I like to go to Schweinske Billstedt regularly, great service, food tastes great and the portions are really good too.

Were there this evening Great food, Holfeller steak and schnitzel with hunter sauce Super nice service, fast service and tasted great. Portion was plentiful for a reasonable price. A great German location where only Turkish localities and kebab shops can be found all around. Highly recommended.

Were in Hamburg for a city trip, and were at Schweinske on Friday evening and had something to drink, and on Saturday evening we went out for dinner, the schnitzels were very tasty and sufficient, very friendly service, if we come back to Hamburg, we will definitely go there again.

We were there with the whole family because it was my mother's birthday, but I got food poisoning, and a few of my family members also complained of diarrhea. I don't think it's okay to play with people's health. I also told the waitress that we all think the mayonnaise tastes extremely like disinfectant. I'm reporting this to the health department. Please don't eat there. A former applicant of mine worked there and told me a few things about how things work in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it's very unhygienic.

It's worth going with your family and friends for a feast. I was there on March 8, 2025. I recommend it

The Schweinske Restaurant in Hamburg Billstedt offers a large selection of freshly prepared and extensive dishes. Access to the restaurant is barrier-free. Unfortunately, due to platforms, not every table is accessible without a barrier, but this shouldn't be a problem. The price-performance ratio is reasonable - as are the portion sizes - and the staff are always friendly and attentive. All in all, the Schweinske is worth a detour and definitely a recommendation!

Schnitzel, stuffed baked potato and salad was good! But the rest of the food could be better. Fries were undercooked, burger bun was burnt and hard as a rock. We waited over an hour for the food, it was difficult with a 3-year-old child. The music was a bit on the loud side. The waitress was sweet and friendly.

Highly recommended! Service girls like E. very friendly! Try the dark currywurst (180g), totally delicious! It gets a little more crowded after 6:30 p.m.!

Service top. The food was so-so. Unfortunately, the bread from the chicken burger was too hard and the meat was a bit dry. The Hamburger Schnitzel should have come out of the pan a little earlier (a little crispy). The side dishes were solid. There was an aha moment with the barbecue sauce. The only German restaurant out of 20 within a 1 km radius, but one of the best I was able to get to know. The ambience is perfect, the food is brilliant, and the price/performance ratio is simply right. The service is one of the best I have ever experienced. We were served by a man and a woman and nothing was left to be desired. The two love their job and put their heart and soul into it. Many people in the catering industry could take an example from this. If you want to know what good service is, you should go to “Schweinske” in Hamburg, Möllner Landstr. 2, go out to eat.

After a long time, I had lunch again in my old home at the Schweinske restaurant in Billstedt. The food was tasty and plentiful. Extremely friendly and attentive service staff.

We went for happy hour on Friday evening. The cocktails were super good and the price-performance ratio was great. The “Puti” as a snack was also very tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back :-)

Fast food in the service desert Miserable service that can no longer be described as such (male at the beginning, female in between, then male again). An imposition from start to finish. Dec. 4, 2024, afternoon First, the desired cappuccino was served lukewarm. Apparently the milk wasn't heated. At this point, the burgeoning dissatisfaction was swallowed. Then when you placed your order you didn't ask how you wanted the kale, they just brought you kale with sausage. When a Kassler was requested, a lukewarm piece of Kassler was brought to go with the cappuccino. There is an illustration in the menu, this can be misleading if you are hungry and don't read the small print. The picture shows kale with smoked pork and sausage, so one more or less naturally assumes that the kale is served with smoked pork and sausage - however, the pricing is such that both sausage and smoked pork are charged separately. At this point, you should have asked and the guest (who perhaps eats vegan and only wants the kale and would pay less for it) should not have been served something without asking that they did not order. The salad with the schnitzel we ordered wasn't even brought and this had to be requested too. Ordering a second drink at the table was impossible, we waited and waited. It has to be said that the restaurant was almost empty. So it wasn't that. It seemed as if we were being overlooked on purpose. What is a matter of course in other restaurants, pubs and pubs and shows attention to the guest, namely asking whether everything is OK or if there is anything else they would like, cannot be expected at Schweinske Billstedt. In order to order a second drink, we ended up having to run after the waitress. Then the drink was brought and placed on our table without a word before the waitress left without batting an eye. No smile, no sorry, nothing. After such frequent misconduct, the service team continued to make consistent efforts to make our stay at Schweinske as unpleasant as possible. We wanted to express our wish to please bring the bill by waving several times in the, as I said, empty restaurant, as none of the employees present had the idea of ​​approaching us on their own. However, here again we were ignored. The two waitresses seemed to have agreed. It was definitely more important to light the candles at the unoccupied tables next to us than to take care of the guests present. Only when, after long minutes, one of us got up and went back to the service staff and - obviously unnerved after this total failure - asked how long we should wait, did Mr. Incompetent whisper with sneaky friendliness whether there were tickets? or should be paid in cash. Disgusting. Very bad experience. Once and never again.

