Terrace Bar Level 7 in Frankfurt am Main

I spent the night here today with my fiancée and to be honest we were treated completely condescendingly As soon as I came in, I got the look from the old woman at the reception and I can already imagine why full beard, broadly built, thick arms, 22 years old, gold rolex on with his pearl there and in a bomba jacket after the rude reception, yes tourism fee!!! What kind of thing? Yes we take tourism fee!! I'm not a tourist!!! Yes, it is noted everywhere on the invoice!!!! I get the invoice and there is no mention of it anywhere in the booking confirmation Eyes are rolled, I say yes, come on, I'll pay, get the money out, ask how much? On the screen I see 80€ wait a minute 10 20 30€ okay 80€ the lady I paid 100€ for the room you want 80% fee you could have written it down somewhere yes we have!! NOT!!! And then payment is only possible with a card without cash, no sense in the end we were let into the room. Shower cubicle door broken. Mold between the cracks in the tiles To be honest, I'd rather pay €300 for a night somewhere else than be ripped off here because if you don't note something like that and ask for money, it's a rip-off

AVOID! When I arrived I was given a room with a broken window above a busy street. The room I moved to had stained carpet, and the refrigerator, telephone and air conditioning didn’t work, but I was in town for a busy conference and decided to ignore these issues. This morning I found the lock on my door had failed—when, I do not know. Anyone could just have walked in at any time. I was told that the batteries sometimes need recharging on the door locks, or they fail. I’m sorry, what?! While the staff has been very kind and helpful with moving rooms and responding swiftly, this is an absolutely shocking level of security. As a single woman traveling alone, I recommend you absolutely AVOID the Flemings Selection Hotel in Frankfurt.

Perfect location at the city centre. Close to many restaurants, the Franfurt cinema cinestar and also walking distance to the shopping centre- the Zeil.

Requests for quiet rooms were spontaneously taken into account 👍, no cash payment possible at check out...Obviously fighting against cash? Top location👍Mattresses could do with replacing, cable TV didn't work

Terrible experience. You might leave a room with another door connected to others. And you can hear the noise clearly. It's not a 79suro room, it's a 179 euro room. Terrible experience.

Super great location, very well maintained and beautiful hotel, the roof terrace with restaurant/breakfast area is a highlight. Breakfast is multi-faceted with everything you like and is beautifully presented with a lot of love. Large breakfast buffet so there is no crowding. Wonderful stay, especially with the very comfortable bed and the great room.

Great service in the restaurant, but you should allow 30 minutes to validate the parking ticket.

Extremely disappointed, no smile on arrival, no more unfriendly departure, room not responding to the reservation, we had requested a double room and we were presented with the fait accompli of a twin room without price reduction. Minibar simply empty, room which must be decorated according to the reservation site so rather austere decor. moreover to avoid on Saturday evening elevator impossible to take due to parties organized at the restaurant of the 7th. But what really struck us was the nonchalance perhaps as French….

The experience was okay. The employees were accommodating. The sink in the room was leaking, the cooling system was poor, cleanliness was fair and quality inspection should be improved.

Very good hotel with a lot of flair right in the city center of Frankfurt. Great, the subway station is in front of the hotel. Very nice hotel - staff in all areas. Great, delicious breakfast is also available here! You can take the paternoster to the upper floor. A nostalgic experience as there are only 3 of them left in Frankfurt. Nice view of Ffm. Also guaranteed at all meals.

We are really excited about the hotel, the old charm is perfectly integrated into the modern. The rooftop bar is a hit, we had an incredible view of the Frankfurt skyline. The location of the hotel is very central, short distances to Zeil, Römer… etc. There is a subway station right in front of the hotel and an S-Bahn station very close by, so we had a good choice of means of transport to get around (and the car could stay parked). We also really liked our room , everything we needed was there. Since we only arrived in the evening, the hotel parking garage was unfortunately already occupied. But it wasn't a problem as there are several parking garages nearby (about 200m). The only point we complain about is the service in the rooftop bar. The staff was very friendly, but we had to wait a long time for our order in the evenings and mornings. Cups, bowls, etc. were often missing at breakfast and the staff couldn't keep up. It was also unfortunate that we weren't allowed into the rooftop bar for a quick drink at 12:30 a.m. (it's open until 1:00 a.m.). In summary: We enjoyed our stay and would book the same hotel again.

