Castello Grill in Kassel

Unfortunately, the person behind the counter was truly unfriendly. The preparation of my order (a kebab) took forever, and they were still making phone calls. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

The toilet is very dirty. The wheelchair-accessible rail is very rusty and slowly falling apart. The faucet on the sink is loose. All in all, the toilet is very unhygienic. The food is quite good, and the service is also quite good.

We ordered takeout from here. Pizza, kebab, and fries. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious. We highly recommend it.

I've rarely eaten so badly. We were stopping over in Kassel and just wanted a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately, a mistake. Ordered a kebab plate, but there was no information that only chicken was served. The meat was full of gristle. Cold and hard. I don't understand the good reviews at all. I wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered takeaway. Everything was freshly prepared. I ordered chicken dürum, which was okay. The man was very nice and recommended a mix of sauces. If you can, ask for mint leaves. Very good recommendation. Very good and friendly service.

Food was great! Döner plate with fries, salad and pizza bread! Everything was fresh, warm and really tasty and the delivery was also very nice!

Ordered there second time because everything was great the first time. This time the food was very tasty like last time, the driver was extremely fast and super polite. Price/performance top, always happy, really only recommended.

The refrigerators and rotisserie are switched off...if you order a kebab, the rotisserie is switched on briefly. Overall extremely dirty…never again.

I ordered and paid for kebabs with veal for an extra fee today. But chicken kebab was delivered. And I don't like chicken kebab. During the phone call he also became cheeky. But I got my money back through the Volt delivery service customer service. But I'm still angry. Conclusion: Never here again!

The delivery arrived quickly and warm. The grilled plate was rather small and not particularly varied. Overall, it was OK, but nothing more. Overall, we expected more.

Taking your own tip without asking was a shame and the food wasn't the best

This is an absolute joke, just cartilage and I even had a hair in it, how can something like that happen!?. Even if the kebab may be well filled, the quality has to be right and that is absolutely not the case. Think about whether you should use other meat.

The waiting time is long and the quality and taste of the food is poor

I ordered by phone on Sunday evening because I couldn't select a salad online. The man said it was busy and I would have to wait 90 minutes. The food only arrived after 2 hours from an (unfriendly) delivery person and unfortunately it had already cooled down. I won't be ordering there again anytime soon. I paid €22.50 for a kebab plate with salad. There was no compensation for the late delivery

I was eating there with my friends once and we ordered a kebab pizza. I gave the seller 20 euros and he didn't give me enough change. I told him that I gave him 20 euros, to which he claimed that I only gave him 15 euros. After some discussion, he finally gave me my money back and made a casual comment that there were cameras here. Nevertheless, the biggest disappointment was the kebab pizza, dough was limp and the pizza was tasteless.

Pide is highly recommended here, it is freshly prepared and the dough tastes very tasty!

Sehr leckeres Essen und ebenso freundliches Personal. Da geht man doch gerne wieder hin.

Döner war lecker, beim Spinatbörek hatte man leider dauernd ein knirschen in den Zähnen weil der Spinat wahrscheinlich nicht gewaschen wird.

Wir haben uns schon ein paar mal das Essen liefern lassen. Es ist super lecker und eine grosse Portion. Auch der Besitzer sehr nett. Wir werden wieder bei ihm bestellen.

Zu uns ist das Personal immer sehr freundlich und kinderlieb (gibt immer was süßes oder mal was zum Probieren und nen Lächeln), wir sind schon lange Kunden :-) Döner meist gut gefüllt und lecker, auf Wunsch auch extra viel Soße, Salatauswahl für vegetarisch kann stark variieren von vielfältig bis mal weniger Auswahl vorhanden. Sehr geräumig und viel Platz zum Niederlassen, auch mit mehreren Leuten :-)

Haben durch Zufall hier bestellt und gleich den nächsten Tag nochmal. Beide Male etwas komplett Anderes und es war immer mega gut. Kommen auf jeden Fall mal persönlich zu Euch 😁😁😁

Ich war zwecks Mittagspause in der Nähe. Ich kann nur sagen lange nicht mehr so einen guten döner gegessen. Wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe bin weiß ich aufjedenfall wo ich super lecker essen kann.

Also kann ich echt empfehlen der Döner mit Grillgemüse ist echt Hammer 👍✌️

Hier gibt es leckeres Essen zu einem fairen Preis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wird oft unterschätzt, ist aber ein sehr nicer Laden, mit einer der besten meiner Meinung nach. Vorallem die Drehspießtasche ist äußerst schmackhaft!

Mega leckere, mit Abstand der beste Döner den ich so in letzter Zeit in Kassel gegessen habe. Genauso die Pizza von meinem Mann, einfach nichts zu meckern. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich, die Bestellung kam pünktlich. Bei Castello werden wir wieder bestellen und auch weiter empfehlen.

Famished on a Sunday, 6 Nations day. Fancied some casual food and Castillo Grill delivered. First time I had gone via Uber Eats. Delivery dead on time, and the food was very enjoyable. Certainly going to scrutinise their menu as I spotted some items that I thought that sounds good, that sounds good. But I was in a rush as match had started and I just fancied a burger. But spotted extras and went over the top, so enough for super. Complementary Coke and the rice I thought I would try was fragrant, fluffy and grains not stuck together, first class rice. I definitely will have to stretch their cooking capabilities with the next order. Thank you Castillo, simple food, that was first class. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 👍

Ich gehe einmal pro woche dort hin und hole mir den Döner mit hähnchen. Neulich hat das Geschmack auch verbessert.

Essen war sehr lecker, Bedienung war nett nur die Sanitäreinrichtungen lassen zu wünschen übrig.
