A company like Pizza fails to update its opening hours on Google. That's really a shame.

The cheezy crust pizza is super delicious – crispy, juicy and with a perfect cheese crust. Self-service runs smoothly and super quickly. Top value for money, definitely come back!

We are also speechless about what has become of Pizza Hut in Kassel. No service. Drinks from paper cups. I ordered and paid for tomato slices as a topping. When I got the pizza there weren't any on it. When asked, the answer was that there were none. After an annoyed eye roll from the staff, I at least got the money back. Chicken wings were inedible. But luckily the pizza was delicious. Our conclusion: We will NOT be coming back!

UPDATE 04/2025: Oh no, what happened there? NO more service. There used to be very friendly employees there. Now self-service, instant payment. Everything that makes good service has disappeared. It all seems kind of loveless. Our table was sticky and was only cleaned after we complained. Unfortunately, the backrests were also dirty. We had to pick up the food ourselves. When we wanted to have the leftovers packed, they pointed to boxes that were waiting and we were told to pack them ourselves. No people, it doesn't work that way. I actually write mostly positive reviews here on Google. Every restaurateur can have a bad day and I am aware of the impact of a bad review. But this, dear people from the PizzaHut Kassel management, clearly has a system. I spent almost 60 euros on 3 pizzas with 2 refill drinks. And then less service than in a chip shop? At least the food still tastes as (good) as it did the last time we visited. Three years ago I wrote the following 5 star review: "Great food and very friendly service. We felt comfortable. We would be happy to come back at any time." Now it's enough for almost 2 stars (because the food tasted good like back then). As long as you treat your customers like this in order to save a little money, unfortunately you won't see me and my family again.

Frightening! I had the impression that Pizza Hut at the cinema wouldn't be around much longer. No service, you have to bring your own food and clear it away. The pizza is served on a ratty plastic board and drinks are served in paper cups. Paid 59.00 euros for three pizzas (including two mini pizzas) and four drinks.

Can Pizza Hut Kassel still call itself a “restaurant”? When I asked why I was given a self-service salad on a plastic plate, I was told, “That’s the way it is here.” With all the experiences I had in various restaurants, this was a joke.

The new concept is completely bananas. no service, no beer - self service. Tastes vary but the chicken wings are subterranean.

Edit 2025: There is no more service! You have to order at the counter and pick it up. Impossible! So basically a Pizza Hut Express with seating. Of course, this doesn’t make the prices cheaper. We've always enjoyed coming here, but that's all over now! One of the best Pizza Hut in Germany. Staff extremely friendly. Food always good.

I've been to PizzaHut for ages and was looking forward to my huge pizza. Was a good choice to go again. The food was great, the service was also super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back.

Panpizza – for me, there's no better pizza! Unfortunately, they no longer serve it.

I've been going here for 20 years. There has been a deterioration every time for about 3 years. It started with the children's play area being removed and now ends with the waiter no longer coming to the table and children's meals no longer being served. We then went somewhere else to eat. It just makes you sad and angry to see the store come to an end.

I feel very sorry for the employees who have to bear the owner's lack of interest. We really enjoyed going there for about 2 years. And each time it got a little worse. Lemonade first with nice decorations and ice cream, next visit without decorations, then without ice cream, then not even mixed anymore, now not even in stock anymore. Children's meals canceled, weekly deals, etc. And you can only order at the counter... I would be surprised if it lasts another year.

An absolute disgrace. Pizza Hut has completely changed for the worse. No real service anymore, just careless handling. The food was sticky, tasteless and seemed like it had been microwaved. The staff were rude, uncoordinated and clearly clueless - everyone says something different. Everything is served on cheap disposable dishes, which makes the whole thing look like a fast food canteen. For this quality and this handling, every cent is too much. Never again.

1 year ago the place was full of life and now... I wouldn't have expected such a deterioration, food is served in aluminum, there are no more plates for pizza, drinks in paper cups, food poorly prepared, burnt chickin wings, hair in the pizza. Staff demotivated, you have to clean up yourself. Overall, it looks like the store will be closing.

I used to go to Pizza Hut almost weekly. I don't think it's a bad thing that you now have to pick up your food yourself at the counter, but that you pay €18 for a portion of pasta with a drink and then eat it out of an aluminum bowl is impossible. You could at least continue to use plates. If you want the full Mcces ambience, the price has to come down. First of all, I won't be coming back.