A nice hotel for business people mainly with an excellent location, close to metro stations and also to the mall and Hazeil Street. The rooms are beautiful and quite spacious, the shower overlooks the room. There is incoming noise (not excessive) coming from the street. In the lobby there are many rooms for meetings of business people. The elevators are small and a bit slow. The hotel has a restaurant on the 7th floor with a very rich breakfast and a beautiful view, in the evening the restaurant also offers excellent food. The gym is half under renovation and is not well equipped and sucks to train in, that's why I put 3 in the service.

My sister and I were completely satisfied with everything. Very good location, nice room, great view, everything clean, delicious and varied breakfast, nice staff. So a 10/10.

We had a lovely weekend with two nights in the hotel. The location is perfect. The room and its furnishings were also very well equipped and large enough. The windows are perfectly soundproofed. From there you can quickly reach the Zeil on foot and also easily travel in other directions. What I can definitely recommend is the sightseeing tour with the buses, even if they are very expensive. And then of course the trip to the Main Tower.

It was my first time traveling alone with my son and the people at the hotel made the stay wonderful. Great room, great recommendations for Frankfurt. Since I was there on a Sunday and the restaurant in the hotel was closed, there was a tip for a pizza nearby. It was awesome. The next morning at breakfast they proactively offered chocolate milk. a 2 year old was really happy. We'll be back - THANK YOU

Top service, great location and great hotel.

Excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Appreciate the option to have every other day room service although I ask for daily service. Room was cleaned well daily and appreciated the water and coffee provided. Water with orange/lemon at lobby was appreciated. Breakfast was expensive so we did not partake.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Not everyday and very human. The breakfast is great with a great view on top. Without exception, the people who work here were naturally friendly. I didn't notice many hotels. But definitely that!

Nice hotel, maybe not the most modern look overall but still good. Our room was large and beautifully furnished. You have a great view from the top and the staff was always friendly. The paternoster is awesome. Perfect location.

Breakfast and staff are great, there is still room for reservations. Otherwise I like being there.

I was invited to a wedding reception here and it was simply excellent and delicious. The service was very friendly and professional. At the bar (at a later hour) the young bartenders shouldn't be quite so snooty. Being friendly and charming is better received. The waiting time was also too long for a drink/cocktail, as there was more chatting with young ladies and with each other, 20 minutes... There is still something to learn, gentlemen.

Alexandra, the hotel receptionist, went above and beyond to assist me during my recent stay. I had previously stayed in a particular room and hoped to stay in it again if it was available. Alexandra made every effort to accommodate my request, ensuring I could stay in that specific room. Having traveled to over 52 countries, I can confidently say this was some of the best service I have ever experienced.

Very important location and friendly staff

I received a friendly welcome, check-in went smoothly and the nice ladies at reception were all friendly and helpful. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast or restaurant offerings. The hotel is fairly close to the Zeil and therefore easily accessible on foot. I will definitely book here again on my next stay in Frankfurt.

Reception are brilliant! Always so lovely and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful. Rooms are lovely. If you're a tea lover, you could ask for a kettle at Reception. Downside is no room service or standard restaurant food from Sunday to Wednesday. There is a restaurant downstairs but it's not part of the hotel. I don't think this is great. But hey, there's always takeaway or dining out! I'd definitely stay a third time.

One point for location. The rooms are terribly dirty. Everything needs repair. There is dust under the beds, it feels like no one ever cleans there. Old stains on the floors, dirty glasses, mold in the shower. Broken shower stall. Yesterday we changed the number to another one, but it turned out to be exactly the same. I think this is the dirtiest hotel I've been to in a long time

The hotel is in an excellent starting position for a weekend trip to Frankfurt. You can reach almost everything on foot, the subway is right outside the door. Without exception, the hotel staff was extremely courteous and friendly and responded to all requests. The parking garage is also very convenient. You can also leave the car parked on the day of departure. You pay for the number of nights spent there. The breakfast with a view over Frankfurt is unique. I think the bar upstairs would also be an experience in the evening, but we were there. There isn't much that is disadvantageous. You can tell that the building is a bit older - but that didn't bother us, and the rest more than compensates for it. I would have appreciated it if there was a toilet in the lobby area - so you either have to go to your room or take the (long) route through the bar down to the basement. The hotel is located at a large intersection, so if you want to sleep with the window open, you should get a room at the back. We would be happy to come back at any time. It was a dream!

