Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with a beautiful view of the skyline. Unfortunately, the service at reception was sometimes unfriendly.

After one night at Flemings Frankfurt, we (unfortunately) have to say... the service and value for money could definitely be better. The signature double room was good, and the service in the bar in the evening was very friendly and attentive. But that's where the positives end. The check-in staff were noticeably unfriendly! The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing more. Presenting it on the bar counter was poorly done. The tables were far too close together. In good hotels, you'd expect a platter to be taken from the buffet and a fresh one, prepared in the kitchen, to be returned. Here, the staff stood at the buffet with the large packages, restocking without any care. The yogurt was simply dumped from the bucket into the bowl. The website advertises regional sausage and cheese products, but we have our doubts. While we understand the need for regional products, we expect better at this price point. It's a shame, we were really looking forward to this little break. If we had known this beforehand, we would have preferred to drive the 15 km home after the concert. Much more attention needs to be paid to the details here. The only thing we'll remember fondly is the friendly staff in the bar in the evening. What a pity.

I had a room booked 4 weeks before my stay and when I arrived on the night they stated that my reserved room was in fact not available as they had given it to other guests and were now fully booked. They put me up in another hotel nearby - thanks - but I have this weird expectation that if I book and pay for a room then the hotel actually has the room available. Even at 10pm…after all I already paid for it.

You could not want for a better hotel in Frankfurt. The location is top, every single staff member I encountered was professional, kind and friendly. The restaurant at the top floor is the best meal I’ve had in the city with a stunning view, comfortable chic setting and every dish was delicious, with perfect temperature and flavour balance. My room was quiet, extremely well appointed with high end linens and very clean. A five star stay in every way!

It's in a great location in Frankfurt. You can walk everywhere. I stayed in a large room on the 6th floor. The shower, located in the middle of the room, might seem off-putting to some, but since I was alone, it wasn't a problem. Although I paid for breakfast for four days, I unfortunately only had it for two due to my early travels. Breakfast is served in the Italian restaurant on the rooftop. It's stylish, has a view, and the breakfast was quite good. If I come back, I'd choose this place.

The shower is located in the room, not in the bathroom.

At check-out, I needed the invoice for the extra services. They receptionist could not manage to print it out and offered to send it via email. I agreed to that and left. The receptionist never sent anything, nor contacted me further. I called morning, afternoon, evening and night and in different days to the hotel, and they never picked the phone, not one single time. Not the reception, not reservation, not the restaurant, NOBODY. I then sent an email explaining the situation and requesting the invoice. Of course, nobody ever replied to the email nor contacted me back. At the end, I had to contact another Fleming hotel in Frankfurt (Riverside), and they picked the phone at once. They kindly connected me through internal channel and THEN they picked the phone at reception. I explained the situation and the receptionist send the invoice during the call. NOT once an apology, a "sorry, sir", nothing. As a side note, we wanted to just take a look at the terrace of the restaurant to see the views, and a rude restaurant manager refused us and told as "this is not a view point, come in the morning". This hotel really does not know anything about hospitality and how to treat guests. I will for sure not come back and will not recommend to any of my colleagues and friends. The only exception is the kind personnel during breakfast service. The other employees should learn from those kind women.

Perfectly located, modern and lovely hotel. Very spacious room and possibility to ask for free extra perks, like hot water bottle or special pillows. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for a stay in Frankfurt.

Very good hotel with event services

I'm very, very happy with the breakfast buffet and the view of the Frankfurt skyline. The buffet was fantastic, with excellent quality and a great selection. The room size was perfectly comfortable, and the shower was a lovely experience. The paternoster lift was also a highlight. The only slight drawback is the flat rate of €30 per day for the underground parking garage, even if you only use it overnight.

A truly special place to be. We enjoyed another delicious meal and a wonderful evening. Next time we're in Frankfurt, it will definitely be on our list again 🍽.

The hotel is very basic; I didn't like the service, the room, or anything about it. The only redeeming quality is its location; otherwise, it has no worthwhile features. Honestly, I recommend looking for another hotel, as the experience was completely disappointing.

