Leider war es an diesem Tag viel zu warm. Keine Klimaanlage nur eine Lüftung von der Decke für viele Tische, dass nicht ausreichend war. Das nächste Mal gehen wir an kühleren Tagen dort hin. Das Essen ist phantastisch! Hat auch Spaß gemacht. Jeder Tisch erhält ein Tablett und darüber kann man mehrere Runden bestellen. Zudem gibt es im Extraraum ein kleines Buffet mit Eis ...Obst ect.

Alles, was auf den Tisch gebracht wurde, war durchweg gut.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung und ein äußerst unprofessioneller Umgang mit Gästen. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir ausdrücklich erwähnt, dass wir auf einem Parkplatz des Restaurants geparkt haben und planen, länger zu bleiben. Die Mitarbeiterin versicherte uns, dass dies kein Problem sei. Nach unserem Abendessen, für das wir rund 200 € bezahlt haben, erhielten wir jedoch einen Monat später eine Parkstrafe in Höhe von 55 €. Als ich das Restaurant kontaktierte, um die Situation zu klären, wurde mir plötzlich mitgeteilt, dass das Parken nur für eine Stunde kostenlos sei. Diese Information wurde uns bei unserer Ankunft jedoch nicht gegeben. Als ich darauf hinwies, dass wir ausdrücklich nachgefragt hatten und uns gesagt wurde, dass längeres Parken kein Problem sei, fragte man mich nach dem Namen der Mitarbeiterin. Da ich ihren Namen nicht kenne, beschrieb ich ihr Aussehen. Die Antwort lautete lediglich, dass es viele Mitarbeiter gebe und man mir deshalb nicht helfen könne. Dieses Verhalten gegenüber zahlenden Gästen halte ich für völlig inakzeptabel. Wir haben 200 € im Restaurant ausgegeben, besitzen die Rechnung als Nachweis unseres Besuchs sowie ein Foto, das zeigt, dass wir auf einem als Restaurantparkplatz gekennzeichneten Platz geparkt haben. Am Ende wurden wir dennoch mit zusätzlichen Kosten von 55 € belastet – aufgrund einer Information, die uns entweder nicht mitgeteilt oder falsch mitgeteilt wurde. Wenn die Parkplätze zeitlich begrenzt sind und nach einer bestimmten Dauer kostenpflichtig werden, dann sollte dies Gästen klar und deutlich kommuniziert werden – insbesondere dann, wenn sie ausdrücklich danach fragen. Andernfalls stellt sich die Frage, welchen Zweck die Kennzeichnung als Restaurantparkplatz überhaupt erfüllt. Fehler können passieren. Dass jedoch keinerlei Bereitschaft gezeigt wird, das Problem zu prüfen oder eine Lösung zu finden, sondern die Verantwortung vollständig auf den Gast abgewälzt wird, zeigt einen sehr schlechten Kundenservice. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich das Restaurant nicht empfehlen und werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Unser Besuch war insgesamt durchwachsen. Einige Gerichte waren wirklich sehr gut und geschmacklich überzeugend, andere konnten dagegen leider nicht mithalten. Besonders die Lammkoteletts haben uns enttäuscht, da sie überwiegend aus Fett bestanden und wir sie letztlich stehen gelassen haben. Auch die Dessertauswahl hat keinen besonders frischen Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Obst wirkte teilweise bereits länger vorbereitet. Positiv hervorzuheben sind der freundliche Service sowie die sehr kurzen Wartezeiten. Die Speisen wurden erstaunlich schnell serviert, was bei All You Can Eat Restaurants nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Sushi war insgesamt vollkommen in Ordnung, hat uns jedoch nicht so überzeugt, dass wir ein weiteres Mal kommen würden. Insgesamt solide, aber mit deutlichem Verbesserungspotenzial in Hinblick auf Qualität und Hygiene

Es gibt eine riesen Auswahl an Speisen. Von Sushi bis zu den Klassikern der asiatischen Küche. Auch die Fischauswahl ist groß.

