one of the worst staff I ever deal with!!! only one lady taking the orders, making coffee and deals with pays although there were another two employees a man and woman who didn't bother theme selves to answer any questions or even reply the 15 people in the que! a bottle 500 ml of water costs 4.5 euro 👎 after I wake towards the gate I saw more 2 small markets and they have water bottles.

No payment with credit cards possible via mobile phone or Apple Watch. Physical credit card must be inserted. No contactless payment. Hello, international airport? Absolutely underground!

Really, the person who answers the clients does not care about reading what they say, for more than a month people have been saying that the service and treatment is horrible and nothing has changed. Today the customer treatment is still horrible, between them and a pseudo boss who only goes around counting euros and mistreating the staff. Those who have no idea what they sell, or what is vegetarian, or what a salami is... don't go. Eat somewhere else before you travel.

You were almost finished with food and then you were served by an obnoxious meat guy who yelled at you because his contactless payment machine didn't work. If necessary, look for another job. I will never fly to Frankfurt again. My coke was nice and fresh 😂

Like other customers I politely waited in line for the coffee shop to open. The lady was very nervous about customers waiting to open, and reacted unpleasantly to the greeting. I, like others, decided to have coffee on the plane. More smile, the customer human too

Extremely rude staff, the man who works here June 7 at noon shouts at a customer because she accidentally ordered the wrong thing and he didn’t want to help, refused to sell her anything and throw the pretzel in the counter. This is super unprofessional and rude.

Service was very good and place is nice for spending some time. However, the food, without being offensive, is an outrage - at least what we had. The Baguette with tomato mozzarella was tasting like nothing and the chocolate croissant (if you are even allowed to call it like this) was worse than the packaged croissants in Aldi or Lidl. Didn’t know that it is so difficult to „at least“ offer it in a basic way…so food feels like a airport scam.

Cappuccino has rarely been worse. Advertising sign really Italian with latte art and here the truth single shot on the quarter liter of water with foamed milk. Dishwater!

We were in transit at Frankfurt airport where we found this small restaurant at Schengen Level 3. Except for cheese sandwich there was nothing for vegetarians. Since there was no other option we had to eat what was available.

Lackluster service - completely overpriced

This is at the best location, I found it peaceful with some great views, coffee was good but cleanliness must be improved.

Only one man working and constantly super busy he is not polite and after I forgot to take receipt after 5 minutes he did not want to take a look and print it again... Sandwich was bad I found rock in it and coffe was bad too.

Just a coffee and snacks counter inside Terminal B departures, the only option nearby so ‘popular’! Coffee is ok, my apple turnover was ok, staff were efficient albeit not particularly happy in their work

Food was basic but good, but the service is absolutely horrendous. The man who worked there has a really bad attitude. Feels like he is not happy with his job at all, if that is the case I highly recommend him to look another job.

Price-performance is not right. Salmon bagel for ~8 euros is far dry.

First visit to Frankfurt airport, the lady serving was rude and impatient with a larger order. While the card machine was down on her till I can understand some frustration, but it’s not acceptable to verbally raise your voice to us as customers. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re just grabbing a few items, positive was the coffee was decent.

Very unfriendly staff. Apparently Café Crema and Café Americano are the same. I'm just a paying customer and not the idiot of these incompetent employees. Never again.

The cappuccino for €4.40 tastes like combining milk foam with filter coffee. The Cafe Crema, on the other hand, tastes like flavored hot water. Tables and chairs don't seem to have been cleaned for a while. Overall, rather intimidating.

Kleines Café im Flughafen Frankfurt Nähe Gate A 26. Kleine Snacks, auch Pizzen, Kaffee und andere Getränke. Nicht soviel los, deswegen für einen Stopp gut geeignet. Preise wie überall hier relativ hoch. Deshalb ist es egal, wo man seine Pause macht.

Tasteless food. High prices. Poor service. The cashier checks his phone, then grabs sandwiches using the same hand. 8 euro for a mozzarella sandwich which tasted like it was from yesterday

Preise sind unschlagbar. Kaum zu überbieten. 2 Kaffee, 2 kleine Brötchen 20,80 €.

Der Frankfurter Flughafen ist ja nun wirklich keine Schönheit. Das Puro Gusto wertet das ein wenig auf. Die Preise sind natürlich knackig, das war der Salat aber auch. Auch die restlichen Speisen und Getränke waren lecker.

Nice little place, with some food and drink, friendly stuff

While my food was okay, I almost walked away because of the unpleasant atmosphere. The blond lady behind the counter is not only yelling at and abusing her colleague, she also communicates with customers in a rude manner.

Für das Gebotene zu teuer. Man sitzt ganz schön, aber das Essen war wirklich bestenfalls mittelmäßig.