Very good value for money! Great location! Hotel rooms are large, modern, and clean. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast in the Panorama Restaurant with a view of the city is fantastic and leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel's underground parking garage is clean, secure, and easily accessible even with a large car. If you're in Frankfurt, then choose Fleming's Selection!

Staff were friendly. Really nice and fun paternoster lift which they operate in the evening time. Hospitable hotel. Location was perfect. Close to the Hauptwache and zeil. A bit pricey each night for my stay though.

The hotel itself is fine. The restaurant and bar, too expensive for what you get. A meat dish with a glass of wine, water and some roasted potatoes will set you back ~€60. A plain gin tonic at the bar (unknown brand of gin and definitely not premium tonic) is €16. I got the last part of a big bottle of tonic and there was no fizz left at all! Worst gin tonic that was ever served to me.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Flemings Hotel Frankfurt Eschenheimer Tor. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and well-maintained; you immediately feel at home. The central location is ideal for exploring Frankfurt; everything is within easy walking distance. I can definitely recommend the hotel.

Title: Disappointing Stay – Not a Premium Experience at Flemings Frankfurt We were looking forward to a relaxing stay at Flemings Frankfurt, but unfortunately, our expectations were not met in any way. Upon check-in, we received a very unfriendly and rude greeting – not a good start for a hotel that considers itself a premium property. The bottle of Prosecco we had paid for in advance was initially forgotten and only handed out after we pointed it out – warm and with glasses, one of which bore obvious lipstick marks. When we asked for a chilled bottle with an ice bucket, we were simply told that such a thing was "out of stock." Furthermore, we were initially given the wrong room. After another trip to the reception, we were finally given another one, which also did not correspond to the booked category (Superior Plus King). The floor was dirty, the bathroom had only been superficially cleaned, and the room smelled musty and stale. Overall, the stay was disappointing—neither service, nor cleanliness, nor professionalism met what one would expect from a hotel of this category. We hope that management takes this criticism seriously and takes appropriate action.

Horrible experience, they assigned us a room where they clearly knew the air conditioning was not working, we were so tired we fell asleep and at 1:30am we woke up to terrible heat! They sent someone to fix it and it didn't work, we called back and their solution was to move us at 2am! We had to go downstairs in our pajamas to the reception and when I asked Mr. Hekmat Safadi if he could discount the night or give us a discount for the absolutely horrible time his answer was a resounding NO and offer us breakfast, But even worse was the audacity of the other employee who came to get our suitcases to move us! He was very audacious and said we couldn't ask for compensation for the damaged air conditioning and that if it was hot, we should just open the windows! Really??? It wasn't his job to comment on this matter, much less tell me what I can and can't say!! I would NEVER stay at this hotel again, and I don't recommend it! The way they handled this situation was horrible, Mr. Safadi's unprofessional attitude is unacceptable and he definitely needs to understand the qualities a manager must have to handle an angry customer.

Standard room, from business trips perspective it’s very middle. There was no warm water morning and there was no information about it or even “sorry for unconvincie”. There is also problem with the invoice that was declared will be send to my email in 5 minutes (3 hours later still nothing).

Fleming was chosen for our all year class reunion. I worked on the committee. We were given several iptions Fleming checked all our boxes. Space for memories. Close to transport. Breakfast included. Do pleased this was an amazing experience for over 140 friends.

Unfortunately, the restaurant closes early. If you arrive at the hotel in the evening, you won't be able to dine.

Flemings is a great hotel centrally located in Frankfurt. Walking distance to old town and other attractions. Staff is friendly, prodessional and extremely helpful. We had a 100 person reunion there and everything was wonderful. Breakfast is outstanding and restaurant on 7th floor is top notch. Would highly recommend.

My stay at the Flemings in Frankfurt was excellent. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the central location, and, of course, the rooftop bar. I felt completely at home and would happily return.

The place is nice and we had a good breakfast too, with beautiful rooftop view into the city. My advice: ask for a room far from the paternoster elevator, because it can be disturbingly noisy when it is operated. Luckily it does not run 24 hrs, but it still can run until 10-11PM.

