We had booked a table for 14 people and pre-ordered our food. The table we had prepared was only for 12, and we ended up waiting over two hours for our food! After we complained, the service became quite unpleasant. The food was okay, but nothing special, and after all the hassle, I can't recommend this restaurant!

Despite pre-ordering: not prepared for groups, waited over 2 hours for the food. Prices increased by €1, even though the menu with food and prices had been agreed upon beforehand. Wilted, dried-out flowers (roses) as table decorations...

I wasn't that impressed; I expected more. It lacked seasoning, and the service was more preoccupied with other things than with taking care of the guests. 🤔

We held our Christmas party there with 50 people and ordered a buffet for €35 per person. There was salmon schnitzel, chicken skewers with various side dishes. The schnitzels were counted out, so if someone got a second helping, someone else eating later wouldn't get one. The staff were hopelessly overwhelmed, so I didn't get my first beer until 20 minutes after ordering it three times. Depending on the server, you always got a different brand of beer when you ordered! I definitely wouldn't recommend it!!!

A nice, quiet place; the food is delicious.

We had a table for 20 people and pre-ordered all the food, yet we still had to wait at least half an hour just for drinks. Despite pre-ordering, we waited over an hour for the food itself; this should be significantly faster with pre-ordered meals, especially when visiting this establishment for business. The service was okay, friendly, but the wait times were long. The food was quite good. We wouldn't have another business lunch there with such a large group.

I recently went there with some colleagues, and unfortunately, we were all very disappointed. The food tasted okay, which is why it gets one star. However, the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. It felt like they just didn't care. We had to order our drinks several times and were completely forgotten about at one point, as if we were unwelcome. The wait was incredibly long. On top of that, our table was sticky, even though it had been wiped down beforehand. I don't even want to know what kind of water they used.

The ambiance is okay, rather dark with dim lighting. The hunter's schnitzel with extra fried potatoes was delicious. The schnitzel was thin, freshly cooked, and rippled. Really great. The fried potatoes were good too. The gravy wasn't my thing. It was very thick and dense. It was also over-seasoned, in my opinion. All in all, it was really okay for a relaxed evening with friends.

The team at HermannS was very helpful when our Lieferando order wasn't picked up by a driver. They even cooked the food again so we could pick it up warm. Super friendly, great service, and delicious food!

So, I just ate there and I have to say that I had the best schnitzel I've had in a long time. Very good quality at a great price.😃

I came to this restaurant hoping for a relaxed meal, but the experience was a huge disappointment. I ordered a beef dish for over €30 and two beers, but the quality of the food was disproportionate to the price. The worst part, however, was the attitude of the service staff: when I paid, the change was practically "thrown" in my face/hand in a very disrespectful manner. This kind of behavior towards guests is completely unacceptable. I come to eat to enjoy the evening, not to be annoyed. I will never return here and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The snack platter was very good. The staff was very friendly. The prices are absolutely reasonable. I can recommend it without reservation.

Nice, modern bar with delicious food and drinks. I regularly come to play cards with friends and we always have a good time. The staff is friendly and knows us now.

Simply a shop with a great atmosphere and atmosphere and absolutely delicious food :D A large selection of dishes, so there is something for everyone. The service staff are always in a good mood and create a relaxed atmosphere. Especially Ebi, who even remembers all of our regular orders ;) I like to come back every time.

The food was really great - 5 stars! The service could have been more attentive. In addition, the checkout was at 11 p.m., even though it was open until 1 a.m., so we still had full glasses. 5 people who still came were sent away with the words “we are already closed”. The ambience: wooden furniture in danger of collapsing (sit at your own risk - we were told) on an equally dilapidated terrace with nails sticking out everywhere, poorly attached fairy lights perhaps intended to distract from the outdoor area. Here there are chairs and tables on small gravel or gravel. Rather inconvenient if you just want to sit at the table. It's a shame we could do something with it here. The overall score of 3 stars is only due to the food!

