One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten. I was on my way to the stadium and thought a tasty kebab would do me good. Nothing like it. The meat is dry, the bread is dry, and the kebab tastes like nothing. I'm surprised this place has such good reviews. Maybe it's because the good reviews are five years old. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Imagine you want a quick bite to eat and think to yourself, "A kebab is always good and can't taste bad." That's exactly the situation I found myself in. But this shop managed to convince me otherwise. The bread was dry, the meat unseasoned, and the salad was already overcooked. If you're thinking, "Well, that probably didn't cost much," you're completely wrong. The pleasure cost €8. To all future customers: "Bon appétit."

Only, we noticed that since the woman started working there, it's been really bad! Bread as tough as rubber, meat dry from storage, and the order is always wrong... A bit annoying for allergy sufferers, but she doesn't seem to care! We've had this experience four times now and won't be coming back! Everything is always amazing with the young employee 👌🏻 Apparently, you're only allowed to go in later in the evening, but you won't see us there again... Unfortunately 😔

Why does this kebab shop have such good reviews? It's really bad. I don't mean any harm, but the kebab is really, really bad. By far the worst I've ever eaten. There's only one woman working there and she works at a snail's pace. The kebab ingredients look sad. The meat looks disgusting and was hard and not particularly tasty. The pita bread was also hard and the kebab wasn't even warm because the woman works so slowly. I also missed the classic orange sauce. So maybe the pizzas are good, but the kebabs definitely aren't.

I recently ordered. Delivery took an hour. The doner kebab was okay, but I didn't like the cigar börek as much.

It's a shame, doner kebabs can be so delicious. Unfortunately, there's only one edible one in this one. The bread is (dry) toasted and falling apart. The meat was still half raw and only burnt once at the very end. It tastes only of spices and not of meat, and for all that, it's simply way too expensive. What a shame.

It was just a disaster. 40 minute wait for two very expensive kebabs and a pide whose quality was more than mediocre. Rude and unfriendly employees.

Unfortunately, the kebab didn't taste good at all - it was dry and the consistency was more like plastic. No taste, not recommended.

The people are nice but too expensive

The Falafel Dürüm was the worst I have ever eaten. Iceberg lettuce, a bit of falafel, sauce and 3 pieces of tomatoes, there wasn't anything else in it, not even coleslaw. 9€ for that was really too much.

Worst shop I've eaten in. The owner of the shop is shouting and is totally overwhelmed. The food is cold, extra meat was ordered for the kebab but none was served. Prices are expensive. NEVER AGAIN!!! Not recommended

Everything doesn't look fresh there. There were three of us standing around and I had to leave the store empty-handed after 20 minutes. Gladly not again 👍🏻

My other review has been removed. Why actually? Does the seller not want feedback? That makes the current rating of more than four stars unbelievable in my opinion. I think the kebab is nothing special. You can eat it. However, in my opinion the price is far too high. A price of €6 would be appropriate. The operator should learn to deal with criticism. I also think it would be better for hygiene reasons if the employees wore gloves.

The worst kebab in a long time, incredibly not recommended

The kebab bread was almost completely cut open, so everything fell out. The meat was very dry. Unfortunately the hot sauce is not spicy. On the kebab there was 30% salad and 50% white cabbage. The kebab skewer doesn't look so good.

Worst kebab I've ever had. Very dry and old bread, meat dry and hardly available, everything full of salad and herbs... The YOGURT sauces were completely warm (not chilled) and were probably old, so I had terrible digestive problems. 8€ for that is more than cheeky...

The roll is not fresh, the ingredients, the meat and the sauce leave something to be desired in terms of quality and taste. The price is not appropriate for the performance. The service was also anything but welcoming, when I asked which sauce was the best, they just said, “just pick any,” so I should have trusted my first instinct and left.

Unfortunately completely overpriced!! A kebab in hand 8€!!! And no luxury ingredients in it ;))

Horrible food and service. He made me the wrong food and got angry for it. Extremely overpriced. There are much better kebabs to eat in the region.

Little meat in kebab or in Dürum, unfriendly people

Doner is mediocre, wouldn't eat it again. But everyone has different expectations, mine were unfortunately not fulfilled.

Doner costs €7. The meat was good, but unfortunately the kebab pocket was quite small. The meat was crispy. The owner is friendly and helpful.

I don't live far and try it once a year. Sometimes it smells strange, sometimes it tastes strange. Often both. Always below average.

Had a lahmacun. A big plus is definitely that it was freshly baked to order. I thought it would be easier than eating a kebab while driving, but I was probably wrong - different story. The salad was crunchy, the meat was spicy, but nothing special or convincing in terms of quality & the sauce wasn't particularly special either. I had garlic and spicy, wasn't really spicy. A lahmacun with meat cost 8.5. Conclusion: it was ok, I wanted to try it out - but I wouldn't necessarily come again.

In einem gewöhnlichen Dönerladen sind meine Erwartungen oft begrenzt, doch dieser hier konnte mich zumindest teilweise überraschen. Das Fleisch ließ jedoch zu wünschen übrig, offenbar Opfer der Massenproduktion, denn der Geschmack spiegelte dies deutlich wider. Die Soße verriet ebenfalls wenig Raffinesse und blieb eher unspektakulär. Ein Lichtblick waren jedoch die Pommes, die mit Frische und Qualität überzeugten, und der frische Salat im Dönersandwich trug zur positiven Erfahrung bei. Auch das Brot, luftig und frisch, trug dazu bei, dass der Döner insgesamt nicht gänzlich enttäuschend war. Zudem verdient die Sauberkeit des Gastraums und der ordentlich geführten Theke Anerkennung. Dies schaffte eine angenehme Atmosphäre und vermittelte einen hygienischen Eindruck. Insgesamt würde ich dem Dönerladen wohl nicht mehr als zwei Sterne geben, jedoch sind die positiven Aspekte wie die frischen Pommes und der gepflegte Gastraum nicht zu übersehen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung!

