Ali Baba in Frankfurt am Main

I'm generally someone who likes to support small shops. Especially when they're obviously not going well. But in this case, unfortunately, I've had enough now. The kebab consisted of 80% just salad. Fill the flatbread quarter with lettuce, a slice of tomato, a few onions and 1.5 tongs of meat on top. When I asked or asked to add a little more meat, the good man was a little annoyed and said: “Okay, then extra meat!” Too little meat needs to be mentioned again here. All this with a can of cola for €11.50. Are you crazy??? That was, I'm sorry, the last visit. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I ate a kebab box here. Both the meat and the fries were very tasty. I didn't have to wait during my visit.

I ordered doner kebab firstly the bread was toasted too dry and he doesn't cut it from the skewer he has the meat in a container where it keeps warm very badly and the meat is very bad and not honest

We ordered kebab box, my friend without sauce and I with garlic sauce, we repeated this several times and he gave it to us. Both yogurt sauce, my friend said he wanted without the sauce where we already got it but he said “I don’t care” that led us to write this

The food tastes very tasty. The meat was very juicy, the vegetables were fresh and the accompanying sauce was good. I like to eat here on warm summer days, accompanied by a refreshing drink on the terrace.

Dürüm kebab 8.50, meat was not served from the spies but from a box, salad was ok, sauce too, but the meat was WAY TOO FATTY, the fat dripped everywhere because it was stored flat instead of freshly cut from the spies... meat is nice and spicy but has a strange aftertaste, I wouldn't force myself to go there again I had to throw away the rest of what you can see in the picture because at some point it just became fat. Update - I and the colleagues who ate there today all had stomach/intestinal problems, very poor quality

There are much better kebabs in the area. The quality of the meat and bread is poor, the quality of the vegetables is good. Overall, overpriced for €8 and the quality is clearly too poor.

A good Döner, simple, nothing extravagant but tasty and with very good quality meat and good portions. Very kind attention

Not recommend, extra price if you look foreigner, food was average. I will never go here. They are open till 11 pm, but when I reached there at 10.20 pm, he was cleaning and asked me what I needed. I was coming from somewhere, and my daughter wanted to french 🍟, he took orders and gave it, but he took extra money for food and double price for Drink. When I asked about the price, he told me 6 Euro french 🍟, on his photo Menu it was 5, but he added ketchup and Mayo extra (which was actually in photo menu included) and 3 Euro for apple drinks which normally cost 1.50 Eur (supermarket price of excetly same drink is 0.33 cent). I haven't told anything because of my daughter, but I will avoid them in the future and never recommend anyone to go there. I don't know which palace he will make by taking an extra 3-4 Euro from someone in need.

Nice little shop, the owner knows what he's doing and is always very friendly. The only criticism is the price, but otherwise everything is great

It was a very bad experience the old man's behaviour was very rude and bad because I go to the morning and want to eat and he wants to give me the food which he make yesterday and I ask I will wait when your fresh meet getready I will eat and after he angry 😡 didn't recommend not good food and behaviour also

I've been to many döner kebab places in many countries, and this place is up there with the best. The gentleman running the place is so friendly, and the food was unbelievable. I recommend the Lahmacun!!

Delicious food and super friendly service! We came spontaneously late in the evening with a large group, were warmly welcomed and everyone had their food quickly! Only recommended.

Lahmacun was average in size, tasted a bit old school - but: the service was terrific, there were 14 of us and we arrived around 10:30 p.m. and were greeted in an incredibly friendly manner, the employee had a lot of patience and was simply relaxed and in a good mood! Top!

Döner (8,50 Euro): ok (3 Sterne), aber zu teuer. Dafür sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter.

Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. War gerade dort. Der Inhaber war sehr freundlich. Das Lokal sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Döner war einer der Besten, die ich bisher hatte. Er war reichlich - auch mit viel Fleisch belegt. Das Fleisch war sehr gut gewürzt. Alle Zutaten waren frisch. Die Pommes grandios. Die Preise sind ortsüblich. Sorry aber schmeckt nicht. Fleisch wird warm gehalten,(eher schon kalt aufs Brot) kommt nicht heiß vom Spieß! Die scharfe Soße schmeckt weder scharf sondern wie eine fertige Barbecue Soße. 1 Cola Zero aus der Flasche ins Glas, keine Kohlensäure. Und das für 10,50€? Muss ich nicht mehr haben .

Fleisch ist gut 👍🏼 gute Qualität. Leider wenig Inhalt. Und zu teuer. 8 Euro für ein döner ist bisschen viel. Schmecken tut er.

Das vegetarische Sandwich enthält auch Gemüse und nicht nur Salat, wie sonst bei vielen anderen.

Fleisch aus der Box geht gar nicht. Gegrilltes Gemüse um so mehr. Einen Aufpreis dafür zu verlangen geht i.O., müsste aber nicht sein. Konkurrenten 200m gen Norden liefern ein sehr ähnliches Produkt in frischerer Form zum kleineren Preis. Dort sind sie sind aber nicht so freundlich und dort ist mehr los. Dementsprechend ist die Wartezeit auch verschieden. Auch die Sitzbereiche sind grundverschieden. Einmal kleiner Hof mit Ruhe und einmal Gehweg an vielbefahrener Straße. Ausprobieren und nach Laune hier oder auch dort essen (holen).

Nach etwa 10 Jahren war ich wieder bei meinem damaligen Stamm-Dönerladen. Äußerlich hat sich nichts verändert, auch nicht am Personal. Gegessen habe ich ein Lahmacun mit Fleisch und Käse, meine Freundin ein Döner-Sandwich mit Käse. Geschmack, Konsistenz und Menge sind gegenüber damals unverändert gut, was mich sehr freut. Der Preis ist noch angemessen, im Hinblick auf die hervorragende Lage könnte mit frisch gebackenem Brot auch noch mehr herausgeholt werden.

Ali Baba ist der Döner Imbiss meiner Wahl. Alles ist frisch. Salat, Brot, Fleisch, Saucen, Käse. Selbst als er dort wegen Cov nur eingeschränkt Gäste bewirten konnte, hat die Qualität nicht gelitten. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und setzt jeden Wunsch gut um.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher schlecht........

Ich war gestern bei baba kebap und bin restlos begeistert!! Der Inhaber ist mit Herz und Seele dabei, das Team supernett. Die Auswahl frisch und appetitlich in der Auslage und erst das Essen!! Ich hatte einen Döner mit Auberginenaufstrich, Falafel und gegrilltem Gemüse mit hausgemachter Sauce. Ein Traum! Und, da es so gut duftete, nahm ich gleich noch ein Ekmek Köfte mit. So was von lecker!! Das selbstgebackene Brot, die perfekt gewürzten Köfte ... Ein Besuch bei Baba Kebap ist bereits für kommende Woche eingeplant!

Guter Döner in Sachsenhausen. Gute Lage am Schweizer Platz. Keine 2 Minuten vom Kreisel. Zutaten sind frisch und das Fleisch auch gut gewürzt.

Im grunde leider eher ekelhaft der Döner. Das brötchen labbrig, viel Salat, wenig fleisch. Und das „Zaziki“ ist billige, mayonnaisige Joghurtsauße vom Aldi. Döner krieg ich da selbst besser hin, wenn ich ihn mir daheim selber mach. Schade eigentlich, der Inhaber ist super freundlich - und nie was los (aus besagten Gründen). Nur Döner machen kann er leider nicht

Leider war ich nicht überzeugt. Das Essen (Falaffel Sandwich und Vegetarischer Döner) war sehr lieblos hergerichtet und schmeckte auch nicht besonders. Zudem war das Personal auch nicht besonders freundlich und der Preis war mit 5-6€ unangemessen für die Qualität. Sehr schade. Ich wohne direkt um die Ecke und werde trotzdem eher nicht wiederkommen.
