Unfortunately we got some rotten rice to take home, but the seller was nice. Next time I would go to a different snack bar because the rice was not made fresh but warmed in the microwave. The extra portion of rice was also quite small for €5 (if you could have eaten it)

Actually, the food was ok and the tea was very tasty... unfortunately the employee is not very customer friendly... at first she doesn't have time to serve because she is loud and angry on the phone, then she becomes abusive and makes baseless accusations towards the customers. .. then had to break off the conversation and preferred to leave. A lot of negative energy unfortunately, it's a shame - I was very annoyed.

3€ for an ayran. Well, that's what I call usury. 2€ would be a high price. In other Turkish bistros the ayran costs €1 That alone would be a reason for me not to buy anything because I hate it when restaurants are greedy. The pizza is also expensive and the dough is too thick I hope the operator reads this and rethinks its strategy of generating additional income through significantly overpriced drinks. In any case, this calculation didn't work for me because he successfully scared me off with it. I'm assuming I'm not the only one who thinks this...

Average kebab, but you can eat well. €7 is fine.

Every now and then I got a kebab here because it was okay but unfortunately a bit small. Then the kebab price was raised by almost 50% and since a tiny ayran costs €3, I will probably turn to other kebab shops in the area in the future where the quality of the food matches the prices better.

Pizza is smaller than stated and simply too expensive. The bottom was burnt and the kebab meat was not very recommendable. Too bad Kurt!

Worst kebab box I've ever had. First about the service: The (supposed) operator is sitting on his cell phone and hardly looks up. The waitress didn't understand my order (both sauces). To eat: The fries (presumably stale since they were ready straight away) went into the box first, then the sauce, then the veal. The result is soggy fries on the bottom and dry meat with no sauce on top. The meat comes from a warming box and not from a spit. It made me sick and I threw the entire box away. It's better to stay hungry than risk food poisoning. Addendum to the operator's answer: First of all, how do you know which customer I was? At least with the meat, I saw with my own eyes how it was taken out of a metal box. To deny that is simply a lie. I was cautious about the fries. And I never said anything about the sauce, the fact that you want to defend it directly speaks for itself. Your answer shows me that you are aware of your work.

We ordered schnitzel and it was very tasty with salad and fries. We had 3 portions, which meant it took a while. We each got a cup of black tea on the house. Very friendly service. Gladly again.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I had dinner there with my children - we enjoyed everything. While we were eating, many visitors came to take away food. The only thing is that I didn't really like the veal, next time I will order a chicken dish. We will definitely come back more than once. And the staff is friendly! Thanks)

Just had one of the worst doner experiences of my life. The meat was old and smelly. Did not taste good at all. They charged me 3 euro for a small amount of extra sauce which was not mentioned anywhere in the menu. And freaking 3.8 euro for cola. Would not recommend to anyone. Very bad experience.

Went there to take a lunch meal but got disappointed. Worst doner box and the meat was a bit smelly. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

DON’T EAT IN THIS RESTAURANT. The food is of bad quality, the donor meat that was provided smelled old, and worst of ALL once they realised that we were tourists they overcharged us for all the drinks by almost three times the price. They knew we couldn’t speak German so they took advantage of the situation by SCAMMING us.

I don't actually write reviews. If it's not good somewhere, I won't come back and that's it. But what I experienced here is simply not right. The kebab was really tiny for €5.50 (see picture). But well, you have to accept that and just get food somewhere else next time. But the pizza (small) should be 24cm. She was 17cm!! If you calculate the area, it is HALF! And that is really unacceptable. The taste was okay - good.

The kebab meat is not well seasoned and the sauce is very thick. Overall, the kebab doesn't taste good; it looks like everything has been in the fridge for two days.

Not recommended, chicken kebab in a very marginal state of cooking, only tzatziki sauce and no question as to what salad should be served with

Very good food freshly prepared right in front of you. My recommendation is the Lahmacun special and the falafel plate. Always happy

A kebab the size of a cigarette pack. Two fries, some of them still raw, and three ayran for €3 each, which is absolutely not possible. I paid €22 for nothing. Absolutely not worth it.

Freundliche Bedienung, gutes Essen. Döner war gut portioniert. Bei entsprechenden Temperaturen kann man auch draußen sitzen. Ausdrücklich positiv: Kartenzahlung ist möglich!

Dieses Geschäft hat mir sehr gefallen. Es gab sehr Leckeres essen, die innen Gestaltung sieht auch sehr gut aus. Über das essen kann ich mich nicht beklagen. Der Döner war toll und schön warm. Die Soße war sehr schön und schmackhaft. Der Service war auch sehr gut. Alle gingen mit einender Freundlich um und Sie kamen sehr erfreut rüber.

Das Personal ist super nett und die Gerichte sind sehr gut zubereitet, lecker und preiswert. Absolut empfehlenswert! Es gibt zudem Sitzmöglichkeiten auf 2 Etagen. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren letzten Montag dort, Preis/Leistung ist top, wirklich gutes Fleisch,leckere Pommes und freundliches Personal, Sitzgelegenheiten draußen mit Blick auf das Herkules Denkmal.

Die Dönnerbox war top das Fleisch saftig und knusprig der Salat knackig und frisch.

Ein sehr freundlicher Imbiss mit leckerem Essen! Einiges scheint hier selbst und frisch gemacht, was sonst oft zugekauft/TK ist. Auch Vegetarier finden hier was (zum Beispiel gute Falafel).

Der kurze Weg vom Bahnhof Wilhelmshöhe (400 m) hat sich gelohnt: Der Kinder Döner war sehr lecker!

Wir haben heute Kurt Grillhaus getestet und einen Drehspieß und einen lahmacun bestellt. Geschmacklich hat es uns voll überzeugt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist kaum zu glauben. Wir werden die nächsten Wochen auch noch die anderen Gerichte testen auf der Karte.

Beste Falafeltasche, die ich seit langem gegessen habe bei absolut fairen Preisen. Die Crew ist super herzlich und sympathisch und hatte meine Bestellung im Nullkommanichts zubereitet- danke für eure Arbeit.

Falafel Tasche, Pizza und die Basics beherrscht das Familienunternehmen grandios. Eine Bereicherung für Kassel!

Kalbdöner ist sehr lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen. Preise sind auch gut. Der Chicken Jumbo Döner ist echt Riesig.

Preis Leistung ist hier top und schmecken tut es auch sehr gut. Die Bestellung lief problemlos und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Immer wieder gerne.

Pizza war gar nicht gut, wenig Soße nicht gut belegt(alles auf einer Stelle) dadurch extrem trocken.Beilagensalat angelaufen und nicht frisch.Nicht nochmal.

Gutes Essen zu normalen Preisen. Pizza, Döner und Co. Und auch Schnitzel gibt es hier. Das Tzatziki ist sehr lecker.
