Well, 40 minutes waiting for a pizza to be baked.? And that at lunchtime a week at around 30% Occupancy. Service is very nice, toilets have a lack of cleanliness.

Like every other Café del Sol in Germany, nothing more and nothing less. Here, too, the service is not well trained, but it is still friendly and you can order again. Actually, four stars are basically too much for these places, but since you know what you're getting and it's consistently of the same quality, I think four stars are appropriate here.

Top service, not intrusive but forthcoming

Slow service and forgotten orders are the order of the day here. Otherwise a completely normal Café del Sol

We were there for breakfast, it was delicious and the service was really good.

Terrible. The bottom of the pizza ok for bake off but that's the only good thing about this place. The avocado on top was "al dente" but not the pasta, it was inedible. The toilet disgusting. The service lousy.

Schnitzel only lukewarm. Champion sauce and the fries totally cold. When the stressed waitress was told about food, the answer was OK! receive. Not recommended. Very bad...never again! 1 star for the food because nothing less is possible.

I went to the restaurant for the first time today and waited at least 15 minutes for service. I then left the restaurant without having accomplished anything without saying a word. As I could observe, there was only one waitress working for the busy restaurant and was therefore completely overwhelmed or overloaded.

Very close to the motorway, delicious, very different food, we prefer to go here instead of an overpriced rest stop:) very nice and attentive service, we had eaten in half an hour and could move on. Parking spaces at the house.

The staff was very nice and the loaded frys were delicious. Unfortunately the soup was cold and the Caesar salad was a bit bad. In connection with the rather high price, in our opinion, unfortunately only 3*.

We went there for breakfast and again in the evening on a Friday for a company trip with a group of 15 people. We had reserved a table. There was still a lot of space available in the morning. It definitely makes sense for the evening. Service is friendly and patient. We all enjoyed the food. Toilets are OK.

Very friendly and attentive service, someone has just been trained. The food was tasty and everything went very quickly, the burger was as I expected. Price-performance was right.

Very easy to reach, sufficient parking space, but only partially suitable for wider or particularly low vehicles, as the exit for deeper vehicles and the width of individual parking spaces could become a problem for wider vehicles. The dishes on offer are very varied and everyone will find what they are looking for there. The taste is at a very high level. In terms of price, the starters, main courses as well as drinks are alcoholic/non-alcoholic and desserts are in the green range. The staff is very polite and committed to looking after the guests in the best possible way. Well suited for families, couples and sometimes smaller to medium-sized groups. In summer or generally warm days, the outdoor area is also clearly recommended. Definitely worth a visit, although reservations may be required depending on the day/time. But in summary: Highly recommended.

The food is okay and tastes good. Some portions are really small in terms of value for money. Next to my companion's average-sized burger there was at most a handful of fries. Almost 20 euros are really steep for that. For two people we paid 75 euros with a starter, two main courses and 4 drinks. That's very limiting for a franchise system. The ambience is okay given the circumstances, but the store is really huge, which leads to an enormous amount of noise when it's full. However, the service staff are really nice and usually come by often enough, considering the many thousands of steps they have to take due to the size of the store and the number of people. All in all, no more than 3 stars is possible due to the unavoidably high volume and the expensive prices.

The food was very good. The service was very nice and attentive. The selection and quality of the food and drinks was great. The only thing I have to criticize is that the dispenser for the toilet seat disinfection was empty and needed to be wiped down at the bottom of the hand dryer. Furthermore, the toilet paper dispensers were a bit dusty. The carpet in the upper area could be replaced. But that's complaining at a high level. Otherwise really great!

The window panes were extremely dirty and the furniture wasn't clean either, especially the table. 3 different service staff for one table. The taste of my cocoa was so-so, as was my husband's milk coffee. Not very lovingly prepared. The food offer sounded good. We'll try that next time.