I'm shocked. I've never seen such a deterioration in anything. I don't even know where to start. We liked going here. Salad and pizza were the only things that tasted good. Lasagna Bolognese Bites have shrunk and are no longer beautifully served in porcelain, but in an aluminum bowl. The dish itself is very watery. Drinks are only available in paper cups (it couldn't be more sustainable). No waiter comes to the table anymore, brings the food or clears away... The customer now does this himself for the prices. Why waiters at all? You don't need them anymore. This was our last visit. The ship will sink :(

There was no service today?!?! Order at the counter, pay immediately, pick it up yourself at the counter, clear the table - drinks in paper cups and food sometimes in aluminum bowls. Really now? Are you crazy? My hope is that staff were spontaneously canceled today and had to be compensated by the guests. But I'm afraid I'm just telling myself... By the way, the food was the usual Pizza Hut quality that you go there for. Everything fine!

There's always something going on at Pizza Hut ;) It doesn't matter whether there is no longer enough stock of a type of ice cream, whether the pizzas you ordered are mixed up and end up at the next table, whether you pay for the free refill and no one refills the cup, whether you pay for a large pizza and get a small one, or whether the employee charges you twice for a product and would like to use his private cell phone to calculate that the calculation is correct. It never gets boring here and we always enjoy coming

We like to eat a pizza buffet during our lunch break. There are only 4 out of 5 stars because I find the pizza a bit too oily, but still delicious.

Pizza Hut used to be the best restaurant in Kassel, it served delicious pizza, at fair prices and had great service, but that has changed since this year and the new owner is driving the place into the wall. First he came up with the idea of ​​removing the service at the Pizza Festival and turning it into a normal buffet, which meant that the restaurant atmosphere was gone, not only because of the lack of service, but also because of hygiene, as all guests now had the same pizza server touch. After the staff cuts, the next cost-cutting measure was to eliminate all takeaway deals. These have been around for decades and their absence has meant that the Pizza Festival is now overcrowded with guests. Ultimately, the Cheezy Crust was removed from the Pizza Festival, but the price has increased, like all dishes, meaning the customer pays more but gets less. The Mac'n Cheese, the best pizza, was also removed from the range. The ambience has also deteriorated, even though the place is actually bigger, half of it is cordoned off, the televisions have been removed (further cost-cutting measures) and the entrance from the street side has been blocked by ugly barrier fences. As far as the employees are concerned, there are still a few there who have been performing well for years and continue to do so, which is why I still give Pizza Hut Kassel 2 stars, but unfortunately that will probably change in the future as well more new staff replacing old ones. On my last visit I was served by a woman with long dark hair and lots of makeup on her face. At first she didn't quite understand that I wanted to order more than one pizza, but it became really ridiculous when she couldn't tell me how much a pizza actually costs, that's absolutely not possible. Unfortunately, this Pizza Hut has lost its luster.

I love this place! The person is always so warm and caring. The pizzas are simply amazing and are worth the money! If we eat pizza out, it's here.

Run-down restaurant and inattentive staff who only see quick money instead of guests.

The service was terrible, glasses were sometimes washed and sometimes not. We waited for over 15 minutes for someone to kindly approach us with menu cards, where there were literally only a few people in the entire restaurant.

The pizzas are relatively well topped, but the dough is far too high and the edges are rock hard. But if you like pizza American style, you will like it. But it's become far too expensive for me, so I'd rather go to an Italian restaurant.

This is now the third Pizza Hut visit outside of Bielefeld. I have to say that I didn't expect the food to taste so different at other Pizza Hut locations. I really like eating the Pizza Pan in different versions but especially the Pizza Pan Margarita and Chicken Supreme... I also really like the pasta gratin with broccoli and chicken. The dishes there have the typical Pizza Hut taste. Now this is the third Pizza Hut in Kassel at the cinema where, for example, the margarita had a strange cheesy taste and I didn't taste anything other than cheese. The others I was there with also confirmed that the pizza tasted different. And the broccoli chicken gratin didn't work at all! The meat was very soggy and not as crispy and delicious as in Bielefeld. And the garlic sauce with which the gratin was actually prepared was totally soggy and looked more like paste and simply didn't taste like anything! And the broccoli chicken gratin at Pizza Hut in Bönen on the highway was similar! What I'm really trying to say is that you look forward to a Pizza Hut and the food tastes completely different. Something like that simply shouldn't be allowed to happen! At McDonald's or Burger King, the food tastes as usual and as you would expect. I really hope my message gets passed on to the leadership team!!!!! This is completely unfair to the Pizza Hut lovers who are so excited and get something different. Unfortunately the branch in Bielefeld is currently closed and I'm really looking forward to going there in the new year when it reopens 🤗 Best regards!

