It appears to be run by the same Indian snack bar as "New Deli," as both have the same menu design. The diversity doesn't necessarily speak volumes for either establishment in this case. The pricing is also identical, but the quality of the food doesn't keep pace. The vegetarian fried egg noodles with seasonal vegetables (nothing but carrots, carrots, carrots, or whatever you want to call the orange vegetables!) were bland, oily, and absolutely disappointing. Even the low price of €3.50 doesn't make up for it. You won't exactly be completely full afterward, either. (As of May 2016)

Ja, es ist ein Imbiss und da muss man natürlich stehen. Aber dei 10 Gerichte, die es gibt sind lecker und frisch zubereitet. Ich nehme gerne das Huhn mit Thai Basilikum (ich glaube die Nr. 7) und schärfe nach. Es gibt kleine Portionen für 3,50 € und große Portionen für 5 € und mir reicht Mittags meistens die kleine. Die Chefin ist nett - es geht schnell. Wenn man Mittags in der Sonne sitzen will und es eilig hat eine gute Alternative zum Restaurantbesuch.

Mittags, Abends oder während des Tages stets frisch zubereitetes aus der asiatischen Küche. Zahlreiche Gerichte sowohl mit Reis, Nudeln, frischen Gemüsen und verschiedenen Fleischangeboten stehen in der Speisekarte zur Auswahl. Sehr gutes Service und günstige Preise.

Durchschnittlicher Asia-Steh-Imbiss, die Qualität passt zum Preis. Wer 2-3 Euro mehr ausgeben kann, der geht die Treppe hoch und dann ums Eck in die Steinwegpassage, da ist das Thai-Restaurant 'Suvadee' und man bekommt eine deutlich bessere Qualität.

Yes, I was also a (short time) Frankfurter who devoured this tiny Food Stall at the Hauptwache. A dear old friend who wasnt actualy a fan of such pricey FastFood introduced Chaang Thai to me ages ago as I was still at JWG Univ. Yupe, love at the very first bite ;) No wonder the Q is always miles long during lunch time. At first I couldnt believe my eyes that even the Big Potatoes from the 'Börse' nearby and bankers as well as the locals and tourists joining our line. I got used to hot and spicy food ever since I was a little girl, so I always check the 'Sambal' or Spicy Corner! Yupe, excellent as the rest of the dishes. As I dont consume such fast food daily, I pay less attention if the add some Glutamates or not. - As I've been there quite often, I think I have to share one but simple bad experience from my latest visit. They hardly had stuffs in the pots and my fave #4 was Sold Out... I hope the things in our tasteless cups (even 3 spoons Sambal didnt help) were because it was already very late afternoon and they just simple gave us their best rest! :)

This place is a joke. Always empty, the staff doesn't even have the manners to say hello, and 20 minutes before closing time there's no food left even though the place has an "Open" sign on the door. Two weeks ago I tried ordering online and they happily took my money, but even after closing time, I still hadn't received my food. Avoid this place! It's nothing but a rip-off and terrible service.

This is the perfect example of a business that wouldn't last three months in any other location. Endless queues, watery coffee despite using an espresso machine, food only half-heated, and the staff is slow and barely speaks. There's a general lack of care and attention here. ;-)

Likes to double-charge the bill or take more than the order. Beer mats are often collected under the bar so the customer can't see them. As a group, he tries to charge multiple times from friends who have already left. Likes to get very loud and shout – once, twice, never!

The hospitality service was very poor. Some of the staff were unfriendly and lacked basic manners. I was really disappointed with the overall experience😔.