Service is worse and rude, to order our drinks we stay more than 30 minutes, however it was not full and only 5 table had guest. But the waiters saw us ignoring us and after a long wait we left without even ordering our drink and waiter answered us rudely.

Another chain restaurant, but absolutely good. It's just a big restaurant where it can be lively at times. The food was very good and plentiful. The service had a lot of trouble, but you have to be careful - it was also very full. Overall we were satisfied.

I ate coffee and almond cake and for the price of €4.10 it wasn't super cheap but it was justified as the taste and size were very good.

The food was super delicious - I had the schnitzel with fries (the sauce could have been a little more), the others had pasta/pizza and were really excited too! The service was really very friendly, which is why we were willing to give a little more tip. In our opinion, the cake wasn't particularly tasty (I think it was exposed to air a bit, you could taste that on the chocolate), otherwise everything was really great! Everything is great. The loud music could be a little quieter

It's been a long time since I've been to a hotel in this chain. The decor is as cozy as expected, despite the many tables. At this late lunch the shop wasn't even 30% full and we still waited almost 50 minutes for pasta and salad. The pinsa that came with it wasn't really warm anymore and worse: the avocado wasn't even really ripe. Too bad. The service was at least very friendly. Thanks

We were there with several people. This restaurant is not for people who use a walker or wheelchair. They do have a ramp, but otherwise it is not easy for disabled people to get into the store. Once the entrance door is too difficult to open and then it starts in the store itself. It is so full of tables and chairs that a person with a walker or wheelchair has no way to get through. Unless he is still somewhat independent and can still walk a bit. Dear restaurateur, you should think about this.

Ambience quite nice. We didn't have to wait long, but when the nachos arrived as an appetizer, I was a bit annoyed. Most of it was little crumbs. As if the last bit of the pack had been put in there. And the quantity was simply not suitable for the money. The pasta funghi were ok. However, to charge €8.70 for half a Pinsa Tarte Flambée Style and then you get a piece that won't even fill a small child. The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right.

For 17 friends at one table: Simply surprising how well, quickly and politely everything worked out. Thank you very much

Good food, nice staff and therefore always worth a visit

We went out to dinner with 11 people for our birthday, and none of us were particularly enthusiastic about the food, as we had positive memories of it for years. We won't be coming back and generally prefer restaurants where the price-performance ratio is right. Only ready-made schnitzel was confirmed upon request. And not a lie at least Unfortunately, the pasta is no longer the same as it was before the owner changed, they were really happy to show up.

Was here for breakfast on Monday morning. It was tasty, reasonably priced and the service was great, very friendly and quick. The ambience is typical Café del Sol.

Should you stop by, price performance is way too expensive.

Selection of food as you would expect from the chain. Fast food packaged hip, but partly. already questionable combinations. ;-) Very attentive and warm service - consistently from all the employees we encountered during our stay.

It was a great morning! Everything was 100% perfect, very tasty breakfast buffet, lots of choice and drinks! The staff is very accommodating and super nice. The ambience is also absolutely amazing! We'll definitely be back!☺️

Very great restaurant. I ordered a chicken burger with fries and it was honestly the best thing I've eaten at a restaurant. Staff very nice and not much going on. I would recommend it to everyone.

Our second visit was again for a coffee but for a quick snack and dinner. The building was very solid, beautifully built and very modern inside. Big advantage: lots of parking spaces, charging station option, the entrance itself was very inviting. There was plenty of seating and even a swing for waiting guests if the store was overcrowded. The first thing to highlight is the clean toilets. The entire store was visually an eye-catcher. The long counter was discreetly and beautifully lit and the people who worked there were all very friendly. There are a number of seating options available here, both outside and inside, with a window seat in the middle, sitting on a stool or outside. Ordered a citizen in barbecue loaded with double beef. At first I thought this burger was two of you. I can clearly confirm that you can't. The thing is absolutely sufficient and incredibly tasty. What surprised me a bit is that it's very expensive water. I personally think that water that costs seven euros is very expensive. No restaurant has ever brought it that can cost seven euros, but of course you can argue about the prices. Then we had a tomato soup, which tasted fresh, tasted very good and was also well prepared. Overall, the overall friendliness of the atmosphere and the good food were nothing but positive results for me.