Checked it out again after many years. The sensation of the restaurant back then has clearly faded. You miss the warm welcome, service and the impressive flair of the restaurant enormously.

I mainly visit Pizza Hut on Thursdays for the Pizza Festival, so my review refers exclusively to that. First of all: The price has been raised from 9.90 to 13.90(?), but okay, everything is getting more expensive and they have to survive. The replenishment sometimes comes very slowly, but then several immediately. Unfortunately, not everything is always signposted, so "hidden" receipts are often only found when eating. If you don't like something or can't tolerate it, that's pretty bad. I would like it to be declared not just "vegetarian" or "with pork" (if it says so at all!), but in a little more detail. Perhaps you can use reusable signs where the ingredients are marked with whiteboard markers and removed later. For the usual pizzas you can make boards with the names instead of ticking each ingredient individually. But the service itself could sometimes be a little quicker. At least: I have nothing to complain about the toilets, they have always been clean and soap etc. were available.

In terms of taste, it's a solid 10. Nobody makes pizza like Pizza Hut but the prices there are incredibly high.

I feel called upon to thank the friendly young man who works here. ERAY was written on his name tag. When I complained about the iced tea because it was too warm, he apologized and brought me another glass. This was specially chilled and there were large ice cubes in the drink. This young man was so friendly and it didn't seem fake that I, who runs my own restaurant, would say... THAT'S how service works and THAT'S how the guest feels comfortable. ERAY definitely doesn't earn enough. You should see them keep him! The food was just Pizza Hut. You know it and it's usually delicious. The restaurant was clean... Everything was great here. We waited a very long time before we could even place the order. Then we waited ages for our food. In addition, a meal was simply forgotten. After 15 minutes I asked where the food was and what was missing. I was then told that unfortunately they had forgotten to put it in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it's a shame. We were there for the first time and I think it was the last time.

Today we ate at Pizza Hut in Kassel. The service and ambience were excellent as always, very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, there is a star deduction for the food because there is supposedly no garlic. When we asked if it would be possible to put some garlic on the pizza, we were told "unfortunately we don't put garlic on the pizza." Unfortunately, as a big garlic lover, I couldn't understand that. There are also other dishes with garlic on offer, so we assumed that it was also possible to get garlic on the pizza. Of course, even without garlic, the pizzas were a real treat for the palate, as always. I highly recommend Pizza Hut to anyone who likes pizza and cheese.

Thanks to the shift manager (Launtina), you receive excellent service there. You don't have to wait long for food. You can tell that the employees there are motivated and very friendly. The food also tastes better than many other Pizza Hut branches. Always recommended :)

Pizza is good in every Pizza Hut around the world. You should avoid the boring mozzarella sticks as a starter.

Das ist Pizza Hut, so wie es sein soll. Man muss es nicht mögen, aber hier ist die Qualität sehr gut.

Essen ist schnell gekommen und hat sehr gut geschmeckt! Außerdem finde ich ist der Preis für das Essen wirklich nicht viel.

Qualität hat leider stark nachgelassen. Das letzte Mal waren wir vor gut 3 Jahren hier. Das Inventar ist abgerockt. Personal ist nur noch halbwegs freundlich. Das Essen ist auch nicht mehr sehr gut. Pizzahut ist eigentlich ganz OK aber mir scheint das diese Filiale abgewirtschaftet ist bzw. keine Investition in die Einrichtung mehr getätigt werden.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Umgebung auf jeden Fall okay. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch höflich, aber wirken einfach nicht freundlich. Besonders die, die gefühlt immer da sind, wenn wir hingehen. Eine Dame & ein Herr, die etwas höher gestellt sind als die Kellner oder die in der Küche.

