The rooms were quite average, breakfast was fine. For the price, you’re really paying for location and corporate functions. The staff were polite but had poor customer service. Eg. not knowing how to check in almost charging me twice, forgetting about breakfast orders, long queues at the desks while checking in and out. I’ve stayed here in a couple of occasions now and found the experience the same.
The shawarma is very good, but unfortunately the potatoes are very bad and inedible, and they put very little in the meal. The amount of potatoes is very small, unfortunately. I hope they change the type of potatoes because they are potatoes, not shawarma.
The hotel is located directly on the Main. Help is provided when checking in. The machines keep crashing every now and then, that's what happened to me. But there was an employee nearby to help out. The room is OK, the shower in the living room takes some getting used to. But everything works. There was no bottle of mineral water in the room, it would be free. There was a coffee machine, I hope it's on the house for two coffees. Parking space is available. You are immediately in the center and on the beautiful Main.
I find it disgraceful that reviews are being deleted here, that in itself says enough about the store.
If you, as a non-vegan, like to eat vegan food and want to try something out, this is the wrong place.
All non-vegans were loudly insulted and put down by other guests, which made you feel extremely uncomfortable while eating. The staff didn't respond to this. We had a burger that was almost inedible, because we don't waste food as a matter of principle, we had a hard time swallowing the food.
You can't expect service either, self-service is the key word here.
Whenever I arrive at the main station, no matter what time of night it is, I can always count on one thing: Aunty Zhong always has noodle soup. It's a small but clean shop, the counter staff has always been nice to me, and they offer interesting Asian drinks. Nothing is particularly spicy, but the noodles are handmade, the vegetables are fresh, and if you ask, they even serve chicken. For me, it's a shining star near the main station, where I don't usually like to hang out.
I've been in Frankfurt for 33 years now and I didn't know what a delicious Greek restaurant there was here. We received a very friendly welcome, even though our table reservation didn't arrive. The menu is small and fine and everyone should find something to suit their taste. The service is exceptionally attentive and you immediately feel at home. The food was just a very positive surprise. As a starter we had baked sheep's cheese and then we had grilled gyros with fries. All in all you can only give this place five stars! From the service to the food, everything is just right and I highly recommend it!
Very delicious food, I highly recommend it to everyone!
Unfortunately, you can't order via Uber Eats/Lieferando after 10 PM, as the delivery services cancel orders after a certain time... What a shame.
Hey, very fair prices. Keep it up! You're more needed than ever in the restaurant world these days, when others just seem to be lining their pockets. All the best and have a pleasant weekend, best wishes from Berlin.
For us it was a direct hit! The spiciness of the food - if you order spicy - was at the limit for me, but just enough for my wife, so perfectly balanced! The taste was sensational, the atmosphere was very appealing - we have our new favorite Indian!
The Una Cevapcici Grill in Bornheim is a real insider tip for everyone who loves authentic Balkan food. The ambience is simple and rustic, which fits perfectly with the charm of the snack bar. The service is always friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The dishes are excellent and authentically prepared. What is particularly noteworthy is that the food is prepared exclusively on a charcoal grill and the bread is baked in-house. The Ćevapčići and Pljeskavica are absolute recommendations and offer a wonderful change from the usual fast food scene in Frankfurt. Despite the simple furnishings, the snack bar exudes a cosiness that you shouldn't miss. Definitely worth a visit!
