A really great restaurant with an authentic flair. The food was exceptionally tasty and was served super quickly. The preparation was special and creative, but still very authentic. I felt comfortable and would definitely like to come back!
The service is more than a bit rough. Waited at the "please wait to be seated" sign for more than five minutes. Seemed to be wondering what I was waiting for when they called me in, but they eventually sat me at the bar as a solo person, despite a good third of the restaurant being vacant and plenty of small tables available - it was not busy. When they finally got around to taking my order, it took them 10 minutes to tell me that the beer I ordered was unavailable, and when presented with an alternative, brought it in the wrong size. While food was okay, I can't recommend it due to the uninspiring and sub-par service. Take your business elsewhere.
Vallah on Google says “Open” but when we drove there for 40 minutes and wanted to eat there it wasn’t open. We're going to eat at Palmo Fried Chicken now. Antisocial of you, vallah.
Likes to collect twice - or make more strokes than was ordered. Beer mats are often collected under the counter so that the guest cannot see them. As a group, we try to cash in several times from friends who have already left.
Likes to get very loud and shout - once, twice, never!
We ordered chili cheese fries from the drive-thru earlier (it was completely empty) and paid extra for them. I even asked the nice man if he could add a little more cheese. At home, I opened the package and didn't even see the usual amount, just a tiny blob that somehow wasn't mixed in. Disaster! I want my money back immediately!! Pure rip-off!!
Update: Went back a week later. I told them what happened the last time. They added extra sauce. Went home and saw that an entire side dish was missing. My husband went back. All the back and forth made the food cold. Great job, honestly. I have no idea which useless manager works there. But absolutely NOTHING is happening there.
