Food was nice but the waiting time was too much

The food was okay, but too expensive. Service was okay and friendly. The ambiance, the tables, and the seats were very dirty. We had to find a clean table and a seat ourselves. We weren't there during peak hours.

Kicked out because dogs weren't allowed. It was the first Subway, no notice. Thanks for wasting my time.

By far the worst subway in Cologne!!! Dirty tables, unmotivated employees and understaffed subs. What's going on here? That's not what you're used to from Subway. Here they are ruining the name and playing with people's health. Once and never again!

Order here monthly, not weekly, with the appropriate weekend offers. Since my penthouse apartment is also located in the city center, the process from production to delivery usually takes no longer than 30 minutes. Shortest waiting time was 15 minutes. Delivery people are always friendly and act very professionally. It's always a pleasure for me to order on Saturday lunchtime. - Thanks. The meat was spoiled. How can you offer something like that in Germany?

Ordered 4 times so far. 2 times it was fine. The last two times we had 1 stapler in our food (we thought it was an exception). The second time also 1 needle. There is also raw(!) meat. Unfortunately inedible.

Advertising in the mailbox despite a bold sign saying “no advertising”...

Friendly staff, good service, clean and comfortable.

Coffee is served without milk, sugar/sweetener and any extra espresso shots. Do not order any extras and check your order. It happened to me with four coffees in a row, I won't try it again.

Ordered lasagna and only received a really small portion. Even after my call there was no response, it was the last time for me.

Good kebab, friendly staff. The price/performance ratio is OK. The shop offers some seating. Parking is difficult, though.
