Dornbusch Kebap Haus in Frankfurt am Main

Ich habe heute zwei Döner bestellt – einen mit allem und einen ohne Tomaten. Beide sollten extra scharf sein. Stattdessen wurden beide mit einer süßen Soße zubereitet, die ich weder bestellt habe noch auf einen Döner gehört, wenn ausdrücklich "extra scharf" gewünscht wird. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Seit die Preise erhöht wurden, habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Qualität immer weiter nachgelassen hat. Früher war ich jahrelang Stammkunde und habe gerne hier gegessen. Mittlerweile stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht mehr. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass auf Kundenwünsche offenbar nicht geachtet wird. Ob die falsche Soße einfach ein Versehen war oder nicht, kann ich natürlich nicht beurteilen. Am Ende liegt die Verantwortung für Service und Mitarbeiter aber beim Inhaber. Wenn die Preise steigen, dann erwartet man auch eine bessere Qualität und einen guten Service. Leider habe ich heute genau das Gegenteil erlebt. Sehr schade – nach vielen Jahren als Kunde werde ich mir in Zukunft wohl einen anderen Dönerladen suchen.

Das Essen ist fantastisch, fünf Sterne. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, aber ich finde, sie sind etwas zu optimistisch. Eine Frau, die ihren Hund sogar bei Aldi und Lidl, wo es Hundefutter gibt, draußen lässt, brachte ihn mit in dieses Restaurant, das auch Speisen für Menschen serviert. Das fand ich absolut inakzeptabel. Ich liebe Hunde, aber einen Hund in ein Restaurant mitzubringen, ist völlig rücksichtslos und respektlos. Die Restaurantleitung sollte das unbedingt beachten.

Mein Mann hat heute dort Essen für uns geholt. Für mich hat er bestellt: Ein vegetarisches Sandwich mit Weichkäse und Salat, extra Weichkäse und extra Knoblauchsauce, ohne Zwiebeln. Bekommen habe ich: Ein total trockenes Sandwich (man sieht auch gar keine Sauce und hat sie auch kaum geschmeckt), das bisschen Sauce was drin war, war entweder Joghurt-Sauce oder Knoblauchsauce ohne Knoblauch, MIT Zwiebeln und auch kein extra Käse. Uncool. Leider haben wir es erst daheim beim Auspacken gemerkt, da es vor Ort sehr hektisch war. Vor allem auch bedenklich weil es ja auch Leute mit Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten gibt….

Unfassbarer Wucher!!! Ich hatte einen Dönerteller ohne Pommes, ohne Brot, ohne Saucen mit etwas Salat und 2 Stück Feta bestellt und ein stilles Wasser.... ---> 19€ !!! Ich dachte, ich höre falsch. Der Besitzer noch unhöflich seinen Preis verteidigt und ich heute leider zu müde für Diskussionen mit Menschen, die keine Ahnung von Kundenanbindung und Gastronomie haben. 1x NIE WIEDER 🤬

Das Fleisch in meinem letzten Döner hat extrem schlecht/übel gerochen. Bei der Abholung war alles bereits verpackt, deswegen konnte ich es nicht frühzeitig mitteilen. Das Menü kam dann in den Müll. Die Qualität von dem Laden hat in den letzten Jahren stark abgenommen, sehr schade.

Immer reichlich belegt, eine sehr gute Sauce und immer frische Zutaten. 8,00€ für einen Döner ist zwar ortsüblich, aber dennoch happig.

Ich bin seit Jahren Stammgast und bin jedes Mal, wenn ich in der Gegend war, mit meinem Sohn und meinem Partner dort essen gegangen, weil es einfach so lecker war. Umso überraschter war ich, als ich erfuhr, dass der Besitzer sich geirrt hatte, was mich sehr traurig machte. Am meisten schockierten mich aber die Preise: 25,50 € für zwei Gerichte! 🤦🤦 🫤😕 Schade, dass ich da nicht mehr hingehen werde. 🤷

Einfach nur guter und Ehrlicher Döner. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu meckern.

Jahrelang gut gewesen, jetzt kann man leider nicht mehr hin. Wenn morgens 12 Uhr der Spieß schon sehr klein ist weiß man genau dass es der Rest vom letzten Tag ist. Was da übrig bleibt kann man auch eigentlich nicht mehr Essen weil es nur noch Fett ist. Und dann für den Döner 10€ zu verlangen ist absolut frech. Bin sehr enttäuscht, das war auch nicht das erste Mal.

Der Durüm ist echt klein, kaum Fleisch. Vorallem oben und unten nur Brot/Teig. Werde ich nicht mehr besuchen.. Schade

War mal gut, inzwischen viel zu teuer und kaum Fleisch mehr. Online Bestellung zum abholen einfach noch teurer.

