Dez Döner in Kassel

I'd been there before and everything was great. Today I went back, greeted them politely, and apparently, I was bothering them. The employee was incredibly rude, unbelievable! I just wanted to leave.

Service was very unfriendly, and by far the worst kebab in Germany. The meat was dry! The salad was not fresh at all! The tomatoes were stale. Not recommended.

First time eating a chicken kebab. The meat had no flavor and seemed to be underseasoned. The bread was crispy but completely fell apart. Unfortunately, it was nothing special, and I paid €7.50 for it.

Despite the negative reviews, I ate a doner kebab (with veal) here for the first time today. Unfortunately. I didn't like the meat at all; it was very poorly seasoned, gristly, and the doner kebab wrap was completely soggy. Absolutely inedible; half the contents fell to the floor while eating. The "Coke" tasted stale, no carbonation, and here, too, they skimped on quality. It tasted like water with a bit of syrup, or a cheaper River Cola/maybe Afri Cola. It tasted almost "old" (it was served in a glass). The price is generally OK, but not for the quality offered here. Not recommended, unfortunately.

Instead of kebabs, there's Pampa with hair. Gross and disgusting.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Well, first of all, I was really looking forward to this kebab. After my colleague and I ordered it there and took it home, I opened it at work 10 minutes later and thought, "This kebab is falling apart." So much oil and absolutely tasteless. I can't imagine it's a pure veal kebab. It's 100 percent mixed meat. I could have just eaten salad at Rewe today. And the bread was soggy; I was very unsatisfied. I want my money back.

The most horrible kebab I've ever eaten. I threw the rest away after three bites. Soggy bread, disgusting meat, and so-so salad. All in all, a waste of money for terrible food. Definitely never ordering a kebab from here again!

Very unfriendly. You order a doner kebab plate and get a doner kebab wrap, some fries, and a stale Sprite or Coke. The kids wanted a doner kebab box, but they didn't get what they ordered. When I asked for the receipt while paying, I was told off because they apparently had to print a receipt before typing. I've never eaten so badly.

The doner meat, which was "selected" according to the menu, was unfortunately "uniquely" dry.

I'll make it short... unfriendly, a kebab box with only meat for €10. And the meat wasn't particularly tasty. The price was completely overpriced.

The food was okay, even though it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a dumpling with minced meat and pointed at it. (It would have been a börek, I suppose.) I got a kebab. Unbelievable. And then they said it was also a dumpling with minced meat. 😞 The service was very poor, and the atmosphere was practically nonexistent. 👎

We always stop here for a mealtime with my son, while going shopping in Dez. Great portion of salad. Nice place.

The doner kebab doesn't taste good at all. The ingredients aren't fresh. Coca-Cola mixed with water and costs €3 per glass. Never again.

Not recommended. 15.50 euros for a small plate of kebab in 2025. Sure, it's a row of shops, but still completely overpriced for what you get. The meat is industrial and has almost no taste.

Good system! You order, get a beeper and wait in the seating area until your order is ready. The seating area is shielded from the shopping center and you can enjoy your meal in peace and quiet without being rushed. We had two kebabs with veal, one of which was a mini kebab. Doner kebabs tasted good! Veal was good and not dry. We enjoyed it.

Doner kebab was delicious, unfortunately there was too much salt on this skewer, but the operators can't do anything about that because they buy it ready-made

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience in this store. Upon entering there was no greeting or friendly demeanor from the staff. I was expected to know immediately what I wanted to order, and when anything was unclear, the response was very unfriendly. Communication was also difficult because the employee couldn't understand me properly. The prices are disproportionately high compared to other stores in the area. The hygiene also leaves a lot to be desired: the kebab was not served on a plate, and during the meal we were asked to lift our plates so that the table underneath could be cleaned. This was extremely inappropriate and disturbing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store and hope that the service and hygiene will improve in the future.

So it's really different! This is the last shed! Unfriendly as hell! They don't understand anything, the order was taken incorrectly and they don't think about it either. The dishwasher with a beard and 2 arms is apparently broken because the cutlery and glasses were dirty. That doesn't work at all. The concept is good, but the implementation sucks...

It tasted normal. It wasn't a wow effect, but the kebab plate price was exorbitant. About €15 is too much, even though the normal kebab costs €7.50. Tried once and that's enough

Doner kebab is better eaten somewhere else. Unfortunately I can't find the words to describe how bad the veal kebab was.

I tried to order mini kebabs but there were no mini kebab rolls. So I ordered a regular large kebab with Fanta. Kebab was relatively tasty and had a lot of meat, but Fanta was non-carbonated. Restaurant in my opinion doesn't have any special atmosphere and it's very noisy because it's in the middle of the mall but tasty :)

I have never eaten such dry doner meat. You don't get freshly cut meat, but from a drawer... And I think the price is very cheeky! I had a normal kebab with veal for €8 and the size is a joke... I don't want to see what the (mini kebab) looks like... I definitely won't eat there anymore...

