We have never been treated so disrespectfully! It says "please wait to be seated" at the entrance. We waited there for 10 minutes, the waitress looked at us several times but ignored us completely. Meanwhile, the last table was occupied by someone else who didn't follow the rules and simply bypassed the sign at the entrance. For this reason, we went to the waitress to ask what was going on, i.e. why they made us stand there for 10 minutes and instead served the guests who simply walked past the sign. She then said that the board is just there and if there is no space for it, she doesn't care, it doesn't interest her. I have never experienced such incompetent and disrespectful service. No apologies, just cheeky answers. And that's only because we stuck to the sign they put up. Really outrageous!

Das Essen war äußerst vorzüglich und hat mir daher sehr gemundet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr willkommen und freundlich. Die Gegend war auch sehr nett. Das Etablissement ist mehr wert als einfache 5 Sterne, nein, es verdient mehrere Nobelpreise und mehr als nur lob. Warum es noch keine internationale Kette davon gibt bleibt mir bis zum heutigen Tage ein Rätsel. Falls ich erneut im Umfeld sein sollte, wird die frage: Wo sollen wir essen?‘ Nicht mehre vorkommen, denn das einzig gute essen dort ist im diesen Restaurant und dort allein. Ich weis nicht wir ich jemals anderes essen verspeisen soll, dieses Restaurant hat meine Geschmacksknospen auf ewig geprägt.

Vallah on Google says “Open” but when we drove there for 40 minutes and wanted to eat there it wasn’t open. We're going to eat at Palmo Fried Chicken now. Antisocial of you, vallah.

We stopped by there looking for something quick in between. Pizzas were large and tasty, price reasonable. Service very friendly.

Likes to collect twice - or make more strokes than was ordered. Beer mats are often collected under the counter so that the guest cannot see them. As a group, we try to cash in several times from friends who have already left. Likes to get very loud and shout - once, twice, never!

Long waiting around 30 min for a burger. I wanted to eat in, but they put everything in take out.

I ordered Uber Eats and they did not give me my complete order ,I called and the man hung up on me. I called back twice to have my food that I paid for delivered and he hung up on me yet again 3 times. They made the mistake,I paid for an incomplete order. Total disgrace to do business. AVOID

Worst kebab I've ever had. Very dry and old bread, meat dry and hardly available, everything full of salad and herbs... The YOGURT sauces were completely warm (not chilled) and were probably old, so I had terrible digestive problems. 8€ for that is more than cheeky...

Pizza from Dominos works like that but I wouldn't make it anymore but otherwise good service and seats aren't bad either

Aside from paying a whopping €26 for my pizza, I was forced to wait a full 43 minutes for my damn pizza. When the pizza finally appeared ready, it was actually the wrong pizza. I thought my pig was whistling!!!! Absolute impudence.

Exploitation of the customers, pushing for tips, it is Germany 🇩🇪 and that’s not a European thing to do, they got payed for their service. They thing I was a Yankee, so they tried multiple times to get a tip, when I asked if a needed to do this she said I should!
