Frau Klenk ist mehrfach extrem unangenehm aufgefallen. Gegenüber Kunden, aber auch gegenüber Mitarbeitern, wird sie schnell laut, aggressiv und beleidigend. Leider sehr unschön.

Das Restaurant liegt versteckt an der Ecke Komödienstr./ Tunisstrasse nur 4 Minuten vom Dom entfernt (Richtung Zeughaus-Museum) und ist daher besonders für Touristen, die gut und preisgünstig essen möchten, in bester Lage. Es bietet keinen Blick auf Dom und Rhein, auch liegt die Aussenterrasse an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung. Doch ist die excellente Küche es wert, einmal hier hin zu gehen. Besondere bosnische Spezialitäten, aber auch ganz normale Balkanspezialitäten, Pizzen und deutsche Küche bilden ein attraktives Angebot zu sehr günstigen Preisen. ("Die bosnische Familie Klenk/Hadzic hat ihren Traum mit dem Restaurant Nobel erfüllt. In der Küche bereitet die Mutter Sadika Klenk bosnische Köstlichkeiten und deutsche Hausmannskost zu. Cologne Central Station, Trankgasse 11I came to KFC and didn't have enough money. The staff were kind enough to let us take our order and pay with what we had. Other than that, the food is always fantastic.

Kalker Hauptstraße 55Have been here for a long time and are absolutely disappointed! The sauces don't taste good, the salad has no spices and the meat is inedible. Fries were okay, that was the only thing you could eat. It's a real shame, the store used to be very good!

Istanbulstraße 1After the renovation, the McDonald's in Kalk, near the arcades and the Odysseum Museum, has become very clean and pleasant. The only thing that bothers me is that there are ashtrays on the tables outside, right next to the slide and the children's playground where children play. This means smoking is allowed there – and it's very smoky. I can't understand this. If children are only 1.5 meters away from each other, adults are allowed to smoke there. There should be a separate smoking area for this, but definitely not right next to the children. Management doesn't seem to pay any attention to this.