I would like to give zeros because even one is too many. They paid €79 yesterday via booking.com. We have received the purchase confirmation and the invoice, and the money was debited, but the hotel staff did not let us in. The reason given was that it was not traceable in the system. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It is the worst hotel!!!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay overall. The hotel is clearly showing its age, and for a 4-star hotel, I would have expected much more. The service at the reception was generally okay, but left a lot to be desired in terms of professionalism. Upon checkout, they offered to send me the bills for the overnight stay and parking by email, for which I specifically left my business card. However, I initially only received the parking bill. After I responded, they again sent me only the parking bill. This back and forth repeated itself three times until I finally received the hotel bill – unfortunately, with the wrong person listed in the billing address. In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. I will definitely book my next stay in Frankfurt at a different hotel.

The location is only good if you don't have a room facing the train station, and the taxis honk their horns all night or someone else makes a lot of noise. The rooms used to be better. The air conditioning smells of old sweaty feet, the shower doesn't seal properly and leaks, so the entire bathroom is flooded, and the soap still has traces of the previous guest's makeup on it. And I think the liquor store is so overpriced.

The parking garage was an absolute nightmare! Our Mercedes GLA barely made it through, millimeter by millimeter. Service and rooms were good. Rooftop view very nice.

Not worth the money. Payed 150€ a night for a room facing the lobby with poor sound insulation. A couple of gentlemen were having a conversation, for which I can’t blame them, but it felt like I was being part of it. Additionally, the staff are not particularly friendly and the sauna has apparently been out of service for over a year (a fact that is conveniently missing from the website). Will probably not book here again.

Excellent location, amazing view of Eschenheimer Turm and the skyline (from room 515), great, cozy bed, windows that can be tilted open for fresh air, great AC. Staff is kind and helpful, early check-in and late check-out were a blessing for me, as I was traveling for work and truly appreciated the opportunity to prepare for meetings in the quiet comfort of my room. I didn't have breakfast, but I did have coffee several times and the coffee is great. Some small details around the room and the hotel need sprucing up, but this is really barely noticeable unless you start looking. Paternoster was extremely fun to ride, I loved its' novelty and functionality. 10/10 recommended and coming back for sure.

A very nice hotel in a prime location. The rooms are tastefully furnished and have a great view. I'm also suspicious that the paternoster lift is still there. One point deducted is the breakfast. Everything is top-notch in terms of quality, and the location on the roof is fantastic, but since I don't eat much breakfast in the morning, €25 is a steep price. It's only worth it if you have the time for a thorough brunch. I would be happy to book the hotel again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

I've known and visited the Paternoster and the roof terrace for years whenever I'm in Frankfurt. This time I stayed overnight. It's a lovely hotel, a friendly, accommodating place with two highlights, see the first sentence. I thought it was fantastic all around.

Very good hotel and near to the marketplace and MyZeil Mall. Pros: awesome breakfast with a view. Good rooms and clean bathrooms. Online food orders are delivered easily. Has an awesome paternoster lift. Service desk is helpful and responsive. Cons: Costly in summer months. I paid 190euros for a single night. Not a value for money. Drinking water is not provided. Its chargeable. Wash basin was leaking. They took 2 days to resolve the issue. The dinner restaurant serves only italian food and is very expensive. Overall a very good hotel if you are able to book early and get a price of under 150 euroes. Bonus tip: there is a subway and an indian restaurant just outside the hotel.

We live near Frankfurt and had booked a table at the Occhio D'Oro restaurant for our wedding anniversary. We decided on the spur of the moment to also spend the night at Flemings Hotel at Eschenheimer Tor. Upon arrival in our hotel room, a wonderful surprise awaited us: red and pink balloons, fabric rose petals, candles, a small chocolate cake, fruit, two muffins, and a wonderful gift set with shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, and body lotion. We were so happy! Thank you!!!

Great location. Rooms are nice, large, and clean. But the hallways and entrance area don't match the rooms. They also use the view as a showcase, but you can only go up to the terrace when breakfast or something similar is being served. It's a shame.