Good food, great ambience and great service

A dance event with South American music takes place here at regular intervals on Saturdays from around 9.45 p.m. Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Reaggeton and, in a separate room, Kizomba are played. Always recommended. Eat a delicious meal in a restaurant beforehand and then dance to South American music or just watch and enjoy.

I rediscovered the restaurant 🤩 was there many years ago and today by chance because KVG is on strike. Lots of memories 😄. I will be visiting there more often now. The food service and ambience are simply great 🤩

Furnishings were very nice, the rooms were only cold during the days. Cocktails, well I've had better ones, portions were good, but some were very greasy fries. Chicken salad was tasty - but 7 small small pieces of chicken were a bit thin as a side dish. Conclusion can be made, But I'm unlikely to become a permanent guest there.

We were at Hermann's on Friday, it was a shame, unfortunately they only had 8 dishes to choose from. The food was lukewarm and the pork medallions were a bit too small. I can't recommend it more

We reserved a table that had a tap and a keg of beer connected directly to it. More on that later. First of all, I have to say: the food was okay. In my case, it was a good schnitzel with delicious fried potatoes, although a bit underdone, and salad. Now for the negatives. The service was really bad. It took 15 minutes for someone to even come with the menu. After everyone had closed their eyes, we had to wait several more minutes until someone responded (only after speaking to us). The long wait of almost exactly an hour for the food was anything but pleasant. One burger was wrong, and they didn't believe us that we had ordered something else, but they then prepared a new one, albeit visibly annoyed. Let's move on to the Biermichel, and here's the real highlight. When we wanted to pay, we were first told that the minimum order was 10 liters and that this would cost €120. Yes, fun costs money, and the tap needs to be cleaned. But €12/liter is really steep. By the way, there was no information about this beforehand, even when making the reservation. Not even online or on the menu! In my opinion, it's almost a trap and a rip-off. Because when we wanted to quickly tap the remaining 4 liters, the tap key was pulled without comment when the 9-liter mark was reached, and the tap was shut off. The prices for the food weren't always understandable and sometimes didn't match what was ordered. Conclusion: The food is okay if you have time. The rest, no thanks.

We were there on a weekday evening and it wasn't nearly full. Nevertheless, we waited an hour for the food from the time we ordered (others who ordered after us got their food before us). The service employee seemed unmotivated and always had his hand in his pocket when he was at our table. Either he took the order incorrectly or the people in the kitchen messed it up. If you have to order everything extra for the burgers, you should get exactly what you ordered. Too bad. In terms of taste it was midfield. The ambience is really nice, just a little loud, even though it's only about half full. What particularly bothers me is that there are no prices on the online menu - if I hadn't been invited I wouldn't have set foot in the store. I would like to see how much the food costs beforehand. In addition, the prices are slightly overpriced for the portion size.

I had burgers at this restaurant yesterday. There were a little longer waiting times, which I would have liked to have known beforehand. The service gets a negative point for this. I also gave one out because we weren't asked in between if we had any other wishes. There was one minus point regarding the concept because I even had to order the cheese with my burger. That cost another €1.20 and I found it a bit strange. Overall, the Birger was juicy, but I felt it was lacking a bit in the taste. The fries weren't salted that well, but they were very crispy! That was great.

Cozy local with regular Salsa Latino parties on the first Saturday of the month

We were there as a group and sat at a large table in the middle. Maybe it was because I found it quite loud and a bit uncomfortable. The music (for us, techno) was also too loud for me personally while I was eating. The selection of vegetarian dishes has increased and my food was also very tasty. The schnitzels were also said to be very tasty and the cocktails were also good. Unfortunately the service wasn't that good again today. We had to wait quite a long time for drinks, especially for more drinks along with the food. Ended up having to ask for a member of staff at the bar because no one came.

