Restaurant in the Hotel H4. Very nice service. Unfortunately, the food was just mediocre. But prices are quite high. The Wienerschnitzel is far from original. Breading was not golden brown but rather pale. It was too greasy and nothing was safe, but I think the fat was old.

Very, very tasty food. Whether pizza, pasta, or something else. Everything can be eaten here in a wonderful ambience.

At the beginning it was a very nice place that we really enjoyed going to. Then came the Christmas season where he took over himself. Food, friendliness, nothing was right anymore when we noticed that the boss had two faces.

I'm a bit disappointed that a lot of things are made fresh but they don't cater to allergy sufferers

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Falad: Schlecht gelaunte Bedienung; lange Wartezeit für ein im Preis- Leistungsverhältnis schlechtem Gericht ( Hähnchenbrust mit billigem Eisbersalat - schrecklich); die Bedienung argumentierte mit den Kund*innen. Wir werden das Falada nicht mehr besuchen. Freunde erzählten ähnlich über die launische Bedienung. Am Samstag, 02.11.2024 befanden wir uns zwischen 13.00 Uhr und 14.30 Uhr im Restaurant. After more than two hours of waiting, our order arrived and a pizza was missing. After calling again and waiting some more time, we canceled the order for the missing pizza and only received an “Okay” in response. We've been regular customers for a long time, but this isn't the first time something like this has happened. This is how you lose your regular customers.

I have never been disappointed at this location. 🍕 Generally pretty friendly staff. The price is still okay. There's really nothing to say about the ambience here, but full stars because of the good pizza.

Mega dishes. Price performance is absolutely right. I can highly recommend it.

People shook their heads when paying 🧟‍♂️😈 (not Sigma and not Halal)

Had a vegetarian burger with fries and a drink. Burger was very tasty and, together with the fries, a decent portion. Special requests will be accommodated. Gladly again, the price is completely reasonable.

Nice little snack bar in front of the dez (only outdoor restaurant next to Cristallo). There are also fries with special sauces and a good selection. The employees are friendly. There are two small areas with wind protection (should it be very windy), but unfortunately no seating.

So the food is fine. Service is often overwhelmed and unfriendly. In the middle of the week, beer brands are simply empty and are not reordered