Haben 4 mal Döner und einmal lamacum mit extra Fleisch geholt. Alle haben sich über die Fleisch Menge im Döner beschwert, einfach zu wenig Inhalt. Meine Lamacum hatte als extra einen Knorpel Batzen drin warum sortiert Mann so was nicht raus??? Extra Fleisch auch fehl anzeige, dafür 14€ ohne mich und und die anderen in Zukunft. Toll wieder ein laden der sich seine Stammkunden selber vergrault. Schade den geschmacklich ist es da eigentlich in Ordnung.

Zwei Pizzen bestellt (Sucuk und Thunfisch) beide waren echt gut. Ich komme nochmal vorbei. Personal war auch sehr nett und aufmerksam. Kann ich echt empfehlen!

Der Döner ist sehr klein geworden kaum Fleisch, für 10 Euro nicht zu empfehlen. Man wird aufjedenfall nicht mehr satt! So verliert man Stammkundschaft. Seit 5 Jahren Stammkunde gewesen. Ich hatte diesen Laden früher gut bewertet gehabt!

Wenn die noch 5 stücke weniger Fleisch machen, ess ich bald einen Vegetarischen Döner. Kein Fleisch mehr in den Gerichten nur noch Geld erhöhung jede Monat.

Lieblingsdöner mittlerweile. Sehr gutes Kalbfleisch und super Brot. Preise eher teuer aber hat ja überall leider krass angehoben mittlerweile.

Der beste "Standarddöner" den ich kenne. Kein fancy Steakdöner oder sowas, aber immer wieder gleichbleibend gut. Preislich mit 10 Euro grenzwertig, mir persönlich ist es das aber immer wieder wert. Mitarbeiter auch immer freundlich.

Eigentlich leckerer Döner, Dönerbox usw. Aber wir wurde dort schon 2 mal betrogen bzw. wurde uns 2 lamachun berechnet anstatt von einem. Letztes habe ich beobachtet dass einem Studenten der mit Karte bezahlt hat 13,50€ für ein lamachun berechnet wurde obwohl der lamachun eigentlich nur 8,00€ kostet.

Preise höher, aber Bestellung kleiner. Brot ist lecker, aber bringt mir nichts, wenn kaum Fleisch wiedergefunden wird. Mein Anspruch an der Menge ist nicht sonderlich hoch, aber für mich war es das letzte Mal, dann lieber woanders 8/9€ mit richtiger Füllung.

Ich finde den Laden echt lecker – Qualität und Geschmack stimmen auf jeden Fall. Heute mussten wir allerdings feststellen, dass die Preise inzwischen wirklich ziemlich hoch geworden sind. Unter 10 € bekommt man leider kaum noch etwas... Das ist schade, denn wir kommen grundsätzlich gern hierher. Vielleicht findet sich ja wieder ein etwas ausgewogeneres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Geschmacklich bleibt der Laden auf jeden Fall top.

Der Ardana Dürum wird immer kleiner, die Preise steigen, Getränke ohne Pfandmarke und der Betrag, ab dem man mit Karte zahlen kann, steigt auch regelmäßig. Sorry, es gibt Alternativen.

Ich weiss nicht ob das schon der Offizielle Preis ist, aber ich dürfte den Döner gestern Abend 10 euro bezahlen. Normalerweise war er 9, und ich gebe immer gerne den einen euro als trinkgeld, und finde es unverschämt gleich 10 zu berechnen, weil wahrscheinlich viel los war, und keiner gerne nach rückgeld sucht. Die qualität ist OK, aber keine extra klasse. Fast ein Döner wie überall auch, mit teilweiße immer mehr fettigen Fleischstückchen die mir leider nicht geniesbar sind.

15.50€ kebap teller . Das ist auf keinen fall nicht wert. Ausserdem die heizen der speiss direkt im folie ein bis die folie schmelzt. Nicht zu empfehlen

Auf jeden Fall einer der besten Döner in FFM und für den Preis sogar der Beste! Personal auch immer richtig korrekt.

Preise wie in Hollywood. Döner durchschnittlich. Nichts besonderes.

In Ordnung aber 10€ sind absolut zu viel und übertrieben. Erst letztens wurde er auf 9€ angehoben, gestern wollten sie 10€ verlangen. Das ist fast so viel wie der Bio Döner, da zahl ich dann lieber die 2€ mehr für eine viel bessere Qualität.

Hier wird der Döner in letzter Zeit alle paar Monate einen Euro teurer. Mittlerweile ist er bei 10 Euro angekommen, obwohl erst vor kurzer Zeit auf 9 erhöht wurde. Die Qualität ist gleich geblieben und mittlerweile sprengt es echt den Rahmen.