Das Essen war insgesamt lecker und die Qualität gut. Leider waren einige Speisen beim Servieren schon etwas kalt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Bestellung und das Servieren sehr schnell gingen. Das Personal wirkte zwischenzeitlich zwar etwas gestresst, dennoch haben einige Mitarbeitende dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Besonders der Tipp mit dem Mangoeis war super, das war wirklich gut. Das Ambiente hängt stark vom Sitzplatz ab und schwankte für mich zwischen 3 und 5 Sternen. Grundsätzlich würde ich wiederkommen. Allerdings würde ich empfehlen, direkt das große All-you-can-eat-Angebot zu wählen, da die Auswahl beim kleinen Angebot meiner Meinung nach sehr stark begrenzt (zu stark) ist. An sich aber auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wir waren unglaublich zufrieden. Sind spontan nach einem Shopping Trip dort essen gewesen und wurden sofort herzlich empfangen und während des gesamten Abends gut, schnell und freundlich bedient. Das Essen war rund um ein Genuss und das Ambient war gemütlich und Elegant. Besonders sind mir 2 Servicekräfte in Erinnerung geblieben und hatten eine sehr positive Ausstrahlung. Wir können es wärmsten Empfehlen und werden hier selber wieder essen gehen sobald wir in der Stadt sind.❤️

Der Besuch fand spontan statt, eine Reservierung war nicht notwendig. Das Prinzip des "All You can eat" ist uns bereits von anderen Lokalen bekannt: via Tablet können in mehreren Runden Speisen bestellt werden. Es gibt einen Countdown, der mit Absenden der Bestellung herunrerzählt und Sorge trägt, dass zwischen den Runden genügend Zeit vergeht. Kritik am hiesigen System: 1. Oft kamen Speisen erst, nachdem der counter pro Runde bereits abgelaufen war (15 Minuten). 2. Man ist auf 2h beschränkt. Ergibt 8 Runden, die man aufgrund der Wartezeit gar nicht ausschöpfen kann. 3. Zumindest bei unseren Besuch gab es keine Aufteilung auf Personen, d.h. Die maximale Bestellmenge war auf die Personen aufzuteilen. In anderen Lokalen hatte es pro Person eigene Bestellmengen. Nun zum Positiven: Ich bin ein absoluter Sushiliebhaber und sehr kritisch. Sowohl was die Qualität des Fisches angeht, als auch die des Reis/Beiwerk. Der Fisch hatte eine überragend gute Qualität, sogar der Thunfisch hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt - hier trennt sich oft die Spreu vom Weizen! Die Mango hätte noch etwas reifen können, sie war noch grünlich, sehr fest und hatte wenig Geschmack. Die verschiedenen Sushi Sorten waren allesamt stimmig und qualitativ. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und regelrecht unsichtbar - benutzte Teller sind verschwunden und man hat es nicht einmal gemerkt. Die Getränke waren ebenfalls sehr lecker und ausreichend groß für den Preis. Der Nachtisch, insbesondere das Eis, war großartig. Selten so ein leckeres Eis außerhalb einer Eisdiele gegessen! Auch hier sind vergleichbare Lokale oft mit eher schlechter Qualität ausgestattet. Ich kann Ginza in jedem Fall empfehlen, sowohl für Sushiliebhaber, als auch für Vegetarier, und Freunde der asiatischen Grillküche!

Nur eine Servicekraft fand ich persönlich sehr sympathisch. Die Garnelen waren schlecht mir war danach übel bin auch danach gegangen wollte es eigentlich ausprobieren weil die Bewertung so gut waren, hat sich gar nicht gelohnt, schade

Die Bedienung ist stets sehr nett und schnell, das Essen kommt warm an und die Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend. Auch das Ambiente ist schön, und es wird schnell abgeräumt, sodass der Tisch nicht zu voll wird. Um die Ecke gibt es zudem eine Selbstbedienungstheke für Nachtisch, Früchte und andere Beilagen (bereits mit im Preis für das kleine All-you-can-eat drinnen). Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Toiletten waren nicht immer ganz sauber. Aber das ist wirklich das Einzige, was mir aufgefallen ist. Alles in allem: Absolut empfehlenswert und ich komme gerne wieder!

