I rarely say a meal was bad—but this was by far the worst breakfast I've ever had. I'll never go back. Dirty, old, poor quality—a truly miserable breakfast experience. We should have noticed when the place was empty. A mistake we won't make again.

Great service from Murat and very friendly. The food is really tasty. Can only be recommended.

The food was delicious, but the service was a disaster. Neither tzatziki nor ezme is served with kebab plates. Only for grilled specialties. Waited 25 minutes for food. No tea offered after meal. A kebab bag had no tzatziki, just a teaspoon at most. Then I went and wanted tzatziki on it, the employee at the skewer said: there's tzatziki! He was so annoyed that he added two spoonfuls of tzatziki. So you could no longer eat it with pleasure. The last time I was there. For this I go on to Urfam at my old restaurant in Wandsbek. Where there is more politeness, hospitality and no skimping on extras like tzatziki and ezme. Yaziklar olsun. Ne ezme veriyonuz ne cacik kebab tabaginin yanina. Cimrilik baska degil. Cay da ardindan ikram edilmiyor. Yemek 25 dakika sonra geldi. Dönerin birinde cacik sanki cay kasigi kadar vardi. Götürüp üstüne koydurmak istedimde varya diyo kebab basindaki adam. Dedim neresinde var inadina iki kasik dolusu doldurdu ekmek ici döneri berbat etti. Aslinda kafasina atmak lazimdi cacik nasil konuldunu ögrenirdi. Ilk ve son gelisimiz.

Although the restaurant was full that evening due to Ramadan, we only had to wait 15 minutes for our food. The lamb chops were well-seasoned and tender. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. We will definitely come again! 😊

Unfortunately I didn't like Dürüm with poultry. Flatbread dry and from a warming box. Boring 3 sauces and almost only iceberg salad. No jalapenos available. Service only felt friendly to regular customers. There really is better on the Steindamm

1x fries and half a chicken to take away. Both cold - even if it was already 10 p.m., it should at least still be warm or no longer be sold. The 10 € for this is now probably normal, but the quality should also be good. I've been getting something there for over 20 years and I'm usually disappointed. Doner average here, there are better ones on Steindamm. As a German you always have the feeling that you are not wanted here. I've never been treated like this at Batman and the quality varies - but at least you're welcome there. I think I'll save myself the disappointment in the future. 1 star is actually too much.

We just went for brunch with 3 people. The food was disgusting and everything was cold. No flatbread, eggs cold, scrambled eggs cold, sausages cold, rolls hard. Nutella empty Room temperature 15 degrees, chairs partially torn open, plates dirty. Staff unfriendly. That wasn't a good start to the day. Never recommended.

First of all, we do not want to play with anyone's bread and labor, but we were very disturbed by this business, which did not even find a good solution for the seating arrangement (except for the bellboys), and at the same time embarrassed us in front of our family and guests, on a weekend where we had a nice weekend, where we came as a family and children. He threw it in our faces and seriously encouraged us to run away, but we didn't want to make any more unrest in front of our children, so we didn't prolong it. The meal was also very heavy for all of us, and the smell of minced meat in the lahmacun did not leave our hair and hands all night long. It is a pity that a place that looks nice from the outside should be such a disappointment, because everyone should really do their job properly.

Food tastes oily and is sometimes raw. Service takes a long time and is sometimes forgotten. After a second reminder, the condition followed. Condition takes a long time and the toilets are dirty as well as smelly.

We were there for breakfast and wanted to try out the breakfast buffet because it was advertised on the internet... then we arrived. At first nothing looked like a buffet, no fresh orange juice, no fruit, no jam, old honey, no selection of bread rolls, there was a variety of rolls and a bit of croissants cream cheese and cheese and a few sausages that didn't look good anymore, the cheese already had a crust. It was cold there and there was no service either... We were very disappointed and then left... unfortunately a big disappointment for us and we then went to have breakfast in another shop 👍🏾

You first have to drive from Dortmund to Hamburg to find a great Turkish restaurant. Very well-kept atmosphere and the food was top! In a huge glass cabinet you can choose the meat that will then be prepared on the grill. Employees and owners are all very nice. Highly recommended and always a starting point for us in Hamburg.

Staff friendly and accommodating. But very dirty and quickly on the windows. Toilet facilities dirty and dysfunctional. Not particularly great as a buffet, so the price is lower than others, but still too high... A few meters away there are better providers...

