Die besten Restaurants in Köln

We ordered yesterday via Lieferando. After a long wait, we noticed that an old telephone number was unfortunately given and we then tried to contact the restaurant, but no one answered, even though they responded in a timely manner during opening hours. Today we tried to find an amicable solution with the operator but unfortunately in vain. We were ready to pick up the food because it had already been paid for, but we didn't have a chance. Very uncooperative and unfriendly. No value is placed on customer opinions. If I could I would give the restaurant 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible.

After the renovation, the McDonald's in Kalk, near the arcades and the Odysseum Museum, has become very clean and pleasant. The only thing that bothers me is that there are ashtrays on the tables outside, right next to the slide and the children's playground where children play. This means smoking is allowed there – and it's very smoky. I can't understand this. If children are only 1.5 meters away from each other, adults are allowed to smoke there. There should be a separate smoking area for this, but definitely not right next to the children. Management doesn't seem to pay any attention to this.

I came to KFC and didn't have enough money. The staff were kind enough to let us take our order and pay with what we had. Other than that, the food is always fantastic.

Have been here for a long time and are absolutely disappointed! The sauces don't taste good, the salad has no spices and the meat is inedible. Fries were okay, that was the only thing you could eat. It's a real shame, the store used to be very good!

Frau Klenk ist mehrfach extrem unangenehm aufgefallen. Gegenüber Kunden, aber auch gegenüber Mitarbeitern, wird sie schnell laut, aggressiv und beleidigend. Leider sehr unschön.

Some negative points: - “Cook” which does not have an outfit suitable for catering - Not very pleasant - Very far from the French BK - Very white fries I recommend another channel or something more local

They literally never have any food available. Got a Kölsch and they didn't even have a bottle opener - the guy opened it with a highlighter 😅 Slow service too. Honestly just a waste of space.

I ordered a pizza, but the chicken on it was terribly smelly and cold. He threw the meat on afterwards.

So I ordered there and I just have to say the food was super bad. I'm damn serious. The only positive thing to mention is the driver, who was friendly.

STAY AWAY!!!! 🤬My girlfriend and I had a "detox day" the next day. Thank you for the colon cleanse 🤢🤮 I just read that some people even got food poisoning after eating there 😵‍💫

Worst pizza I‘ve had in my whole life, awful experience

The service leaves a lot to be desired. The waitress is slightly irritated and needs a lot of questions before she can prepare a coffee with steamed oat milk. The lady must have been having a bad day.

Well, unfortunately not recommended. Food was lukewarm, rice and pasta tasted bland. We won't be ordering any more and will be listing it as a NoGo.

Save your money. This “food” can’t even be used as animal feed. ... dirty shop!
