Diodos sounds Greek, the menu seems almost Greek, but you shouldn't think that you're going to an obligatory Greek restaurant like you can find almost everywhere. Instead of a rustic interior made of wood with lots of white and blue, you can expect a chic, cozy, beige-colored restaurant. Of course you will also find typical Greek meat dishes on the menu, but these have it all. Tasty is hardly a word. But that's not all, because you can also find various daily recommendations such as salmon in pepper sauce. And the whole thing is not only served in a very visually appealing way, but is also a dream for the taste buds. And the whole thing comes at a completely acceptable price.
I was visiting with my fiancée last night. We asked if we could watch Formula 1 and that wasn't a problem. The food was very tasty and a larger portion than we expected. Everyone was very friendly, the prices were okay. We recommend trying the homemade lemonades.
We'd love to come back if we're in the area again.
Usual pork kebab food.
But impossible staff.
Although both the website and the door say the closing time is 10 p.m., shortly before 9 p.m. we were asked to come to the end slowly because they wanted to call it a day.
The coffee machine was already cleaned at 8:30 p.m. After that, it was no longer possible to order coffee or espressos.
There were six of us. These six guests will definitely not go here again.
For me, Hamburg's best Chinese restaurant! Super tasty and authentic food, especially if you like spicy food, you will find it here :-)
The operators are also very nice and you always receive great service.
Don't be put off by the somewhat rustic furnishings, it's still very comfortable.
I come here regularly and can fully recommend Shudu.
So unfriendly, I wanted to charge €0.70 more to make sure the fries weren't buried under the food. Was in a really bad mood and was sulky. That was my last visit
Restaurant Seehof offers solid comfort with a lakeside view, particularly memorable for its cozy atmosphere and reliable coffee-and-cake experience. I visited once after a funeral, and its understated charm—paired with the serene backdrop of Bramfelder See—provided just the right tone for quiet reflection.
The highlights:
☕ Coffee & Cake: The cake selection (especially the classic German varieties like Apfelkuchen or Schwarzwälder Kirsch) was fresh and satisfying, and the coffee hit the spot. Nothing avant-garde, but sometimes tradition is what you need.
🌊 Location: Right on the lake with terrace seating—even on a subdued day, the water views added gentle calm.
👔 Service: Attentive but unobtrusive, which felt appropriate for the occasion.
Considerations:
It’s more reliable than remarkable—ideal for low-key gatherings or casual outings rather than culinary adventure.
Prices are fair for the setting, though the interior could use a touch of updating.
A thoughtful spot for quiet moments. If you’re walking the lake and crave a pause with a slice of cake, Seehof delivers.
"Gutbürgerlich" comfort with a view. ☕🍰🌿
It was all very nice and a very pleasant atmosphere.
We will definitely come back again and again and the food was very tasty and traditionally we can recommend it to everyone
