Loved this place - wow!! Can’t pronounce what we got but it was a “gyro” wrap. It was GIANT, and DELICIOUS. Service was impeccable. Outdoor seating was comfy and perfectly breezy. Then the gelato. Wow! Terrific selections and again very generous portions. Highly recommend!!

Avoid… Ice cream is a rip off. The spaghetti ice consists of a base of whipped cream and little vanilla ice cream one top for almost 10€.

Located a 2-minute walk from Frankfurt Zoo and the subway/tram. The doner kebab plate is highly recommended. The staff is friendly. There's also an ice cream parlor right on site. The food was delicious!

I went to Pasam Grill & Kebab House and ordered a doner kebab and a couple of kebabs. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to my expectations. The bread was tough and the meat seemed dry. I also had to wait longer, even though there were only a few customers ahead of me. For those looking for a doner kebab shop, I recommend considering other options. !!! I would like to make other customers aware that Pasam Grill & Kebab House has repeatedly attempted to have negative reviews deleted. Warning... they don't have 4 stars. Warning!!!!!!

A kebab shop combined with an Italian ice cream parlor. The idea seems counterproductive, and so is the implementation of this seemingly contradictory concept. The main business is kebabs; the connection to ice cream is completely missing. This applies to the service, to the preparation of the sundaes, and to the quality of the ice cream. A kebab isn't ice cream. The service, a long-haired, unkempt man, was irritated and rude to the extreme. The preparation of the ice cream breakers doesn't meet Italian standards in any way; it's just like a kebab shop's sundae. Almost all flavors taste the same because they simply taste sweet. The price-performance ratio is completely unrealistic. Small quantity, high price. But the nearest proper ice cream parlor isn't far from this "wannabe ice cream parlor."

Just 4 small doner kebabs and it costs 9 euros. Never again

Very little meat for a kebab that costs 8 euros. I literally had to look for the pieces of meat in the kebab. I ordered by phone and only wanted lettuce and onions, what was in it? Red cabbage, of course, I have no idea why.

Absolute slouch, waited 20 minutes to eat on site, while the waiters walk past you and look stupid or according to their intelligence. Thanks for nothing, hope the store goes bankrupt soon with the service

I can not suggest this place after 9.00 pm. I order for dine in at 9.20 pm and when the order comes first they give us a bill we pay and then they give a pack of pizza for take out. When we tell them the answer is our restaurant is close at 10.00. We sit outside and eat in cold weather. One kid is with us. If you are closing the restaurant why you take the dine in order. The worst services of this restaurant for international tourists.

Got an extremely undercooked hamburger and sadly only noticed halfway through because I was stressed and just wanted to eat something quick before I take my baby back to the hospital nearby. Now I'm sad. I didn't pay for the burger but they did offer me another one which I declined. No one apologized.

The meat was fatty and quite hard, but unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the taste. Price: OK considering the location near the zoo. The service was “okay”. The service was friendly, but shouldn't be chatting with the cell phone in front of the customers. The man behind the counter is at the same time with the groceries and the money in the cash register. So I didn't notice hygiene. The money is simply placed in the cash register and nothing is typed in, let alone a receipt issued. Here the tax is evaded.

Amazing food, service , good enviormwnt and kind people

Today I ate a kebab sandwich there. You had to look for the kebab meat in the sandwich with a magnifying glass. I felt like I was eating a salad sandwich. The bread was delicious

Unfortunately the spaghetti ice cream was €8.50!!! Really, really SMALL! Anywhere else this wouldn't even have been child size... Almost no cream and no sprinkles. Just really really bad.

I was here with my family and I have to say the staff were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the fries were a bit limp and could have stayed in the deep fryer a little longer. At the checkout we were a bit surprised by the price: 17 euros for 2 small fries and 3 drinks is really a lot.

We were in this restaurant for the first time today, seven people and we ordered a grilled meal, we had to wait over an hour for the food to come. What is on the menu does not correspond to what is prepared. The food didn't taste good at all and we couldn't continue eating it. Rice wasn't cooked well either. Salad doesn't work at all. Two people would have to vomit. We interrupted the meal and complained to the boss. If he didn't agree with that, he still had to collect money. Caution is not recommended, the staff is totally overpriced, totally unfriendly, we decided to pass it on to the health department and public order office. They don't even deserve one star, please be careful.

