Very good kebab shop. Everything you could wish for is there. Very good and polite service. I'd be happy to go back.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The place is incredibly nice, but the food was not at all tasty. The meat had hardly any flavor and was far too oily. The fries were sticky and tasted of oil. Cocktail sauce is something else I don't understand. There was a large piece of gristle in the meat, so I left halfway through the meal. The service was unfriendly, and the table wasn't even cleaned. The selection of dishes was okay, but we won't be eating there again.

Unfortunately, we didn't check the previous reviews. The kebab was simply too salty and ultimately inedible. The price/performance ratio for the kebab was not appropriate.

An absolute must for tourists visiting Cologne. Since the store is located in a shopping center, you get a real shopping experience and experience the city's hospital, as after eating, you feel the urgent need to have your stomach pumped, and even then, you can still feel the effects for days. Given the duration of the stomach cramps, the overpriced price is entirely reasonable.

The food is greasy and small. The cheese doesn't taste good. We wanted it without corn, but it contained corn. After eating it, you immediately feel like you need to see a doctor. Absolutely not recommended.

I ate there yesterday and immediately got a stomach ache because the meat wasn't cooked through or was even spoiled. Shockingly bad for the price! I paid almost €15 for a meal. Doner kebab, fries, and a drink. The doner kebab was poorly filled, with sauce all over the top, so everything was dry after the first few bites. The meat and salad were divided so that you either got a dry bite of meat or a bite of salad. The portion of fries was also very small for the extra cost, but still the best tasting.

How can you get an average Google review of 2.5 stars? You have to be able to do that. Anyone who eats here has no idea about kebabs. If a shop like this opened outside of Passage, I can hardly believe they'd still be able to keep up.

I didn't like the chicken meat that much

Unfortunately, my daughter and I didn't like the chicken doner at all. I've never experienced anything so dry and tasteless. The only thing that was okay were the fries. It's a shame that even at such a high price, you can't even get something decent.

Worst kebab I've ever eaten. The veal meat is kind of fatty and gristly. Consistency of rubber. I only took three bites. I threw up in the arcades in the toilet.

Ordered kebab plate (veal) and salad with kebab meat (chicken). I have never eaten such a tasteless meat mass as in this “döner kebab restaurant”. The meat simply tastes like nothing and is as fatty as anything else. The tzatziki sauce is also completely tasteless. This is the first time that I didn't finish a plate of kebab. In addition, the meat in the salad was bad and raw. Abdominal pain and nausea all weekend. By far, by far the worst kebab shop I have visited. I don't normally write reviews that often but I have to. Guys be warned, read this review before you go in there because you might upset your stomach.

Just ate here but won't do it again. The meat was really inedible and had no taste. My children had a hollandaise, there was not normally much oil in it. The chilli cheese kebab burger was something different and tasted good. The veal meat was a bit gristly, a little more jalapenos would have been good too.

My husband and I usually only eat kebab at the Keup, but we were very satisfied here too. The meat was juicy, the salad was fresh, the bread was delicious and any special requests were easily fulfilled. The price was right for us too, we'll be back!

After I tried it, I unfortunately had to return the Kumpir straight away because it didn't taste good, nor were the few toppings it had fresh. As I was preparing it, I asked why the Kumpir was made with sunflower oil instead of butter. The answer: because of our vegan customers, they want it that way. Nice shop and delicious fries, but the kebab was really bad. What people here interpret as juicy meat is simply undercooked fatty meat! I really don't have the highest standards when it comes to kebab and I never leave my food left over, but you really couldn't finish it.

Doner kebab meat was hardly seasoned, not tasty, had to add a lot of salt. The kebab was rather small for the price. The dressing was forgotten on one dish. The table wasn't wiped down even though it wasn't exactly rush hour at 4:00 p.m. The atmosphere is narrow, but reasonably comfortable.

Friendly staff, positively two types of meat to choose from and I mean meat, not minced meat. It has an increased fat content (you have to like it) which also makes it incredibly juicy. It's well seasoned at least the veal, I personally found the chicken a bit bland. Unfortunately, the Lamacun wasn't very tasty because the meat covered everything up a bit. The portion was really generous and for 8.50 euros it was totally fine for me.

0 stars just terrible never eaten such bad food. The service is a catastrophe, really rude and anti-social doesn't go there!!!!!

We had a kebab and a fries and both were delicious! The staff was very friendly. You could pay by card and the food was brought to your table. The fries were very good and still really hot. The food was freshly prepared and was ready quickly. I really liked the ambience and the furnishings. The customer service was also exceptionally good. We are completely satisfied and cannot understand the bad reviews at all!

So it looks hotter than it tastes. The seasoning is very weak. The tomatoes are cut with the green ones, and the lettuce was started. The portions are quite small for the price. But all in all it was ok.

Was there today to eat the vegetable kebab. I particularly liked the tzatziki, finally no mayopampa like in all the other kebab shops. The chicken was juicy & crispy, perhaps a little under-seasoned. Vegetables & salad was good. Employees are all friendly and personable. The ambience and atmosphere in the store was good. Come back.

