After reading the reviews from other people, I was sure that I wasn’t wrong and that what I saw had been experienced by others too. The guy in the picture filled a cup using a double portafilter and served that espresso to more than four customers. He was literally stealing from people while selling each coffee for €5.50. When I saw this, I left the queue, bought my coffee from another store, and had an argument with the guy. Respect yourself and your money—stop supporting businesses like this

Awful as everything under the Autogrill brand. Extremely expensive and very rude staff. When I politely asked for the receipt, he answered “one moment! No receipt before payment!” Using aggressive tone. Of course, they do not accept American Express. Food quality was almost acceptable, but can not say “good”.

I ordered a rustichella (a type of bacon calzone without tomato) and it came out cold and salty. It was fine to stave off hunger (after reheating it, of course), but not something I would recommend. Opening hours for area B are 5:30. The employee is extremely loud and unfriendly and has to yell at the "customers" every two minutes: "I'm closed. I open at 6 a.m." Are you serious? Put up a sign with the opening hours instead of ruining travelers' moods with a woman like that! I politely pointed out that a sign would be helpful, as I worked in that area for years myself and know how annoying it can be, and she laughed at me, saying she was so unfriendly and loud, you don't need that at 5 a.m. Awful, very bad. Even worse now!!! She told us she opens at 6 a.m., but she started serving other customers at 5:40.

A very negative experience. I hope the entire staff isn't like the blonde clerk I had the misfortune of encountering. Due to a small credit card glitch, she rudely and offensively called me "BELLA BELLA" out loud, embarrassing me in front of other customers. Based on other reviews, I also felt this kind of treatment simply because I was Italian. I've never felt so humiliated. Next time, I'll skip the meal.

The Rustichella was good. The price was reasonable considering the location in the airport. I found the Italian music in the background relaxing. The selection is generally well-arranged. From the small dining area with seats and chairs, you have a nice view of the airport. The tables were cleaned, but the area underneath looked a bit shady.

Ordered Bufalino, cappuccino and cheesecake. Cake was very tasty, coffee is very weak but works for me as I don’t like strong coffee. It’s not bitter like in other places in the airport and very nice and milky. Service was very good, woman was extremely polite and smiling at me the whole time, very lovely lady. Landing after a tiring flight and finding yourself in front of a counter selling Italian specialties should be heartening, but instead you find yourself faced with an arrogant, rude person, clearly annoyed by every Italian who approaches the counter, whom he reserves completely worse treatment than the other customers. I ordered two sandwiches and a bottle of beer, which I was rudely and arrogantly urged to get from the fridge, since there was no draft and I didn't understand the message because the music was too loud. The oven beeped several times before I took the sandwiches I had asked for lukewarm, and they were served to me charred. I protested and was treated even worse, by a rude, impolite, and discourteous worker, terrible service. Is there nothing better to represent an Italian product? A little staff training in good manners wouldn't hurt, to bolster the sale of products that are frankly exceptional only in price. To be forgotten.

The cappuccino is just milk with no coffee aroma at all. It’s lukewarm and carelessly prepared. Since there is only one person working, they make the coffee in advance and leave it sitting there, then just heat the milk and serve it when someone arrives. This is my first time at Frankfurt Airport, and there were so many other options along the way — I really wish we had chosen one of them instead.

The worse experience ever in my life.After standing in a que for more than 20 min we heard that hotdog bread which comes with a sausage was finished, and we can only get a sausage. On the question about how much we should pay for only sausage the answer was the full hotdog price. Unbelievable! We ask the the manager if this is a joke , he in its turn confirmed by saying we are out of bread and I can’t help it, the company is not mine so you have to pay full price.

Der unhöflichste Café-Mitarbeiter, den ich je erlebt habe. Ein älterer, glatzköpfiger Herr hat mich angeschrien, weil ich ein Foto vom Menü gemacht habe – völlig übertrieben, da keine Personen darauf waren. Ich bestellte Americano und Café Crema, bekam aber Cappuccino mit der Ausrede, der Preis sei gleich (was nicht stimmte – 1€ Unterschied). Der Umgangston war auch gegenüber anderen Gästen extrem unfreundlich. Fur ein Café am Flughafen völlig inakzeptabel. Before you even question the taste of the food or coffee, the bald employee is very rude. Insisting that you put the wrong menu and told the customer the wrong thing. I took a picture of the menu because it was hard to see from a distance, but I yelled at them not to take pictures of people. I'll never come again~ haha This is the first time I've ever worked with an employee in Germany or all of Europe. Haha. Don't come to Ssaggabagals^^^^

