Wine and beer (0.4) were good. The porcini mushroom ravioli was probably a convenience product, for €18.90. The shoulder of pork (€22.90) was probably kept warm for a long time, as the edges were dry. The dumpling was probably a convenience product. The savoy cabbage was probably stretched with a lot of convenience mashed potatoes.

In my opinion, it's extremely expensive. Especially the wine. It's insane for a wine-growing region. Much, much cheaper on the Moselle or Rhine.

Top-notch food, friendly service who enjoy their work. It's a bit more expensive, but you get first-class food. We all enjoyed our meal. We had cordon bleu, truffle ravioli, and creamed schnitzel.

Plain pork schnitzel with spaetzle, chanterelles, and salad. Just the thing for a summer evening. Ate there again today. Due to the season, I had a pork neck steak with spaetzle and chanterelles. Simply great... Regional Franconian dishes of a high standard. I personally especially love the vegetables and desserts. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. I highly recommend it. As a vegetable lover, I had venison saddle with salsify vegetables and potatoes today. It was once again incredibly delicious. Kudos to the kitchen... Once again, everything was perfect. A beautiful restaurant with a cozy courtyard garden and a friendly staff. The iced passion fruit wine cocktail was very good and refreshing. In keeping with chanterelle season, I had a cream of chanterelle soup and a salad with chanterelles – both were delicious, and the baguette served with the salad was super fresh and delicious.

Twice and never again! It is astonishing how the male server treats guests. The male server was extremely unfriendly, rude, and used a very rude tone (to put it mildly). If I had been alone in the restaurant and not with friends, I would have left immediately. As a guest, I don't have to put up with that tone and nonverbal communication, and I don't want to spend any money there. The portion of food was manageable and therefore too expensive. If I leave a restaurant hungry, that says a lot, since I usually have to take half home with me. You can go, but you don't have to. I will certainly not visit that restaurant again. I prefer restaurants that know how to treat guests.

The service was consistently attentive, friendly, and courteous. We felt very comfortable throughout our entire visit. The food was also excellent – ​​flavorful and beautifully presented. If you're in this city, it's definitely worth stopping by in the evening. We recommend making a reservation in advance, as it can get very busy. The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and courteous, without being intrusive. You feel truly welcome as a guest here. The lovingly designed beer garden is also particularly beautiful, ideal for relaxing in nice weather. The interior is also tastefully decorated and very inviting. A real highlight: There's even deodorant in the restrooms – a small but much appreciated detail that shows how much importance is placed on the well-being of the guests. We stopped at the Lilie during our camping holiday. The reception at the Ankergrund campsite recommended the restaurant to us because of its authentic Franconian cuisine. What can I say: It was worth it. Shoulder of pork, roast stew, pike-perch fillet, and soup with liver dumplings, all excellent. For dessert, homemade ice cream. Therefore, only fresh ingredients. You can taste it. Very friendly service, reasonable prices. Please keep up the good work.

We had five shoulders of savoy cabbage at the table. The savoy cabbage was served in a large bowl. Enough has already been said about shoulders of savoy cabbage. The savoy cabbage wasn't simply sliced ​​and steamed, but also had a delicious roux. Our schnitzel-loving friend was delighted with the homemade potato salad. The service was friendly, the wait time was short, and the value was reasonable. Everything was excellent.

Die Reservierung klappte einwandfrei und auch die bestellten Speisen und Getränke kamen flott und professionell serviert. Die Innengastronomie leerte sich glücklicherweise unerwartet rasch, so daß wir zu 7. nach innen rücken konnten und bis Geschäftsschluß daß ausgegebene Ziel (gemütlicher Abend) erreichten.

Very well located restaurant in the middle of beautiful Volkach. The food was really excellent, I had Schäufele with dumplings and savoy cabbage. The Schäufele was huge and the side dishes were also excellent. We were served very friendly and there is also a beautiful garden, which we unfortunately couldn't use due to a thunderstorm. Innerhalb 2 Tagen war ich 1 x zum Abendessen in der Lilie und dann zum Mittagessen. Weil es einfach soooo gut war. Ich hatte Spargel mit einer hervorragenden Hollandaise, dazu fantastische gekochte Kartoffeln und dazu noch ein Zanderfilet vom feinsten und perfekt angebraten. So ein tolles Essen, bei dem ALLES von A-Z hervorragend geschmeckt hat und dann noch von bester Qualität, hatte ich lange nicht. Es gab viele tolle Gerichte auf der Karte, man kann sich kaum entscheiden, so entschied ich, am nächsten Tag noch gleich den marinierten Ziegenkäse auf Salat mit Baguette zu geniessen. Ich sass beidesmal draussen und fühlte mich sehr wohl. Man wird auch sehr aufmerksam und freundlich bedient. Im Innenraum sieht auch alles sehr schön geschmackvoll aus. Ein fantastisches Lokal - wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und jeden Euro wert. Gerne wieder, wenn ich in die Gegend komme.

Mit Glück haben wir aufgrund eines Tipps von Einheimischen kurzfristig einen Tisch reservieren können. Folglich war das Restaurant voll und leider sehr laut! Die Gespräche der Nachbartische waren so laut, dass man das Gegenüber nicht gut verstehen konnte. Service und Küche jedoch hervorragend! Die beiden Damen im Service ruhig und erfahren, trotz der Zwischen-Bestellungen. Einblicke in die Küche zeigten, dass auch hier eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre herrscht. Das Essen: Tafelspitz in cremiger Meerrettichsoße und auch die Bärlauch-Nudeln mit gebratenem Fisch. Danach passte leider kein Nachtisch mehr rein ;-/