Raw meat, too expensive for food

It was neither good nor particularly bad. The meat was very tender and juicy, but mostly unseasoned and perhaps even a little too pink for some people. Unfortunately there was no sauce. We had a chili cheese kebab, which had nothing in common with a kebab, and a kebab burger, which was okay. Again, no sauce and quite small. The fries were mediocre. Unfortunately we regretted our choice of store.

Not recommended at all. Fries were still completely raw and the falafel bag didn't really taste fresh overall. Tables weren't cleaned and the people weren't friendly either.

Unfortunately, the 2 stars are very much a gift, I have to say. Even though the store may look nice from the outside, I don't think the pictures are appropriate. I ordered a chilli cheese kebab citizen which was very disappointing. 1 of the citizens was very poor in terms of price performance 8€ for a burger that is so small that you could eat 6 pieces and still not get full. The CHILLI cheese kebab citizen also had nothing to do with chilli, it was more sour than spicy, very weak. The service deserves the 3 points but maybe a little more because I didn't have to wait that long. The burger itself wasn't that great either. Half the flight out and for the price you'd rather get a McDonald's bigmac that will make you feel fuller. Overall, I wouldn't recommend eating there. BUT Right next to it is the ETMANUS which is very tasty and very good value for money

Meat is inedible. Absolutely zero recommendation. Also far too expensive. It's better to eat on Kalker Hauptstr outside the acarden. Much cheaper and much better in taste.

Delicious sauce, fresh salad, the bread was fluffy and sufficiently filled. There is a good ratio of meat and salad. Of course, I personally think the prices are excessive here too, but that has now become normal, otherwise recommended, the quality is right!

Leider ist das Essen nicht annähernd lecker oder dem Preis gerecht. Döner-Cheese-Burger: Blasses Fleisch, nicht kross und trocken. Die Gurke aus der Dose. Der Käse aus einer Flasche darübergekippt. Das Brötchen zerfällt ab der Hälfte, so dass eigentlich nur mit einem Löffel weitergegessen werden kann. Zu spät gesehen, sonst hätten ich gar nicht erst dort gegessen: Der Warentransport erfolgt in schwarzen Säcken in einem Bauhaus-Einkaufswagen. Was da drin ist, will man gar nicht wissen; hoffentlich nur Müll zu ABtransport. Essensreste unter dem Tisch und in den Ritzen der Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Bei der Dönertasche mit Rindfleisch war das Fleisch nicht durch oder verdorben. Jedenfalls hat mein Magen es nicht vertragen.

Ungenießbares Fleisch schlechtester Döner den ich bislang gegessen habe. 3/4 liegen lassen das Fleisch hat nicht geschmeckt ziemlich zäh und fettig, leider nicht zu empfehlen. Von meiner Freundin der Döner Wrap wurde lediglich einmal reingebissen, das Brot hat gestunken. Den Wrap mussten wir nicht bezahlen somit 3 Sterne für den Service. Für das Essen ist ein Stern eigentlich zu viel einfach nur ekelhaft 🤮

Richtig ekelhaft. Das Fleisch hat gestunken, mein Mann und ich mussten beide auf Toilette, uns geht es garnicht gut. Ich hab die Hälfte auf dem Tablett gelassen und für den Lack auch noch 19 Euro bezahlt.

Hatte einen Chilli Cheese Döner und ich muss ehrlich sein, nichts was in dem Döner war hat geschmeckt. Das Fleisch wie auch die Käse Soße hatten einfach null Geschmack. Das einzig gute ist das Brot. Das selbstgemacht, und sehr frisch ist. Muss aber leider trotzdem nur einen Stern für das Essen geben weil es wie gesagt nach nichts geschmeckt hat.

Nach 10 min warten wurde ich nicht bedient, Leute die sich neu angestellt haben wurden vorgezogen.

Dieser Laden müsste geschlossen werden...kurz nach dem Essen starke magenschmerzen mit 4 Tage Krankenhaus Aufenthalt....wenn ich jetzt dran denke muss ich kotzen...hätte ich lieber auf die anderen gehört....

Zweiter Besuch, wieder Top. War nicht der letzte Besuch.

Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. Alle waren nett, das Ambiente war na ja, aber der Döner (Huhn)war megalecker. Das Brot kross aufgebacken, leckere Sosse, frischer Salat und gut gewürztes saftiges Fleisch. Am Spiess konnte man die einzelnen Fleischstücke erkennen, es war nicht so ein Gehacktes-spiess, sondern -wie gesagt- ganze Stücke.

Leider 1 Stern zu viel der Döner ist sehr schlecht geschmackslos und eher matschig..... Eine Stunde später war uns allen schlecht hatte das Gefühl kotzen zu gehen abgesehen davon alles runter gekommen und extrem teuer nie wieder spart euch das Geld und geht zum Chinesen neben an

Leckerer Döner. Saftiges Fleisch. Portion in Ordnung. Gute sitzmöglichkeiten. Parken im Parkhaus der Köln Arcaden. Preise eher hoch anzusiedeln.