Travel space, fast service and good food.

I waited about 30 minutes for half a hand with fries. Fries were cold and not freshly fried. The hand wasn't fresh either. After eating I went to the toilet briefly and it was catastrophic. It was either very dirty or defective and smells disgusting. A health official must definitely visit. Also, I feel like you are being conditioned based on your order. Never again!!!

Is it normal to wait over an hour for food despite a moderate crowd? Even when paying you had to wait 10-15 minutes at the checkout because the waiter who served us couldn't be found. Really a shame

We waited 1 hour 30 minutes for the starter and then another 30 minutes for the dessert. The food didn't taste good, I had diarrhea afterwards and there was hair in the food.

Very shameful, the flatbread was still slippery, the Ayran without salt, the rice was cold and smelled strange, the meat was burnt, the fries were fried in old fat and cold, lettuce leaves were sold as salad, there was no more dough at 8:10 p.m , so no pide or lahmacun could be ordered. The soup doesn't taste like lentil soup, I assume it was mixed with pumpkin. But we wanted to have 127 euros for the bad food, despite the fact that we had the food returned. After eating we weren't really lucky enough to be able to look into the kitchen because it was clear that if the kitchen looked like that, how could the food be snails?

Were there again after 10 years. And found that it hasn't changed. We ordered a soup, actually with side dishes (greens) onions, rocket, etc. Came after 10 minutes and no side dishes, had to ask for it specially, and only got arugula and there was very little meat in the soup. Then I ate quickly and went out again. Unfortunately there were only 2 waiters around, the poor people couldn't keep up. The store was well stocked. I have known Lades for over 25 years, but in recent years they have deteriorated. It's clear to me that I won't be entering the store again. Everyone has different experiences.

If you don't know the job, don't do it! Apart from the fact that the service took 45 minutes to arrive and my order was forgotten many times, the salted minced meat you brought as Adana was beyond disgraceful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Very, very bad.

My best friend and I came from Berlin and wanted to have a relaxed meal. When we arrived we weren't greeted, it wasn't a problem, we went in on our own and wanted to look for a free seat. So now we speak to a waiter named Murat who was very rude and greeted us very superficially. When we asked if there were free seats, he offered us an uncomfortable seat. When we refused, he replied with “Yes, then not”. Under no circumstances would I allow myself to be served by a waiter like that. Otherwise the others were super friendly.

The service was quick and efficient without ever making me feel rushed. The waiter took the time and gave me excellent recommendations. His friendliness and professionalism made the evening particularly pleasant. I came with a friend and sat in a good corner with a window. The food was simply delicious! Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Particularly noteworthy were the starters, which not only looked great but also tasted great. The main course was a real culinary delight. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting, ideal for a relaxing evening. Overall it was an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates great service and fantastic food. I will definitely come back!

I have never eaten Turkish as well as in this restaurant. My wife and I had ox cheek soup for me and Sigara Börek for her as starters. Both were absolutely outstanding and as a main course we had a kebab plate that we have never had as good anywhere else. Again Thank you for the wonderful food and the great service and hospitality. Absolutely recommended!

The food arrived after about 5 minutes. Lukewarm kebab meat, lukewarm fries - definitely not fresh food. If I could I would give it minus twenty stars. A lentil soup that has as much to do with Mercimek as 2Pac has with Turkish folk music.

We were really disappointed with our visit to this restaurant. My family and I waited more than an hour for our food. All we were served during this time was the appetizer and the drinks. The main course simply didn't come, while other guests who ordered after us received their food after just 15 minutes. When I asked the staff where our food was, no one could give me a clear answer. Instead I was asked to speak to the “boss”. But even after this conversation, we received neither an apology nor any form of accommodation. Treating guests like this is really disappointing. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this restaurant.

As soon as there is a lot going on in the store, the waiters become stressed, wrong orders are brought, meat is cold... what's positive is nice glass of cola! Please go back to your old standard from a few years ago...

I ate there with my family last week, not recommended because the price/performance ratio wasn't right. Ordered a doner plate with fries three times and only received a doner plate with fries despite repeating the order several times. The meat is very tasty, but the fries are cold and dry, asked for ketchup several times and never received it. We will definitely not come back, absolutely not recommended.