A great hotel in an excellent location in Frankfurt. The rooms look modern and are clean. The reception is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is on the 7th floor with a great view of the skyline. However, the service at breakfast was not good - the table was not cleared and no orders were taken. This should be reworked.

A very nice hotel. Absolutely close to the city and the subway on the doorstep. At breakfast on the 8th floor you have a brilliant view of the city with its skyscrapers. Breakfast was very good and in the evening you can find a restaurant and a rooftop bar in the same place. Wonderful view. The room was clean and big enough. Bed was comfortable. All in all, we'll be back. Close to the Old Opera!!

All I can really say is that this hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived very late in the evening and were very well received. We were particularly well served by the employee Hermat Al Safadi and would like to express our heartfelt thanks again. We would be happy to come back and recommend you again!

Very good location (barely a few minutes to the main attractions). Good beds and shower. Silent and clean, with useful extras as the kettle and coffee machine. Good breakfast (complete and tasty). The stuff was gentle and helpful. It was definitely a very balanced hotel. I would repeat with no hesitation.

We are checking out today and I had to write a review. Brigitte at the reception went above and beyond to helps us figure out what to do in this Easter Monday. The hotel is just what you need on a day or two trip to Frankfurt. It's located very close to the center and one can walk everywhere. Parking is right but that's a given here. We now have another great place to stay when we are back in Frankfurt.

Front desk is very small given the huge size of the hotel, so expect some waiting time at check in. Our room was spacious. Interior design was ok. The sinks were showing quite a bit of limescale and there were stains on the carpeting. Mattresses were ok. The isolation of the windows is really bad: Fully closed the noise from the street didn't let us sleep the whole night.

Hotel is very centrally located in the city, a few minutes' walk from "My Zeil" with restaurants, shopping center and Alte Oper. Rooms are clean and spacious, safe and refrigerator are available, the staff is attentive and friendly. Very suitable for a short trip. There is a parking garage under the hotel, it costs €30 per day. On the 7th floor there is a restaurant, rooftop with a great view over Frankfurt

The Fleming's Selection in Frankfurt offers all the amenities of a modern business hotel in a central location. The Skybar is worth a visit, as is the view of the skyline from the terrace. A very rich breakfast is also served there. Only the entrance to the underground car park is a bit tricky and the elevators are narrow. If you've never driven in the Paternoster before, here's your chance.

it is a 4 star hotel but its more alike 3 star hotel. Restaurants are very expensive but the meals are average. Breakfast is good. Service is rated bad because of the manager of the hotel, blonde woman with short hair that behaved very very rude and aggressive. Never before we experienced such a behaviour from a hotel staff, especially management. Very dissapointed.

I spent 6 nights at this hotel in Frankfurt and overall it was a great experience. Excellent central location and just a few steps to the metro. The staff was very friendly both in the reception and at the restaurants. Great breakfast at the 7th floor with a nice view over Frankfurt; a lot to choose from, both from a menu and a buffet. The room was spacious and well-cleaned during the week. I highly recommend this hotel!

I absolutely love this hotel. The rooftop bar is very nice but very expensive, though.

Forgot my (expensive) electric toothbrush in the shower and called the hotel about a day after. The receptionist said she is not sure if they can send it to me. I then sent an email and after a follow up I got an answer 2 weeks later that the toothbrush was not found. I don't understand how it cannot be found when cleaning the room... Would appreciate if this would be further investigated. Of course it is my mistake to forget the toothbrush but from a trustworthy hotel I would assume that I can get it back - I'd pay for the shipping costs...

Hotel gerne wieder, auch das Frühstück, aber Abendessen im Restaurant auf dem Dach nicht mehr. Zum Zimmer gibts Punktabzug, weil die Minibar und die WC-Belüftung nicht funktionierten.

We had an amazing stay. The Hotel was recommended to us otherwise we perhaps we would not have choosen it. The location is absolutely perfect right in the middle of the city. The Vibe starting at the reception is excellent, decorations, design and Art excellent. Many cozy corners in the lobby to chill. Very Friendly staff! Next time we will be in Frankfurt we will book Flemings City again!