Qualitativ sehr schwacher 08/15 Dönerspieß. Es wurde bei Nachfrage behauptet, es handele sich um Kalbfleisch, aber es sah weder danach aus noch schmeckte es nach Kalb. Eher nach stark überwürztem, trockenen Putenfleisch. Dass man hier den Kunden so reinlegt, ist mehr als dreist. Pommes werden mehrfach fritiert und schmecken nach altem Öl. Bedienung unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Wir waren dort alleine und bekamen dennoch alle nicht das, was wir bestellt haben. Statt einer türkischen Pizza, gab es dann z.B. einen Dürüm und statt "Joghurtsoße, aber nur sehr wenig" bekam ich einen riesigen Klecks Knoblauchsoße auf meine Dönerbox, wo sich die gefühlt 3 kleinen Streifen Fleisch drunter versteckten. Alles in allem eine pure Enttäuschung. Würde man einen vernünftigen Spieß besorgen und hin und wieder mal das Frittenfett wechseln, wäre das schon mal ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung. Ein vernünftiger Abzug wäre auch schön, dann riecht man nach einem Besuch dort nicht so, als wäre man in der Fritteuse baden gewesen.

Gut ist was Anderes. Meine Klamotten haben so stark nach altem Fett gerochen, da fehlt es komplett an Abzug. Der Döner "Sandwich" nur mit Fleisch, Salat, Zwiebel, echt schwach. Und das Brot so trocken. Also ich gehe da nicht mehr hin

Der beste Döner Frankfurt. Fleisch, Gemüse frisch, Soße selber gemacht. Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Gehen dort schon sehr lange essen. Einfach nur Top.

Leckerer Döner mit extra Fleisch und die Joghurtsoße war auch sehr gut.

Ich hatte einen Dönerteller und zwei Sigara Börek. Die Soße war bei Ankunft gefühlt komplett ausgelaufen und das Essen wirkte insgesamt relativ lieblos. Habe mehrere Knorpel rausgefischt. Die Sigara Börek haben nach altem fett geschmeckt und waren leider labbrig. Ich bin absolut kein picky eater, aber hier musste ich sogar passen. Für den Preis hat sich die Bestellung leider nicht gelohnt und ich würde von einer weiteren Bestellung absehen.

Hab heute einen lahmacun bestellt und der Teig wurde frisch vor Ort ausgerollt und gebacken, richtig lecker :)

Sehr leckerer Dönerteller, gute Bedienung/Service, empfehlenswert!

Habe heute Lahmacun zum Mitnehmen bestellt, da die Atmosphäre so naja ist. Bedienung sehr freundlich, Essen war eine 6 von 10. Überwürzter Geschmack, Knoblauchsoße ohne Knoblauchgeschmack. Zu viele Kräuter im Salat. Und für 8,50 € teuer, Portion war groß, aber ich werde nicht mehr hingehen.

Super Döner! Ich habe jeden einzelnen Biss genossen! Sehr nette Bedingung! Wenn ich könnte würde ich dem Döner Laden noch mehr Sterne geben. Auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist mehr als überragend!

Heute probiert . An sich alles frisch aber die atmosphäre lädt nicht zum bleiben ein . Das Fleisch war ok leider vom Geschmack sehr Lasch. Die Knoblauchsoße schmeckt nicht nach knoblauch undefinierbar aber alles hat extrem süß gezuckert geschmeckt schade.

Essen ist gut aber es könnte sich an der Größe oder an Preis was ändern 🙏

Obwohl die Inneneinrichtung etwas eng und altmodisch ist, ist das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen ist prima. Ich weiß nicht, ob es an den Gewürzen liegt oder an einer subjektiven Meinung, aber das Dönerfleisch ist sehr lecker. Ich werde sehr gerne wieder hier essen.

Absolut ok, aber nicht für den Preis. Werde sicher seltener dort Döner essen, echt schade.

Gute Fleischqualität und lecker. Allerdings muss ich 2 Sterne abziehen, da sich der Preis von 4,90€ auf 7€ erhöht hat. Diese Döner Preisexplosionen werde ich nicht unterstützen. Eine Anpassung ist in Ordnung, aber nicht um 30%. Sorry

Die Pommes waren in Ordnung aber das Kebap-Fleisch war zu durch, ich hatte sogar ein Stück Knochen dabei. Der Käse sowie die Soße waren sehr fade. Ich werde nicht mehr hingehen.

Der Service war freundlich, die Preise im Frankfurter Durchschnitt. Beim Döner überzeugte vor allem das Brot, welches ja inzwischen oftmals viel zu dünn ist und fast schon bricht, oder schnell durchweicht. Dies ist hier anders. Geschmacklich war der Döner jedoch leider nichts besonderes, weder gut noch schlecht eben, deshalb drei Sterne. Die Zutaten waren frisch und das Geschäft sauber. Schlechter als die anderen Dönerläden in Niederrad ist das Kebap-Haus mit Sicherheit nicht.

Fleisch war mir persönlich zu trocken. Ich würde nicht noch mal hingehen. Da gibt es deutlich bessere Dönerläden.

Da ich in der Nähe arbeite, bin ich hier öfters zu Besuch gewesen. Qualität der Speisen ist in Ordnung, die Preise schon stattlich, aber OK. Allerdings gelten in dem Haus die Hygiene Vorschriften wohl nicht, die relativ einfach hier umzusetzen wären....
