Wir haben das Lokal gewählt, da es unserem Hotel angegliedert war. Das war eine gute Entscheidung. Essen sehrsehr lecker. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, Sonderwünsche wurden problemlos lösungsorientiert erfüllt. Schönes Ambiente. Definitiv beim nächsten Mal wieder.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, freundliches Personal, auch das Essen war super lecker! Ich persönlich kann es nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Down-to-earth restaurant with friendly innkeepers. The food, Schnitzel Büttner and Cordon Bleu, was excellent. Chocolate cakes and Kaiserschmarrn rounded things off nicely.

A very nicely decorated restaurant. Franconian cuisine with excellent food. Rarely have I had such good spaetzle.

The dining room is a really beautiful old room. Very cozy. But in my opinion the price-performance ratio for the food is not right. Unfortunately the receipt was not separated. Afterwards we had no way of checking how the rather high price came about. Unfortunately, there is no online menu (with the exception of the menu menu) that you could use to get your bearings. At least I didn't find any. With such a highly praised house, I would have expected that there would have been at least a small apology regarding the rather long power outage, which was only in this house.

Bester Döner in Mainfranken. Portion riesig, Preise beim Essen angemessen, bei den Getränken eher gehoben. Auf dem Bild ist die große Dönertasche für rund 10€ zu sehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Yesterday we had a wonderful evening in this restaurant. The modern ambience in the historic building is a pleasant surprise as soon as you enter. Even the start was a feast for the eyes and extremely creative down to the smallest detail. The following ten-course menu was based on regional cuisine and was extremely diverse and lovingly designed. You can clearly feel the joy of cooking and designing. Another highlight is the expert service, which works with a perfect mix of attentiveness and restraint. We also found it very nice that at the end of our visit the chef personally inquired briefly. An unforgettable evening - many thanks to everyone involved!!!

Super delicious Franconian cuisine. Staff always friendly and attentive. It's better to make a reservation because the restaurant is really busy.

Food was ok, good price/performance ratio

Beim Weingasthof Rose, der mit seiner Schwäbischen Küche wirbt, hatte ich Bratkartoffeln mit Pfannengemüse bestellt. Sorry, doch was ich dort bekommen habe war sehr weit weg von jeder Schwäbischen Küche. Soweit ich die diese "Hausmannkost" einschätzen kann, waren die Zutaten jeweils aus der Tüte, wurden in der Microwelle erwärmt und haben keine Küchenpfanne gesehen. Nachdem ich der Bedienung auf die übliche Nachfrage -Hat es den geschmeckt- mit NEIN antwortete, wurde diese auch noch grantig.

Unfriendly, annoyed service, unfriendly, annoyed kitchen staff who visibly gossiped about our 3 year old son in the kitchen, even though he was happy and in a good mood. Apparently it was too much for the staff and something like that is of course an absolute “no go”! We were definitely there for the last time. Definitely not recommended for families with children!
