Very friendly staff and the food arrived at our house in under an hour. The food (pizza and burger bag) was very tasty and hot. Pizza was good and generously topped. We have ordered 4 times and have nothing to complain about. Buyer very happy again. :)

What should I write about Dino's Pizza? All drivers are very polite, friendly and often punctual. I think it's great that the pizza arrives steaming hot and the ice cream is still FROZEN. Even when they come to me on the 4th floor, they always have to smile, even if I don't have a tip. A huge selection of food, drinks are the classic ones that like pizza. But the extra menu offers for the SUPERBOWL, for example, are simply brilliant and HUGE 😋😋😋

Very salty pizzas, nothing special. The “normal” pizza had a diameter of 27.5 cm, the “jumbo” 38 cm. However, this is advertised as being 2.5 times as big for only twice the price. That's not true at all. If you calculate the area, you will notice that the Jumbo (1133 cm^2) only has 1.9x as much area as the Normal Pizza (594 cm^2). If you now take the prices into account, the large pizza is even more expensive than the small one. So it's better to buy two small ones than one big one ;) Great math problem.

We had to wait almost 2 hours for our food... if we had known that we would have preferred to cook something ourselves then we would have been finished... It's a shame that we really have to wait so long... I would have preferred not to accept or pay for the food at all …

Absolutely poor customer service. This employee was rude and showed no insight. We order there every weekend and this time the pizza was really inedible. We wanted to clarify the problem in a friendly manner over the phone, but unfortunately we didn't get any understanding from this employee. On top of that, he was cheeky and said that if he delivered us a new pizza it would take 1.5 hours. After 5 minutes we called and said that we wanted the money back because we were no longer hungry due to the hassle. He then said the pizza was already ready and didn't want to get involved in anything else. In my opinion, regular customers / customers in general should be treated with more respect and understanding if what was ordered is not delivered! That was the last time for us!

Conclusion, very unreliable, unfortunately I have to inform you that I placed an order and was told on the phone that it would take about 45 to 1 hour and after calling several times I couldn't reach anyone at the headquarters, the driver appeared with the pizza Approximately almost 2 hours later I was at our door and of course I was angry and didn't take the order anymore because the pizza had probably been on tour in the vehicle for at least an hour and I understandably didn't accept it because it was cold or... would no longer be inedible, I ask everyone who has had such experiences with the dinosaurs in Ihringshausen to let us know, because we work hard for our money and we want to enjoy what we eat and then people assume that I have to pay for the pizza! !!I won't and will report it to the Franchise Dinos headquarters!Mfg Civelek

Достаточно вкусная пицца но есть одно но готовят без перчаток а мухи везде летают я был там раз 5 и видел каждый раз по 3-5 мух ну это так себе хотел бы дать совет ресторану что бы как то боролись с мухами и прошу пожалуйста мойте руки что бы вашим клиентам не попадала грязная еда

Eine super Pizzeria!!! Wir bekommen jedes Mal genau das was wir bestellt haben ( ist ja in anderen Läden ja leider öfter so) . Es schmeckt sehr gut und die Lieferzeit ist auch super 👍🏼

Der Teig war total Zäh, der Belag war für eine Hawai Pizza zu wenig für den Preis und die Lieferung kam 20min. zu spät. Die Lieferantin war aber sehr nett!

Bestelle dort jetzt schon seit über einem Jahr dort öfters, und bisher hatte ich nie Probleme. Die Mitarbeiter sind höflich und freundlich, die Pizza ist ordentlich belegt und schnell zubereitet, schmeckt auch super! Die Preise gehen auch total in Ordnung für das was man bekommt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! Ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter👍

Wir bestellen seit gut 3 Jahren nur noch bei Dinos ! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und die Pizza kommt immer früher als vom Mitarbeiter angegeben 👍 Pizza ist immer heiß und die Qualität ist gleichbleibend sehr gut und sehr sehr lecker. Macht weiter so liebes Dinos Team aus der Ihringshäuser Straße ! PS : Nur über Dinos direkt bestellen und NICHT über Lieferando (dort gingen schon einige Bestellungen verloren,wo das Dinos Team nix für kann. )!

Ich bestelle seit Jahren dort,mein Faforit ist Pizza mit Nizasalat

Das Essen ist eigentlich immer sehr gut, aber die Wartezeit ist ziemlich lang. Wenn man Heißhunger hat, sollte man lieber persönlich hinfahren und sich das abholen. Schade. Werde trotzdem weiterhin dort bestellen, weil es dort einige Sachen gibt, die mir besondern gut schmecken.

Super Service! Wir mussten unsere große Bestellung wegen einem Coronafall kurzfristig stornieren. Dies ging ohne Probleme und wurde freundlich und schnell erledigt. Geld kam sofort per PayPal zurück. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar. Wir haben dann später trotzdem noch etwas bestellt. Lecker und sehr schnell geliefert!

Die Pizza ist mega gut. Nudeln sind auch lecker aber warum gebt ihr euch so wenig Mühe mit den Salaten? Das ist wirklich schade, denn nicht jeder möchte Pizza und Nudeln und da wäre ein leckerer Salat echt schön. Sehr schade ☹️

Die Pizza ist immer lecker! Das Personal am Telefon immer freundlich. Die Lieferung kommt auch immer zeitnah! Echt ein super unternehmen!

Schmeckt immer sehr gut, schnelle Lieferung und sehr nettes Personal. Da kommt man gerne wieder und bestellt es sich auch gerne was nach Hause einfach top! kann ich nur empfehlen!

Ich liebe die Pizzen von Dinos und bestelle seit jahren sehr gerne dort. Leider ist mir bei meiner letzten Bestellung aufgefallen dass der Pizzakarton (Bild im Anhang) extrem stark gestunken hat und der Geruch sogar an der Pizza zu riechen war. Das war mir leider sehr unangenehm. Ich bitte drum dieses Problem zu beheben denn ich bestelle wirklich sehr gerne bei euch.

Essen schmeckt lecker. Lieferant war Nett und einer der wenigen, die auch mit einer Maske hoch kommen. Die Lieferzeit wird allerdings nicht eingehalten, wir mussten leider knapp 40min länger auf unser Essen warten. Kleiner Tipp: Ein paar Getränkedosen in Kofferraum schmeißen und als Entschädigung eine Dose dazu geben. 😉
