Food is nice but the waitress could not be any more disrespectful and rude.

I ate here again after years, just like I did in Hamburg. The service was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, the schnitzel and the fries/potato wedges weren't that great. Both the schnitzel and the fries were very tough. The fries and the potato wedges were very hard. So this time, the visit was a complete disappointment, which is a real shame :-(

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly. For years it used to be a solid place to go when you were waiting for the train, but now it is prepared carelessly and skimps on quantity. The schnitzel in pale breading, which in my opinion was too small for the price, was in the pan for too little time, there was hardly more than a few tablespoons of mushroom cream sauce, fries were also pale and everything tasted very bland. The free ketchup and mayo sachets are now probably the cheapest content you can get on the market. Too bad.

Unfortunately the schnitzel was subpar. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to it. Then this disappointment. Old and dry... 😞

The fried potatoes almost raw. Also, the whole food was lukewarm. I definitely won't eat here again.

We waited over an hour for our food. Since we still had something planned, we had to eat very quickly and couldn't even enjoy the food, but the food itself was relatively tasty. First time I was there for lunch. Was real great service and best strammer max I ever had. So second time, now for diner, I was very disappointed. Had a burger but not the one I ordered. Beer had no foam. Waitress was to lazy to serve correctly. As I liked the strammer max so much the first time, let's give them another chance, so third time, unfortunately, I walked out because staff was to busy with other customers or with themselves and wasn't even asked what I wanted to order. I took my business elswhere... Must have been just lucky the first time?!?

The price-performance ratio is no longer right at all. I always used to like Schweinske. However, those times are over. Portion wasn't even good for the price, and the taste wasn't great either. I won't be visiting again anytime soon

Rarely have I experienced so many no-gos as a customer in a restaurant: waiting time of 25 minutes before anyone even came to us; poor cleanliness at the table and especially in the toilets, broken furniture, music at excessive volume, inedible food, terrible smell in the air (ventilation technology broken?). Plus points for a delicious drink and friendly and quick service (once you've been served).

My grandma and I went there spontaneously, but the service was really top and also very friendly. I also told them that it was my grandma's birthday. We each got a glass of champagne from Marco, which was really nice and we were very happy. The food was great and we didn't have to wait long. You feel comfortable because it's nice and warm and there's a bit of music playing but so you can still have a conversation. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Missed the ICE even though we were told to pay 20 minutes before departure. Payment was completed 2 minutes before departure, even though we asked several times. Breakfast or lunch – the service is great! Sure, sometimes you have to wait a bit, but that's because it's always busy. Therefore, I recommend making reservations in advance. The only downside: the toilets belong to another company, so you have to pay 50 cents even though they are in the restaurant.

We ate today in the restaurant at the main train station, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. Since we wanted to avoid fries due to a diet, we asked if it was possible to replace the side dish with more salad. This was confirmed by the service. Also, my wife asked for her turkey steak to be served with a fried egg. It was important to us that the salad was prepared with vinegar and oil dressing. The first mistake happened when I ordered: My steak came with the requested fried egg - but that was actually intended for my wife. No problem, things like this can happen. However, we each received two side salads - all with dressing, even though we specifically wanted vinegar and oil dressing. After eating the meat, we were finally able to point it out to a waitress. She politely apologized and cleared away the salads. We assumed we would get new salads, but that didn't happen. After another 20 minutes of waiting we decided to ask for the bill. Unfortunately, the service staff reacted with little understanding. We were told it wasn't clear we wanted new salad. When we commented that we didn't want to pay the full price since we only received the meat without any side dishes, we were offered to take the two small Pepsi Lights off the bill. We finally accepted that. In the end, however, we paid almost 40 euros for two meat dishes - without any side dishes and without the feeling that we were taken seriously as guests. Mistakes happen, it's human. But a little more customer focus and understanding could have easily improved the situation. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the visit.

I actually never complain... But I ordered a Jägerschnitzel and somehow it turned out to be a sweet and sour schnitzel. The service was very nice but unfortunately a bit overwhelmed by my criticism. You have been my shop for so long and was really disappointed today. I hardly ate anything because I made it clear that I didn't like it - I'm not used to something like that from Farmsen. I was just disappointed that my things weren't taken into account at all. . I would like to change my 1 star rating from today

Very child-friendly, we ate here with a birthday group of 11 year old girls. Very nice and friendly staff. Everyone had fun and was fed up. The hustle and bustle of the station wasn't bothersome either, barely noticeable. Definitely a recommendation, especially with a larger group. Reservations may be required.

Anyone who would run a store like this in another location would be bankrupt long ago because the guests wouldn't come back a second time. Im Schweinske auf dem Hamburger Hauptbahnhof kann man ausgezeichnet mit einem sehr leckeren Frühstück auf seinen Zug warten. Frische Speisen ala Carte, sauberes Restaurant, sehr freundliche Bedienung, tolle Atmosphäre. Zu empfehlen ist der grosse Milchkaffee in einer Schale. Ich kann bisher nur das Frühstück bewerten, aber es war so gut, dass ich an einem anderen Tag nochmals dort frühstücken ging. Alles bestens.

I have known Schweinske from Hamburg since 2010. Unfortunately we don't have any pigs. The food is very tasty and varied. The price-performance ratio is very good. And I always found the entire staff to be particularly friendly! I feel completely at home at Schweinske.
