China Food in Köln

Worst shop I've ever visited. First, I stood there for 10 minutes without being served. The employees had to finish their discussion. And then, after I got into a hurry and made myself known by asking, "Excuse me, are you open yet?" the lady replied, "Of course." I said, "You say that so quickly, but I've been standing here for 10 minutes." She replied, "Then you have to make yourself known. Apparently you don't know your job!" At the same time, I noticed that not only have I been waiting for at least 10 minutes, but there are also about 20 rolls in the front that are half-smeared but still need to be finished. It's obviously very hygienic when the rolls are already half-smeared and have been lying open at the counter for 10 minutes! So, now we come to the most serious problem of all: my wrap, Edama, whatever it is, is definitely from yesterday or even older! The packaging is stuck to the completely soggy and slightly sour-smelling wrapper, so I couldn't eat this product even if I wanted to. I have a long train ride ahead of me, otherwise I would have thrown the wrapper at the lady's head. Nothing like other Ida & Frida shops. Terrible!!! At least the lady was good on the phone when it came to complaints management!

Damn store! Waited 15 minutes because the employee said he was entitled to a 30 minute break. No sign, nothing! And after 15 minutes he said.... No alcohol! bastard!!! September 29th 3:00 a.m.

They literally never have any food available. Got a Kölsch and they didn't even have a bottle opener - the guy opened it with a highlighter 😅 Slow service too. Honestly just a waste of space.

Absolutely DISGUSTING food. The wrong thing is delivered, it's absolutely soggy, it smells like old fat, you can find hair and other creatures and... if you order here anyway you should be prepared for food poisoning!!!
