Location was good, very convenient to get to the old town. Air conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable and breakfast being included was a perk though just okay. Hotel staff were extremely accommodating to help us book an extra night when it was needed. However our room lacked both a mini fridge and a direct phone to reception which was an inconvenience.

Flemings has an easily accessible location. The team is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortably furnished. We didn't eat there but the drinks were great and the barmaid was also very friendly and competent (I hope she gets paid accordingly 😉👍🏼). The breakfast selection was very large and nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable. But I'm deducting a star because the parking garage is very small and I had a hard time getting out with my small car. But these are things that cannot be changed.

No reception. Check-in is quick, easy and hassle-free on the computer. If you have any problems or questions, a hotel employee will be right next to you. Modern rooms. Nice view of the skyline. Well-equipped TV. Shower perfect for couples. There are rooms where the shower is completely open without privacy protection and rooms where the shower is equipped with a privacy curtain.

Great location close to the old town, the river and the Sachsenhausen district. The rooms are very well isolated from sound, they are very nice and equipped. Comfortable beds. We had a problem with the TV and everyone was very attentive to try to solve it. Predisposed and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, super varied.

The location is perfect: the city center, New Old Town, Römer, EM Fanmeile and Sachsenhausen are easily accessible on foot. Parking space available. The breakfast is first class. We will be back!

Very comfortable city hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

My husband and I came to this hotel after a bad AirBNB situation. We booked the room late in the evening and we were so happy when we showed up. The staff to check us in were welcoming and friendly. The bartenders working that evening were very attentive and turned our bad night into a great time. We loved the robes in the room and the self service snack area. Such a great experience!

A nice hotel with very friendly staff. Although the hotel doesn't look that nice from the outside, it's really good inside. Clean rooms and rich breakfast. The proximity to the Main is just another highlight. Public transport is also easily accessible. Thanks for the service and I'll be happy to come back.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Flemings Hotel Frankfurt Main-Riverside for six days in August 2023, and it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel’s location is ideal, providing easy access to the city’s main attractions. The Superior Plus room I stayed in was a haven of comfort and luxury, with tasteful decor and top-notch amenities. The staff were commendable, always ready to assist and making sure my stay was comfortable. The on-site restaurant was a gastronomic delight, offering a wide array of delectable dishes that catered to every palate. However, I was surprised to find that the free minibar, which used to be a part of the Superior Plus offer, was no longer available. This was a slight disappointment as it added an extra touch of indulgence to the stay. Question to the Management: Could you please shed some light on why the free minibar is no longer included in the Superior Plus offer? Despite this, I wholeheartedly recommend Flemings Hotel for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Frankfurt.

We were always welcomed with a smile. Everything was very pleasant and I felt completely at home, like I was with friends. The room was clean, spacious and modernly furnished. I will gladly come again.

Very nice hotel in a top location. The beds are very comfortable. The fact that the shower is in the room is something special. There are more than enough parking spaces thanks to the parking lot + underground car park. The staff is more than friendly!

It is a great hotel, clean and welcoming. It has a sauna. The rooms are perfect, large and clean. The service is ready to dedicate time to you and are very courteous to solve all your needs. It is close to the river and the old part of Frankfurt full of typical German restaurants and nightlife venues. At 200 meters you reach the underground metro that takes you anywhere in the city. The fair can be reached in 20 minutes. The breakfast is plentiful. Overall I am very satisfied.

Clean rooms, great location almost directly on the Main and within walking distance of the city center. We were there for the third time and would book again and again! Very good breakfast!!

The room is a bit on the small side, mainly due to the placement of the shower cabin in the middle of the room. Everything is neat and clean. You must check in yourself at a terminal in the hall. This is not pleasant after a long journey. I also think the rate for the parking lot is too high. €28

Rooms are fine and modern. However, it is relatively noisy due to the tram or road traffic. It is not possible to completely darken the room. However, I would expect automatic daily cleaning in a hotel and would not justify this with sustainability. For me these are austerity measures.

Close to the city center and clean. The view of the skyline is impressive. The hotel is perfect for business trips and city trips. You are right at the Römer, and also across the Main in Sachsenhausen.

