We had fun both evenings, with good food, drinks, and, above all, wonderful staff. They even looked after my grandson's stuffed animal one night (because he forgot it) 😅. The stuffed animal was also well looked after. However, we had to let him sober up 😂 after we picked him up 🤣🥳 The staff is great, and we will be back.

The food was the lowest-in-the-line chain restaurant! Even the schnitzel! Fried potatoes were swimming in oil, Camembert was the cheapest frozen breaded and not quite warm, and the XXL version, for much more money, was almost the same size. The music was way too loud inside. All in all: never again! It's really gone downhill, and it's completely overpriced.

This place served the worst food we've tried. Both of the burgers we ordered had very dry and brittle buns that fell to pieces when we started eating them. My crispy chicken burger patty was tasteless and tasted like it was previously frozen and simply deep fried. The dressings on the burger were the only source of flavor. I had a side of onion rings and while the texture was good, they were dripping lots of grease with every bite. My stomach started feeling queasy and I suspect it's related to what they cook their food in. My wife also said she didn't have any flavor in her beef burger patty. She said the vegetables helped with flavor. She also did not like the onion rings. I suspect that they may be using old oil or cheap oil to cook their ingredients with, I'm not sure. We won't be coming back. The service was excellent though, I can't fault the service related to our visit.

I was at Schweinske Billstedt recently and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is cozy, the service friendly, and the value for money is absolutely spot on. I had a grilled dish – nice and juicy and perfectly seasoned. And a cold beer, what more could you want? The restaurant is right across from the Hotel Panorama, so it's super central. Ideal for a relaxing evening after work or a meeting with friends. We'll definitely be back!

Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist in Ordnung. Bestellte Speisen werden schnell zubereitet und serviert. Statt Petersilie, wie es in der Karte stand, wird trockengewürz auf das schnitzel gestreut. Echt lächerlich. Ansonsten schmeckt es. Kellner/innen sind eine hohe schlagzahl beim Biertrinker nicht gewohnt.

Consistent in every respect. We were served by Nicole, who made us feel welcome with her warm and genuine smile. The food was super delicious! Freshly prepared and obviously not processed. The icing on the cake was that we were reminded shortly before 9 p.m. that the cocktail happy hour was ending, in case we wanted to order something. We felt completely at home on this, our last, evening in Hamburg. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Short break in Hamburg. Overnight stay in the Billstedt district. Discovered Schweinske while strolling in the evening. Rustic ambiance, very friendly staff. Very good value for money. Kale with smoked pork and cabbage sausage with a side dish for €19.90. And there was plenty, really plenty, on the plate. I've rarely eaten kale so well prepared. Of course, the smoked pork (super juicy) and cabbage sausage (wonderful flavor) are in no way inferior, as are the roast potatoes. A pilsner with it, and it's delicious. I highly recommend it. On another evening, I ordered a Hamburg schnitzel. As expected, the quality was just as good. Crispy fried potatoes, a juicy schnitzel, and a salad. Also good value for money. If you're in the area, just stop by Schweinske.

Today I was there with my friends and my child. It wasn't overly crowded. We waited 20 minutes and weren't even served or greeted. After 20 minutes we decided to leave. The waitress saw that we had left and didn't even say hello or ask why we were leaving. It's a shame, I liked being there.

Were in Hamburg for a city trip, and were at Schweinske on Friday evening and had something to drink, and on Saturday evening we went out for dinner, the schnitzels were very tasty and sufficient, very friendly service, if we come back to Hamburg, we will definitely go there again.

We were there with the whole family because it was my mother's birthday, but I got food poisoning, and a few of my family members also complained of diarrhea. I don't think it's okay to play with people's health. I also told the waitress that we all think the mayonnaise tastes extremely like disinfectant. I'm reporting this to the health department. Please don't eat there. A former applicant of mine worked there and told me a few things about how things work in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it's very unhygienic.

The Schweinske Restaurant in Hamburg Billstedt offers a large selection of freshly prepared and extensive dishes. Access to the restaurant is barrier-free. Unfortunately, due to platforms, not every table is accessible without a barrier, but this shouldn't be a problem. The price-performance ratio is reasonable - as are the portion sizes - and the staff are always friendly and attentive. All in all, the Schweinske is worth a detour and definitely a recommendation!

Schnitzel, stuffed baked potato and salad was good! But the rest of the food could be better. Fries were undercooked, burger bun was burnt and hard as a rock. We waited over an hour for the food, it was difficult with a 3-year-old child. The music was a bit on the loud side. The waitress was sweet and friendly.