Nice shop, lots of space and good food

The shop used to be very nice and the beer garden was attractive. You can't use the beer garden today, it looks shabby and the wooden furniture is an imposition, dirty and broken. Food was so-so, sauce for the currywurst was much too sweet, fries were potato wedges, ketchup and mayo were available in a mini-mini bowl upon request, Jägerschnitzel was served with spicy curry sauce… Unfortunately that was nothing. Not recommended :-(

Been here again at lunchtime for a while now. Surprisingly few guests, seems to be visited more in the evenings. So everything was great, the staff was very nice, great portions and really tasty for a good price. What more could you want 😋

Been there for the first time. With friends. Waiter #1 was really nice and took our order quickly. Drinks came quickly...Unfortunately that was it for the positive. Waitress #2 almost completely ignored us. Didn't ask once about new drinks (3 out of 5 glasses were empty). The store really wasn't full. They then had to call clearly to our table. The food... well edible yes. Edible... not quite... 2 of us had the pork loins. Unfortunately, the meat was dry like the desert and the fried potatoes were soaked in fat. The rest of the food was... Well OK. Unfortunately not so nice. Hope we were an exception

We ate ribs, the meat was juicy and the sauce was good, unfortunately it was mainly about the bone fragments and it was very fatty. The steak was ordered medium rare and unfortunately completely cooked through and therefore very dry and the fries passed the mark in the steak sauce. When asked, we expressed criticism, which should also be passed on to the kitchen. Afterwards there was a round of latte macchiato, which was unfortunately only lukewarm. Due to the lack of service, it was also quite busy... the coffee was ordered at the counter and we had to stand up ourselves, as did the payment at the end. We were hoping that perhaps because of the criticism of the food, a coffee or something similar would be on the house, but nothing happened and unfortunately we don't have a receipt either. Unfortunately, we would have expected a little more for the money we were spending there. Conclusion: Next time we'll go to a different restaurant.

Vicca and Ebi, you're shaking up the place with your charisma 👍 The cocktails are delicious, the burgers and the chicken were of good quality and more than plentiful. I think pictures say more than words... We have enjoyed being guests for years and will of course come back :-)

Ich war Ende April mit Kollegen in der Mittagspause, wir waren insgesamt 16 Personen, zum Mittagstisch im Restaurant. Die Speisen hatten wir zuvor ausgewählt und die entsprechenden Wünsche wenige Tage vorher übermittelt. Es hat alles super geklappt. Wir bekamen alle mit wenigen zeitlichen Abständen unser Essen und es hat alles richtig gut geschmeckt. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das „HermannS“ absolut empfehlen.

Very good taste, very big dish, very good service

Declared open online, it took 40 minutes to get there. Everything was closed, no one was there, then I called and asked what was going on... Absolutely unfriendly and incompetent answers received, quote: "Yes, I can't do anything about it now," according to the motto, you're unlucky and I don't like it either ..... If you don't have the skills to state your opening hours correctly, then you should at least have the decency to apologize for it, but at least you know where you stand and who is behind it, thank you for nothing, stay as you are ! We will never become guests!

Really a very nice rest with a super friendly boss and a very nice service team, the food is also very tasty and a great salsa party once a month. Really highly recommended shrimp with pasta and pesto delicious

I ordered baked potatoes with chicken strips and mushrooms. The baked potato was initially only served with mushrooms. Unfortunately, these tasted like meat. They appeared to have been seared in a meat pan. After I asked about the chicken strips I was told I ordered by the menu number. I hadn't given a number and specifically mentioned the chicken strips. These came as an afterthought, almost raw and similar to mushrooms in a meat sauce. It was explicitly noted that these were fried in a pan where red meat had previously been braised. I pointed this out and the employee said they only have one grill and one pan where everything goes. I am the first guest to complain. Afterwards he came back and said that he cook had hurried and that's why this happened. An absolute no-go for me.

Unfortunately our pork fillet was very dry and fried to death. No refunds from the restaurant. Service was quick and the atmosphere was cozy.