Habe zweimal dort gegessen, es war extrem lecker. Vorweg gab es Salat, Ezme, rote Zwiebeln, yoghurtdip und Brot, allein das war schon sehr geschmackvoll und alles hausgemacht. Einmal hatte ich Hähnchenspieß, dieser war Perfekt gegrillt und super lecker. Das andere Mal hatte ich Ali nazik, das war der absolute Burner, noch nie habe ich dieses Gericht so gut gegessen. Es wird ein toller, fester Yoghurt verwendet, das Lamm war geschmacklich ein Traum und die Butter dazu tut den Rest:)) eins der Besten Essen das ich je hatte.

I haven't known the Lades Restaurant since today, I have known this restaurant since it first opened there. Back then, my father & I always ate there every Saturday after shopping, the quality was always guaranteed and there was never a reason why you shouldn't recommend this restaurant! Yesterday, however, I noticed that the good quality of this restaurant had deteriorated extremely, my son's chicken was dry, the fries were cold & to top it off I had to find cling film in my meat - I personally find it unappetizing & especially for me as an asthmatic it could be dangerous because I still have other allergens. My son & I have come to the conclusion that we won't eat there anymore, we basically invested €25.40 in garbage instead of good food. That's why we won't visit this restaurant again in the future. My son & I have eaten Turkish food in many German cities but we have never had such a bad meal. Even the most terrible kebab stalls where you think the food doesn't taste good ends up tasting better than what we were served there yesterday. So if you could get the money back I would get it straight away, simply out of principle that you shouldn't pay for bad food. The waiter made an effort, but one comment made me extremely angry, he took this piece of foil and said I could continue eating in peace, it should be normal for cling film to get into the food and left me speechless. For me this is not normal & shouldn't be called normal

Ich war in diesem Restaurant, weil es für mich und meine Familie eines der besten in Hamburg ist. Das Essen ist wie immer sehr lecker, aber als wir nach der Rechnung fragten, sagte uns der Kellner 85€ und er bestand darauf, dass wir bar und nicht mit Karte bezahlen. Der Betrag, den wir bezahlt haben, war ein bisschen mehr als das, was wir gegessen haben, also habe ich beim Verlassen des Lokals nach der Quittung gefragt, da es 2 Posten gab, die wir nicht bestellt haben. Ich habe mit ihm gesprochen und was hat er getan? Er hat mir einfach 5€ zurückgegeben. Es ist offensichtlich, dass er so etwas leider gewohnt ist. Übrigens hat er demjenigen, der bezahlt hat, als ich an der Kasse war, keine Quittung gegeben.

Moin Folks, wir wollten etwas Kalbiges futtern und sind über den Steindamm geschlendert und siehe da, ab rein hier. Flott wurde uns zu zweit ein Tisch am Fenster zugeteilt, die Karte nahezu im gleichen Atemzug und prompt Getränke bestellt und Zack, keine 3-Minuten später unsere Getränke. Das Restaurant fühlte sich langsam und wir durften bestellen und knappe 10 Wimpernschläge später war unser Essen serviert. Jetzt zwei Stunden später, alles gut, nix übergeben, besonders Knoblauch-Joghurt war sensationell, schaut beifolgende Bilder, alles 👍✅👍✅👍✅

Amazing Turkish grill and cafe, the food was outstanding and the service was also great. Recommend the Pide with Sucuk very highly. Only downside is that it’s located in a very rough neighbour but I don’t think it’s fair to make that a reflection of the cafe itself.

The tested Dürüm kebab with veal was completely convincing when it came to meat. This was really good meat and not this so-called 'rotisserie meat' with a high proportion of minced meat. The Dürüm bread was also not industrially produced. Unfortunately, this was not heated. This prevents the fifth star. Reasonably priced.

We wanted to go to the cinema and asked for 3 quick kebabs to take away. The man behind the counter said that this would only work if we sat down at a table. We then did that and ordered 3 kebabs, saying that we wanted to move on straight away. We were informed that there was no more veal, only chicken. After 10 minutes we still didn't have any kebabs but had to go so we wanted to pay for our coke and go. We were ignored at the checkout for several minutes. I said I just want to pay, we have to go, he doesn't need to start the kebab anymore. He then said he had already done 2 out of 3. So we thought the third one couldn't last much longer and then we had to go! But it went on for another 5 minutes. We then missed the beginning of the film for a really not special kebab. Dry bread that falls apart, lame meat, boring sauces :(

Unfortunately disappointing! The food was okay, but the prices are disproportionate - way too expensive! The service took extremely long and the atmosphere left a lot to be desired: worn, dirty chairs and broken toilets, some of which weren't even usable. You definitely expect more for the money. Absolutely unacceptable! I was there with my wife and child and just wanted to enjoy a kebab at the table - so it wasn't a small visit, there was already enough sales! Nevertheless, we were denied permission to eat a kebab at the table. Instead I was told I had to take a plated meal if I wanted to sit. Incredibly inflexible and absolutely not customer friendly! You would think that guest satisfaction should come first, but not here. Definitely the last visit to Lades for us. This is about proportionality.