Check-in/check-out was stress-free and easy

An outstanding team definitely deserves a subsequent thank you in the form of a 5* rating! I got to know far too many hotels professionally. There were many friendly hotel staff in recommended hotels. Nowhere have I experienced an atmosphere like the one I experienced at Riverside: the customers were not only welcomed in a friendly manner and served very proactively. The hotel staff were a team, a crew, who were also very helpful to each other. Everyone was always(!) responsible and never left me behind in any way. So, in my opinion, the building is shabby from the outside - the best nest is offered inside. My thanks go to the entire Riverside team!!!

I don't understand how a hotel doesn't have a comfortable lobby. It only has a bar and sit-down restaurant. The shower in the middle of the room is folkloric but uncomfortable at the end.

Very clean and attractive room. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. An excellent hotel due to its location not far from the Main. Can just be recommended.

In itself a very good hotel. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Only the beds were a bit too hard for me.

Rooms: Spacious and well equipped. The shower is either in the living and sleeping area or directly in the room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning could not be adjusted or was out of order. The temperature in the room was initially 27 degrees, but fortunately it was reduced to 23 degrees by opening the windows. The windows faced the courtyard, which was quiet in itself, but turned into a noisy mess after 6am, making it impossible to sleep. It sounded like laundry, garbage and other carts were being pushed or thrown across the parking lot. The cause of this noise could not be determined exactly. Breakfast: Breakfast was OK but nothing special. The table was only cleared upon request. Many breakfast dishes no longer seemed fresh at 9 a.m. and were only partially replenished. The stay was pleasant, but overall nothing exceptional.

I found the personal greeting with a handwritten card extraordinary and special! The food is excellent every time! I appreciate the friendliness of the employees. Thank you very much for the good conversations at the bar!

Best hotel breakfast I've ever had 10/10! The price-performance ratio is incredibly good. The location is great and the rooms are clean. The staff is very informal, friendly and helpful. There is also a sauna and a gym. All in all very pleasantly surprising!! Especially for the great price offer.

Good middle class hotel. Even if it doesn't look that great right in front of the hotel or in the side streets, the location is still great because you're right on the banks of the Main and after just a few minutes' walk you can reach the old town and the city center including the pedestrian zone. The rooms are equipped ok so far. I'll mention here what we noticed negatively: Water pressure in the shower (room 2nd floor) almost non-existent. The carpet in the room was already badly stained in many places. No mini fridge in the room. The view of the run-down facade in the backyard is not really nice. There are only blackout curtains, but no others. This means you can only choose between being completely dark or completely visible from the houses opposite. There is no telephone in the room, so if you have any questions you have to go down to reception. There was a card in the room that advertised additional pillows that you could order for free - when we asked, we were told that these cards were unfortunately old and there was no longer a selection. The sauna area is small but sufficient and nicely designed. The breakfast is sufficiently varied. Small drawback: there are no labels on the bowls that contain, for example, cream cheese, pesto, coleslaw, hummus, etc. You can even have a fresh omelet made - but it doesn't say that anywhere - we only saw one other guest do it and then tried it on the second day: it takes a long time but tastes good!

Checking in took a surprisingly long time despite the technology and friendly help. It was very loud in our room facing the street. The shower in the room was visible to us without frosted glass or curtains. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay. The staff was very friendly. We liked the location of the hotel on the edge of the city. The price-performance ratio convinced us.

Wonderfully located, on the banks of the Main, almost everything within walking distance, tram right in front of the house. Service very friendly and helpful. Shower in the room - well, takes getting used to. The sink in the room too, maybe I'm old fashioned but I'd rather have it separate. But otherwise nothing to complain about.

A very nice hotel located near the city center. You have to know that there are two parking garages next to the hotel, otherwise you'll look stupid. An attentive employee just saved the situation. The same employee also ironed out a colleague's mistake when checking in. Two guests with almost the same name were booked into the same room, that shouldn't happen. Especially since they wanted to see my ID, but apparently not the other guest. The room was very nice, especially the glass shower in the middle of the room. It wasn't that the TV was running very quietly so great, but no matter. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was there and was constantly being refilled by the employees. We look forward to your next visit and hope for a problem-free arrival.

Great team, warm service, everything perfect!

Nice hotel right on the Main. The party mile is not far away either. Rooms were neat and clean. Employees were very friendly. The only annoying thing was looking for a parking space. If the hotel parking spaces are full, it can take an hour to find a parking space. Gladly again.