Finally, I can leave a review and give 5 stars. I ate here again after a long time, and the new bread, the new ingredients, and the meat are a game changer—a night-and-day difference. The bread before wasn't good, and the doner kebab was average or even below average, but now it's much better. Bravo! Dec 2025: The price has been raised about four times since then, and now the doner kebab costs €10. Sorry, but that's just too much and no longer justified. I'm now looking for another doner kebab place I trust.

Well, the meat and bread taste a bit stale.

The doner kebab, pide, and Adana fries tasted really good. The fries were a bit soggy, but still tasted good. The service was very friendly.

Doner kebab costs €9. For that price, I expect decent quality. The meat was gristly in many places, so I'm not in the mood for doner kebabs again for a while. And I certainly won't be buying them here again. It's a shame, it used to be better.

Ordered from the restaurant again today: pizza, doner kebab, doner meal, and baklava. I have to say, the food is excellent, tastes great, and the staff is friendly. The prices have gone up, but I'm happy to pay them.

Well… the doner kebab didn't impress us at all this time, and it hadn't impressed us before either. For some time now, the amount of meat in the doner has been significantly reduced, so the current price of €9 is no longer justified in our opinion. Furthermore, the doner bread was toasted for far too long today and was therefore extremely dry, almost burnt in places. We've been getting takeout from there regularly for over ten years, have always been satisfied, and find it very disappointing that the quality has declined so much. Therefore, with heavy hearts, we will be looking for alternatives.

The doner kebab has become very small, hardly any meat, not recommended for 9 euros.

I work 12 hrs i just wanted hot food but they can't even get that right. And this is not the frist time things like this happen. there expansive We order two menus. I paid 30€ for mine and it was cold.im not coming back.

My sister and I were threatened by other men in the restaurant, and the employees did nothing. Some time ago, on the terrace of the restaurant, a family at the next table asked two men to be quieter. After they became louder, my sister and I asked them to be quieter. We were threatened and insulted by them. The parents and their two small children quickly left the restaurant. The employees present did nothing to stop them. A woman who claimed to be the owner of the restaurant came over. She defended the men and asked me exclusively why I was wearing a short skirt. We then called the police. After the police took my report, I learned that the man had several pending complaints against him. I've never been back there since, just silent.

There was hardly any meat in the lahmacun kebab. When I asked why there was so little meat, I received a rude response. The staff were disrespectful. Very disappointing, absolutely not recommended.

Everything has changed. It used to be nice, but now they're only interested in money. Doner kebabs have more salad, not even 30g of meat in them, and cost nine euros. They don't even make their own bread anymore. A drink costs €2.50, and there's a drinks store across the street. That's not right at all.

A good place where everything comes together in a successful package: taste, atmosphere and service. The service here is fast and friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable, although, of course, they have grown noticeably since the time when I was a schoolboy. The order turned out to be excellent: the meat is juicy, the salad is fresh, and the bread is warm, crispy and aromatic. It is pleasant to sit inside, the atmosphere is conducive to a leisurely meal.

Delicious kebab right next to the Dornbusch subway station. The prices may be a bit higher than other kebabs, but it tastes really good.

Well, I've always been relatively satisfied with the kebab. I recently ordered one to go. Then I noticed it was quite light. I weighed it at home with paper and aluminum foil: 356 grams. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture. Sorry, but that's really too little for the price. The taste was okay as always, but I can't really afford it anymore. Unfortunately, that was probably the last time I'll be ordering from you 🥲

The kebabs are actually good Although adapted to the expensive big city prices, it was good. However, they could be a little more seasoned. Not just sprinkle the hot spice on it (it has to be said) but in general. We always add seasoning at home.

unfortunately it gets 1* for the size and the price 12.5€ for a durum with extra meat... and I don't know if it weighed 500 grams... the taste even defends itself but the size and the price... sorry, unfortunately... 5 bites and the end for 12.50€ sadness I didn't get the bill either but I saw that the price of a normal durum is 8.50€ so I have 5€ extra for nothing paid?

Extremely tasty and very nice people

The meat in the Lahmacun and Döner Pizza was undercooked and I had severe stomach pain afterwards. A day later I went and got a free lahmacun and they apologized. So: A few weeks later the same problem, I got a Lahmacun kebab at 10:30 p.m. I saw the kebab man cutting the probably unfinished meat off the almost-used-up skewer. One morning later, stomach pain again. I really advise you not to eat there. This can't happen twice.

We ordered two kebabs, and compared to other kebab shops, the ingredients were very generous and the taste was good. However, 8 euros for a kebab sandwich is too expensive, even taking current inflation into account.
