzateig sah nicht frisch aus, und die Mitarbeiterin war nett aber nicht sehr hilfreich. Bauchschmerzen am Abend bekommen. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!!

Better than expected... pizzas very filling

I like Domino's Pizza, but this location is just disappointing. I ordered through Lieferando and they offered to order two pepperoni pizzas for the price of one. However, I was only delivered a pizza. When I asked why this was the case, I was told that I had apparently ordered incorrectly.

Pizza tasted good, but nothing else special. And too expensive.

The pizzas at Dominos are now a bit newer, and it's more worth ordering from one of the many local delivery services in the neighborhood. The staff is usually very lethargic and quite unmotivated. So you should take your time when picking it up or plan a little more time when ordering. The local store is very open and seems rather sterile.

We only ordered pizza rolls and cheese balls, 60 minutes and really really incredibly bad

Pizza dry like wood. Tastes like absolutely nothing. And then added pesto instead of standard oregano without asking. Noodles hardly have any sauce and you still get a children's portion. How can you fuss so much about the quality and quantity even though the name Dominos is well known? Just a failure. Never again

Since taking over Joey's Pizza, Domino Pizza has continued to lose quality and taste. Everything just tasted greasy and there was no noticeable sauce on the tongue. The only thing premium is the price, everything else is a disaster. absolutely not recommended. I won't order again. If the prices are that high, then I expect the level to be the same! Absolutely not good in terms of taste or quality. Changes the ingredients/products and preparation. If the USA headquarters knew what Dominos was selling in Germany then the Americans would withdraw from the market! P.s: Reviews, complaints, criticism are there to help you improve. Unfortunately, I can no longer count on two hands how many times I/we have waited up to 1.5 hours for the order. The food is then delivered cold to a maximum of luke warm. Prices have risen immensely and quality has declined rapidly. Price-performance ratio is absolutely no longer given, let alone justified. There is no apology or even a voucher from Dominos itself. In the future, I'd rather spend my money somewhere else where it's a) cheaper, b) delivered hot, and c) always tastes good.

It takes a maximum of 2 minutes on foot from the branch to the delivery location. Nevertheless, our order only came after about 1.5 hours. Pizzas were lukewarm and the driver called twice because he couldn't find the address. Which, by the way, is on the same street as the branch itself.

Cheater! I was in the branch in Porz on Saturday evening, March 23rd, 2024 after 6 p.m. and ordered 2 pizzas in the Classic size (25 cm) because there was an offer until March 24th, 2024: each pizza in the Classic size from 3.99 € and then I was told that would only apply if you ordered online, so I had to pay the full price. The next day I looked at the poster again and it said: in the app, online or directly in the store! So this employee completely ripped me off!!!

Pizza Margarita... you can't think of anything else... Children were hungry, I complained. Then the phone was simply hung up on me. Because the children had eaten a piece.

Ordered food and didn't come. Apparently the name wasn't on the bell, which is a lie. I've called there to order several times and haven't even been met. I was supposed to pick it up and the money back didn't go to the juice shop. I'd rather take Lieferando again and it will arrive

I placed an order at this Domino's in Cologne Porz and would like to tell you about my bad experience with this branch: My order was placed online, after 30 minutes the delivery man called me and said "Road closed, he doesn't know how to drive and is now driving back" When I asked what was wrong with my order and he could also use the bypass, I received the answer "I'm going back now, you're just out of luck". Then I drove myself to the store where you simply use a different street! At first I was ignored there, then I explained my problem, but the employees didn't care! The employee handed me my COLD pizza without comment and that was the end of it for him! Nobody wanted to prepare a new, fresh pizza for me or refund the money! Truly the worst service I have ever encountered in a branch!

