Cafeteria HLFS in Kassel

Had ordered a schnitzel at 8pm, it arrived at 9pm and was significantly less expensive than the one my comrades had at the beginning of the evening and at the same price

The owners should really be happy to be allowed to operate such a gold mine. Unfortunately, the ladies behind the counter are very unfriendly. I and many others are noticing this more and more. The atmosphere is great, the food is good. The service (blonde girl) is very nice. It's a shame that the bar staff ruins it.

So the food is fine. Service is often overwhelmed and unfriendly. In the middle of the week, beer brands are simply empty and are not reordered

The ambience is adapted to the school, but music is rarely played. The drinks are only brought sparsely. The food was picked up by the counter staff but wasn't used all evening. It's a shame that the catering doesn't work at all when the pub is often full...

Food switched to frozen. The wait for food is long. Beer prices have risen sharply. Unfortunately, you have no other choice when attending a training course. Update: still no food after 3 hours...

Food is super good and plentiful.

So I've been here for two weeks now and in the restaurant almost every evening and always had to notice that all the waitresses don't take a joke and are quickly overwhelmed and if you ask something you have to be lucky that you don't get rudely insulted. For the last day we ordered a steak for everyone. It was good that they were all finished at the same time but some of the steaks had more fat on them than meat... My conclusion is that drinking beer is enough.🍺

Food is delicious. Service is very unfriendly. At 9:15 p.m. the statement comes: “You don’t want to drink anymore.” Food tastes good, but here you realize that it seems irrelevant that we are only there for a short time anyway.

Cozy, friendly service, delicious food. That's how it should be!