After a long time, I had lunch again in my old home at the Schweinske restaurant in Billstedt. The food was tasty and plentiful. Extremely friendly and attentive service staff.

We went for happy hour on Friday evening. The cocktails were super good and the price-performance ratio was great. The “Puti” as a snack was also very tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back :-)

Fast food in the service desert Miserable service that can no longer be described as such (male at the beginning, female in between, then male again). An imposition from start to finish. Dec. 4, 2024, afternoon First, the desired cappuccino was served lukewarm. Apparently the milk wasn't heated. At this point, the burgeoning dissatisfaction was swallowed. Then when you placed your order you didn't ask how you wanted the kale, they just brought you kale with sausage. When a Kassler was requested, a lukewarm piece of Kassler was brought to go with the cappuccino. There is an illustration in the menu, this can be misleading if you are hungry and don't read the small print. The picture shows kale with smoked pork and sausage, so one more or less naturally assumes that the kale is served with smoked pork and sausage - however, the pricing is such that both sausage and smoked pork are charged separately. At this point, you should have asked and the guest (who perhaps eats vegan and only wants the kale and would pay less for it) should not have been served something without asking that they did not order. The salad with the schnitzel we ordered wasn't even brought and this had to be requested too. Ordering a second drink at the table was impossible, we waited and waited. It has to be said that the restaurant was almost empty. So it wasn't that. It seemed as if we were being overlooked on purpose. What is a matter of course in other restaurants, pubs and pubs and shows attention to the guest, namely asking whether everything is OK or if there is anything else they would like, cannot be expected at Schweinske Billstedt. Food very tasty, schnitzel perfect, soft, tender, juicy. I really liked the topping on the schnitzel in the form of sour cream with smoked bacon and chives. Fried potatoes just the way I like them. Only the salad didn't impress me, it was so ordinary but fresh. However, the excellent service deserves a special mention. Despite the full house, the waitress did her best to find us a seat and regularly checked to make sure we had everything we wanted. I would have given it 6 stars if there had been an option.

First of all, the service was very good and loving But the food was very disappointing. The schnitzel napoli had a sauce that just tasted like tomato paste, the mozzarella was under the salamander for so long that it was just brown, pesto was tasteless and there was dried basil on top. Spaetzle wasn't such a good finished product, I've had better ones. The salad was iceberg, a slice of cucumber, a tomato and a few pieces of carrot with a watered down dressing. I've been to Schweinske's before, years ago, but I didn't remember it being that bad. I like to drink my light beer there, but I definitely won't eat it again. Maybe the bread would have been better, which was served in advance, but unfortunately that was over.

Schweinske Billstedt I've been visiting this restaurant for years and have never been treated badly. The service is always friendly and immediately at the table as soon as you sit down. I ALWAYS order lasagna and get more than full. The schnitzels are also highly recommended because they are homemade and are very large, juicy and delicious. I can recommend the complete menu. I have rarely found such a hygienic restaurant. the toilets are very clean and always equipped with hygiene products. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

I went here with my father for a lunchstop halfway along our trip. The food itself was okay. The meat, especially the pork, like expected, was very good but the fries were far below par. If you sit outside when the weather is nice, the hectic and loud hustle and bustle on the market area spoils your visit. People begging from the market area come up to the tables and beg the guests. When they become aware of it, the staff intervenes immediately and tries to stop it, but it can't be everywhere at the same time.

Unfortunately, not everyone is served in this shop, after 15 minutes of waiting there was still no service person, four of them stood at the counter and had a funny conversation. But other restaurants in Billstedt also want our money. After repeated requests to get something to drink, we were completely ignored. So for us it's clear we're just not coming back

I came back..and ask for a Glas of warm water but not cold because of my throt,she asked me why i drink warm Water .Was ok ..and she put her Finger in Front of me in the glass to Check it of warm !!!I told it's ok i dont need it because you put your finger on it...she lie in Front of me that she didn't put it....i smile and left...and her man college were swearing at me...thought we payed extrem amount for such Restaurant with good Tips...and i didnt tell my collègues..i just lét it go...but unfortunately the those 2 faces i never forget of there Actions and killer smile

We ate schnitzel Alsatian style. The schnitzels were much too thick for us. I also told the waiter this but he didn't really want to hear it. Since we wanted the schnitzel in Xxl, we had to pay an extra charge of €7 per schnitzel, but that wasn't mentioned. Of course you have to pay more for more meat. But with a normal price of €16, I think the extra charge is quite steep. We then spoke to the boss again (he was really very friendly): he told us that the sauce was supposed to be so expensive. The prices are still really fair here! Getting a children's meal with fries and schnitzel for under €5 is probably unbeatable.
