The doner kebab, pide, and Adana fries tasted really good. The fries were a bit soggy, but still tasted good. The service was very friendly.

Doner kebab costs €9. For that price, I expect decent quality. The meat was gristly in many places, so I'm not in the mood for doner kebabs again for a while. And I certainly won't be buying them here again. It's a shame, it used to be better.

Ordered from the restaurant again today: pizza, doner kebab, doner meal, and baklava. I have to say, the food is excellent, tastes great, and the staff is friendly. The prices have gone up, but I'm happy to pay them.

Well… the doner kebab didn't impress us at all this time, and it hadn't impressed us before either. For some time now, the amount of meat in the doner has been significantly reduced, so the current price of €9 is no longer justified in our opinion. Furthermore, the doner bread was toasted for far too long today and was therefore extremely dry, almost burnt in places. We've been getting takeout from there regularly for over ten years, have always been satisfied, and find it very disappointing that the quality has declined so much. Therefore, with heavy hearts, we will be looking for alternatives.

The doner kebab has become very small, hardly any meat, not recommended for 9 euros.

I work 12 hrs i just wanted hot food but they can't even get that right. And this is not the frist time things like this happen. there expansive We order two menus. I paid 30€ for mine and it was cold.im not coming back.

It's good and the staff is friendly. The meat is well marinated and tasty. The bread is soft and well cooked, the sesame seeds on top add flavor to the bread.

My sister and I were threatened by other men in the restaurant, and the employees did nothing. Some time ago, on the terrace of the restaurant, a family at the next table asked two men to be quieter. After they became louder, my sister and I asked them to be quieter. We were threatened and insulted by them. The parents and their two small children quickly left the restaurant. The employees present did nothing to stop them. A woman who claimed to be the owner of the restaurant came over. She defended the men and asked me exclusively why I was wearing a short skirt. We then called the police. After the police took my report, I learned that the man had several pending complaints against him. I've never been back there since, just silent.

Such a happy place to get food. The family made you feel like family. The food was fresh and delicious. Proportions are HUGE

Good for a quick kebab in between!

There was hardly any meat in the lahmacun kebab. When I asked why there was so little meat, I received a rude response. The staff were disrespectful. Very disappointing, absolutely not recommended.

Everything has changed. It used to be nice, but now they're only interested in money. Doner kebabs have more salad, not even 30g of meat in them, and cost nine euros. They don't even make their own bread anymore. A drink costs €2.50, and there's a drinks store across the street. That's not right at all.

A good place where everything comes together in a successful package: taste, atmosphere and service. The service here is fast and friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable, although, of course, they have grown noticeably since the time when I was a schoolboy. The order turned out to be excellent: the meat is juicy, the salad is fresh, and the bread is warm, crispy and aromatic. It is pleasant to sit inside, the atmosphere is conducive to a leisurely meal.

Well, I've always been relatively satisfied with the kebab. I recently ordered one to go. Then I noticed it was quite light. I weighed it at home with paper and aluminum foil: 356 grams. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture. Sorry, but that's really too little for the price. The taste was okay as always, but I can't really afford it anymore. Unfortunately, that was probably the last time I'll be ordering from you 🥲

The kebabs are actually good Although adapted to the expensive big city prices, it was good. However, they could be a little more seasoned. Not just sprinkle the hot spice on it (it has to be said) but in general. We always add seasoning at home.

unfortunately it gets 1* for the size and the price 12.5€ for a durum with extra meat... and I don't know if it weighed 500 grams... the taste even defends itself but the size and the price... sorry, unfortunately... 5 bites and the end for 12.50€ sadness I didn't get the bill either but I saw that the price of a normal durum is 8.50€ so I have 5€ extra for nothing paid?

Extremely tasty and very nice people

The meat in the Lahmacun and Döner Pizza was undercooked and I had severe stomach pain afterwards. A day later I went and got a free lahmacun and they apologized. So: A few weeks later the same problem, I got a Lahmacun kebab at 10:30 p.m. I saw the kebab man cutting the probably unfinished meat off the almost-used-up skewer. One morning later, stomach pain again. I really advise you not to eat there. This can't happen twice.

We ordered two kebabs, and compared to other kebab shops, the ingredients were very generous and the taste was good. However, 8 euros for a kebab sandwich is too expensive, even taking current inflation into account.

The kebab costs €8, instead of €6.50 like on the online menu! Otherwise the kebab was mediocre.