Die Pizzen, die wir bestellt haben, waren gut. Evtl etwas zu fettig. Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt dafür aber wiederum definitiv. 🍕 Das Personal war freundlich, alles war soweit sauber. Für PizzaHut war alles ausreichend und es gab nichts wirklich zu bemängeln. ☺️

Sauberer Gastraum. Freundliche Bedienung. Für meinen Geschmack könnten die sanitären Anlagen etwas sauberer sein. Eine der Toilettenbrillen war lose,diese Toilette kann man nicht benutzen.

Immer wieder entspannt dort zu essen. Nie zu voll gewesen und die Bedienung ist ebenfalls sehr nett. Das Essen ist preislich total okay, da man hier definitiv auch satt wird.

Super Essen, Super Service, Super Personal!

Die Pizzas sind leider sehr fettig.

Qualität des Essens war okay, Wartezeit auch. Es gibt aber viel bessere Lokale in Kassel. Was die Wertung so drückt, waren die überteuerten Preise. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gegeben.

Bei unseren spontanen Besuch in Kassel hatten wir alle das spontane Bedürfnis nach einer fetten Pizza von Pizza Hut und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, saubere Tische , nettes Personal , zweckmäßige Location . Hier hat alles gepasst und wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Kommen gern mal wieder rum .

Essen war gut, leider wurde ein Gericht vorher fertig und stand über 10minuten rum. Dies wurde angemerkt und ohne Beanstandung wurde die Bestellung neu gemacht. Wer Pizza im US-Style mag ist hier richtig.

Schneller Service, leckeres Essen, insgesamt Top-Preis

Die Pizza war ok, die Nudeln eine Katastrophe und die Pommes schwabbelig. Der Service war toll. Super freundlich nur leider etwas langsam. Preis-Leistung stimmen nicht wirklich.

Essen war sehr lecker und der Serice war nett und zuvorkommend! Kommen gerne wieder.

Als ich diesen schönen Laden betrat kam ich in voller Hoffnung auf die Speisekarte zu. Laut Google (14€) sah ich die unverschämt hohen Preise pro Pizza (25€), eine reine Unverschämtheit. Trotz diesen Preisen bestellte ich eine überteuerte käse Pizza (mit Fußgeruch). Nach 45 min warten, kam eine Pizza die dunkler war als der Punkt wo die Sonne nie hinscheint . Leider schmeckte die Pizza genau so wie sie gerochen hat(🦶). Schwach angefangen und stark nach gelassen . Der einzige Grund für die 5 Sterne Ambiente Bewertung obliegte der Hauptstraße ,denn dort fuhren viele verschiedene Laute Sportwägen. Für einen Auto Liebhaber ein absolutes Go (für alle anderen ist es bestimmt drinne auch schön). Mfg.

El viernes fuimos a almorzar a Pizzahut Kassel. El restaurante estaba casi vacío. Ambas camareras nos ignoraron, porque estaban ocupadas consigo mismas. ¡Así que nos fuimos sin un almuerzo!

Ich kann die teils sehr schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Der Kellner kam, nachdem ich mich draußen gesetzt habe nach ca 5min, auf die Vorspeise habe ich ca 10min und auf meine Pizza Hawaii cheezy Crust ca 15min gewartet. Der Kellner war jetzt nicht super redselig, aber sowas mag ich auch nicht gerade :) Die Lage ist, genau so wie das Essen, Geschmackssache. Drinnen klimatisiert, einige Tische auf der Terrasse zur Straße hin und draußen, vor dem Cinestar Eingang in einer Art Hinterhof ein paar Tische. Hier hört man die Autos weniger und ich habe das nicht als störend empfunden. Die Preise sind nunmal teurer als bei so manch anderer Pizzeria, das sollte aber auch den meisten klar sein, wenn man hierhin geht. Gerade mit Käse im Rand (Cheezy Crust) lassen die sich gut bezahlen. Aber genau dafür zahle ich ja, und zahle ich auch gerne etwas mehr. Wegen den Preisen bin ich hier aber auch weitaus seltener als z.B. beim Döner Mann meines Vertrauens. Somit ist der Besuch hier auch jedesmal mehr oder weniger etwas besonderes. Ich kann den Laden hier weiterempfehlen.

Pizza Hut es conocida por sus pizzas de platos profundos de estilo americano, y el restaurante de Karlsplatz en Kassel no defrauda. El restaurante ofrece asientos al aire libre, aunque en un espacio cerrado rodeado de edificios. El menú es de Pizza Hut estándar y el servicio es promedio. Un buen lugar para tomar un bocado, después de ver una película cerca.