I actually didn't want to write a review, but unfortunately I can't help it because I'm so horrified. I've never had such bad pizza before. We ordered 3 pizzas. Classic, tuna, funghi, margherita. 28 cm for a price of 45 euros. The price alone is a big deal. The expectations are high. For one thing, all three pizzas were cold. We were a bit surprised by the surface. There was some indefinable green stuff on the Funghi Pizza. We couldn't figure out what it tasted like. Maybe a pesto? That has no place on a pizza. Almost no cheese on the pizzas. The dough didn't taste good. It was all just super disappointing. We ordered a pizza from Dominos for the first and last time. Really a shame about the money. Not recommended at all.

Operation/Service well... When you enter the store you are looked at and left standing there... you can then wait until one of 4-5 people chatting comes to the front of the counter to place your order to pick it up... it's usually not ready when it's picked up... That's why I only give 3 SOLALA stars

Wollten mal eben eine Pizza essen… Laden leer, nichts los, was ja erst einmal nicht schlimm ist. Das Ambiente des Ladens ist „kalt“ und einfallslos. Gut, hier scheint das Kerngeschäft auf Lieferung ausgerichtet zu sein. Die Pizzen die wir hatten waren bewertungstechnisch gerade mal „ok“. Alle Sitzplätze im Laden sowie die Tische waren dreckig, Getränkeflecken auf den Sitzflächen Tische voll mit Essensreste, Krümeln etc.. auf unsere Bitte hin, den Tisch und Bänke an den wir uns setzen wollten kurz abzuwischen bequemte sich einer der Angestellten mit mürrischer Miene zum Tisch; er musste ja was tun; hat kurz drüber gefeudelt und verschwand wieder. Sitzplätze weiterhin versaut. Darüber hinaus standen die Angestellten im Küchenbereich, und waren damit beschäftigt irgendwelche Videos auf ihren Handys lautstark zu analysieren… die Bestellung war etwas schwierig , weil der Herr der uns bedient hat „leichte“ Verständnisprobleme, was die deutsche Sprache angeht hatte. Zwar hatte er Handschuhe an, aber als der dann mit diesen Handschuhen seinen „Araberbart“ zurecht machte wurde mir schlecht beim Gedanken daran, dass die Pizza aus gleicher Hand kommt. EKELHAFT! Fazit: wer es mit der Hygiene beim Essen nicht so genau nimmt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Ansonsten für mich persönlich…Nie wieder!

Katastrophe. Keinen Stern wert. Essen (Pizza und Nudeln) zum wiederholten Mal nach einer Stunde kalt angekommen. Nicht lauwarm, sondern eiskalt. Am Telefon wurde gesagt, hätte man neu liefern können. Mit wieder einer Stunde Lieferzeit. Sonst kein entgegenkommen. Nie wieder!!!

Einfach Katastrophe😡 die MA verstehen kaum deutsch und versuchen zu diskutieren🤦🏻‍♂️ vor 3 Stunden habe ich was bestellt und immer noch keine Lieferung in Sicht! Es wurde behauptet die bzw. der Name sei falsch, tja, ich kann nicht dafür die MA die Nr. vom Display falsch tippen und keinen Namen auf deutsch schreiben können. Unverschämt, nie wieder🤮

Die Online Bestellungen haben immer hervorragend funktioniert, die Pizzas werden sehr gut zubereitet.

Mittlerweile ist diese Filiale eine Katastrophe! Immer wieder fehlen Zutaten beim Belag. Scheint mittlerweile Standart zu sein. Auf die diesmalige Beschwerde am Telefon wurde angeboten, beim nächsten Mal Pizzabrötchen gratis mitzuliefern. Da ich meine Pizza jedoch so haben wollte wie bestellt, sollte der fehlende Belag also nachgeliefert werden. Dies kam natürlich auch nie an. Zumal dann am Telefon sehr frech aufgelegt wurde. Uns als Stammkunde haben sie nun endgültig verloren.

Tiefkühlpizza aus dem Discounter schmeckt sogar besser

Ich habe heute wieder versucht online zu bestellen. Fehlgeschlagen, ich kann weder über PayPal zahlen noch Bar ! Eine Telefonnummer findet man online auch vergebens . Sorry dann halt nicht .

