Nice place, nice view and quick food. I always like to go there.

After waiting over an hour and a half for my order instead of the stated 20-40 minutes, the delivery person called me and claimed to be at my door. After five minutes of explaining on the phone that he was at the wrong address and how to find me, it quickly became clear that the language barrier was too great for successful navigation. So he started looking for my apartment on his own - a normal address in Cologne - and finally arrived around 20 minutes later. Of course the pizza was cold at this point. A call to the restaurant also didn't help much: until, after passing it on several times, I finally reached someone who understood me and was apparently allowed to make decisions. All they said was: "Deliveries are never warm. If yours was cold, you're just out of luck." My point that I only live 900m away was also ignored. Instead of being accommodated, I was asked – essentially but unmistakably – to piss off. Anyone who orders here should be aware that complaints will most likely be necessary - and that you will encounter complete disinterest, a lack of professionalism and a shocking contempt for customers.

Racist workers; kept asking me where I was from and which country I was from on the phone before delivery; extremely unprofessional and disrespectful; felt very ostracised

My wife ordered duck cunbao. The apartment immediately smelled of old fat, inedible is harmless to say, that's bodily harm

The worst carbonara we have ever eaten! Unfortunately you had to look for the ham (three mini pieces of a slice in the entire portion), and neither egg nor pecorino or parmigiano were available. Just pasta drowned in cream sauce with no taste. The ham was also cheap, cooked pork ham. A carbonara should contain guanciale and NOT cooked ham! ABSOLUTELY TASTELESS and without salt! In the end it was €30 including delivery costs and a delivery time of over an hour. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The worst kebab in the world. We got a Dürüm there and paid €8! The €8 included moldy cheese and spoiled salad! Afterwards I had unbelievable stomach pains and nausea. No recommendation!!

I specifically ordered a burger without cheese and mayo. I got a burger with cheese and mayo. Not sure if that was ignorance or stupidity.

Very good Thai, food very tasty, prepared quickly

The evening ended in the emergency room. Long story short. After asking several times, my friend confirmed that there were no peanuts in the dish she ordered. True, unfortunately false, the evening ended in the intensive care unit. So please, please don't go. The worst thing was that despite asking about the first symptoms, they very, very arrogantly denied that there could be peanuts in it.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. We had the fish with a special request for potato and cucumber salad and a salad with vegan chicken strips. Fresh, very tasty food.
