Domino's Pizza Kassel West in Kassel

Ordered 3 pizzas on site and took them away, then noticed at home that there was hardly any topping on the broccoli chicken, but the middle to the edge was very dry. I have no idea whether you have to save on the toppings, but I won't buy pizzas from you again

I'm really disappointed. A colleague of mine complained about the service and suddenly, just 5 minutes later, I was no longer able to order through Uber Eats. A very strange coincidence – doesn’t feel professional. This is not customer-friendly behavior. Hopefully this will be handled better in the future.

Hair in the food, disgusting. Hardly any toppings, existing toppings only in the middle of the pizza, several on the outside! Centimeter completely without covering, you can't even talk about "ambience" in the store.

★☆☆☆☆ We ordered pizza and cinnamon bread on 1/4/25 and the experience was just disappointing. The salami pizza was completely over salted and there was a hair in the cinnamon bread - absolutely unacceptable. When we called the store at 8:50 p.m. to report the problems, the employee's response was shockingly rude. She was annoyed from the start and only responded to our complaint with a disinterested “mhm”. When we asked for a solution, she just said: “Nothing.” Even when asked whether hair in the food was normal, she responded again with an annoyed “mhm”. Mistakes can happen, but treating customer complaints so disrespectfully is an outrage. It was the last time we ordered here. Absolutely not recommended!

Ordered to pick up extremely unfriendly. We kindly asked if we could change one thing in the order because the wording online was inadequate and we didn't eat it. This was followed by an extremely annoyed answer that that was just the way it was. That's how you quickly destroy the joy of eating 🙂

Where I picked up my food, the staff was very nice and you could have a good chat and the food was really tasty and you paid attention to what you wanted and that everything was prepared well

The manager was very arrogant. But the waiters were very friendly.

Two of the colleagues took photos of other passers-by just because he had cut his hair differently they took pictures of him and made fun of him... I would recommend you not to eat there. Making fun of others!!!

I can't recommend eating on site (it's not intended that way). The pizzas are very good, but also comparatively expensive. Once a delivery person took a tip without asking, but it was an isolated incident

The Dominos stores in Kassel are one of the few no longer participating in the Domino's Club loyalty program. Therefore, as a loyal customer you can collect points but can no longer redeem them. We still have 13 free pizzas as credit and can no longer redeem them in Kassel. Of course you can treat your customers that way too.

Everything is always good, toppings and execution as ordered, pizza hot, tasty and delivered quickly to the door, feedback on order progress, friendly drivers. Okay, it's not the cheapest provider, I know, but it's good and reliable and worth the few pennies more to me... Then why only two points? The promised free pizza from 60 points collected, 10 per pizza ordered, will not be redeemed because Dominos Kassel apparently does not participate in this bonus program, and there is no information about it. Okay, that doesn't really make me poor, but still, as a regular orderer I would benefit from a number of pizzas from you. I feel cheated by it, even if it's not an ordering criterion, but unfortunately it only leaves a bad aftertaste in contrast to your delicious pizzas. Please change it urgently, you'll alienate your customers... Should you leave a review after delivery, not possible because the link ends up nowhere, what's the point?

My favorite delivery service. Great pizzas.

Have often ordered there and have always been very satisfied. Was delicious, came within 15 to 20 minutes. Driver always friendly too. But after our last order we were disappointed. Pizza wasn't as usual. The dough resembled toast and the toppings were poor. We had the offer three for the price of two. But clearly too expensive for the quality. It's a shame, it used to be good.

Used the 2for1 promotion (pizza rolls of your choice). Also had the Gouda sticks. Food arrived within half an hour, complete & really warm. P.S. Don't be surprised, I've already eaten a few of the Gouda sticks 😀 I'm very satisfied, really tasty 😊 Always my pleasure.

Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. If you pick up the pizza, it costs €3 less than if you have it delivered. And then there are travel costs added to that? Rip off! Pizza was lukewarm upon delivery. The size also didn't match what was stated (instead of 28 cm diameter, just 26 cm... The pizza was no longer round, but oval, because it was too small for the box and slid back and forth - but that Only in passing. The taste was ok, but nothing special. I'll never order there again.

Ich habe immer per Lieferung bestellt, kann zum Ambiente nichts sagen. Vor einiger Zeit auf dem Bon der Hinweis auf die Dominos App und das Punkte-Bonus-Programm. Auch aufgrund dessen dort bestellt. Nun kam nebenbei die Info, dass der Shop in Kassel daran nicht teilnimmt, obwohl vorher von dort die Werbung dafür kam. Komme mir veralbert vor. Mindestens irreführende Werbung, wenn nicht unlauterer Wettbewerb. Ich bestelle künftig woanders. Das Essen war immer okay bis gut, die Fahrer immer freundlich.

Früher, zu ’Joey’s-Zeiten’ richtig gut. Pizza Gourmet mit Steakstreifen, grünem Spargel, Sauce Hollandaise und Steakpfeffer… Mittlerweile teuer und schlecht.

Sehr guter Lieferdienst. Das Essen ist fast immer sehr frisch und die Lieferung erfolgt so schnell wie möglich. Die Lieferanten waren alle freundlich. Da leider immer wieder extra Zutaten gefehlt haben, die ich auch bezahlt hatte, gebe ich hier keine 5 Sterne.

Lieferung nur mit 10 min Verspätung und der Pause die nur 30 min geht leider ärgerlich. Essen schmeckt, aber die Preis-leistung ist schlecht. Auf dem Bild sind pizzabrötchen und ne kleiner Salat für 7€ plus Lieferung. Für das Geld bekomme selbst auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt mehr.

da die Deutsche Bahn im Zug das Bisteo geschlossen hat, haben wir ne Pizza für einen Zwoschenhalt bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte perfekt am Bahnsteig und sie war noch schön warm. Danke Dominos

Wir bestellen jedesmal wenn wir bei unserem Kinder sind. wir wohnen in Guxhagen da ist zu weit und wird nicht geliefert.Jedes mal nehmen wir Cheeseburger Pizza 🍕 und sie ist richtig lecker 🥰😋😋

Ich bin enttäuscht! Pizza war eigentlich lecker aber wir haben 4 dipps dazu bestellt und einer davon (souer cream) war schimmelig! Echt eklig. Als wir den Verkäufer das gezeigt haben (ein foto) meinte er, er glaubt es nicht und das war keine 20min her. Unfassbar! Dazu kommt, dass wir 2 Pizzen bestellt haben eine kleine und eine große zum abholen, als wir die Pizzen geholt hatten wurden uns zwei große berechnet.

Sehr lecker und viel Auswahl. Nächstes mal bestellen wir vorher, die haben echt zu tun.

Am Telefon super lustlos und patzig, Dressing vergessen. So langsam lasst ihr echt mehr und mehr nach. Schade, aber es gibt ja auch genug andere Lieferanten 🤙🏻

Bin im Diakonissen Krankenhaus und hatte Lust auf Pizza.... Wo bestellen naja nach einigen suchen Dominos gefunden und da bestellt und mit PayPal bezahlt noch leichter geht es nicht..... Kam ein junger Mann mit Fahrrad und brachte mir mein Essen leider hatte ich kein Kleingeld mit runter genommen....

Was ist denn passiert? Im Vergleich zu letztem Jahr haben die Pizzen geschmacklich mega nachgelassen. Natürlich gibt es neues auf der Karte, aber irgendwie wurde alles erneuert... warum gibt es nicht mehr klassisch Tomate Mozzarella? Oder andere "normale" Zusammenstellungen? Waren vor einigen Monaten viel leckerer und mal was besonderes. Wir werden hier nichts mehr bestellen oder holen