The Flemings Selection Hotel Frankfurt-City is a great place to stay in the city. It is located in a prime area with lots of things to do, restaurants galore, and proximity to the main plaza in the city: Romerberg Platz. There is also a beautiful and very modern shopping mall two blocks away. The hotel is in great shape, very well kept and well-appointed. The rooms are huge and the views are unique, from my room I was able to see the beauty of modern Frankfurt. I should commend Shanel, who welcomed us when we checked in and checked us out, also she was very nice and helped us when we requested any info from her. One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Europe.

The main attraction of this hotel is their constantly moving elevator. It is a very cool experience to get to ride it. The breakfast is amazing. The bed is comfortable. The shower is fine. The curtains are not actually the blackout curtains, so that is definitely annoying and depending on what side of the hotel you are on, there is a bar that plays music outside that you can hear inside of the room at night. Earplugs are helpful.

I spent two nights here. I tried to reach the reception beforehand, but had no luck. At least the number provided always leads to a reservation hotline with limited availability. I wanted to use the sauna, which was shown in the pictures on Google. No luck, because it burned down four years ago. I couldn't understand the lady at the reception very well; the hotel manager just stares at his computer and doesn't greet the guests. He's not attentive, as the saying goes. The beds are great, but the shower wasn't cleaned properly. The window wasn't closed properly.

This hotel is great. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I don't know how the breakfast was, because I didn't eat there. The location is also great, only a 30 Minute walk from the Frankfurt Main Station. I chose this hotel, because I made a last minute trip to Frankfurt to see family visiting from the US, and the cost for a one night stay was good.

Very good hotel and incredible place for breakfast. Wi-Fi a little slow. Please fix the TV. No, it's not French channels if there's no sound. France 24 serves all countries in the world, and other hotels like Frankfurt have sound. Super quiet hotel.

Location is great, right next to a metro station, there’s a grocery store opposite, and walking distance to the shopping area. Nice lobby and spacious and comfortable room. They also have option of pillows and turn down kit. Like others have mentioned, it is a little weird to have the glass shower in the bedroom, even if I was staying alone. There was also a sealed door (still visible on the floor plan) so it was a little unsettling. Bed linens were full of other people’s hair (probably like around 20 strands on the whole bed). Wifi was surprisingly weak considering the location and price of the room!

Perfect location to enjoy Frankfurt City

I had booked a total of eight (8) rooms – three (3) double rooms and five (5) double rooms for single use. Two (2) of the double rooms for single use were unavailable at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, even though availability from 2:00 PM was explicitly stated in the booking confirmation. This situation could have been communicated to me at the reception desk so that the frustration didn't set in when I entered the room. I would have preferred to have resolved the situation appropriately beforehand. All other rooms were attractively furnished. The roaring noise from the surrounding streets was not audible in the rooms. The panoramic view at breakfast or in the bar in the evening is definitely a highlight and highly recommended. Parking in the hotel's own parking garage is quite challenging. Any vehicle larger than my Twingo had real difficulty getting in and out. Despite the hiccups with the lack of availability, I can recommend the hotel.

Excellent treatment and good reception, but for conservative Arabs, there is a legal defect in that the bathroom is made of exposed glass in the room and the bathroom is separated from the sink, and thus it may cause problems for them.

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The room was a nice size. The only downside of the room is that even though I turned the air conditioner on, the room was not getting cool. Thankfully I visited in April so I was able to open the windows and get a bit of relief. Overall though, the hotel was clean, nicely laid out, and the view from the restaurant was lovely. There is access to an S bahn station nearby so that was very convenient for traveling throughout the city. I would definitely stay here again or in another Flemings hotel in the future.

The rooms were quite average, breakfast was fine. For the price, you’re really paying for location and corporate functions. The staff were polite but had poor customer service. Eg. not knowing how to check in almost charging me twice, forgetting about breakfast orders, long queues at the desks while checking in and out. I’ve stayed here in a couple of occasions now and found the experience the same.