Never again. I had dinner here with 3 friends and it was really bad. So let's start, if you eat there you are not allowed to order a kebab box and have to order a plate for €1.50 more. That's a bit cheeky, but what's even worse is that this plate is a maximum of a children's portion FOR €9.50. This plate (doner kebab box) not only tasted like shit but was also incredibly expensive for this mini portion. My friends had it just as mini portion and incredibly expensive. There were also endless defects such as the fact that the fries tasted as if they were frying pans It hadn't been cleaned for 3 decades, the floor was completely wet, literally a puddle, and there was a freezer next to us that was so loud that we couldn't even have a conversation. In any case, I won't come here again and I advise EVERYONE not to do so unless you want small portions for an extremely expensive price and bad food. By the way, it was the owner who served us. If you read this then I hope that you change your management principle of the store or that you have to close the store because the authorities came to you 👍🏻

Lamacun and sucuk pizza were delicious. Good baklava and nice service. In my opinion it was a bit expensive, but maybe because of the zoo.

Probably bought cheaply and seasoned lightly for our taste. The ice cream was good but didn't stand out at all. The furnishings are ok, but the faded signs and the mixed plastic flowers can leave the store again 😄 If you're just hungry, still a good address :)

Very tasty and extremely fresh! We got a pizza doner and a Falafel Doner. Both were amazing. The fries were hot, fresh, and seasoned perfectly!

Typical Kebab that is also a cafeteria, as the two establishments are together and the extractors do not work well, when you go out into the street you are filled with the smell of the kebab.

Finde ich ok, die haben bei schönem Wetter richtig viel zu tun, Wegen dem kleinen Park und Springbrunnen davor und dem Zoo der auch da ist, also Respekt, das muß man erst stemmen können. Außerdem ist es auch lecker.

Wir haben dort nur ein Eis gegessen nach dem Zoo Besuch. Das Eis war jetzt nicht der Renner und Preis Leistung passt nicht. Die Bedienung war freundlich.

My favorite kebab in Frankfurt. I have always had really good service. The staff always helps with child seats and my little baby always recives some extra gift. The meat IS good for the price and they altos do some increíble baklava and other turkish sweets. Great opening times and with a huge selección including icecreams and coffee/tee. Really only have good things to say. And its a shame that they have gotten such bad grade on Google as they really don't deserve It.

Das Essen war sehr lecker ohne Frage. Dann hört es aber auch schon auf. Bei der Bestellung wurde gesagt ohne Tomate doch Tomate war drauf. Es wurde darum gebeten den Tisch mal sauber zu machen weil der ekelig war. Leider wurde dieser nicht sauber gemacht warum auch. Das Personal war eigentlich ganz freundlich. Aber wie gesagt die Sauberkeit am Tisch und das Eingehen auf Sonderwünsche sollte man dann doch noch mal überprüfen und an sich arbeiten. Im übrigen freut sich jeder Gast über einen sauberen und nicht über einen wo noch das Mittagessen vom Vortag drauf zu sehen war. Und wie gesagt der Döner war sehr lecker. Das Brot war sehr knusprig. Der Salat machte einen frischen Eindruck. Und was auch noch traurig ist, wenn zwei Leute an einem Tisch zwei Döner bestellen, das einer 5 Minuten später kommt ist dann auch doof. Sollten wir wiederkommen wird es wohl hoffentlich auch funktionieren.

Das Eis hat eine schlechte Qualität. Es ist aus Pulvern zusammengerührt. Die Bedienung gibt falsch Geld zurück.

Hab eine kleine Pommes bestellt, war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war teilweise ungeduldig.

Nearest Turkish option next to the zoo. Sunday lunch hours meant almost packed. The staff was very friendly. Full marks on cleanliness. Döner sandwich & Döner Teller mit Pommes was really good. Lahmacun bread was burnt and hence spoiled the experience. They salt the meat a bit too much and it may not be for everyone’ taste. Would recommend.

A well deserved 3 star rating. I only got my fries after I asked about them, my wife got her food when I finished eating because they forgot about it, and when it finally arrived at the table, the schnitzel was about half the size shown in the picture. The food tasted average or bellow. Lack of motivation and coordination leads to unsatisfactory results.

Ich habe hier einen reichlichen Dönerteller serviert bekommen, der sehr gut geschmeckt hat, vor allem wegen der Kombination aus Kalb- und Hühnchenfleisch. Der Salat war frisch zubereitet. Die typische freundliche türkische Gasfreundschaft kam gut an. Außergewöhnlich ist die Eistheke mit großer Auswahl.
