Pizza Hut is simply fantastic: always delicious pizzas with plenty of toppings and a really good crust. Fast service, friendly staff, and great value for money. Perfect both in-store and for delivery!

Not good every other time If the chef makes an effort, it's very tasty Today I got a bone-dry salami pizza, so I've had enough Normally, a salami pizza is greasy, but this one has so few toppings that it's dry. On top of that, it was almost burnt, and all for €15 (€1 tip). I called, and I think they could have at least offered me something. The prices are amazing anyway I'll save the money in the future

The PizzaHut restaurant was okay, but nothing special. Pizza well topped, but not crispy. Service friendly but a bit disorganized. Okay for a quick visit, but not a special experience.

Very little coating than normal

Well, not really a pizzeria - mostly fast food. Pizza is ok but greasy, the ambience is like in all fast food bistros and the cleanliness is okay. An original pizzeria definitely has a lot more to offer than an American pizza bistro.

The place is probably just there for you to pick up your pizza. But there are vegan pizzas.

We were there after the park and it was just so delicious.

I ordered online: Order a pizza shortly after work? 20-45 minutes according to Lieferando? Sounds good. Unfortunately it ended up being 93 minutes. On the phone they say “driver will be here any second, busy”. Really uncool. Pizza is of course at most lukewarm and greasy. Coleslaw was ok.

Never deliver on time and bad customer service.

Unfortunately the pizza we ordered to take away was extremely greasy. Unfortunately it didn't taste particularly good either. I've been to another Pizza Hut branch in the past and it was always delicious. My child vomited several times during the night and I'm pretty sure it was just too greasy. Some of the other reviews also mention that it was very oily/didn't taste good. Won't be eating pizza here again.

I actually know Pizza Hut completely differently, but this one was a disaster. First of all, cutlery wasn't even offered for pizza and apart from that, if you had pizza in your hand it was just greasy in your hand and you can't wash oily hands because you don't have the option ever again and I definitely don't recommend it. And in there you can't even stand it ever again...

The pizza is good but the delivery time is very poor, I placed order at 18:52uhr till 21:00 uhr I haven't receive my order and it was suppose to be 30 minutes delivery, their service is very poor.

Pizza quality ok so two stars but near two hour delivery time was really unfortunate hence only two stars. Ordered at 19:30, Website said 20:00 arrival. First time I called they said they were very busy so I had some understanding. Then it should have only been thirty minutes more. When it got to 21:00 I didn’t find it funny. Finally arrived around 21:20. Other than a verbal apology on the phone, no real reclamation, so left this review. Other times it’s been ok. A real shame.

Beste Pizza Hut Filiale in Frankfurt. Immer nettes Personal, und schnelle Bedienung. Hier bestelle ich am liebsten.

Ein reinstes Trauerspiel. Früher waren die schmackhaften Creamy Cheese Nudeln eine Speise der Götter (10/10!), doch seit mindestens drei Bestellungen lassen die Nudeln zu wünschen übrig. Das hier hat nichts mit Creamy Cheese zu tun. Es sind nur noch halb so viel Nudeln drinne und nach der Soße kann man lange suchen. Eine Untat ist das! In Zeiten wie diese sollte man sich gegenseitig unterstützen!! Wir kleinen Leute brauchen in dieser Zeit Konstanz, die Pizza Hut uns leider nicht bieten kann. Das schmerzt mir in der Seele. Mein größter Herzenswunsch ist es, noch einmal die alten Nudeln kosten zu können. Ich möchte noch einmal diesen Gaumenschmaus erleben können. Doch man muss auch Dankbarkeit zeigen. Deswegen danke Pizzahut; danke für all die Jahre voller traumhafter Creamy Cheese Nudeln. Ich werde die Erinnerung an die alten Creamy Cheese Nudeln in Ehren halten.

Just had Pizza Hut , ordered with thin crust , instead got yeast daw which was even tasty. Cheese with ham wasn’t tasty, like regular cheese from Supermarket, only cheesy pizza was alright. My strong suggestion ether buy in the shop and make in the oven or get it somewhere else. Other wise staff and service were good.

We ordered Chicken Supreme Pizza and categorically deselected Pepporini from it— as we don’t eat it. They still send the pizza with pepporini in it. We heard the same story from our neighbour. It seems they do not care about specific instructions of the order rather just make standard menu. Surely spoilt our evening. An extra star only for service.

Pizza immer schnell zubereitet und immer schnell geliefert. Die Filiale am Dornbusch ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Pizza wurde noch nie kalt geliefert, das kommt in Frankfurt nicht oft vor.

It's Pizza Hut, nothing much to say. If you are looking for an American style pan pizza then pizza hut it is. Taste is also ok, it's just to fatty. Service at Dornbusch branch is amazing. Always friendly and supportive.

Bestellung wurde relativ schnell abgefertigt, schmeckte wie bei jedem anderen Pizza Hut auch. Also alles so wie es sein sollte.

88min Wartezeit an einem Sonntag ist akzeptabel aber man sollte darüber informiert werden. Die Gerichte sind gut, Pizza Hut Standards eingehalten. Der Fahrer hat mir nichtmal gesprochen da er mit seinem Telefonat aus dem nahen Osten beschäftigt war deswegen gab es auch kein Trinkgeld.

This Pizza Hut was not up to the standards you would expect. First to mention: I had a home delivery and it was pretty fast (30 minutes). However, the quality of the pizza was not great. Way too oily and the taste was not very intense. The used ingredients were cheap and did not qualify for the price charged. Very disappointing!

Glückgefühle. Essen ist auch geliefert heiß, Personal immer nett. Halt einfach super lecker. Doch sehr teuer, aber mit Angeboten kann man sich das doch mal gönnen. Nur hier.

Vorweg: Ich hege keine Ressentiments zu Nationalitäten. Es ist mir wirklich gleich ob meine Pizza von Italienern, Indern oder Eskimos zubereitet wird. Das Gleiche gilt für die telefonische Bestellung. Was aber wirklich nicht geht, ist die telefonische Bestellung durch mangelnde Deutschkenntnisse für den Kunden fast unmöglich zu machen. Ein 5 Minuten Gespräch für die Bestellung von 2 großen Pizzen -samt Produktschulung durch den Kunden welche Sonderaktionen Pizza Hut gerade anbietet- sind unakzeptabel. Nur durch ständige Wiederholungen und Bestätigung des Gesagten -ähnlich wie zwischen Tower und Flugzeug- konnte die Bestellung aufgegeben werden. Der nach mir abholende Kunde hatte leider weniger Glück: 2 Pizzen bestellt. Eine bekommen. Und zwar mit hälftiger Belegung. So geht das nicht.