Food very tasty, schnitzel perfect, soft, tender, juicy. I really liked the topping on the schnitzel in the form of sour cream with smoked bacon and chives. Fried potatoes just the way I like them. Only the salad didn't impress me, it was so ordinary but fresh. However, the excellent service deserves a special mention. Despite the full house, the waitress did her best to find us a seat and regularly checked to make sure we had everything we wanted. I would have given it 6 stars if there had been an option.

First of all, the service was very good and loving But the food was very disappointing. The schnitzel napoli had a sauce that just tasted like tomato paste, the mozzarella was under the salamander for so long that it was just brown, pesto was tasteless and there was dried basil on top. Spaetzle wasn't such a good finished product, I've had better ones. The salad was iceberg, a slice of cucumber, a tomato and a few pieces of carrot with a watered down dressing. I've been to Schweinske's before, years ago, but I didn't remember it being that bad. I like to drink my light beer there, but I definitely won't eat it again. Maybe the bread would have been better, which was served in advance, but unfortunately that was over.

A group of us spent a long weekend in Hamburg. Delicious food for 3 evenings! Edona helped us a lot, friendly and delicious food for a reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone who visits Hamburg.

I was eating here today with my grandchild, which was really tasty, until my grandchild said grandma, look, there are 3 mice running and they actually ran towards the kitchen, I went straight to the basement and his answer was that's just the way it is, I paid and left and 2 other couples with children also went. Honestly, something like that doesn't work at all, the last time I was there.

Schweinske Billstedt I've been visiting this restaurant for years and have never been treated badly. The service is always friendly and immediately at the table as soon as you sit down. I ALWAYS order lasagna and get more than full. The schnitzels are also highly recommended because they are homemade and are very large, juicy and delicious. I can recommend the complete menu. I have rarely found such a hygienic restaurant. the toilets are very clean and always equipped with hygiene products. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

CONCLUSION after two evening VISITS: Attractive AMBIENCE, very attentive and friendly SERVICE STAFF and without a doubt a tasty FOOD OFFER! So: recommended!

First of all, I would have given it 3.5 stars if possible and that would mean I would not mind coming again but just as well go somewhere else. I went here with my father for a lunchstop halfway along our trip. The food itself was okay. The meat, especially the pork, like expected, was very good but the fries were far below par. The location and restaurant were nice and the servers were very friendly. Sadly the music was rather obnoxious but that is a personal issue.

An ordinary branch of the restaurant chain with the familiar dishes. The staff was nice and attentive. The food was as expected. If you sit outside when the weather is nice, the hectic and loud hustle and bustle on the market area spoils your visit. People begging from the market area come up to the tables and beg the guests. When they become aware of it, the staff intervenes immediately and tries to stop it, but it can't be everywhere at the same time.

we went there with my collèges to célèbrate,I asked for glass water..the waiter there told go back and we will bring...i waiter but nothing..of course they didnt bring it. Unfortunately, not everyone is served in this shop, after 15 minutes of waiting there was still no service person, four of them stood at the counter and had a funny conversation. But other restaurants in Billstedt also want our money. After repeated requests to get something to drink, we were completely ignored. So for us it's clear we're just not coming back

We ate schnitzel Alsatian style. The schnitzels were much too thick for us. I also told the waiter this but he didn't really want to hear it. Since we wanted the schnitzel in Xxl, we had to pay an extra charge of €7 per schnitzel, but that wasn't mentioned. Of course you have to pay more for more meat. But with a normal price of €16, I think the extra charge is quite steep. We then spoke to the boss again (he was really very friendly): he told us that the sauce was supposed to be so expensive. Well, there wasn't that much sauce. You should announce this additional charge in advance.

