The restaurant reopened on September 16, 2020 after a break of almost 6 months. Maybe that was also the reason for the failed performance. In any case, I have to strongly advise against it for the following reasons.
Time: Ordered 4 of 7 courses with wine accompaniment. Dinner took a whopping 5.5 hours. This is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable. The dishes were all cleverly prepared, impeccably prepared with the finest ingredients, even if not everything met my personal taste. The wine pairing was disappointing. Not only were the wines served much earlier than the food, but the quality/quantity of the wines could have been better considering the price (45 EUR for 4 x 0.1L). I'm also not sure if it was really 0.1L. When we finally got the bill after 5.5 hours at half past midnight, completely exhausted, I was shocked by the price of 9 EUR for a 0.75 liter bottle of water. That's sick! If you spend over 300 EUR on the meal, you can expect to be given a jug of still water for free. This is absolutely outrageous. Especially since we're not talking about any Himalayan mountain spring water, but about seltzer.
I'm sorry, but we will never visit this restaurant again and I can also advise all other guests to look for other star restaurants.
I really can't understand the other reviews. The restaurant is simple. The service was really nice and friendly. I'm of Asian descent myself and I have to honestly say that the food tastes really great. In terms of price, everything is fair too. Definitely worth a visit!
Lukewarm pizza that was only finally delivered when we asked - and then half of it was forgotten, so it had to be delivered again. Dough with far too much flour, base not fully cooked.
Good seminar hotel, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.
The service in the restaurant and at the bar was quick. The food was okay and the care during the seminar was good.
The quiet, remote location also makes it possible to relax in nature after the events.
I ordered the PiPaSa pizza. Unfortunately it was completely cold and the meat dried out as a result. Unfortunately, my request that I didn't want pepperoni (allergy) was not taken into account either. Except the pizza melted into the cardboard box, so you could only enjoy half of it and just the edge of the other half. The whole pizza, including the dough, simply didn't taste like anything because apparently no salt was used anywhere. It's a shame, I've always really liked it there, but that's not possible!!
Wow! Five stars! 😍♥️
We happened to be in this store yesterday - we had originally typed something else into Google Maps. But then we noticed Bradost and we are SO happy about it! Here you will really find a huge selection of delicious dishes, very, very nice staff and great food. It was so delicious that we ordered something new with it twice more. Thanks for the great dinner! 😍🫶🏻
It's actually a decent restaurant, but such rude staff unfortunately ruins the desire to eat or order there again.
The pizzas used to be larger, but they're still great for the price. But when the staff makes you feel like an idiot because you want to pay by card, ask for a tip on the receipt, or ask for a pizza slice for takeout, it ruins the experience. Next time, it's better to go to a restaurant where you, as a paying customer, are actually appreciated. The restaurant is probably doing too well not to treat its regulars with a little more respect.
