The cashier isn't very friendly and has a mean look. It gives the impression that you're annoying the customer. Still, I'll give you money and not water. No, again.

The atmosphere is really cool with the escalator underneath you. 😍😍😍, the food is simply amazing (especially the currywurst with fries 🤤😍😋), and the service is simply perfect 🥰🥰 (they gave us something for free). We've been here a few times and eaten plated meals, always paying around €30. Unfortunately, yesterday's price-performance ratio was definitely not up to scratch. A man, possibly the boss, filled our plates mostly with coleslaw, even though we'd ordered mixed salad with doner meat. The plate bore no resemblance to the dish pictured, and the portion was small. The atmosphere was bad, and we felt like we should be grateful to be eating there... We won't be coming back. €30 is just too much for that.

Food poisoning!!! Since yesterday after having Doner, my children have become sick and had to call Ambulance !!! Still they're under intense medication for stomach pain, Viber, headtich and vomiting caused by food poisoning !!!

Conveniently located for picking something up on the go. Last time I had a very good half chicken. €7.50, with fries €11.50. It's a hefty price, but it was tasty. This time not at all. More like quail-sized, pale, unseasoned. I also ordered 4 zucchini fritters with garlic sauce. Firstly, there was very little sauce for four fritters, and secondly, I know mint sauce. You only realize everything when you get home. So I went back the next day with the chicken photo and explained what was going on. Is THAT ours, the nice man at the checkout asks? Yes...everything explained. Then we'll give you a credit for next time. Great! I'm happy. The woman who usually stands at the checkout comes over. He explains the situation to her. She clicks her tongue twice, rolls her eyes, and says something to him, probably in Turkish. He pats me on the shoulder and says: Yeah, no, okay, we'll do better next time. That's it. Credit off the table and goodbye. Participated in complaint management. There's no next time. I once worked in complaint management myself. The first thing you learn: every dissatisfied customer tells at least 10 people. Every satisfied customer tells them too 🤷🏻‍♀️ In that sense: missed opportunity.

I always like to pick something up from you when I'm around. But this is the second time it's happened to me. If I order a dürüm with feta, then I would like one too. If I ask again when I pick it up whether there's feta in it and it's answered in the negative and I'm told it's just bad luck. Not so nice. But that's how I ordered it. The dürüm roll has become smaller and smaller for the price, so I thought I would be fuller with feta. Normally you say sorry and give something extra or just make a new one just like it was ordered.

It's always busy, so I can assume the produce is always fresh. Nothing stays uneaten for long. Simply top-notch! We and all our neighbors can therefore only give our absolute recommendation!

The best vegan kebab I've ever eaten. Beautifully fried, perfectly seasoned and all the side dishes just go so well together. Finally, the vegan cocktail sauce, which is simply amazing. The service was also very friendly and attentive! Can only recommend

We got good food here at a reasonable price.

I only had one portion of fries on hand, which were freshly fried and delicious. What surprised me, however, was the price of 5 EUR (French fries 4.20 and ketchup 0.80). That's steep, even if everything has become more expensive at the moment. Even on Jungfernstieg they only charge EUR 3.80 for fries with ketchup.

My best kebab house so far! In my opinion, the kebab tastes very good with the fresh ingredients, delicious chicken and crispy bread. The fries and currywurst taste good. I really appreciate the cleanliness in the snack bar and in the toilet 👍 It's not often seen everywhere.

Unfortunately not that tasty. The person who served me was also more busy with his cell phone. I was irritated that the kebab box was 50 cents more expensive than shown on the screen. As I waited, I understood why. That was an old video that was playing there. This is misleading! The fries were nice and crispy, but the meat could have used longer. Wasn't a highlight. There are two stars for the friendly lady who ensures a good dining experience and her nice farewell. Your colleagues can learn something from this.

Late in the afternoon on December 7th, 2024, the two of us ordered kebab and lahmacun with meat based on a recommendation, sat down in the restaurant and had top products delivered to the table, hot, freshly prepared, tasty, decent portion, quick checkout, friendly team. So nothing to complain about, gladly again

We have been customers there for 28 years and we have only had very good experiences. Everything is fresh and very tasty, always friendly staff. We can only recommend the Tibarg Kebap House to everyone.

Initially had good experiences… then it started: - the cocktail sauce smelled and tasted dumped - the rice smelled sour - Since the last visit (2 days ago) diarrhea from the chicken kebab. These things occurred on several visits within a few weeks. That's it for me.

The portion size of the kebab roll disappointed me last time, and now also the kebab pocket. Too bad!

I got far too little for what I paid!!

My favorite Kabap's place in town. I even consider its Döner Durum better and cheaper than Berlin's most popular places. The staff is friendly and service ist fast and clean. There is a terrace and restroom without payment.

There is obviously a wrong payment here (black). It's not without reason that the flower is in front of the checkout screen and if you look closely, the amounts entered are too low (observed several times)

Vegan Döner is spectacular, but I’d be concerned that the staff doesn’t bother to listen to a word of the order and then gaslights you about it. I don’t care if you’re not particularly friendly but if I wanted a vegan Döner sandwich I definitely didn’t misspeak and accidentally order a chicken durum, in what universe would any vegan accidentally order chicken? Mistakes are understandable but just fix it don’t gaslight people, who does that?

Actually 0 stars, the man at the checkout who takes the orders is totally unfriendly and just puts some sauces on the kebab that is absolutely worse. It was the second time most bus drivers used to go there but not anymore

We visit this kebab shop very often, but unfortunately the last two times were very disappointing. For vegans: I think the vegan kebab here is really delicious and I'm happy that it's possible to order vegan dishes even in Niendorf. But you have to be a little careful when ordering. I once ordered a Vöner, but it was served to me with a non-vegan sauce. I assumed that the sauce on the vegan kebab is always vegan unless you explicitly request otherwise (which wasn't the case for me). Except for this incident, I was otherwise always satisfied, I just wish that perhaps people would ask whether you wanted the vegan sauce or another sauce.