The food was very, very good. The drinks don't have to be flooded with ice cubes. The prices are really okay. The atmosphere is pleasant. The wooden chairs uncomfortable. The waiter could be a little friendlier and not reprimand you if you wanted something different, for example no ice cubes. Too few vegetarian dishes. The drinks menu should be revised. If it says Coca-Cola you should get Coca-Cola and not Pepsi. If it says Sprite it should be Sprite. But these are small things. We will be back.

A pity. Food is delicious and rich. Service great, except for Eddie. He was so busy constantly looking at his cell phone that he didn't even notice order requests, moved away in the middle of taking the order, mixed up alcoholic / non-alcoholic drinks, etc. When asked about this, he was not only incredibly rude, but also admitted to himself without being asked generous tip too. This is the only way to explain the round amount and a difference of around 10 euros between what the order should have cost and the actual amount. It is very unfortunate that this lovely evening has a decidedly bitter aftertaste.

Pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff. Price/performance fits. Great menu. It was a pleasure. Definitely very chill in the summer.

Four of us had lunch at HermannS and were thrilled by the attractive ambience, the very friendly service and the delicious food. Price-performance ratio was good and the background noise was very good because it was lunchtime. It's probably louder in the evenings, which is something you should expect as a customer. Thank you

Please check all receipts, it happens that the staff has a lot to do. At Christmas it happened that the waitress overcharged us. Edit: The owner was extremely accommodating and came to us to correct this! Thank you for that!

Wir waren kurz vor Weihnachten im HermannS. Von Restaurant würde ich bei dem Lautstärkepegel nicht sprechen, eher von Club. Zum Unterhalten musste man sich leider anschreien. Die Bratkartoffeln waren nicht durch und fürs Trinkgeld gab es nicht mal ein "Vielen Dank, schönen Abend noch".

Große Gruppe war für den Mittagstisch angekündigt (inkl. Übermittlung der Speisenwünsche) und wartete dann eine halbe Stunde, bevor die Getränkewünsche aufgenommen wurden. Es dauerte ewig, bis wieder abgeräumt wurde. Man musste leere Gläser und Geschirr pro-aktiv zurückgeben und bei weiteren Wünschen aktiv auf die Bedienung zugehen. Das Essen war okay, aber für den Preis auch nicht herausragend. Da habe ich anderswo schon günstiger und/oder besser gegessen. Auch zur Toilette kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Das Lokal selbst hat mich angesprochen und wäre eine zusätzliche Bedienung eingesetzt gewesen, wäre das Umsatzpotential besser ausgeschöpft worden.

Absolut zufrieden nichts zu bemängeln.

Leckeres Essen an wackeligen Tischen.

Selten so einen schlechten Service erlebt und zudem die schlechteste Gänsekeule serviert bekommen die ich je bestellt habe.

Wir waren in einer größeren Gruppe da. Haben uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Essen war auch lecker... 👌

Selten so gut und lecker gegessen! Ich hatte Lende mit Jägersoße, Bratkartoffeln und Salat. Alles perfekt und die Lende war auf den Punkt gebraten und mit perfekter Kruste. Der Service war gut und hat stets geschaut ob was fehlt, obwohl das Lokal total voll war.

Moderne Einrichtung,auf Speisekarte findet jeder was, gute Zusammenstellung. Freundliche Bedienung und noch moderate Preise. Das Essen war sehr gut zubereitet und lecker.

Die Bedingungen war sehr aufmerksam..!..essen war sehr lecker 😋.. Parkplätze gibt es auch genügend in den Seitenstraße.. !

Waren heute mit 12 Personen zum Essen dort verabredet. Ich muss sagen mich sieht dieses Restaurant nicht wieder. Von 12 Essen waren 3 lauwarm was ja in der Aufregung mal passieren kann aber nicht darf. Ich persönlich hatte Spareribs, wobei die Sparerips Echt kühl warmen die Pommes Frites waren lauwarm. Bei dem Spareri hat der Krautsalat gefehlt. Ich habe beides moniert, was auch umgehend behoben worden ist. Das Personal hat bei mir den Eindruck erweckt, dass sehr viel Hektik an den Kunden herangetragen worden ist.

