Heute hatte ich so einen Hunger, dass ich mit meiner Familie in ein Restaurant gegangen bin. Das Essen war köstlich! Wir haben Brathähnchen und Schawarma gegessen. Meine Tochter war total begeistert vom Schawarma; es war das erste Mal, dass sie ein Sandwich komplett aufgegessen hat! Obwohl es sehr heiß war, haben wir es dank der Ventilatoren überall nicht gespürt. Wir haben alles aufgegessen! Das Essen war so gut, dass wir wahrscheinlich als Nächstes sogar die Knochen essen werden! Gott segne ihn und seinen Lebensunterhalt.

Alle sind sehr freundlich und werden sehr gut behandelt.

Ich hoffe, Sie achten mehr auf die Qualität der Zutaten und die Zubereitung, denn das Lokal hat Potenzial, sich zu verbessern, wenn Sie an diesen Punkten arbeiten. Jetzt hat der Mann eine Mahlzeit, er hat dieses Sandwich mit unserer Brühe und die besten mit unserem Schawarma. Deshalb geht nichts über den vollen Geschmack von Hühnchen, aber es ist zu teuer, um es zu essen – das ist der Unterschied. Es ist wichtig, mehr auf die Qualität der Zutaten und die Haltbarkeit am nächsten Tag zu achten, aber die Sprache kann dazu verwendet werden, dies zu verstehen.

Es hat gut geschmeckt. Aber für was wir bezahlt haben ist das Essen viel zu wenig, und bis wir das Essen bekommen haben, müssten wir über halbe Stunde warten.

Shawarma hat super geschmeckt, wirklich lange nicht mehr ein shawarma so genossen, leider finde ich die Portionen jedoch viel zu klein für das was man bezahlt!

Ich habe etwa 30 Minuten vorher angerufen und 6 Shawarma bestellt. Als ich nach 30 Minuten dort angekommen bin, war die Bestellung noch überhaupt nicht fertig. Ich musste weitere 15 Minuten warten, bis alles fertig war. Außerdem war das Shawarma sehr enttäuschend. Es bestand praktisch nur aus Brot mit Fleisch, ohne die üblichen Zutaten oder Beilagen. So etwas geht gar nicht. Ich kann diesen Laden daher überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Ein guter Umgang mit Kunden sollte selbstverständlich sein. Man merkt leider, dass hier sowohl beim Service als auch bei der Qualität noch viel verbessert werden muss. Das hat auch etwas mit Respekt und Erziehung zu tun.

Das beste Brathähnchen in Frankfurt! Auch die Shawarmas sind köstlich. Die Portionen sind groß, das Personal freundlich und ich habe jeden Besuch sehr genossen! Der Reis, der zum Brathähnchen serviert wird, passt hervorragend dazu!

Das Fleisch war extrem fettig und geschmacklich sehr unangenehm. Teilweise hatte man eher das Gefühl, fast nur Fett statt vernünftigem Hähnchenfleisch zu essen. Für mich war es dadurch leider kaum genießbar. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

I tried the beef and chicken shawarma, as well as the crispy and roasted versions – all the dishes were consistently outstanding. The service is fast, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. One of the few restaurants in Frankfurt where you can truly enjoy authentic and delicious Syrian shawarma.

One of the best restaurants around! I would recommend to get the shawarma platter since it offers the best value with pickled vegetables and plenty of sauce to dip your wraps in. Way too salty. Initial maybe a three star in food but seems to have declined a bit again the Chicken sharwarma too dry and not enough quality check before putting charred pieces in sandwiches. The veal still ok but far from expected. Well not many in this city if you want sharwarma many Turkish döner but not the same.

I arrived at the snack bar to find the queue disorganized and no one greeting me. Then I sat down at a table where the chairs were ripped, the menus were sticky, and there was no view due to pixelated windows. Arabic music played continuously. I'd give it zero stars if I could. To get my food, I had to go to a separate counter to order, and I had to pay because they didn't trust me. It only took a few minutes, but the shish fries were bone dry, and even while eating, I felt uncomfortable because everything was so unhygienic. Speaking of unhygienic, I saw (I assume the owner) at the beginning scooping fries out of the fryer basket with his bare hand.

To be honest, I'm no longer satisfied with the food at this restaurant. Last time I had crispy fried fish, it was very oily and not fried properly. It used to be better.

My experience at Papay Restaurant: We visited Papay Restaurant today to try the food – unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Prices: Quite high for the quality of the food. Taste: Most dishes were very salty; the saltiness was noticeably too strong. The pickled side dishes didn't seem fresh or homemade either, but rather industrially packaged and also too salty. After the meal, I was extremely thirsty and had to drink almost two liters of water at home. Observation: Some Ukrainian guests, including children, were obviously also unable to enjoy their meal – several plates of almost untouched food were returned by the waiter. Cleanliness and atmosphere: Unfortunately, we noticed that one of the employees – the one on the shawarma skewer – was smoking while working. Furthermore, several people were standing outside the restaurant by the shawarma area, also smoking. The cigarette smoke was very disturbing and negatively impacted the atmosphere. This is completely inappropriate in a restaurant where food is prepared. We hope that management will ensure that smoking is prohibited in and around the dining area in the future. Conclusion: We hope that Papay Restaurant will place more emphasis on the quality of its food, less salt, and a clean, smoke-free environment in the future. The restaurant has a good reputation and should offer a level of service that lives up to its name.

Good Syrian restaurant with classics like shawarma and various meat dishes (chicken, veal, lamb). I ordered the shwarma plate. It was excellent value for money! The shwarma had a very good roasted flavor, and the accompanying "sour" pickled vegetables were also a delicious combination.