Die frittierten Sushis waren kalt nur zwei von 10 kamen warm an. Der Service war total blöd, kein lächeln, kein Empfangen, keine Freundlichkeit. Auch das essen wurde lieblos an den Tisch gebracht. Und das Geschirr sah nicht sauber aus. Bin wegen Social Media Empfehlungen gekommen aber nie wieder.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, wir hatten sushi all you ganz entspannt. Da wird man definitiv Satt und es war auch sehr lecker. Die Salat und desrrt Bar war milde ausgedrückt übersichtlich. Das Ambiente insgesamt ist eher altmodisch und der Boden war ein einigen Stellen sehr klebrig was nicht so schön war. Die Toiletten waren sehr eng und auch wirklich nicht sauber. An den decken im WC hingen spinnenweben. Das Personal war höflich, zwischendurch hat man auch mal länger auf sein sushi gewartet aber nie deutlich zu lang. Alles in allem würde ich sagen rein fürs Essen kann man da gerne hin gehen.

Mit Abstand das beste All You Can Eat Sushi in Köln. Wir gehen wirklich regelmäßig zu Ginza und das Essen ist jeden Cent wert. Die Auswahl und die Qualität des Sushis ist einfach top und nicht vergleichbar mit anderen Restaurants. Ich könnte dieses Restaurant wirklich über sehr viele Seiten loben aber geht einfach mal hin!

Also man wir satt und ganz schlecht ist es nicht vom Geschmack. Aber Preis/ Leistung mangelhaft. Sushi fällt auseinander, und geschmacklich auch nichts besonderes. Sehr traurig. Und Nachtisch wirklich nur lächerlich und bekommst bei jeder Tiefkühltruhe mehr aus Wahl und Geschmackvollere Sachen.

0815 All-you-can-eat "Sushi"-Laden. Sehen alle gleich aus, schmecken alle gleich. Sind wahrscheinlich auch die gleichen Zulieferer. Wer ein Besuch im Restaurant als etwas Besonderes sehen möchte, der ist in solchen Lokalen falsch. War das Essen genießbar? Ja. Würde ich wiederkommen? Nein.

Der Kaffee war OK, das Sushi leider viel zu viel Reis und der Fisch war zum einen sehr sparsam und zum anderen geschmacklich nicht so toll. Da hab ich schon viel besseres für weniger Geld gegessen. Auch das Bestellen muss umständlich erklärt werden. Aufpassen!!! Wir haben tatsächlich was zurück gehen lassen

All you can eat at a higher level; the food is generally very tasty, only the sushi could be a bit better, but still quite good quality for the large selection of portions.

The decor and overall ambiance were very nice and made a good impression. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, I found the drink prices a bit too high; €4.90 for an iced tea is quite expensive in my opinion. The price of the desserts, especially the mochi, wasn't really justified either. You can get about six mochi for around €5 at the supermarket, but here a single mochi costs €1.70, which I felt was excessive. But overall, the restaurant was very nice.

The restaurant is generally very nice and cozy. The only drawback is the somewhat unmotivated staff.

I called the restaurant and asked when the kitchen closed. They told me 10:30 p.m. I then requested a table reservation, which was explicitly confirmed. When we arrived around 10:00 p.m., the restaurant was already closed. Such unprofessional behavior is truly unbelievable. I will definitely not be visiting this restaurant again.