Convenient and comfortable hotel with very courteous and helpful staff. The checkin process was very easy and I was helped by Demuri, who was very kind with a cheerful smile. The rooms are not that big but they are comfortable. A very odd place for the shower though, especially if you’re sharing the room with a friend. Luckily I was on my own. The location is central and safe away from the dodgy streets near the Central station. I took a direct train from the airport and then an 8 min walk to the hotel. The hotel is a 15 min walk by the river to the old town where almost all the Frankfurt attractions are.

I was not happy about the glass shower room because it's directly next to the room door. When I was showering, my roommate couldn't leave the room because when she opened the door, people from the corridor would be able to see me showering. In case my roommate was out, I had to confirm that she won't come back while I was showering, very inconvenient.

Terrible experience. Staff did not offer any assistance or explain where anything was on arrival, including where the access to gym or sauna was. They pointed at the self check in computer whilst seated and non communicative. Did not give a warm greeting. See through shower was terrible for friends staying with each other and I specified this on the booking i wanted to separate beds. The twin beds were practically pushed together. The room is poorly designed and is made for 2 people who are couples or have a really close relationship and there is no gap in between the bed. Very impractical. Shower room is opened as well as the sink. The sink basin is not in a separate room. The price of the room was not worth what we paid. Shocked and the sauna /steam room was not working - they needed an engineer to come which was booked to come after our arrival so did not get what we paid for. The bar staff were kind the reception staff were horrible and not accommodating or empathetic.

My husband and I spent the night at this hotel, the staff were very friendly, kind and happy to help. Despite the fact that it was late, we were able to go outside to have dinner because everything was already closed and it was raining, the employee at the bar with dark hair prepared us a very tasty pizza and drinks, giving us enough time. The hotel also has a mini store where you can find everything you need at very affordable prices comparable to those at any gas station. We really liked it, we will definitely return, everything is fine in the room, the only thing I would draw the staff’s attention to is a stain on the ceiling in the toilet room. As if there was a water leak in the room from above or something with the pipes, that’s the only thing I paid attention to. So the room has a closet, a good mattress, a shower, everything was very clean, the room had a good pleasant smell. (neutral) There is also underground parking, a gym, a sauna and shops, and the center itself is within walking distance +-10 minutes. Thanks to the Hotel for a good time.

Really really great hotel. My mother and I had our mother/daughter day at the hotel and were very impressed by the location, food and especially the staff. Everyone is not only more than friendly but also helpful. Huge thanks. Menko, Ramzi, Kelly, Tülay, Laura were incredibly nice to us and so helpful. You come into the hotel and immediately feel good :) We'll definitely be back 🙏🏾♥️

Very nice hotel, restaurant and staff! Location is close to the river and about 12 minutes walk from the old city / 18 minutes to MyZeil commercial center. The staff are very helpful. The food at the restaurant is great. Breakfast is great too. It's important to notice that usually the booking doesn't include breakfast and it is requried to add about 24 euros for breakfast at the check-in day or around 27 euros the day after.

Great location; hotel is clean and the staff very kind and helpful. It's just 15-20 minutes to the airport and I was able to walk from the main station in 25 minutes - a pleasant walk along the river.

素晴らしいホテル。 初めて止まりましたが、こちらのスタッフは皆のために一生懸命です。 チェックイン時、ストによって交通が麻痺しているため、翌日から行く展示会への行き方を尋ねました。チェックインをサポートする女性スタッフは、丁寧に手書きでフェア会場までの行き方を教えてくれました。 日本から持ってきたインスタントフードを食べたくて、フロントのスタッフに尋ねたところ、すぐに厨房のスタッフに尋ね、了解を得てくれました。 このような対応ができるホテルはドイツ、ヨーロッパでは非常に少ない。 値段は決して安く無いですが、次回もこちらに泊まりたいです。

Nettes Hotel. Das Einchecken ist wegen den neuen "Self-Check-in" etwas mühsam und man benötigt dann doch jemanden. Kennen wir ja schon vom flughafen - da funktioniert es auch nicht!! Aber Personal ist freundlich und hilft. Zimmer sind funktional, die Dusche im raum find ich zwar tendig, aber wenn man gerne, wie ich im Winter bei offenem Fenster schläft, dann friert man sich die Füße in der früh in der Dusche ab. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Standort super, man ist zu fuß gleich an der Konstabler wache oder in Sachsenhausen.

