It's a complete rip-off of the store, I was missing 3 burgers and 2 chicken nuggets packages

DANGER !!!!! DRIVE IN RIP-OFF!!!!!!!! HANDS OFF!!!!!! Went drive in today, ordered a big king menu, drove home about 7 km and woke up to see that instead of big child brother it was just pickled cucumber!!!!! And there wasn't even a receipt in the package!!!!! Unfortunately I paid in cash and since I live far away I couldn't drive back!!!

When are you opening again? It's been remodeled for quite a long time.

Based on the ambience I can only give it 2 stars. The employees work quickly, but are often understaffed, which leads to traffic jams and customers often leave because only one employee is responsible for many things. And I would give 1 star or, best of all, no star at all because it is so extremely hot in the BK in summer that you can no longer eat inside there, let alone order anything, because it is so extremely hot and there is NO AIR CONDITIONING and even the employees complain. The operator is losing so much money, I don't understand why you can't just install an air conditioning system there to make more sales in order to keep your customers. Something really needs to be changed, nobody can stand that in there.

The fast food restaurant is very weak, right in a busy place and doesn't even have a customer toilet. So if you are traveling there with children, you are lost here. I absolutely cannot recommend it. For me it's one of the biggest juice shops ever

Absolutely not recommended, my whole apartment stinks and doesn't smell good at all, it makes you lose your appetite. Chicken wings were fried in old fat. The fries were okay, the rest were unfortunately inedible... What a shame

Overall, it's easily one of the worst restaurants you can find in Germany - the delivery time was stated to be 40 minutes, and the food arrived after more than an hour, so you wonder whether the employees make the deliveries on a tricycle. This is particularly unfortunate if you have certain social anxiety and are constantly under pressure as long as you have in the back of your mind that another order will arrive soon. Fortunately, the delivery person arrived after we were worried that he might have gotten lost in the vast expanses of Cologne, but was too lazy to bring the food to our front door and ordered us down to the front door instead. We didn't understand this at first because the delivery man only spoke bad German. The aluminum bowls in which the food was contained were also given, but without any other means of carrying them. Why not? The paying and waiting customer can transport the very hot containers to the 8th floor themselves and burn their hands on the inferior metal bowls. The chicken kun bao was okay, although the medium level of spiciness was more of a light spiciness to my understanding, the rice was a single sticky pile that you could pick up in one piece and could easily be mistaken for mashed potatoes. Duck is very bad and what is sold there as curry is not curry at all. Portion could have been larger but good, inflation also seems to affect less high-quality restaurants.

I think it's really cool that vegan alternatives to the pizzas are offered and you ask what topping you want. The pizza tasted really good as far as I can tell and the waiting time was short if you ordered it on site.

Eigentlich eine schöne Lage mit viel Potenzial bei schönem Wetter. Service allerdings extrem langsam und unfreundlich, Gläser nicht sauber und bei konstruktivem Feedback keine Reflexion. Sehr schade!

Es war eine sehr gute Bedienung, sehr nett, Das essen kam schnell, leckeres Essen, super preis verhältnis, würde es weiter empfehlen und immer wieder kommen.