Ich stand in der Schlange, um einen Kaffee zu bestellen, als eine blonde, ältere Mitarbeiterin einen Aggressionsausbruch hatte. Eine Dame vor mir in der Schlange bestellte einen Flat White woraufhin die Bedienung sie anfing zu beschimpfen. Die Kundin sprach in ruhigem nüchternen Ton und erklärte, dass sie alternativ einen Cappuccino mit 2 extra Espresso nimmt. Die Mitarbeiterin schimpfte wie eine Furie und weigerte sich die Bestellung anzunehmen, bezeichnete die Kundin, die nicht einmal 2 Satz gesagt hatte als Sklaventreiberin. Unfortunately, the quality of the coffee at Puro Gusto in Terminal B at Frankfurt Airport was disappointing and did not meet the expectations raised by the store's advertising. What was particularly negative was that the employee was obviously not sufficiently trained in how to use the portafilter and the correct brewing technique. The coffee was apparently prepared in advance and only poured as needed, which had a significantly negative effect on its freshness and taste. Given the price of 5.20 euros for a cappuccino, this quality is difficult to understand and leaves the impression that the price-performance ratio is clearly unbalanced.

I've rarely had such a bad cappuccino. When I arrived at the gate, I noticed that the cappuccino was simply a shot of espresso and some hot water with a little milk. When I went back to the store to complain, they simply gave me more milk with some foam. When I complained again they told me that's how cappuccinos are made in Germany and I had no idea. I didn't accept it and wanted my money back, which they did.

Then she took off her apron in anger and just left her workplace, leaving us standing there. After 5-10 minutes she came back and still didn't want to serve us and was disrespectful to us and other guests who were already complaining. This employee even argued with another customer in our presence. We then went to friendly competition without buying anything. I've never experienced anything like that before, it was pure outrageous!!! Mega disrespectful!! You or your employer should think about whether this place is right for you! Really, the person who answers the clients does not care about reading what they say, for more than a month people have been saying that the service and treatment is horrible and nothing has changed. Today the customer treatment is still horrible, between them and a pseudo boss who only goes around counting euros and mistreating the staff. Those who have no idea what they sell, or what is vegetarian, or what a salami is... don't go. Eat somewhere else before you travel.

You were almost finished with food and then you were served by an obnoxious meat guy who yelled at you because his contactless payment machine didn't work. If necessary, look for another job. I will never fly to Frankfurt again. My coke was nice and fresh 😂

Like other customers I politely waited in line for the coffee shop to open. The lady was very nervous about customers waiting to open, and reacted unpleasantly to the greeting. I, like others, decided to have coffee on the plane. More smile, the customer human too

Extremely rude staff, the man who works here June 7 at noon shouts at a customer because she accidentally ordered the wrong thing and he didn’t want to help, refused to sell her anything and throw the pretzel in the counter. This is super unprofessional and rude.

Service was very good and place is nice for spending some time. However, the food, without being offensive, is an outrage - at least what we had. The Baguette with tomato mozzarella was tasting like nothing and the chocolate croissant (if you are even allowed to call it like this) was worse than the packaged croissants in Aldi or Lidl. Didn’t know that it is so difficult to „at least“ offer it in a basic way…so food feels like a airport scam.

We were in transit at Frankfurt airport where we found this small restaurant at Schengen Level 3. Except for cheese sandwich there was nothing for vegetarians. Since there was no other option we had to eat what was available.

Apparently it's the same operator as the Indian snack bar "New Deli", but both have the same menu layout. In this case, diversity does not necessarily speak for both institutions. The pricing is also identical, but the quality of the food tasted does not keep up. The vegetarian fried egg noodles with seasonal vegetables (nothing but carrots, carrots, gelweriewe or whatever you want to call the orange vegetables!) were bland, oily and completely disappointing. Even the low price of €3.50 doesn't save this. You're not exactly full of energy afterwards either. (as of 05/2016)

Excellent quality and delivered hot. The duck was crispy and juicy. Delivery was arranged in advance by phone and arrived on time.

Oh my goodness. 10 euros for two small coffees from a thermos and a cookie. In a paper cup. Let's go exercise 💸💸💸 👉 Better bring your own sandwiches and coffee.

The service was very annoyed and the minced meat in the lasagne was spoiled. The waitress took the almost full plate away with the comment, I'll tell the chef. Nothing was deducted from the bill, contact management. Absolutely not recommended!!!!