Ich war zum ersten Mal im HermannS und hatte keine Erwartung an den Laden. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen kam aufgrund des fortgeschrittenen Abends auch recht schnell. Die Schnitzel waren nicht außergewöhnlich aber durchaus gut, bis auf die Schmandsoße konnten mich die anderen Soßen nicht überzeugen, die haben einfach nicht spannend geschmeckt. Die Bratkartoffeln waren durch die groben Zwiebeln und großen Stücke Kartoffeln untypisch, haben mich aber überzeugt. Mich persönlich hat gestört, dass der Salat in der Mitte war, dadurch wurde er warm und das Dressing hat sich mit dem Öl der Kartoffeln und den Soßen vermischt, dadurch wurde zum Ende alles etwas pampig. Das HermannS wird nicht meine erste Adresse für Schnitzel in Kassel, für Gruppen mit verschiedenen Geschmäckern wegen der doch etwas zu umfangreichen Speisekarte zu ggf. empfehlen.

Schönes Ambiente, freundlicher Service, angemessene Preise

Ich selber war noch nie dort, aber ich möchte mich mit diese Bewertung für meine Freundin einsetzen. Denn sie war vor ein paar Tagen mit ihrem Freund im Hermanns (sie hatte zum Jahrestag einen Tisch reserviert) und wurde leider mehr als nur enttäuscht. Das Essen war gut, aber der Kellner/Barkeeper war sehr unfreundlich und hat die beiden, nach dem sie gegessen hatten, doch wahrhaftig aus dem Restaurant geschmissen, obwohl sie laut Öffnungszeiten noch echt viel Zeit gehabt hätten. Ich selbst hatte eigentlich überlegt auch mal dort essen zu gehen, aber wenn ich sowas höre, dann verzichte ich liebend gerne.

Leider ziemlich laut und doch recht teuer, auch wenn man nur bei Getränken bleibt. Für Studenten eher nicht zu empfehlen, für ältere Gäste jedoch schon. Weder sonderlich gut noch schlecht, also 3 von 5 Sternen!

Gutes Essen in ungezwungener Affäre. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder.

Bardzo dobre Hamburgery Fajny klimat Polecam

Service war gut freundliche Bedienung. Innen sehr schönes Ambiente. Draußen auch nur sitzt man mit den Stühlen auf dem Kies nicht so gut aber kein Problem gibt schlimmeres. Leider war das Essen nicht so gut. 3 verschiedene Schnitzel mittlere Größe mit verschiedenen Soßen dazu Pommes und Salat. Schnitzel waren okay die Soßen aber sehr dominant so das man kein Geschmack vom Schnitzel mehr hatte. Pommes haben eine komischen Geschmack gehabt als würde in der Fritteuse noch was anderes gemacht werden oder das Fett war alt. Die Rippchen auf die ich mich am meisten gefreut habe waren leider ein Flop! Fleisch Trocken und null Geschmack. Das Fleisch war sehr zart und fiel vom Knochen direkt ab. Leider schmeckte es nur nach purer BBQ Soße. Desweiteren wurde die untere Silberhaut Schicht leider nicht entfernt. Die Bedingung war eine junge Frau am Abend gewesen mit ausländischen Wurzeln sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Also Personal im Service haben definitiv 5 Sterne verdient.

Ein Lokal, was auch Montags geöffnet hat, ist nicht einfach zu finden. War mit einer Gruppe dort. Das Essen war gut und sehr reichlich. Freundlicher Service. Nicht wirklich barrierefrei, vor allem nicht die sanitären Anlagen.

Immer wieder gerne! Wir lieben die Atmosphäre und essen sehr gern im Hermanns!
