The kebab was GREAT! Fresh yogurt sauce, a perfectly balanced meat-to-vegetable ratio. The bread is crispy, and the grilled vegetables are 10/10. The quality is incomparable to any other kebab shop in Frankfurt. The service is top-notch – the guys are incredibly nice and friendly and cater to every request. I know I'm singing their praises, but there's no getting around it: This is my favorite kebab shop, really! 💖

Unfortunately not to be recommended. I never had a Döner with so little meat, let alone one costing €10,49. Very poor price-performance ratio.

Simply perfect. Delicious bread. Tender meat. Even at lunchtime, you get your food quickly. The chef himself is always there. Friendly and professional, even under pressure. Best of all, no diarrhea afterward.

That wasn't to my taste at all. The doner kebab tasted of nothing and was relatively overpriced for that: - Dürüm 10.40€ - Doner kebab 9.40€ At least the flatbread was homemade. The meat, however, was tasteless, as were the sauces. They lacked salt and seasoning and didn't taste fresh. The garlic sauce didn't contain any garlic. The yogurt sauce didn't taste of anything either. The vegetables were okay. I'm still wondering what kind of meat I just ate. I couldn't tell by the taste.

12 euros costs a doner box with 50 grams of meat and 150g of fries 😂😂😂😂😂 catastrophe

The chicken döner was a very filling portion, adapted to German tastes. The fries that came with our order on the open plate were delicious. The salad and dressing were pure fusion cuisine. The atmosphere was clean. The staff was friendly, polite, and cheerful.

We had a doner kebab and a durum chicken, along with two drinks. I'd say the price of the kebab place is a bit on the high side. That's okay for a high-end location. But my kebab could have been better served with salad and a few crumbs of doner meat. As the saying goes. I was here twice, the first time and the last. I was surprised; most kebab shops get 4.7 or 4.8 stars. 4.5 stars is pretty poor. Other people probably thought the same. The shop simply has no competition in its location, otherwise it wouldn't allow itself to be so open. I've just deducted another star after looking at the pictures of the food, including on the website. Full marks for the very pleasant service. The text was dictated into the phone.

Huge portions and super reasonable prices! I ordered the Roma plate — it was packed with meat, and the lettuce balanced it out perfectly! The place is small but clean and cozy.

The doner kebab has declined considerably. Unfortunately, it's not comparable to the quality at the opening. The bread is never really crispy or crunchy. The doner kebab box is very good.

I was there with my girlfriend.... First of all, the bill was charged immediately after the order was placed... It seemed strange to us... Well, I thought they thought highly of themselves.... I don't know any other way when the customer is asked what should be in his kebab. Instead, they just put what is on the note in the kebab... I stood in front of the counter and said that's my kebab to the waitress... Yes... I said I don't want any red cabbage... The waitress... It's on the note and then they get it too!....Hello??? What's wrong with them??? It didn't matter, it was the first and last time!!! Addendum: 2 stars because it tasted good...

I tried a kebab here once and was disappointed with both the taste and the customer service. I felt like someone walking through the forest and being watched and pursued by a wild wolf. Insane employees! You hillbillies won't get a second chance from me.

Far too little meat in the head pocket

I visited around 7pm. There was plenty of space for eat-in, but we opted for take-out. I ordered the classic sandwich and the menu next to it. The bread dough was baked after we ordered and it was piping hot. She asked me if I wanted to add all the vegetables, and when I put them all in, it was about the size of two adult fists. They will wrap it up in a piece of paper, and they will write the number you requested on the paper, so you will know which one you ordered. They let me carry it in a plastic bag. One cost 10€ and two cost 20€. When I got home and ate it, it was very filling and satisfying. For those with normal appetites, one portion was enough for two people. It was delicious.

I can only agree with most of the reviews! The kebab shop looks tidy and clean, as do the toilets. The portions (2 kebab plates) were okay for the price. Staff is friendly and the food is tasty. And to ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWERS: Anyone who doesn't agree with the meat portions... I can't understand it. I saw the kebabs myself... lots of pieces and enough meat! Come to Kassel...you'll get SMALL kebabs there!

Doner sola, prices high, staff not OK. Giving out too little change and then, when informed, verbally increasing the price contrary to the price list on the board: what would you call that? Count your change & pay only what is on the price list, if you want to go there at all. Personnel is a no go & overall bad value for your money.

Unfortunately, the kebab is a bit overpriced for the small amount of meat - far too much salad. It almost passes for vegetarian. The taste of the meat is delicious, and the bread is also delicious. Sauces nothing special. Please note, at NeoTaste there is a 10€ voucher for orders over 25€, unfortunately discovered too late.

Unfortunately, the price was far too high for what I received.. For €13.90 a classic kebab that doesn't even have any self-made meat is really steep and disproportionate... and then there are supposed to be people who complain about TonBul and... complain about the increase to €10 (which incidentally is twice as big as the one I received here..) Unfortunately, in my opinion, the taste of the kebab was underwhelming. Meat didn't taste like anything to me, as did the spicy sauce. So here too the price/performance ratio is simply not right

I got a Dürüm Klassik yesterday and then had the worst stomach ache of my life all day long. I strongly suspect I got food poisoning from constantly having to go to the bathroom. The service was also catastrophic: the employees were extremely unfriendly and uncoordinated. I saw my dürüm being prepared with bare hands and I'm pretty sure the employee didn't wash his hands beforehand. Overall, this was an extremely negative experience and I would strongly advise against eating here.