The service is partly unfriendly and partly confused Mistakes probably happen more often I can't understand the prices: €18.99 for a schnitzel and then I have to think about what else to eat at home XD I'm shocked Definitely never again!

Burger wasn't good The meat is not of good quality

In particular, the "Sambalhollondaise" with its slight spiciness was outstanding, in my case with the Schnitzel del Sol.

We were there for breakfast on a Sunday. It's ok, price/performance fits. The selection could be a little better. After 10:45 a.m., many things were no longer available. Employees were very friendly, the atmosphere is fine.

We came to eat with our customer (7 people) at lunchtime. There were enough places even without a reservation. The food came quickly (10-15 minutes) and everyone enjoyed it. The portions were generous and the staff was friendly and attentive. From a price point of view, OK, but inflation has left its mark here too. I'd love to come back!

Cool restaurant with a large parking lot. Became aware of this through the Tesla Supercharger there. Became a great loading and lunch stop.

Unfortunately, the Cafe der Sonne comes from a fully automatic machine. 🫣👎 Unfortunately, they tend to eat from the microwave. The staff, on the other hand, was super friendly and in a good mood. However, I will no longer consume food and cafés here. Too bad. Maybe I was just unlucky today. The ambience is really good.

We were there recently to eat a delicious pizza. Absolutely non-existent. The meter pizza is no longer available, but instead these Pinsa things, small, dry, too thick dough, too hard, extremely difficult for me to cut with problems in my hands, even with scissors. We were really looking forward to the delicious pizza, but we probably won't go there again. The service was very nice and friendly, we think the atmosphere was nice. Pinsa, no thanks.

Was there on Saturday evening (7 people). Neither our drink orders nor our food orders were delivered in full, we always had to reorder something. My cocktail glass was also cracked halfway, so the waitress offered me a new cocktail “on the house”. When the bill came it said “I’m sorry, I wanted to take it off for you but my colleague said that wasn’t possible because nothing happened”. (You can see the photo of the cracked glass for yourself, the table underneath is wet from the cocktail). The first time we were there it was very nice, this time unfortunately it was the complete opposite...

The three of us were in the restaurant for the first time and Adrian gave us great advice. We've already tried out a lot and seen a lot of waitresses, and Adrian impressed us very positively. We think a leadership position would suit him. The Café del Sol is generally a great restaurant. Huge recommendation!

Det var bedre end forventet. Efter at have set anmeldelserne, var jeg meget skeptisk. Men servicen var fin. Og maden smagte godt. Jeg fik en bbq burger og fritter. Der til weisbeer. God restaurant, tæt på hotellet.

Good for a stop on your way home and have a bite to eat, however there are a lot of wasps in summer. Also I do NOT recommend the Thai Curry, taste is not like a thai curry and taste like it was frozen. Service wasn't too friendly and not very quickly either.

Motorway restaurant at the good end

A great restaurant. We were there for a small dinner. All of our wishes were taken into account. The service was very nice and quick. The food was very, very good. We had 2 salads and sweet potato fries. Plain, simple, but super tasty. Thank you very much

There's always something going on here, it can get loud at times. If you don't mind that, are looking for a good location and want to eat something different, this is the place for you. I can recommend the freaky fries.

Actually a really nice location and I always enjoyed being there. Now it has happened to me twice that I have complained about a drink (because it was inedibly sweet) and it was only afterwards when I looked at the bill that I noticed that the drinks had still been charged. If I eat 4 caipi for 2 people in one evening and send a round back, or the waitress takes them back after the first sip and brings me new ones, I assume that, given good service, I didn't spend 18 euros for 2 not eaten Caipi has to pay because that would be good service. Otherwise it's unfortunately a rip-off and a reason for me not to come again.