The prices are still really fair here! Getting a children's meal with fries and schnitzel for under €5 is probably unbeatable. But all the other dishes also have top prices, so other restaurants can really take a page from them. We would DEFINITELY come back on our next visit to Hamburg!!!

Unfortunately, the vegan schnitzel pieces served were made from real meat. The waiter very kindly took my food back and had it remade. However, my companion had already finished eating when my food was brought, and my mood was also in the basement due to the cook's carelessness. I don't understand why this mistake happened yesterday: The restaurant was very empty (approx. 6-8 guests) and the vegan and non-vegan schnitzel pieces were visually very different. I've had good experiences there so far, but the chef doesn't seem to take his job very seriously. I therefore regretted the visit.

Always good for a visit...both for breakfast and for schnitzel...The food here is always good and the portions are always plentiful...But the staff makes the difference here, always extremely friendly and accommodating. Das meiner Ansicht nach bisher schlechteste besuchte Schweinske in Hamburg. Unaufmerksames Personal das, wenn es denn mal kommt, dann noch drängend ist und leider nicht zu beraten weis. Nehmen se halt irgendwas... - Toll! Die Portionen sind leider auch im schrumpfen begriffen - oder werden etwa die Teller größer. Das gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis das ich bisher aus anderen Schweinskes kannte, war hier beim besten Willen nicht zu finden. Geschmacklich war es gut - irritierend jedoch. Meine Begleitung hatte ein Schweinesteak, welches innen nicht ganz durch war. Da schon einiges am Rand abgeschnitten war verwunderte die Ansage "ich lass das noch mal nachgrillen" schon. Zwei Tische weiter gab es selbiges Ereignis. Was sagt eigentlich das Gesundheitsamt, wenn von bereits genutzten Tellern, das Zeug zurück auf den Grill kommt. Seriöse Restaurants kippen das in den Müll und richten neu an. Sorry, aber da kommt die Gier des Franchisenehmers durch. Abtragen - beim zusammenraffen der Teller fällt der Bedienung auf, das am Nebentisch (bereits gute 15 Min.) Gäste sitzen, die noch nicht bestellt haben. Teller vor unsere Nase zurückgeknallt (freier Tisch nebenan taugt dazu wohl nicht), Bestellung aufgenommen und dann unter Absturz einiger Besteckteile abgetragen. Das dabei Speisereste auf den Tisch gekommen sind, ist wohl kein Grund mal mit einem Lappen vorbeizukommen. Hygiene ist eben was für bessere Stadtteile! Service eindeutig Schweinske untypisch, daher kann ich nur die anderen Filialen empfehlen!

Die Bedingung ist das beste, komme gerne Frauke ist sehr cool aber am aller besten ist vanessa, sie hat mein abend immer vergoldet. Ach ja, wir haben die Speise Karte in den Wochen ziemlich durch... und alles war perfekt. Eigentlich schade das wir nicht mehr zu euch kommen können. Unglaublich in Billstedt! Geben fast keine Soße auf das Rundstück warm. Nach einem Fünftel des Gerichtes war nur noch trocken Brötchen mit Fleisch vorhanden. Wenn man das bemängelt und mehr erbittet, wird einem diese mit 3 Euro berechnet, also mit einem Drittel der Kosten des gesamten Gerichtes, dass 8,60 Euro kostet. In Bramfeld kostete das Gericht im August 8,30 Euro mit viel mehr Soße. Aber auch dort hatte ich zusätzliche Soße erbeten. Es erfolgte keine zusätzliche Berechnung. Ist das in Billstedt vielleicht Berechnung?

Tolles Essen und freundliches Personal.

Zur Kundenschulung in Hamburg musste man am Vortag anreisen und so bin ich abends dann ins Schweinske. Leckeren Burger mit doppeltem Fleischpatty, dazu leckere Pommes und ein Duckstein. Komme gerne wieder.

Fangen wir mit dem besten an, das Servicepersonal ist einfach super gewesen. Das Essen jedoch war erstens nicht wie bestellt und auch beim zweiten Anlauf war das Fleisch nicht wie gewünscht. Für einen Salat würde ich auf die Stelle reicht es, Fleischgerichte kann ich jedoch nicht empfehlen. Schade ist auch, dass die Toiletten nicht sauber waren.

Endlich mal ein gutes Essen.... 😋