The hotel is on the best spot for the city, close to the shopping area, close to the historical center and close to the magnificent river Main! And then the hotel it self. You are welcomed by an extremely friendly staff. We even got the the possibility to choose the room! great. The room itself, great, spacious and nice bathroom with a good shower. The hotel offers 2 restaurants and especially the one on the top floor is a very nice experience! The menu with wine pairing, where heaven meets earth. The same outstanding experience you have with the breakfast! Excellent!

As a customer, you don't like to be lied to about the reasons for a "technical alarm". Being woken up at 8am on a Sunday... Someone was smoking -> then that's a FIRE ALARM! And no, there are even detectors (MOST) that can distinguish between smoking and real fire! So, keep kidding yourself, me and my staff will NEVER visit a Flemings AGAIN :-) And about the location: the city of Frankfurt has had the Eschersheimer Tor subway station converted into a homeless shelter, which smells correspondingly "strong"...

Overall, the hotel was good, but I was very disappointed: I chose the hotel for its very nice rooftop bar... but there was a private party that night, so I couldn't get a drink!! 🤬 No goodwill gesture, of course...

A fantastic hotel with a breathtaking rooftop bar on the 7th floor, from which you can see the entire Frankfurt skyline. The hotel also has a functioning paternoster lift, which is a unique feature in itself. The staff was very friendly and competent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely return. It's about a 20-25 minute walk from the main train station via Kaiserstrasse.

Actually a great hotel, only when the Pater Noster goes on, the whole room vibrates from 6:30 a.m.

The guy at the reception called Bassel is the rudest person we met in Frankfurt. If you have a problem don’t talk to him, he is not helpful. Instead of this, the room is comfortable and the hotel is really well located.

Very good location. I've stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are generally OK, but the room rates vary considerably. This time, I booked at short notice and the price/performance ratio wasn't adequate. The single room did have a modern shower, but it was so small that heavier-set people wouldn't be able to close the door while standing in the shower.

Only the underground car park leaves room for criticism. Please update the directions on the homepage with the house number of the entrance. Otherwise everything was great, although the excellent breakfast buffet deserves a special mention.

We came especially from Koblenz to take the Paternoster. We were allowed to use this without being guests. The breakfast was very varied and the service was excellent. We will come back and stay overnight to visit the restaurant.

At breakfast, tables were still uncleared after 9:15 AM, and ordering an omelet felt like an inconvenience for the staff rather than a standard service. Cleanliness is another issue—carpets in both the hallway (3rd floor) and the room were heavily stained. Another downside is the parking fee: €30 per night for hotel guests is unreasonably high, especially compared to the room rate. Conclusion: The hotel has great potential and many strengths, but small details diminish the experience. With better-trained staff and more attention to cleanliness, it could truly be a top destination. It’s a shame that these opportunities are not being fully utilized.

Could it be that they only canceled based on my last name? names of foreign guests is even more unacceptable. Luckily, the agency settled the matter with the hotel, and I was able to get a refund for the rebooked amount. However, the room I had originally booked in good condition was no longer available. The next day, after my complaint, I received a note slipped under the door stating that there had been a mistake, and that breakfast was now included. When I was refunded the rebooked amount, the hotel staff didn’t even bother to say ‘sorry.’ This was my first accommodation on my first trip to Germany. Overall, I had an unpleasant experience, and the hotel's actions—canceling my reservation the day after I booked it without even checking my name properly—made me wonder if it was some form of racism." ----- "This hotel canceled my reservation even though I had booked a room with good facilities and breakfast. Great location The furniture & floor carpet are old though Cleaning service is good

Very nice, tastefully renovated hotel in the 50s/60s style. The staircase and the paternoster elevator are a real experience. The breakfast with a view of the skyline was wonderful, the French toast in particular was amazing. Service, cleanliness and facilities were also great. We had a welcome bottle of water in the room. There is also a Nesprsso machine in the room. The roof top bar is stunning, but not cheap.