Eine Unverschämtheit!! Das Dönerfleisch bestand nur aus fett und war noch nicht mal durch. Niewieder!! Richtig asozial und unfreundlich sind die Kellner und für den preis war es Aufkeinenfall wert. Geht dort nicht hin!!

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Döner.

Pom-Döner für 7,50 Euro. Kaum Fleisch, Sehr kleine Portion. Fleisch sehr fettig, mit fast ausschließlich Knorpel und nicht gut angebraten. Geschmack auch nicht wirklich vorhanden.

Schade das man keine Videos hochladen kann. Das Döner Fleisch war dicker als beim Griechen der Gyros. Das Fleisch war ausschließlich fett, Knorpel und zäh. Es war kaum gewürzt. Als ich einen Mitarbeiter angesprochen habe, meinte er einen Moment. Kam aber auch nach 10min nicht zurück. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Nie wieder!!! So einen ekelhaften Döner habe ich noch nie vorgesetzt bekommen. Richtig abartig.

Schön gelegener und gestalteter Laden. Aber die Döner waren dort mal viel besser hat sehr Stark abgebaut. Der Döner ist geschmacklos und die Käsesoße schmeckt nur chemisch passt garnicht. Mir war Stellenweise fast schlecht. Viel schlimmer ist noch eine Wartezeit von 20min für 2 Döner und eine Pommes bei leeren Laden und 3 Mitarbeitern an der Theke. Was soll man da seinem Kind erzählen wenn es Hunger hat… Nie wieder wir werden den Laden in Zukunft meiden.

Eine Dönertasche und ein Dönerteller mit Salat. Fleisch schmeckte süßlich. Ohne Geschmack und Gewürz. Kaum Fleisch in der Dönertasche. Der Dönerteller gab auch nicht mehr her. Zusätzlich hatten wir Brot bestellt. Das wurde nicht berechnet. Über 20 Euro für beides. Lediglich das Personal war sehr freundlich. Aber das reicht nicht.

Super leckeres Essen zu gutem Preis. Fleisch frisch und geschmacklich sehr gut. Pommes schön kross und knackig frischer Salat. Cheese-Döner-Burger richtig richtig gut. Kann die negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen!

Heute das erste Mal dort mein Glück versucht. Es ist definitiv seinen Preis NICHT wert. Die Toppings für die Kumpirs sind mager und es wird daran heftig gespart. Das Dönerfleisch ist wie Gummi. Das Personal unfreundlich. Für das Geld kann man in bei Mangal Döner satt werden.

-- Nicht zu empfehlen! -- Fleisch schmeckt nach nichts, besteht nur aus Fett und ist fast noch roh. Pommes auch nicht gesalzen. Beim Dönerteller nur einen kleinen Klecks Tzatziki... Preis/Leistung entsprechend sehr schlecht.

Schlechter laden unhöflichkeit Preise und das Essen war kalt

Für 5.50€ mit Döner und kalt Getränk unschlagbar

Würde am liebsten garkeinen Stern vergeben. Waren gestern da und waren MASSIV enttäuscht. Man bezahlt rund 13 Euro für einen "dönerburger" mit Käse und Pommes.. zu allererst - die Jungs hinter der Theke sind absolut überfordert und konnten nichts.. 5 Stück hinter der kleinen Theke und brachten uns 3 mal das falsche Essen zum Tisch und desweiteren wurden wir die ganze zeit schief angeguckt (warum auch immer , sind einfach 3 jungs gewesen die Hunger hatten) Der Burger war eine reine Enttäuschung. Das dönefleisch suchte ich vergeblich. Es war kaum was drauf - nur eher Salat und sauce. Die Pommes portionen waren so klein das nicht mal ein 5 jähriger davon gesättigt werden hätte können... Alles in allem - enttäuscht! Nicht empfehlenswert und rausgeschmissenes Geld. Dann doch lieber gegenüber zu burgerking!

Noch nie sowas ekelhaftes gegessen !!!! Nach den ersten Bissen alles stehen lassen und den verlassen. Dass Fleisch war noch roh und mit sehnen übersäht die Pommes ungenießbar Salat einfach trocken auf den Teller geknallt ohne einer Salatsoße oder sonstiges ich habe vieles gesehen aber sowas widerliches wie diesen Laden noch nie erlebt, einen großen Bogen um den Laden machen dass ist meine Empfehlung.

Mein Mann und ich haben einen dönerteller bestellt, kommen gerade aus dem Krankenhaus weil wir eine Lebensmittelvergiftung haben.. Nie wieder!

Ich hätte mir lieber mal vorher die Bewertungen durchgelesen! Ich finde den Döner auch sehr schlecht! Nach zwei Bissen habe ich den chillichees Döner liegen gelassen!

Haben nur zum Mitnehmen bestellt, Essen war wie immer lecker, nur Service könnte besser sein.

Der schlechtes Döner aller Zeiten! Das Fleisch wurde nicht mehr so warm serviert. Das Brot hat gebröselt, dass man das nicht richtig fassen kann! Ich würde den Laden absolut nicht empfehlen!