You can choose between the large and small all-you-can-eat options. The small all-you-can-eat covers almost all the basics while still offering a diverse selection. You can order up to 5 portions per person per round, and you can start a new order every 15 minutes. The emphasis is on "start." You can only refill your "cart" after 15 minutes have passed. If you want to get through the 2 hours (8 rounds) efficiently, you should decide what you want beforehand and just quickly type your order. Especially with large groups, time can be wasted otherwise. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the service was very friendly and fast. The sesame balls were the absolute highlight.

We were looking forward to our visit to Ginza. The staff was very friendly and quick, but a bit too hectic for my taste and not very well-trained. However, they were always trying their best, and given enough time, this should definitely improve. The location is relatively easy to find. The interior is nicely chosen. We were quickly shown to a table. The tablet is a bit prehistoric, and the app's interface isn't very appealing. Now, let's talk about the food. We tucked right in. The edamame and the hot appetizers were rather mediocre. The vegetarian gyozas were tasty. What surprised me about this ordering system was the self-service principle for wakame and kimchi. They also had ice cream and cake. What I didn't like at all was the tori karaage. It had nothing to do with the usual. The inside-out sushi was standard, nothing special. But the presentation is definitely very social media-friendly. You definitely eat with your eyes. The Ginza roll was delicious. What really blew us away, though, were the nigiri. The quality of the fish was outstanding, unlike the previous dishes. We ordered nigiri several times. They were very well-rounded, a real highlight. The rest of the food was rather average. All in all, a successful all-you-can-eat experience. Would I come back? I doubt it. However, I wouldn't rule it out if I were considering another all-you-can-eat nigiri. Thank you!

All-you-can-eat sushi is very good quality. I'd advise against the fried items. It's more breaded than filled, and lacks much flavor. But anyone who loves sushi will definitely get their money's worth.

Very good food and a very nice restaurant. Everything here is served via a tray, where you can order your food every 15 minutes within eight rounds. Everything is great, but what sometimes bothers me is that when you order with several people, the sushi, for example, is sometimes brought together on one plate and not, so everyone always gets their own plate. But that's complaining at a high level.

Today we went to Ginza Sushi & Grill again – a place we've visited many times in the past and actually really appreciated. The food was always good, the atmosphere pleasant, and, above all, the service friendly. Unfortunately, today's visit was a completely negative experience and left us very disappointed. My boyfriend wanted to eat, but I had already eaten and therefore wasn't hungry. Before we even sat down, we informed the staff that only one person would be eating. The shift manager seemed visibly overwhelmed by the situation and was obviously not happy. Although we were eventually assigned a table – right in front of the counter – it seemed as if we were being "monitored" to ensure I didn't actually eat anything. My boyfriend ordered several dishes as planned, ate them alone, and I actually didn't eat or drink anything. Only at the very end, when my boyfriend ordered dessert, did he ask me if I wanted to try at least a small spoonful, because I really like the ice cream there. So I took a single spoonful – no more – and at that exact moment, the shift manager came back to our table, confronted us sharply, and said that it wasn't allowed because I hadn't paid. Despite my friend's explanation that I hadn't eaten anything and that he had only offered me ONE spoonful of his ice cream, the shift manager remained harsh, uncomprehending, and downright rude. We paid and left the restaurant feeling very bad. As we left, my friend confronted him directly about his behavior again – but there was no insight or understanding. He simply said, "She's not allowed to do that." We absolutely respect the house rules and understand the rules of an all-you-can-eat restaurant – but the tone, attitude, and distrust we were met with were very disappointing. It's not just about the food, but also about how you're treated as a guest. Today, we didn't feel welcome – we felt like intruders, simply because I didn't order. To make matters worse, my boyfriend vomited several times at home later on – we really hope it wasn't food poisoning. It's a shame that a restaurant we used to really like upset us so much today. Unfortunately, we won't be returning in the future.

