Unsere Getränke kamen erst auf Nachfrage nach 50 Minuten, angeblich weil genau bei uns das Papier im Bondrucker leer war und die Bestellung nicht gedruckt wurde. Die Vorspeise kam nochmal 40 Minuten später gleichzeitig mit dem Hauptgang und war geschmacklich ziemlich neutral und auf einer Schieferplatte, was das mischen von Bulgur und Gemüse ziemlich schwierig machte. Die Lüftung hat so gezogen, dass alle Gäste mit Schal da saßen und dann hat der Kellner noch die Rechnung auf den Tisch geklatscht weil er nur 10 cent Trinkgeld bekommen hat....und die auch nur, weil er nicht raus geben konnte.

Nice staff, delicious food. We came into the store with €0.47 and asked if we could use it to buy something to eat. They were very nice and gave us a large chip. I can only recommend the store!! 🫶🏼

This is now the third Pizza Hut visit outside of Bielefeld. I have to say that I didn't expect the food to taste so different at other Pizza Hut locations. I really like eating the Pizza Pan in different versions but especially the Pizza Pan Margarita and Chicken Supreme... I also really like the pasta gratin with broccoli and chicken. The dishes there have the typical Pizza Hut taste. Now this is the third Pizza Hut in Kassel at the cinema where, for example, the margarita had a strange cheesy taste and I didn't taste anything other than cheese. The others I was there with also confirmed that the pizza tasted different. And the broccoli chicken gratin didn't work at all! The meat was very soggy and not as crispy and delicious as in Bielefeld. And the garlic sauce with which the gratin was actually prepared was totally soggy and looked more like paste and simply didn't taste like anything! And the broccoli chicken gratin at Pizza Hut in Bönen on the highway was similar! What I'm really trying to say is that you look forward to a Pizza Hut and the food tastes completely different. Something like that simply shouldn't be allowed to happen! At McDonald's or Burger King, the food tastes as usual and as you would expect. I really hope my message gets passed on to the leadership team!!!!! This is completely unfair to the Pizza Hut lovers who are so excited and get something different. Unfortunately the branch in Bielefeld is currently closed and I'm really looking forward to going there in the new year when it reopens 🤗 Best regards!

Eating over 90 minutes ago Ordered for pickup. Order not yet confirmed. No one available by phone. Very disappointing!!

For several years we have repeatedly ordered pizza and other things from Dinos Lilienthalstrasse for an average of 21 euros and picked them up ourselves after a 3-minute drive. Unfortunately, I can only confirm that our food was often cold and we always said to ourselves, okay happen.But now the limit is full, I was supposed to pick up our food after 15 minutes, I was there after 10 minutes and got our food straight away and 5 minutes later it was on our table, the pizza was cold and the gratin was lukewarm . With the delivery service the food would probably have been ice cold. Guys, that's no longer possible, WE WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU ANYMORE. If it doesn't get better, you'll soon be history

In short: I'm used to better things from the dinosaurs on the Weserspitze. Since I recently moved here, I spent 130€ on moving helpers and, first because of the lack of a kitchen and then because of my working hours or simply because I wanted to, I spent almost 300€ from you in a few weeks and as much as I like eating pizza, I don't dare order anymore . I got screwed up “too often”! Including: -Cheese only in the middle -Tomato sauce instead of hollandaise -overdone with bbq sauce -sloppily distributed ingredients -wrong ingredients -smoked It was really inedible twice... but when you don't get what you're looking forward to several times, it's frustrating, which is why it only gets 2 stars. P.S. I ordered from Dinos Weserspitze twice on the weekend in the hospital and it was flawless as usual... Louisa with 🍍

Snack bar Indian food, not very convincing and quite expensive. Unusually long cooking time even though the curry sauce was spooned out of the jar (I saw it myself) and the vegetables came from a can.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is no longer right... €10.50 for a small extra portion of chicken that you can't chew because it's incredibly tough. There were also pieces of aluminum (probably from a sponge or aluminum foil) in our food... Too bad, we're out.

Ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken!!! Tried 3 times in the last 2 weeks - broken every time. Others have also complained about this here and they claim that there are no known downtimes. Aha?? Then why don't you ever have ice cream? Update 04/2024 Ice cream maker is still broken hahaha

Freunde hatten uns eingeladen, die Freundin hatte Geburtstag. Mein Mann und ich hatten vor Jahren dieses Lokal schon einmal in sehr negativer Erinnerung, aber wir hofften, dass sich das mit den Jahren gebessert hätte. Leider war das nicht der Fall, im Gegenteil. Wir betraten kurz vor 14.00 Uhr die fast leere Lokalität, konnten uns aussuchen, wo wir sitzen wollten und bekamen dann mitgeteilt, dass es Büffet nur bis 15.00 Uhr gäbe. Da unsere Freundin Geburtstag hatte und wir nun nicht noch woanders um diese Zeit hinwollten, erklärten wir uns damit einverstanden. Wir wählten alle das Büffet und begaben uns dann unverzüglich dorthin. Ich wollte gerne Succhi essen und musste aber leider feststellen, dass höchstens noch 8 Succhis vorhanden waren. An Fisch gab es nur noch Tintenfischringe und ein paniertes "Etwas" was als Fisch deklariert war, der aber wirklich pappig und echt ecklig schmeckte. Sonst gab es überhaupt keinen Fisch mehr, keine Garnelen, nichts mehr. Als nächstes füllte ich meinen Teller mit typisch chinesischen "Acht Köstlichkeiten", "Huhn in Curry", "Rindfleisch mit Zwiebeln" wobei man die Rindfleischstückchen unter den vielen Zwiebeln suchen musste............Außerdem war alles so gut wie kalt........und hatte fast keinen Geschmack........total schlecht gewürzt.......der Fisch ungenießbar...... Außerdem wurden einem sofort die leeren Teller echt "unter den Händen" weggenommen......der Teller unseres Enkels musste mehrfach verteidigt werden, da er einfach nicht so schnell essen konnte............ Der Nachtisch, ein Stück Käsekuchen und das allerletzte Stück Tiramisu, meine Freunde bekamen nichts mehr, hat ebenfalls überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Mir war den ganzen übrigen Tag echt schlecht, vor allem wenn ich an das Essen dachte. Ich bin kein großer Freund von Rezessionen, vor allem nicht von schlechten und schreibe sehr selten, aber hier fand ich es jetzt notwendig.