The stay was absolutely fabulous. The people at the reception where superkind. The rooms are absolutely marvelous, the orientation of the Hotel is really superb. Middle of the centre! And woaw...the breakfast... Even more, they kept the beauty of its past and re-adapted and integrated lots of those forgotten treasures. Visit Frankfurt then choose this hotel. You will regret only the day after you left to go home :-)

My friends were thrilled, which was a hotel according to their wishes. They had breakfast in the hotel and it was quite filling and good. You can quickly reach the Hauptwache or the Zeil on foot. It was a great time for a few days with my friends. Therefore 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very disappointed with my stay at this establishment. The receptionists were not friendly at all, and on our last day we were in the room and a cleaning lady came in without knocking, I have never seen that in my life!!! Since when do we enter guest rooms without knocking!! These behaviors are not worthy of a hotel and absolutely must be corrected. Sincerely,

Great location for a city trip, breakfast and room tip top Parking in the underground car park 30 euros per day, unfortunately a bit too expensive for hotel guests.

A correct city hotel without outstanding enjoyment. Top location and beautiful view of the skyline from the bar (but only opens at 6 p.m.). Check-in and check-out were pleasant, the room was clean and comfortably furnished. I think the newly introduced idea for the winter of being able to request an extra pillow and a hot water bottle is really magical! The order worked perfectly. Points deducted for failure to clean the rooms. All in all a good price-performance ratio. We'll be back.

Stayed at the Flemings Frankfurt City hotel for 2 nights. The front desk customer service was disappointing and our room was never serviced. Unfortunately, would not come back or recommend.

Very central. Rooms and service were very good

Within walking distance of the main attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful when recommending things to do. Decided to stay here after feeling unsafe in the area our first hotel was in and was definitely worth spending a little extra!

Staff at reception asked me to pay extra if I want to check in before 2pm but now almost 1pm already , should I ask them tomorrow that I will get some money back or not because I have to check out early at 9am to airport , that‘s 2-3 hours earlier than usual that guest have to check out at 11am or 12 pm . This‘s my 5-6 times that I stay here but no more for next trip !

We spent a wonderful evening at Hotel Flemings. Although there were some difficulties initially - we were initially given the wrong room category - this problem was resolved professionally and we were able to move to the category we had booked. The change was a bit complicated, but in the end the effort was worth it. The new rooms were very nice and comfortable, and we felt completely at home there. We found the paternoster elevator particularly impressive, which combines a touch of nostalgia with modern comfort. The hotel's culinary offerings are also worth highlighting. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast left nothing to be desired. The variety and quality of the dishes were top notch. Another highlight was the fantastic view of the city, which perfectly rounded off our stay. All in all, a recommended hotel for a special stay. 4/5 stars (minus for the initial booking error).

Somehow I feel that this hotel.does not deserves the full 5 stars of our ratings. But this city is diamond and this place of the city is magnificent. Nearby is the very historic tower of the old, medieval gate of the Free City of Frankfurt, which, as I remember, was built in 1426-1428, and miraculously reached us almost unchanged. There is now a famous small restaurant. Now, the veranda on the 7th floor of this hotel looks out over this part of the city and this magnificent tower. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was nice. Although there were problems with the electronic key card. We changed them 3 times. And the staff downstairs, I don't know why, but sometimes was kind of unpleasant. On the first day, we opened the middle aluminum window to ventilate the room, but then we could not close it in any way. We asked downstairs and they in our absence (from our permission) corrected this. I believe that the price for overall such a good hotel in such a part of the city is not very big.

The location is super central, the house has been very tastefully renovated, the rooms are large, beautifully designed and clean, the reception is super friendly and attentive. Delicious breakfast, everything your heart could desire, I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but the staff in the bar in the evening seemed to me to be quite overwhelmed with the conference guests, we two ladies were probably not important enough..... we hardly received any attention. Unfortunately, the staff at breakfast was also very inattentive. Egg dishes are freshly prepared, which were delicious, but you have to order them at the table from the service. It was very difficult to order this. Unfortunately we also had to get the coffee ourselves, which was excellent... nothing was cleared away and we weren't even asked what we wanted. It's a shame, we're leaving tomorrow, but I would still recommend the hotel and book it again if necessary, maybe we had a bad time.

Nice hotel, very nice staff, a bit noisy with the windows open at night but still recommended!