For the price, I honestly would have expected more selection. There's a lot of sushi, but overall the selection is rather limited – other all-you-can-eat restaurants offer significantly more variety for less money. The food was okay, but the taste was nothing special. What really bothered me was the ordering system via the iPad. You can reorder every 15 minutes, but you can't enter anything in the meantime – you have to wait until the time is up before you can choose the next round. This unnecessarily drags out the whole process and is better handled in other restaurants. The dessert selection was quite small. There were quite a few cakes, but only a few ice cream flavors. The staff was friendly, but the ambiance could definitely be improved – many tables were wobbly, and the overall feeling was a bit hectic. For the price, the overall package is rather disappointing. It wasn't a completely bad visit, but I've seen much better all-you-can-eat restaurants with more selection and a better organized system.

Tried many "all-you-can-eat" restaurants. It was very tasty, the staff was friendly. Modern decor. Everything is ordered via tablet. Fresh fish with a wide selection. (A little suggestion for the manager: the restrooms don't match the ambiance. ;-))

I had a quick, light meal. A delicious lamb skewer with salad. I had a Coke with it; it felt like a little vacation. Thank you, see you next time.

Good all-you-can-eat restaurant. Fairly priced, the dishes are a good mix, and especially good for an all-you-can-eat meal! The service is always very friendly, and there's now a separate station for dessert and appetizers. Truly a top-notch place.

I went there for the first time a few weeks ago by chance with a friend. We got a seat straight away, even though it was full. The service was very friendly and funny. The food (small {but really big} all you can eat) was fantastic🤤 Ordered via tablet and always served at the table very quickly. Everything seemed fresh and well-seasoned. Lots of choice, even for vegetarians and pescetarians🙃 The price was absolutely reasonable at €25. Unbeatable value for money in Cologne💪🏻 Large drinks cost an average of €4.50-€6.50, which is how a restaurant makes money, normally. Highly recommended from arrival to billing. I'd go back again any time; many people could learn a thing or two from this. Keep it up!

Ich war mit einer Freundin dort und wir waren beide unglaublich begeistert! Ich muss für mich sagen- das beste Sushi, was ich je gegessen habe. Auch die anderen japanischen Speisen (super viel Auswahl!) haben einfach nur verdammt lecker geschmeckt, alles wurde immer frisch zubereitet und kam innerhalb kurzer Zeit am Tisch an. Die hausgemachten Limonaden waren sehr erfrischend, die Atmosphäre top und die Kellner*innen immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und höflich. Ich würde noch mehr Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte! Wer Abends noch nichts vor und 25€ für alles in allem über hat, sollte es mal hier probieren. Großartig!✨

We've been to Ginza several times now and haven't been disappointed yet. The quality of the food is very good, especially considering the all-you-can-eat concept. The service is unfussy, friendly, and fast. Only once did an order go undelivered, which was probably due to the extremely high occupancy. We've had much worse experiences at other restaurants with a similar concept. All in all, we can absolutely recommend Ginza.

Update August 25: We think the quality has declined, but the sushi and hot dishes are still good. The price has increased noticeably. What we didn't like: You have to decide at the beginning whether you want to order all the dishes, or only the ones printed in white on the (now very worn and sticky) menu. And with this selection, everyone at the table has to decide immediately. Okay. This time we opted for the smaller selection (which, of course, is still not cheap). It turned out that several of the white-printed dishes weren't available on the tablet menu, and not just the "red" ones. When we asked, we were simply told that such items had to be ordered verbally with the staff.

Very delicious food, very friendly service, and everything is very easy and quick. I definitely think the price/performance ratio is good. We especially liked the smoking room 😊 We're already looking forward to the next time.

The shop is really good and offers a wide selection of dishes. The hot food from the all-you-can-eat buffet, available via iPad, was particularly tasty, freshly prepared, and always arrived piping hot; nothing was cold. What I didn't like so much: The sushi often had too much rice, so you quickly got full (as you can see from the pictures). I would have preferred less rice and more filling. Also, the rolling technique for the maki wasn't optimal; unfortunately, the rolls kept falling apart. The portions of the hot dishes are very large (e.g., sweet potato fries or crispy chicken). It was a bit too much for the two of us; smaller portions would have been better, so you could try more rounds without having anything left over. The service was friendly and fast, although I have the impression that this was due to the low occupancy. If the shop is completely full, it might take a bit longer. The ambiance was also nice and contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. Overall a good restaurant, with a few improvements to the sushi it would be perfect.

