The food was great – the doner kebab plate was huge and absolutely delicious! Service "only" 5 stars because I had to order myself – and only paid in cash, which isn't contemporary! The atmosphere was okay! The food again – absolutely sensational! The bread is baked on-site! I highly recommend this place!

I only had one small special request – half of the kebab with sauce, the other half without – and was then rudely addressed with "So many requests!" I found that really inappropriate. Customer friendliness doesn't look like that. Thirdly, the quality of the food was not convincing. The kebab consisted largely of dry, hard bread. There was very little meat in it, but the salad had too much lemon. Unfortunately, it wasn't my taste. On a positive note, I'd just like to mention the employees who cleared the tables outside – they were friendly and helpful. At the bar, however, a completely different tone prevailed: rude, stressed, and not customer-oriented. What personally disappointed me most—especially for a Muslim-run business—was that they sold Coca-Cola. Given the current situation in the Middle East, I would have liked to see more awareness and solidarity. There are plenty of alternative beverages (such as Fritz-Kola or regional suppliers) that don't belong to controversial corporations. I went there because I had heard a lot of positive things about it. But for me, it was definitely not an experience I'd want to repeat. What a shame.