Totale Katastrophe! Kein Kaffee, weil die alleine bedienende Dame keine Zeit hat die Kaffeemaschine zu reinigen, kleines Pellegrini soll erst 7,50€, dann aber doch 4,50 kosten, Tische, Wände, Boden dreckig! Es ist nicht zu verstehen, dass das Management im Gegensatz zu anderen Bars keine Leute anstellt -das Management versagt - despite sollte den Vertrag kündigen und an ein UN vergeben, das auch Umsatz machen möchte! PS: Ein einsames ,kleines Männchen läuft rum und wischt mit sinkendem Lappen die Tische ab…. 🤢

Service was very slow. The staff member was on his own and clearly was not competent enough to be working alone. The coffee ordered was not what we received. The hot chocolate was cold. The prices are also quite high. We saw quite a few people leave the queue. Overall not very good. It might just be an unfortunate day.

Panini ottimi - quello con il pollo era freschissimo - e a prezzi contenuti. Molto gentile il ragazzo che mi ha servito.

In der heutigen Zeit, in der in Doofland keiner mehr wirklich arbeiten will, freue ich mich über den freundlichen Herrn am Samstag den 1.10.22 um 5.50h, der mir nicht nur einen frischen heissen und wohlschmeckenden Kaffee, sondern sogar ein freundliches Lächeln gegeben hat. Vielen Dank.

PURO GUSTO TERMINAL 1 FRANKFURT AIRPORT

Was für ein Laden. Im Netzt steht: Öffnet um 5:00 h. Seid 5:15 h wirbelt ein äußerst unfreundlicher und demotivierter Typ im Laden Rum. Es gibt keinen Hinweis, dass der Laden erst um 6:00 h öffnet. Stattdessen werden kaufwillige Gäste Lautstärke mit den Worten " 6:00 Uhr" begrüßt. Ein Schild könnte helfen.

We bought two slices of pizza. That was both very expensive and disappointing. Both slices were not fresh, hopefully won't have further gastrointestinal issues...

Das Essen ist einigermaßen ok. Wenn das Essen warm gemacht wird ist es jedoch nicht immer wirklich warm, was die Baguettes angeht.

Purtroppo esperienza non troppo positiva in aeroporto a Francoforte, due panini, di scarsa qualità ad € 7,20 cadauno, acqua liscia mezzo litro a 3,50€ e gassata a 4,50€. Non ci siamo... Voto 1,5 Se ti sono stato d'aiuto, metti un voto utile... grazie!

Flughafen heißt immer weiche Brötchen und mehr nach dem Motto Hauptsache satt. Hier bei Puro Gusto an Gate B ist es anders. Baguette war warm und knusprig, sehr lecker Cappuccino war sehr heiß wie es sein muss. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, einem etwas verlorenem,spanischen älteren Fluggast wurde auf spanisch weiter geholfen. Super , nicht wie sonst die gewohnte Flughafen Unfreundlichkeit.

Kawa w porządku, deser raczej nie powala, pizza jak to na lotnisku. Jest miejsce do siedzenia, ceny lotniskowe. Nic na plus, nic specjalnie na minus.

Solo 13 euro. Vicino al gate di Alitalia, bar Italiano con caffè italiano kimbo. Attenzione però dite che volete un caffè ristretto se no lo danno in tazza grande. Pressi esagerati. Torta alla frutta mediocre. Va bene per aspettare almeno stai seduto in poltrone comode. Situato zona B aeroporto.

Vad kan man vänta sig på en flygplats? Snabb servering! Ja det var det men inget mer. Personalen jäktade kunderna så det var svårt att välja vad man önskade. Det blev bara lite dryck och det berodde på personalen. Tyvärr fanns det ingen annan restaurang vid dessa gater

Haben einen kurzaufenthalt genutzt um einen Imbiss zu uns zu nehmen. Die Preise sind exorbitant teuer und ein sehr schlechter Service. Ich habe einen eistee gekauft und im Anschluß reklamiert, da nur Eiswürfel im Glas waren und praktisch kein Tee. Auf meine Reklamation kam nur ein Kommentar, das wäre eben so.

12 euros for a Cesar salad and a small bottle of water. They don't give bread with the salad and they do not sell bread at all. Chicken was terrible. The lady at the desk didn't speak English and was not trying to understand at all. Better not to eat at all...

Very rude and unfriendly staff. An elderly lady (customer) who who could speak no German was trying to communicate in little English which she could and was asking for cold water. Everybody could understand what she was saying. The staff gave her boiling water. When she requested again, the staff threw away the hot water and made faces at the elderly lady. I wonder what they think of their customers, disturbing to witness behavior like this!