Bestelle regelmäßig bei Domino’s meine Pizzen und immer die selbe immer top, heute kam die Pizza oben komplett braun verbrannt, Stein hart an, hab da angerufen der Chef wollte die Pizza nicht zurück nehmen weil 2 Stücke gegessen wurden aber ungenießbar, hat drauf verzichtet eine zweite Pizza zu liefern aufgrund dessen, keine Worte es hatte kein Sinn gemacht sich zu beschweren weil der Inhaber leider nicht entgegenkommen wollte außer 20% für die nächste Bestellung, was nichts an der Pizza im Moment ändert! Pizzen sonst immer top aber wenn einmal die Pizza nicht essbar ist ist der Service schlecht sorry, regelmäßig Pizza bestellen bei Dominos Filiale porz zuende! Bild 1 sieht man wie die Pizza heute angekommen ist und im Bild 2 wie die sonst immer ankommt.

Ich habe wiederholt die falsche Bestellung geliefert bekommen und das mit Dominos Club ist auch kompletter Schwindel

Die App hat tolle Angebote & Coupons, es lohnt sich direkt darüber zu bestellen statt über Lieferdienste. Die Lieferung ging sehr, sehr schnell. & Sehr lieber Fahrer. Pizza 5/5, Pasta okay, Dessert sehr gut. Alles in allem gut!

Sowas asoziales hab ich noch nie in meinem ganzen Leben gehabt. Man ruft da an. Hat eine kleine Frage und der Mitarbeiter ist so respektlos das muss man sich echt nicht gefallen lassen. Sowas muss gekündigt werden.

Seit fast zwei Stunden warten wir auf das Essen. Der Fahrer ruft an: „Ich habe keine Schuld, kann die Adresse nicht finden.“ Dann bitte früher raus aus dem Laden! Unverschämt legt er auf. Wir rufen im Laden an, die Person am Telefon ist noch unverschämter als der Fahrer!!! Am Ende findet der Fahrer doch die Anschrift und bringt die Pizza!!! Nie wieder Domino‘s Pizza👎

Am liebsten würde ich minus Sterne verteilen wir wohnen 5 Minuten von der Pizzeria entfernt das Essen kam kalt an die beiden Pizzen haben nur nach Tomatensauce geschmeckt die Röstisticks waren einfach nur in einem Karton voll mit Öl das am Tropfen war… NIE WIEDER!!!

Egal was andere sagen für mich habt ihr die beste Pizza. Ich hab schon viele Pizza bestellt aber eure ist einfach die beste !!

Trotz falscher Lieferung wurde die Pizza nicht reklamiert, weil von der Pizza probiert wurde. Kulanz und Bereitschaft zur Wiedergutmachung 0,0. nie wieder

Nach einiger Zeit wieder in der Filiale Porz bestellt. Leider sehr ernüchternd. Bestellvorgang und Fahrer Top 👍🏻 , aber extra-Zutat vergessen und die Soßen auf den Pizzen waren doch sehr sparsam.

Essen gab es in Pappschachteln, was wir nicht so toll fanden!

Das Essen war mal besser… Pizza schwimmt in Öl, Fett. Salat wurde auch mal selber gemacht, jetzt ist fertig Salat verpackt. Habe mir Ceaser Salat bestellt und eine komische soße wurde dazu gegeben. Leider alles ein FAIL, SCHADE…

3x in Folge über 25 Minuten gewartet für zwei einfache Standardpizzen: 1. und 2. x weil keiner die fertige Pizza eingepackt hat, die lag da locker 10 Minuten rum 3. x weil eine falsche Pizza gemacht wurde und meine dadurch wieder kalt war. 3x kalte Pizza, auf die ich ewig gewartet habe und das für so einen enorm hohen Preis… Frechheit