The Grüneburg Döner has been one of the best kebab shops in Frankfurt since it opened. Unfortunately, for about a year now, the quality and portion size has fluctuated from “Wow, the kebab and the portion is mega” to “That’s pretty cheeky”. Unfortunately, yesterday was very disappointing again.

Top kebab in a good location with fresh ingredients at normal kebab prices. There is seating available in the restaurant. A window allows street sales. Toilet available. Card payment possible and a plus point at this point.

Decent quality sandwich, comparable to many other places in the city. The price however is very steep. I understand inflation and everything but charging 9.5€ for a sandwich is crazy. You can get a similar sandwich within a 1km radius for 6.5€.

The kebab tasted excellent. The place is decorated okay, as you would expect from a fast food restaurant. It's very quiet inside (some background music would definitely improve the atmosphere). So if you want to eat tasty and uncomplicated, this is the right place for you.

Good well made Döner. It is expensive these days, 9,50 EUR. I intended to pay with a 5 EUR note and got suprised how much inflation did drive Döner prices up. Fresh it was, sauce good, spicy - recommended!

I had looked at some reviews beforehand and couldn't understand the unfriendly staff. I ordered an Adana Dürüm and had to wait a little longer, but got a free drink without any problems. I didn't know what Adana meant, but it wasn't a big deal because I like spicy. I always used to say Kraut der Meister but that doesn't fit and I wasn't disappointed. It's a shame that I'm so far away, despite the slightly higher prices I like to come by again when I'm in Frankfurt

I think the classic kebab is really tasty and the bread in particular is not just a simple kebab sandwich bread, but really tasty! The meat isn't too streaky either, which I really appreciate. The service is nice! I once had a situation where I didn't want garlic sauce, my friend did and the man who prepared the kebabs then left out the garlic sauce on both kebabs! I ordered through Wolt and paid €21.90 for a kebab plate. For the price there wasn't even bread and the meat was cold and didn't taste good at all. For the price, I expect at least bread and better quality! Unfortunately not recommended.

Really unprofessional.. there was hair in my food.. The employee said yes; “But no women work here, maybe that’s their hair?” I don't think that's okay! Furthermore, it is spoken and blasphemed here in Turkish! about food quantity and number of people! So if 4 people come, you have to order food for 8! Never again!

Ordered here through Wolt. Overall, a disaster. The kebab was completely cold as was the Falafel Dürüm. You fries lukewarm. This despite the driver coming directly to us in record time (10 minutes). We paid €8.5 (!!!) for a normal sized fries. The other two things are about €15 each. After calling, it was passed on to the messenger even though the cook used 100% lukewarm, not freshly cut meat. The messenger was super fast, which you can monitor. I was offered a new meal to pick up myself (hence two stars), but the refund was refused. Under no circumstances order here and the prices for the quality border on usurious!

Here you can get a fresh and tasty kebab served quickly and friendly. If you don't want a kebab, you can also choose from a variety of other dishes that look at least as good.

Really unfriendly owner, food without love I would say. Quality not very good either, only survives because of the location. Consumer Window Hessen also found very serious defects and that simply underlines the overall picture of this store.

Bon appetit! The Hessen consumer window only discovered blatant hygienic deficiencies here in October. Details can be found on their website. It's a shame I ate here once, I'm sure it won't happen again. Even though most of the contamination was removed after the test, unfortunately I no longer have any confidence.

I wanted to buy a kebab box... A DÖNER BOX €8.10! The kebab box didn't even taste good but I was really hungry so I bought it. After the kebab box I had a queasy feeling in my stomach and now I'm lying in bed with the worst stomach cramps. The staff wasn't very polite either so preferably 0 stars!

Excellent establishment, everything is clean and tidy. The establishment specializes in “kebabs”, there is a large selection. The meat is cooked on spits, but the veal was cold, most likely it was cooked earlier and had time to cool down. The menu also includes pizza and other types of fast food, but “kebabs” are the most popular. Their prices are based from 11.50 to 13 euros. Overall, it's worth it. There may be problems with parking; at least there is none in front of the establishment.

I ordered a kebab plate to take away. The meat was OK. It was cut off from the skewer too early, which severely affected the taste. The kebab plate didn't convince me. Significantly too expensive for the product delivered. 14.90€.

Einfach nur perfekt. Der Döner war einer der besten die ich je gegessen habe, selbstgemachtes warmes Brot, qualitativ hochwertiges Fleisch, leckere soßen, frisches Gemüse einfach nur top. Die Falafel dort sind auch mit Abstand die leckersten die ich jemals in Deutschland gegessen habe, das gilt auch für den Hummus. Auch das Personal wer sehr freundlich und kompetent, man hat sich richtig wohl gefühlt. Der Laden an sich ist auch sehr sehr sauber, man fühlt sich einfach richtig gut aufgehoben. Ich kann diesen Laden nur Empfehlen, denn besser geht's nicht