Wonderful Hotel. Great room, wonderful shower in the room. Great spa/gym, 2 different saunas. One dry, one steamy. Small automated shop downstairs with necessities, snacks(had to get some female hygiene products for my girlfriend), pay with card. Really nice restaurant and bar. Good view from there. Extremely close to the Rhein. Close to the city center (hint: shopping and tourism). Extremely friendly and forthcoming lady behind the bar.

Short: Go to Schopenhauer or The Flag, they are around the corner and much much better than this one. (I came many times due to work) Long: 1. There was not hot water. Their proposal was to "from time to time is good to take a cold shower" (outside temperature today: -4) 2. I ordered food at 18:30. I asked two times, and they told me "we are going to ask". At 20:30, after not even getting the drinks, I left and went to an Argentinean restaurant around the corner (by the way, it was really good, so highly recommended) 3. The shower is a fish tank in the middle of the room without even milk glass. Horrible and with cero privacy! so if you really have to go to this hotel, at least take one room per person. 4. Staff is very unfriendly, at least compared to the other hotels around the corner

I would like to give 5 stars service to reception team! They were my angels and saved me from so many problems. Special attention to Anita! She is a very good brand ambassador to The Fleming!!! My negative comments go to the restaurant. I have been coming to Flemings for maybe 15+ years when attending fairs at Meese. This year the offerings for breakfast were less! Not sure I will take breakfast option going forward. For the price far more should be offered - as in the past. Second negative on restaurant was dinner. Likely our last time eating dinner there! We both ordered the shrimp. It arrived cold and rubbery - the sides were hot and flavorful. Far too many good restaurants in the area competing for the food business. It must be improved. But, for us, I doubt eating dinner there again.

The shower is a glass fish tank in the middle of the room! without even milk glass. Cero privacy. I ordered dinner aroubd 18:30, its 20:29 and I did not even get the drinks yet, so service is also 1 start. At that time I simply standes and left to an argentinean restaurant around the corner, so much better!

Terrible experience today 17.01.24. I waited 1 hour and 13 minutes at the restaurant after ordering dinner and couldn’t wait any longer, asked 3 different waiters for a glass of water 6 times, they couldn’t bring me even a single glass of water for over an hour, and looked like they didn’t even care to be honest, not recommending to anyone

Schönes Ambiente, guter Style. Selbst Check-In gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nettes hilfreiches Personal unterstützt toll! Zimmer top, sogar Wasserkocher und kleine Tee-/ Instanzkaffeeauswahl da sowie kostenloses Wasser usw. Cool mit der Dusche neben dem Bett! Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt- etwas hochpreisig angesetzt. Bar auch toll und angenehm. Fitnessraum/ Sauna leider sehr klein und überhitzt/ sauerstoffarm, Zeiten( erst ab 18h) ich sooo flexibel. Parken teuer am Hotel, in der Umgebung muss man aber Zeit zum Finden einplanen... Toll der keine Einkaufsmarkt; alles dort ist ohne Bargeldverkehr.

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral - Parkplätze am Hotel - allerdings recht teuer mit 25 Euro am Tag . In den umliegenden Straßen kann man mit viel Glück parken - teilweise gegen Gebühr . Zimmer groß / Dusche im Zimmer muss man mögen Frühstück hatten wir aus Kostengründen nicht gebucht . 27 Euro pro Nase halten wir für etwas überzogen . Selbst Checkin gewöhnungsbedürftig und unpersönlich . Personal aber hilfsbereit bei fragen . Minimarkt und Gepäckschließfächer gut Fitness: leider zu klein und zu warm - da kann kein mensch trainieren Sauna erst ab 18 Uhr im Betrieb was wir etwas enttäuschend fanden Kleiner Barbereich - Super für kleinen Absacker am Abend . Taxistand vor der Tür

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ansonsten alles rundum gut. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals.

Location was good, the room was generally good, but the damn shower head was broken off and made it unusable. We had to shower in the facility downstairs by rhe sauna. Not ideal and some staff should have noticed this before we got the room. Other than that, everything was fine, but that's a pretty big screw up.

Een prima hotel. Een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Prima ontbijt. Prima kamer met mogelijkheid het raam open te zetten! Het hotel is dicht bij het centrum. Een kleine tien minuten en je bent bij de Dom. Parkeer de auto niet op het parkeerterrein. Je verhoogt de kamerprijs met bijna een derde!