Many of what they offer in the menu are not available. They offere only TWO dishes, Donner and chicken.

The food is very rich and very good. The well-kept place. The only thing to note is that it was a little cold in the restaurant.

Finally I can give a review and give it 5 stars. Ate here again after a long time, the new bread, the new ingredients and the meat are a game changer, a difference like night and day. The bread before was not good and otherwise the kebab was average or even below, now much better. Bravo

Overall, really good overall package! Service is friendly and fast, prices are good (of course significantly higher than when I was at school), and the product can also do something. Juicy meat, fresh salad, and delicious, crispy, warm bread. You can sit nicely inside. Plus extra points for the nostalgia. I ate kebab here 10 years ago.

Update October 2024 I was a fan of the kebab shop for years and went there often and regularly, but today it was a no go. It is no longer a flatbread, but an extremely thin and hard bread.... Maybe half of what you were used to.... And that for EUR 8.... We were VERY disappointed because we always really enjoyed going here, despite the price increase! .... then we have to look for a new kebab shop that we trust.... It's a real shame! ***************** I enjoy going here and have for years... Yes, the kebab now costs EUR 6.50, but everything has become more expensive. The kebab is always well filled with meat/salad/sauce and more meat. I always go with garlic and hot sauce. My desire to get the meat a little crispier is always no problem. The staff is always super friendly and in a good mood... So I will continue to go here because I have already tested many kebab shops that are nowhere near as good as this one!

I ordered lahmacun (yoghurt sauce) with cola. Lahmacun crispy, hot and a good portion of sauce. Meat was tasty and not gristly. There were two skewers and the meat looks like little minced meat. Lahmacun 9 euros and cola 2.50 euros. Not cheap, but worth the price. Therefore a clear recommendation.

It's gotten better now. Sharpness can still be improved. Unfortunately, prices on the >Internet still do not correspond to the actual prices

Super. Lahmacun was especially delicious

As a long-time customer of more than 5 years, I was very disappointed today. I ordered Dürüm kebab and saw mostly salad rather than kebab. However, when I complained, I opened the Dürüm and showed the employee that there was very little kebab and that the meat was not cut through, but the employee then said that the amount of meat was an instruction from the boss. I replied and said that that couldn't be the case because I had been a regular customer for years and didn't believe that kind of statement. The employee took the Dürüm, then stuffed some kebab into it and put the Dürüm on the side so that I could no longer see the Dürüm and called the boss over. When he came, he asked - but the kebab was not in its previous empty state. I still explained the situation to the boss and that meat was added afterwards. Unfortunately for €8.50 I don't want to eat mostly salad according to the boss's instructions - but also the meat according to my payment. The price has increased, the content has decreased. Sad - I'll be avoiding the store for a long time now, even though I've had good experiences so far. MAYBE it was the employees - since the employees I knew weren't there. ULTIMATELY a sad experience when you have to fight for your money to eat.

I’ve been In Germany for three weeks and have had 20+ donors all over Germany. This was by far, my favorite very tasty from the meat to the sauce and the bread! Would give more than five stars if I could. Enjoy!

The energy crisis has certainly also contributed to the fact that a lot of costs have to be recouped in the restaurant industry, but in the Dornbusch Kebap Döner everything should be gilded as quickly as possible. When you look at the price board, you feel bad, not because of the dishes, which are definitely edible, but because of the so-called price adjustment. Compared to pre-crisis times, the meals are more than half as expensive across the board, if that's enough. Hardly anything under €10 is on offer, and for a pizza with something on it €11.12 or more is already steep, both to take away and to eat on site. But the fries are the winner, starting at €5 per portion and it's still possible. But if the customers still pay for everything - the store was full when I visited - then many people are complaining at a high level, financially speaking. I hadn't visited the store often to eat, but after the new price adjustment, what's there is all too expensive for me and the price-performance ratio isn't there. All you can do is give it a wide berth.

Food is realle good but locatin is dark and lightless about me

I have been a customer here for several years and have always been satisfied.

I ate a doner box today and the meat was dry and hard to chew. The jogurt dressing had a funy taste and after i ate it i spent half a day in the toilet. I hope its better next time.

The kebab I ordered was very tasty and the staff was polite and courteous. Because the restaurant is at an intersection with a main street and at the Weisser Stein subway station, there is a lot of traffic noise.