Currywurst fries, looked delicious at first, but the currywurst is a fried bockwurst. Wobbly, not tasty. Small portion of fries, I didn't get full, even though I usually leave some left over. Mayo/ketchup good. I've been eating here for many years, but the quality is getting worse, more expensive and more economical in terms of portions and sauce. MThree days ago I tried again with a kebab and I was annoyed by the lack of meat, 1 spoonful of sauce - dry. I specifically said “a little more sauce please”. That was the last time, my money was earned too hard. The atmosphere has long since changed anyway; There used to be cheerful employees behind the counter here. In order to stop being annoyed, I tried new things - City Döner, Niendorf Nord 👍Great sauces, lots of meat, nice service. How good a change can be!

False promises I was in a hurry and had to take my connecting bus, which left in 5 minutes. When I was in the kebab shop and asked if they could manage it, the nice gentleman said of course. I paid for my kebab and waited for him to prepare it for me. 5 minutes later the kebab still wasn't prepared and I already paid and had to go. I still have to pay, and I still have, it's pretty unprofessional. You can be honest and say that you can't do it, but cashing in and being quiet is a shame

Today I ordered a Dürüm for a change and what I got was a novelty. I've never had to think of an oversized cigar börek when thinking about a Dürüm... until today. Today was actually my cheat day but the Dürüm offered to me didn't feel like cheating. I would have preferred to pay €8 - €10 and then be happy about a normally stocked Dürüm than to curse this Schmalhans for €7.50 and feel cheated out of my money. Great quality of the food (especially everything related to kebab and salad) and very friendly (especially with children)

My conclusion = 1x normal Dürüm size was (still) ok, tasted good 4 *, 1x normal kebab in bread, size ok, but unfortunately the kebab in the bread had large pieces of chicken kebab in it, which bothered me, it wasn't a good chewing feeling and tasted very good neutral therefore 3*, 1x half chicken with fries (chicken was great but the fries were too hard, double fried) half chicken 5* fries 1*, and we still had 3x cans of cola and I paid 35.35 euros. Still don't understand the price constellation based on the price table.

The kebab prices are completely okay in relation to the quality on offer here. There are even “Vöner” on offer; a vegetarian kebab from Saitan. A kebab skewer made of layered meat is also offered here and not just minced meat and fat. The salad is also always crisp and fresh. For me the best kebab shop in Niendorf so far. This also explains why you sometimes have to wait longer because the queue is a little longer. Still, it's worth the wait!

We ordered a falafel wrap without cheese with hot sauce. The employee even repeated this to be sure. We got a falafel wrap with cheese and no hot sauce. I wouldn't be writing this review if this were an isolated incident. I've been there 3 times now and each time I or a friend simply got the, let's say, normal version, so it's definitely not recommended for people who are allergic to something. In addition, no masters or visas are possible :/. I can therefore recommend going to the kebab shop on Tibarg :) from now on I'll only go there.

Ok, there are always better ones and taste is subjective. We like it here and I can't attest to the unfriendliness and I've been coming here for a few years. Portions have become smaller and more expensive over time, but where is this the case right now and not elsewhere? Manic people can now complain about this everywhere and every day. So for us everything is ok so far.

In my opinion the best kebab in town. Also varied daily specials. Currywurst and fries great.

Kontrolliert bitte ihr Rückgeld. Es wird hier öfters mal „vergessen“ die richtige Summe zurückzugeben. Ich habe keinen Anspruch, dass die Mitarbeiter perfekt Zählen können. Die haben aber eine Kasse zur Unterstützung und schaffen es trotzdem, sich „aus Versehen“ um fast die Hälfte des Preises zu verrechnen. Danach nur schön lächeln und hoffen das man es nicht bemerkt hat. Und danach noch nen geht so Dönner für fast 7€ servieren. Wünsche euch, dass ihr selbst auf selber Art und Weise abgezockt werden.

Mein Go-to Döner-Imbiss, wenn ich guten und qualitativen Döner will! Als Veganer finde ich nirgendwo besseren veganen Döner mit Seitan-Fleisch! Der Teig ist immer schön knackig und knusprig, feinste Sahne! Die Angestellten dort sind immer sehr zuvorkommend und wenn man sich dort die Treppen rauf oder draußen hinsetzt, wird einem das Essen gebracht, geiler Service Das Ambiente ist richtig angenehm. Drinnen kann man zwei Treppenabschnitte raufgehen. Im 1. Stockwerk kann man sich hinsetzen oder im 2. Stockwerk. Ähnelt etwas dem typisch amerikanischen Diner. Geilste Ledersitze, Fenster und Tische, man fühlt sich dort einfach wohl Salz und Pfeffer sind auf dem Tisch vorhanden) Im Sommer kann man sich auch draußen hinsetzen oder wenn es schnell gehen muss, stellen die Jungs einem ein quasi Drive-Thru-System zur Verfügung, d.h. nach jeder Bestellung erhält man eine Nummer und diese wird aufgerufen, sobald das Essen fertig ist. Einfach ans Fenster gehen, Essen verpackt abholen und weiter geht‘s, wenn man es eilig hat Fazit: Essen ist top, Service ist sehr gut, Drive-Thru-System als Mehrwert, wenn es schnell gehen muss und das Ambiente ist im Inneren klug gemacht.