Second and last time! 3 durum, almost no meat, 1 good, forgot about the sauces, salty meat, we do not recommend, we will not come back

That was really better, the boys had a kebab box just in a bowl, hardly any meat in it, more fries and tzatziki, lots of herbs...the meat was very dry and really little. My Börek was ok, only the sauce was bitter. It was 6pm and the kebab man wasn't very friendly. It's a real shame, it used to be quite good.

Absolutely tasteless kebab. You can hardly get veal at kebab any more, but this one is a straight 6. The vegetables are fresh, the staff is nice, but for 8 euros you can expect significantly better quality.

It's a disgusting waste of money, you know that you want something delicious to eat and you can rarely do it, and then you get a meal for your money that doesn't taste good and hurts you because you paid money for it. And the one waiter is just plain unfriendly and supposedly offers cheap menus, but it's not just kidding. I'm so angry.😡

Absolutely not recommended. The food is overpriced, the veal is almost burnt and fatty. The sauce has no hint of garlic as you would expect. Cola etc. is offered as a drink, but it is Pepsi, and anyone who can't tolerate it will get a stomach ache. So in December there are far better and cheaper alternatives that also have friendly staff.

I got a kebab with a drink, it was overpriced. The meat was burnt and the fries weren't even cooked properly. The service could also be nicer. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there!

One of the worst kebabs I've eaten and the price is just an absolute disgrace 14 euros for a kebab, a small fries that aren't even enough for my 8 year old son and a 0.2 cola that only tasted like water. I think it's very clear that everything is more expensive but Just not right for the quality

Bought a Börek yesterday... 6€ is really excessive! Tastes vary but €6 is definitely not appropriate! In the city center you can get the same portion for €3 and it tastes 10 times better!

1-Super Lokation mitten im Einkaufszentrum. 2-Nicht so ganz was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. 3-Was das Essen betrifft: Ich werde den Laden zukünftig meiden.

Sehr lecker. Immer wieder gerne. Bin jede Woche dort. Nur zu empfehlen.

Schnelles leckeres Essen. Ob Döner oder Dönerbox, mit oder ohne Zaziki oder Jogurtsoße, alles ganz einfach.

Tische total fettig u klebrig, Dönerteller sah wenig ansprechend aus und so hat es auch geschmeckt. Werde hier nicht wieder einkehren.

Schmeckt leider nicht. Das Fleisch schmeckt ungewöhnlich komisch. Was ich als no-go fand: Kalb döner kostet 6€ Hähnchendöner 7€ (oder andersrum), ich hatte gemischt genommen und musste dann nicht 6,50€ sondern 7€ bezahlen. Pfeiff auf die 50cent aber prinzipsache. Wen will man hier veräppeln?

Die Bedienung war mit 2 Bestellungen überfordert. Bei döner box hat tzaziki gefehlt bei der anderen statt tzaziki war Kräuter sosse drauf. Geht gar nicht

Schnelles und eigentlich leckeres Essen. Leider war sowohl der Cheeseburger als auch der Döner unerträglich scharf. Ohne extra Bestellung sollte kein essen so scharf sein. Schade..

Das einzigste positive an meinem Döner war das er warm war. Das Fleisch musste ich suchen aber dafür hatte ich jede Menge rotkraut.

1.Imbiss und nicht Restaurant 2.das Fladenbrot frisch und knusprig 3.die Füllung bestand nur aus Rot-und Weißkohl, ein Hauch Soße und 2 hauchdünne Scheiben Tomate, hatte den vegetarischen Döner gewählt, mein Mann hatte Döner mit Hähnchenfleisch, massig Rot-und Weißkohl bisschen Soße, ehrlich das war gar nichts und war unser 1.und letztes Mal hier. Und die 2 Sterne gibt es nur für das Fladenbrot, schade ums Geld

Meine Erfahrungen an diesem Döner Laden wahr sehr schön, Ich fand das Kalbfleisch besonders gut👍. Salat usw. Schmeckte super. Sehr bequeme Stühle und die Tische schön sauber. Ich kann gerne diesen Laden weiterempfehlen.

Guter Service, gutes Personal, gutes Essen, das kalb war sehr zart und lecker, die Pommes zwar ein wenig zu viel gesalzen aber hatten trotzdem gut geschmeckt tatziki selber gemacht finde ich gut, kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder, super Auswahl an Getränken, das Brot war sehr knackig und gut, die Bestellung ging schnell und einfach, Speisekarte ist auch sehr übersichtlich.

Hier bekommt man einen leckeren Döner, Dürum u.ä.....Die Jungs sind hier sehr freundlich. Jedem zu empfehlen

Das Essen war sehr appetitlich angerichtet das hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht. Der Salat war frisch und die Sauce sehr lecker
