UNA Cevapcici Grill in Frankfurt am Main

Very delicious, authentic food. We had the No. 1 twice. My hungry stomach was already preparing itself for something else afterward, but it was so filling that I just grabbed a scoop of ice cream out of "craving" and somehow stuffed it in 😅 Thank you for this very delicious meal; the long journey was definitely worth it!

Many have tried it but I only remember UNA in terms of taste...why??? Simply because they are the juiciest cevapis...stews, bureks, etc. taste very, very good and have been a clear recommendation for 15 years👌

Fresh dishes are prepared here daily, and the meat is grilled only upon request - the quality is top-notch, excellent value for money. There are several tables and a covered terrace behind the establishment, so if you want, you can eat right there. Of course, this is still more of a grill-snack bar than a full-fledged restaurant - for this I take off two stars. Plus, parking nearby is not so easy: there are spaces, but most often they are occupied 🫤 Nevertheless - definitely worth a try!

I have never had to pay extra for sauces like ayvar, that surprised me a lot here, 12 euros for 10 cevap with bread, I thought that the sauces would be included because they were on my plate without me asking if I wanted to order them separately and in the end I paid 14 euros, I don't think there is a more expensive Balkan house in Frankfurt that charges 14 euros for 10 cevape with everything that should normally be included

Dear people out there, if you want delicious food from the Balkans, you'd rather go to te sofra than here.. we wanted to try something new today, that was a failure.. not child-friendly and there's no room for a stroller in the small shop. We were greeted very unfriendly and towards the end even treated in a misogynistic way. When paying there was no option to pay separately, we were obliged to pay together and only pay in cash. We then had to figure out who was doing what for ourselves and were bullied and had to listen to the fact that women can't do math... so I can definitely NOT recommend the store to you! Pure disaster first and last time!! Food was OK hence the star.

Best cevapcici in Hesse and the surrounding area. When I'm Frankfurt, UNA is a must! And warm service included. The only drawback is the drink selection. Nowadays only Coca Cola products are unfortunately a bit weak. I would like something like Spezi / Paulaner Spezi (they would also have a cheaper purchase price) or Cockta/Afri/Fritz Cola. Still number 1 restaurant and a full 5 stars.

The food is very tasty, cevapčići are cooked through, the way I like it very much. Burek is a special highlight. If you haven't tried Bosnian burek yet, you should do so here. Plenty of seating inside and, weather permitting, outside. Most importantly, meat is halal. Highly recommended.

These Cevapcici (Cevapi) are some of the best I have eaten in recent years. If the Ajvar were homemade, everything would be perfect. The ambience is rustic, therefore only 4 stars, but the food is almost perfect. If you want to eat cevapcici, go to Una Grill in Bornheim. Complete.

I became aware of the grill on YouTube and was curious. Unfortunately a disappointment. The "veal spit" is not roasted on a spit and to death without any seasoning. The herb and ajvar were good. The Chevapcici got better. The shop itself lacked love, narrow and run down. Unfortunately the boss is stressed, the rest of the staff is friendly and the boss is definitely a kind hearted person. Prices would be appropriate but unfortunately not everything around it. Wasn't mine. There is better Balkan food in a better atmosphere in the Bahnhofsviertel.

Stable shop with tradition and charcoal grill. If you like cevapi or pljeskavica, you can eat something here with peace of mind. Unfortunately, unfortunately they don't have a real kajmak, they use brunch spread, which I think is a real shame. But otherwise the cabbage, the beans and everything else is really tasty. Better call beforehand. Otherwise it can take 30 minutes.

No nonsense Balkan joint. A nice alternative to the ubiquitous pizza, wurst and lousy sushi on a conveyor belt. Delicious Cevapi and other meat specialities. Nothing fancy, just solid take-away food. Not much room on the premises, anyway.

Cevapcici top. Pita, Burek are not recommended as they are left on display for a long time and are only warmed up briefly and are therefore soggy.

Meals are freshly made/prepared in-house every day and the meat is only fried fresh on the grill when ordered. Top quality, top price/performance ratio. And in the back there are even a few tables and a covered outdoor area so that you can also eat on site. Of course it still remains Grill snack and not a restaurant.... Therefore 2 stars deducted.... And there are only parking spaces in the area.... They are mostly full 🫤 But still recommended!

A small kebab house, just right for coming and eating kebabs. Kebabs good, excellent. It is not necessary to comment anything further.

Einst ein bekannter Laden in der Fast Food-Szene von Bornheim, hat der Una-Grill leider in letzter Zeit an Qualität eingebüßt. Dies liegt besonders daran, dass die Fleischqualität hauptsächlich bei der Pjeskavica und den Cevapcicis nachgelassen hat. Dafür kann ich das Hähnchenfilet empfehlen und das Brot wird vom Besitzer selbst gebacken. Zudem schmecken die Salate sowie der Ajvar und Kajmak sehr gut. Allerdings sind auch die Angebote des Lokals teurer geworden.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schlicht bietet aber Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl drinnen und im Innenhof. Das Ambiente finde ich originell. Die Cevapcici sind sehr schmackhaft so gut wie in Sarajevo. Dazu frisch gebackenes Brot und extra bestellten Kajmak. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Ich bin sehr beeindruckt und komme gerne wieder.

Seit über 30 Jahren gewohnt gut und immer lecker.

Ich bin als Tourist mit meiner Frau für einen Tag nach Frankfurt gekommen und wir haben uns auf die Berger Straße begeben um was leckeres zu essen. Da wir nachdem wir die gesamte Straße entlang gelaufen sind nichts ansprechendes gefunden haben hab mich ich aufgrund der guten Bewertungen für dieses Lokal entschieden und ganz ehrlich: Noch nie so lecker Cevape, Köfte oder sonstiges gegessen. Besser als konak grill in Berlin am kotti und der ist schon sehr sehr gut. Laut Besitzer helal, da er Bosnien ist glaub ich das auch. 10/10 und möchte nur deswegen demnächst wieder nach Frankfurt (3 Stunden fahrt)

Super leckere Cevapcici. Man schmeckt den Grillgeschmack von der Holzkohle richtig raus, das Brot wird selbst gebacken und der Service ist immer ziemlich freundlich. Einzig das Ambiente ist ein bisschen in den 80ern stehen geblieben, was aber auch wieder zum Charme des Landes gehört. Bei einem solchen Laden geht es schließlich nicht um Schicki-Micki, sondern ums Essen und das ist hier immer richtig lecker