Food was cold across the board for a group of 16 people. The day before, the lettuce was brown and the cucumbers were slimy. Lasagna was cold and was only warmed up and brought back. I've been to this Del Sol before but it's never been this underground. Sorry but I probably won't come again.

Absolute disaster. Last time everything was great. We waited 1.5 hours for the food with 16 people. It was cold and partially burned. The management felt it was polite and not to charge for the food. I definitely expect more!!! If food is wrong, cold and/or burnt, I expect more goodwill instead of “you don’t have to pay for food” never again!!!! Service was very hard despite the stress, so 2 stars for the ladies who gave their all.

Overwhelmed staff, the reservation alone didn't work. Two hours after ordering, the food was delivered cold, the burgerpetti burnt in the wrong bun. The correct rolls according to the menu were apparently missing, but replacement delivery was not agreed upon with us. Cold food was also delivered to other guests if their orders were processed at all. The unfriendliness of the restaurant management was the crowning glory of this visit, which left us with an empty stomach for two hours of our lives.

The first impression the café made visually was that it was expensive. And a look at the map showed us that we were partly right. But since we are rich snots and the café had a toilet that we were in high demand with, we still decided on the Café der Sonne. When the coffee we ordered arrived for around four euros, we were a little surprised because the cups had apparently shrunk during the washing process. It actually tasted quite good, but one of my companions, also known as Dummbatz, had let the included biscuit dissolve in the coffee, so that the coffee grounds were a little reminiscent of explosive diarrhea. But well, the café couldn't help that. After the coffee, which tasted good but was too small for me, there was the Pinsa Originale (basically a Margharita pizza, but eaten with scissors) for around 9 euros - the cheapest of its kind. Cutting with scissors resulted in a walnut-sized pile of tomato sauce ending up on my jeans, which didn't necessarily make my cafe experience any better. As for the taste experience: The food was similar to the staff's disposition - a little desolate. To describe it in the words of my second companion: “There’s not much room for improvement anymore.” Oh well. We laughed a lot. And we were also grateful for the toilet. 2/5 stars.

If you come to eat it is delicious, the selection would be good, but you also have to wait 30 minutes for rolls, something like that shouldn't happen, especially not several times, unfortunately refilling the buffet generally doesn't work at all, there are a lot of plates and just stay empty... We also had a birthday cake with us as a gift and had to pay a fee of €3 per person for it, which was a disgrace when you had already paid for the entire buffet, so there would have been no loss. Stopped in for coffee and stayed until after a small dinner. Very good service! The cake and iced coffee were very tasty and the falafel with hummus and sweet potato fries were also a poem.

I don't understand where the 4 stars come from. Staff unfriendly, arrogant and arrogant. Burgers are served like at McDonald's (even taste better there than the overpriced stuff)

Very pleasant and tasted very good. What I liked best was that there was something for everyone, e.g. lactose-free and vegan dishes.

We had brunch in the shop for the first time this morning. However, the waiting times when ordering are a bit long. The brunch was perfectly fine. The warm dishes at brunch didn't look appealing, very boring and lacked taste. The ambience also makes the whole thing much more comfortable.

Waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken, the food came before the drinks. We didn't have cutlery either, so we got it ourselves. 6 people behind the bar, but our drinks arrived 45 minutes after arrival at 30 degrees outside and 40 degrees inside. We had to ask 4 times to open a window because you couldn't get to it yourself in these temperatures. Worst service we have ever received in the catering industry, thanks for nothing.

Cozy restaurant. You can sit inside and outside. Dogs are also allowed into the restaurant. We once had the breakfast buffet, it was great, selection, quality etc. Burgers are also good. Unfortunately Pinsa was very dry. Overall, I can recommend the restaurant without hesitation