13.09.2023 NULL Sterne aber leider muss man einen eingeben! Pizza´s bestellt für 17:45Uhr mit 1 Stunde Verspätung kam diese endlich an. Jedoch kalt. Habe den Fahrer gebeten den Chef anzurufen und dieser meinte. Tut mir leid, kann anbieten nochmal neu die Pizzen zu machen aber wieder mit 1 Stunde warte Zeit ( wollen die den Kunden veräppeln?) oder beim nächsten mal 1 Gratis. Habe ihm gesagt das es kein nächstes mal gibt und ob wir nicht was am Preis machen können dann würde ich diese "kalt" nehmen. Aber nein davon wollte er nichts hören! Nehmen dann lieber in Kauf, das die Pizzen zurückgehen und wohl in den Müll landen. Eine Frechheit wie ich finde den Kunden nicht entgegen zu kommen und auf den Nachlass einzugehen. Schade, darüber sollte man nachdenken wenn man mit sehr viel Verspätung liefert ,einen Nachlass zu geben. Damit alle zufrieden sind. Leider war dies gar nicht nötig oder gewollt. Jedoch in Kauf nehmen das etwas im Müll landet scheint egal zu sein. Nein hier bei Dominos ist der Kunde nicht König. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Habe mir eine Chickenbox bestellt. Sie triefte vor fett, war überhaupt nicht Cross. Habe dort angerufen und es dem Mitarbeiter gesagt, die Antwort erstaunte mich dann doch sehr. (Es ist komplett ok, fettig wegen chicken wing und kickers. Das ist unsere normal chicken box. Danke sehr 😊) Damit hat sich Dominos für mich erledigt, werde dort nicht mehr bestellen

Andere Domino Filialen liefern nicht so gut die Pizza wie diese. Ein Glück, dass ich an dieser Wohne.

Heute habe ich schon wieder mich getraut da zu bestellen. Oftmals kommt das Essen anderthalb Stunden später dann ist das Essen schon lauwarm. Heute kam es überhaupt nicht, was auch nicht das erste Mal passiert ist.

Leider hat die Qualität abgenommen, pizzen sind sehr fettig. Die letzte Bestellung wurde leider vergessen zu liefern, bis ich angerufen habe! 55min.

Wir haben hier die wohl beste vegane Pizza überhaupt gegessen. Die Bestellung ging sehr schnell und wir wurden freundlich bedient.

Schade .. beim 1. mal bestellen waren die Pizzen Top. Heute das 2. mal bei euch bestellt. Wir mussten über 1 Stunde warten und die Pizzen kamen eiskalt an. Meine Pizza war viel zu dunkel und der Käse verbrannt (siehe Fotos). Die Pizza war steinhart. Dann ruft man an und fragt nach ob man das Geld zurück bekommt oder wenigstens eine neue Pizza. Mitarbeiter am Telefon total unfreundlich und sagen es wäre alles richtig so.. sogar der Manager lacht einen aus und sagt da kann er nichts machen -.- Gut dann bestellen wir jetzt nur noch woanders !! Nicht zu empfehlen ! Edit: anbei das Foto (rechts) von der 1. Bestellung wo die Pizza schön dick und Fluffig war und jetzt der Vergleich (links) dünn & zu hart.

Essen bestellt aber nix bekommen, haben angerufen es wurde gesagt essen ist unterwegs 23 Uhr und kein Essen da jetzt macht der Laden zu.

Eigentlich immer zufrieden aber gestern wurde einmal aioli vergessen und noch nicht mal nachgeliefert obwohl der Fahrer von mir drauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde

Über Lieferando bestellt, Anruf bekommen, man liefere nicht mehr und die Bestellung müsse man stornieren. Ohne weiteres Nachfragen aufgelegt. Waren exakt 7min von unserem Standort entfernt.

Die Pizza kam nach 1std 30min !!! Und es ist nicht erstes mal !SEHR SCHLECHT!!

Wir haben hier das erste mal bestellt und waren super begeistert! Schnelle Lieferung, preisleistung okay , heißes Essen! Sehr zufrieden !

Auf meiner Pizza waren haare sie war eiskalt dazu noch war ein anderer Belag drauf als bestellt. Als ich angerufen habe um es mit zu teilen wurde immer aufgelegt und dazu sehr sehr unfreundlich. Kann ich also absolut nicht empfehlen.