Unfortunately, the taste has deteriorated considerably. Yesterday we also had gyoza, which wasn't spoiled anymore—perhaps due to the warm weather. It used to be much better! No thanks when paying, and nothing when you tip, and the restrooms are awful.

A food disaster. I had diarrhea for two days afterward. Really bad. Unfriendly staff. Worst sushi in town. And then they lie right there in their answers.

Whether it's sushi, grilled food, or hot dishes – there's truly something for everyone. The flavors were truly outstanding, with many dishes having a unique, not-so-run-of-the-mill taste. You can tell they're committed to quality and creativity. The location itself was okay, nothing special – but the ambiance inside was amazing: beautifully decorated, cozy, and modern. You feel at home and can relax and enjoy. In conclusion: If you're looking for a wide selection and unique flavors, this is definitely the place to go – a truly gourmet spot despite the mediocre location!

Unfortunately, everything is sticky: the menu, the table, the seats, the floor is really not that comfortable. Sorry, but we didn't want to eat there anymore, and the food isn't halal. They also serve pork dishes. We were seated at a table where someone came to set the table, and then no one came again until we left after 20 minutes.

The fastest service restaurant in Germany. Everything is hot, everything is fresh and very delicious. The staff is very respectful and fast. The price-quality balance is great. We chose the large All You Can Eat package. We paid 70 euros for 2 people. I recommend it to everyone.

It has few highs, but more lows! We made a reservation for eight people and got a relatively good seat. The restaurant is quite large and located right under the roof. Unfortunately, there was hardly any air conditioning, and it was very warm in there. Sweating while eating, well, that's fine! Instead, the windows were open, which only made it warmer. Otherwise, the furniture is brand new, and the chairs and benches are comfortable. The service was beyond absent. There was no proper greeting or farewell. He spoke little to no German and wore headphones while working. That's unacceptable. Not only that, but the service didn't even do the minimum. Plates and bowls were piling up on our tables. Once in the two hours, three plates were taken away. It's hardly all-you-can-eat when you can only order five items in 15 minutes, and that within two hours. The concept is questionable. We would have expected 10 minutes. Who eats a 5-ounce shake and then waits 15 minutes? At least the tray menu was reasonably clear. It's problematic, of course, when several people order from one tray and no one knows who ordered what and everything ends up unevenly served on the plates. The sushi was of rather mediocre quality. They obviously skimped on the salmon. I don't usually see that in other restaurants. I also think it's unfair for the price. Some of the restrooms were broken and smelled unpleasant.

The food is fresh and delicious; I particularly like the seaweed salad combined with the sushi. The interior is quite modern. There's also a conservatory area, which I personally find cozy, although the interior of the shop itself is, of course, much nicer. I go there often and will continue to go back.

Normally the food at all-you-can-eat buffets always tastes semi-good. Not here, however. The food tastes really, really good. I tried a lot of different things and everything tasted very good. The only thing I have to complain about is the price. For 2 people just under 90€. You have to consider beforehand whether it might be worth ordering the dishes individually.

We were there on Saturday evening with a group of 8. It was well attended, so the food and drinks took quite a long time. The service was still always responsive and friendly. The warm dishes were ok, a bit bland. The sushi was overall good for an all you can eat concept. No huge rolls and the rice wasn't sour.

From the moment we came in the staff was nice but a blond, who we presume to be the manager, was very rude to the point that we decided not to spend a dime in this business.

All you can eat and the whole thing is halal (except duck and beef)! Finally you can enjoy chicken sushi without feeling guilty. Everything was super delicious! We were totally impressed by the selection and quality of the food. An absolute highlight for anyone who wants to eat halal.
