Delivery service arrived quickly. Schnitzel was very tasty.

We've been pre-ordering our pizzas by phone for a while now, and can pick them up after the obligatory 15-20 minutes. So far, we've always been satisfied. The pizza base is crispy, and the toppings are plentiful. I can't say much about the atmosphere, since they only offer pickup.

I love this pizza. I haven't had a better one in Kassel. The staff is very friendly, and the delivery has always been flawless.

Ordered and paid for a pizza with extra ingredients, then 2 pizzas arrived with hardly any ingredients, think it's a shame and will not order again

I ordered a 40cm pizza and got a 32cm pizza, and the drinks were wrong. I won't order again.

Good pizza and other dishes at fair prices, plus a great special offer for long-term customers (after 6 orders, a medium pizza is free). However, in my experience, some pizzas (especially salami and magharita) are often very salty, while others are perfect.

By far the best pizzeria in Kassel! The taste of the pizzas, as well as the other dishes like pasta, salad, etc., is unmistakable from all other pizzerias! Our orders usually arrive in less than 30 minutes, piping hot and served warmly! Sometimes they forget to cut pizzas, even if you ask over the phone, but that's easy to ignore because the flavors are unbeatable! We've ordered from here for years, and very often, and can only confirm time and again, when we eat other pizzas at friends' houses, that Milano tastes by far the best!

The pizzas were very tasty and of course hot, the drivers were very nice and quick and on time. Yammmmmmmmmi

I ordered a salami and peperoni pizza. I got a onion and tuna pizza instead. Only way to get in contact is to call them. Even though I ordered through Lieferando. Stay away

Ordered a pizza and drinks from Milano last night via Lieferando. The messenger came after half an hour with a warming box and the drinks on top. When he arrived on the third floor, everything happened very quickly. He tried to hold the box with one hand to give me the drinks first. At that moment the earth's gravity announced itself, everything began to shake and the wine was spread over two floors in the stairwell. From then on my relaxing evening was over. The driver felt sorry, apologized and helped me clean up the mess. When I got to my pizza it was cold. I called Milano on Kohlenstrasse and explained to the operator what happened. He was hectic and said we would bring the wine again. I told him that wasn't everything. My pizza is cold and now I'm just stressed. I would have expected that I would also be compensated with a hot pizza, but that wasn't the case. Dispatched quickly and the conversation ended. Nothing against the driver, we are human and certainly not without mistakes. But where is the humanity in the boss here???? The driver could bring me another pizza at any time, BUT FROM ANOTHER PIZZARIA PLEASE!!!

We ordered food from Liferando and got the wrong pizzas and called them. It's just a good thing that they can't admit the mistake. We ordered there last time

The best pizza in Kassel! We order very often from Milano (Kohlenstraße) and we love it!!! The pizza and pasta are always super tasty and hot! The drivers are always very nice and polite. Pure ordering service, pizza is great Indian, Asian, Turkish, and we do everything that way, I don't like it and they can't either. Pizza is good and they can do it too.

Milano ist schon immer gut, allerdings hatten wir oft das Problem, dass fahrer kein Wechselgeld hatte und ich weiß nicht wieso, aber mittags schmeckt es besser, als abends 😅🤷‍♂️ aber immer wieder gern 😁

Super nette Mitarbeiter & und top Service

Mir wurde soeben eine Pizza geliefert. Die Pizza war vom Preis und vom Geschmack her gut. Könnte für den Preis allerdings etwas größer sein. Die 28cm kamen mir die die kleine Größe 20cm vor. Über eine Sache war ich aber extrem verärgert. Wenn bei euch eine Pizza bestellt wird. Warum könnt ihr diese nicht schneiden??? Warum muss man als Kunde darum kämpfen, dass diese geschnitten wird. Eigentlich sollte man als Kunde davon ausgehen können, dass diese angeschnitten wird. Angenommen ich bin in Kassel im Urlaub und bin auf einen Campingplatz ohne Besteck. Wie soll ich dann meine Pizza schneiden? Das wär eine unglaubliche Sauerei. Bitte schneidet zukünftig die Pizza. Sowas sollte im Service definitiv mit inbegriffen sein und stellt keinen komplizierten Handgriff dar!!!

Richtig gut! Mit dem Belag wurde nicht gespart und der Rand ist essbar. Sonst wissenschaftliche keinen Rand :)

Die Pizza 🍕 ist sehr lecker. Ob Lieferservice oder Abholung vor Ort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut 👍. Aus meiner Sicht einer der besten Pizza Service in Kassel. Bitte weiter so.

Nudeln sind ganz angenehm . Aber das tiramisu ist in einer Plastik Schale und schmeckt auch danach.. :-(

Ich finde es immer sehr lecker hier. Heute hat eine Pizzatorno in der mittleren Größe mit Knoblauch und Peperoni fast elf Euro gekostet. Das finde ich echt teuer. 1,80 € extra für Knoblauch

Geschmacklich okay aber es wurden Mal wieder die bezahlten extra Zutaten vergessen. Hier wird dadurch schnelles Geld gemacht.

Bestellen hier sehr gerne Schnitzel, pünktlich da, schmeckt sehr gut Leider war die Pizza mit Oliven und Sardellen viiiiieel zu salzig, nach dem ersten Stück konnte ich nicht weiteressen

Essen ist lauwarm. Schlabrige pommes Schnitzel sind tiefgefroren. Soße aus dem Glas vom Aldi.. und die gebratene Nudeln sind Spaghetti mit sojasoße..die zu viel ist...

Ein Super Pizza Service. Viele leckere Pizza Variationen. Lieferdienst kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich immer abhole.

Ich kann Milanos Pizzaservice nur empfehlen. Schnelle Lieferzeit, netter Chef, super Essen zu fairen Preisen.

Der Salat war gut und die Lieferzeit akzeptabel. Das sogenannte Pizzabrötchen ist in etwa 10 cm lange Stangen geschnittener Pizzateig. Die Kräuterbutter hatte der Mitarbeiter zunächst vergessen. Die gewählte Form bietet sich aber für ein nachträgliches Auftragen der Butter nicht an.

Die Pizza ist ganz gut, aber auch nicht überragend. Die Pilze sind auf jeden Fall frisch und die Preise fair. Gut finde ich die 10% Rabatt für Selbstabholer! Das Ambiente ist nicht so schön, was mir persönlich aber egal war, da wir nicht dort gegessen haben. Die Pizzen sind übrigens auch korrekt geliefert worden!

Das Essen ist Top und schmeckt super leider ist das Personal sehr unfreundlich und oft wird etwas vergessen oder falsch geliefert. Wenn man dann anruft um es anzugeben und um die Bestellung richtig zu stellen wird man angemotzt und bekommt keine endschuldigung noch wird ein Angebot gemacht um dies richtig zu stellen sehr schade da ich oft und gerne bestellte. Werdemich jetzt nach einem neuen Lieferservice umschauen.

Em nossa visita a Kassel, achamos esta pizzaria, desta forma como bons paulistanos, fomos degustar e foi otimo. Pedimos uma pizza com parmesao , tomate e presunto parma, apenas nao lembro o nome.