I had dinner there with my family on Monday. We ordered two kebab plates and a grill plate. The grill plate was served to me after 5 minutes. The meat was lukewarm. In other words, it wasn't freshly grilled but rather something that had already been grilled was warmed up and for 26 euros. In the case of the kebab plates, the liquid from the salad completely soaked the fries. So much for food. Let's move on to the ambience. Before eating we all went to the bathroom to wash our hands. If we had done that once before eating, we wouldn't have eaten here. It smelled so pungently of urine there. Both the soap dispenser and the paper dispenser were empty. My wife told me that the women's toilet doesn't look any better. I will never come here again. I told the waitress that my food was cold. Then she just says ohhhh. She was surprised that the food was served so quickly by the other waiter. I am sending you the receipt and a photo of the food. Pay attention to the time.

I was in this restaurant recently and I have to say I was amazed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. As soon as you enter, you can feel the pleasant atmosphere and are immediately given a warm welcome, something that I often missed in Bavaria. Here you really feel like a guest and not just a customer. The food was excellent, lovingly prepared and presented with great care. It's rare to experience so much warmth and personal attention in a restaurant, which is exactly what makes this place special for me. I was here the whole time and I really liked it. My wife bought a hamburger and the bread wasn't heated. Overall the meat was burnt and we didn't like the service on the plate at all. As for my doner plate, the rice was very dry and I didn't like the doner kebab at all. I understand that we had a long wait and it was a busy Friday, but we can't get such bad food and service at the restaurant we paid for because it was busy. They didn't deserve the money we paid, I don't. I highly recommend it and won't go again. I used to come to this place all the time and liked it very much, today we came again with my family, my wife got a hamburger and I got a kebab plate, my wife's food was ice cold, the bread was not heated at all , the meat was burnt and we did not like the service of the plate at all. As for my kebab plate, the rice was very dry and I did not like the kebab at all. I understand that we were kept waiting for a long time , it was Friday and it was busy but we cannot get such bad food and service from a place we pay just because it is busy, they did not deserve the money we paid, I do not recommend it and I will not go again.

Very nice restaurant in St. Georg. Food is always tasty and plentiful... Everything halal... Were just there again on October 13th, 2024. Unfortunately I had to reduce a few points because the restaurant seemed slightly dingy and unfortunately so did the sanitary facilities. The table was cleaned upon request. The upholstered chairs also need cleaning. Too bad!

I ate there again after a long time but unfortunately it was still the same. The food is OK for snack level, the cutlery or plates are not particularly clean, the tables are also very dirty even though I was there at lunchtime during the week. The waiters are listless and not friendly at all. I ate for a total of 45 euros and tipped 5 euros and the waiter didn't even offer tea. There are much better restaurants on Steindamm.

The restaurant offers a diverse range of dishes. The service is friendly and quick (except for the drinks, which were initially forgotten). We chose Lokum (lamb fillet pieces) which were very tender and tasty. If you prefer the meat medium rare, this should be mentioned when ordering. Salad and fries are served with it. The salad was fresh, the fries were crispy and well seasoned. Recommended. The ambience was appealing.

Döner plate had 2/3 salad 0.5/3 fries 0.5/3 meat. The veal meat was very fatty and not tasty with gristle. Fries were probably the cheapest thin ones you can get from Rewe. There was salad on the plate which made the fries very soggy. Unfortunately no longer recommended, it rests too much on the old glory days.

The women's sanitary rooms were acceptable, men's were a disaster, both urinals were broken, the floor in front of them was damp and sticky, the toilet seats in the cubicles were loose, the lid didn't stay up. Everything is pretty dirty. Overall the stay was very disappointing - we expected more. The waiter tried to make up for it with friendliness.

If you come to Humburg you cannot miss this restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is fast and the staff is very friendly and tries to help you despite the language, I would give it more stars if I could.
