riesige Portionen, alles frisch, tolle Auswahl. schöner Sitzbereich, Essen wurde nach Bestellung an der Theke zum Tisch gebracht. Port. Pommes mit 5,50 Eur schon teuer aber es war auch eine große Portion trotzallem ein gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr schlechte Qualität. Die Gesamtbewertung von 4,4 ist definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt! Ich kann einen Besuch nicht empfehlen und da spreche ich den lächerlich hohen Preis noch nicht mal an.

Alles bestens. Essen immer top.

Vorzeige Dönerladen, war früher beim Bund oft dort, wenn ich jetzt zufällig in der gegend bin plane ich immer ein Essen dort ein weil der Laden echt gut ist.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Eine übersichtliche Menükarte. Die Gerichte werden frisch zubereitet mit sehr gute Qualität und vernünftige Portion. Preis/Leistung Verhältnis Ideal. Auf jeden Fall eine weiterempfehlen.

Mein kleiner hat sich ne Chicken Nuggets Box geholt. 5 Nuggets und n paar Pommes. 9,50€!!! Absolute Lachnummer!!! Früher gerne hin gegangen ( beim Vorbesitzer) Dieser Preis ist in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt!!!

Sehr guter hausgemachter Lahmacun. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Kalbsfleisch, das es an Wochenenden gibt.

Super Restaurant, sind wegen Freunden extra von Heidelberg hergefahren. Die Preisleistung ist der Hammer! Die Bedienung war sehr nett und höflich. Der Geschmack vom Fleisch top! Die Wc‘s sehr sauber und alles in Allem Top. Würde fast sogar behaupten, dass es in unserer Umgebung keinen besseren döner gibt, was Ambiente und Preisleistung betrifft. Volle verdiente Sterne.

Sehr herzliche Mitarbeiter und sehr leckeres Essen, in einer tollen Atmosphäre! Auch hilfsbereit bei einer kleinen Autopanne ;) Evtl. könnte man auch alternative über eine Variante mit Kalb nachdenken, wäre perfekt! Eine wirkliche Bereicherung für Volkach.🙏

Die Dönertasche war sehr gut , Fleisch ist gut gewürzt , der Salat ist frisch , die Sauce schmeckt ebenfalls gut und das Brot ist nicht zu dick und nicht zu dünn. Ich werde definitv wieder kommen

Schlechtester Döner den ich je gegessen habe hatte danach eine Lebensmittelvergiftung undlag im Krankenhaus sehr unfreundlicher Service und schlechtes Essen

Ich bat den nicht sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter, dass er mir die Dönerrolle ( Dürüm) in 2 Hälften schneidet für die Kinder. Darauf hin sagt er..."das machen wir nicht!" Messer hätte er sicher gehabt, da der Laden gut ausgestattet ist...Komische Leute...

Angefangen von den Mitarbeitern die nicht freundlich sind. Ein leises“Hallo“ kein „ Auf Wiedersehen „ weder „ Guten Appetit“. Das Fleisch wird nicht frisch abgeschnitten sondern ist vorgeschnitten in einer Box. Bei der „Döner Pizza“ wird das Fleisch und die Soße einfach so auf die fertige Pizza drauf geschmissen das wenn man den Karton aufmacht die Soßen und das Fleisch am Deckel klebt. Die Pizza wurde auch nicht geschnitten. Alles in allem leider Masse statt Klasse und das zu Preisen die auch nicht „günstig“ sind. Das war leider der erste und letzte Besuch hier.

Habe im Vorfeld schon viel gutes über das Restaurant gehört. Ja man muss schon fast Restaurant sagen, da das Ambiente und die Qualität eine durchschnittliche Dönerbude schon übertrifft. Lahmacun war eine 10/10, super Brot, gutes Fleisch und top Soßen. Auch Falaffelbox war sehr lecker. Service sehr freundlich und Ambiente ist auch gemütlich. Hier lohnt sich auf jeden Fall ein Ausflug nach Volkach!

Freundliche Leute, gute Stimmung in der Küche, nettes Ambiente. Speisen sind liebevoll zubereitet und schmecken. Alles in allem eine runde Sache!

After ages and countless price increases, I decided to give this place another chance, and I wasn't disappointed. It's expensive, but the staff is very friendly, no more "you have to sit down!", the kebab is well-made, and ultimately, for the price, it's a good portion (and even the way I wanted it (which was unusual and better than before). Everything was super fast, too! Great! I'll be back.

We're repeat customers and can 100% confirm that the food is always delicious and plentiful. The price/performance ratio is still right here. This time, we had a server who seemed to be having a bad day. That's okay, everyone has bad days, but the food was incredibly delicious. We'll be back.

Super friendly staff! The doner meat is crispy fried, the salad is fresh, and the sauces taste really good. The big doner is the perfect portion if you skipped lunch!

Many hands are involved in the preparation, which takes too long, and the queues are ignored. The doner meat and fresh salads are okay, but they're drizzled with way too much sauce and then pressed down tightly. Not the first choice in Volkach.

Unfortunately, After ordering a sample of the Classic Donner, it was way too salty!! The meat was salty! Very unhealthy and over-seasoned. Too bad. The sauce tastes just as good, though. That's the positive side.

The only unfriendly person was the man at the cash register. He's not very tall, and his hair is short or even bald. The rest of the staff is always very nice. They don't even say thank you when you tip.

The XXL doner is really good, one suggestion for improvement would be to add a little more sauce to the bottom to make the doner taste better

The food was okay, but it could have been much better. The sauce was very flavorless, and the meat tasted quite fatty. Prices are above average, which used to be acceptable given the portion size and the taste. Unfortunately, the ratio is no longer right.

There was a very detailed allergen chart! That was really great! I would definitely come back.

What a shame, what a shame... They used to have the best kebab for miles around, but what we experienced last time was a complete disaster. One colleague had a piece of bone in his kebab, which shouldn't happen, but it can happen... Regarding the four big kebabs we ordered: The big kebab used to be so delicious and large that we enjoyed it every now and then. This time, it was the worst kebab we (and all our colleagues agreed) have ever eaten. Two-thirds of the kebab had no sauce at all, so the kebab was as dry as the Gobi Desert. The bottom half consisted entirely of dry meat, with only a tiny bit of vegetables in the top half. Distributing the ingredients evenly, as best as possible? No way! A completely carelessly presented, dry kebab with barely any sauce. I really hope that changes. And please offer your special sauce again! I'll probably give the store one last chance.

It used to be better, unfortunately my kebab meat was thin and totally dry and really full of fat... it was shiny with fat. Sauce was sweet and somehow didn't taste that good. Fries were delicious. Fast and attentive service.

We sat at a large table upstairs, there was a lot going on that evening. Luckily, you can always get a spot quickly if you're a couple. We had a kebab with everything and a drink, which was brought to our place ❤️. Price performance is very good here for just €22 for two people - I can highly recommend this restaurant.

The kebab tastes okay, but I think it's exaggerated to fall into euphoria like so many comments here. Much more noticeable to me is that the employees at Ützel are extremely unfriendly across the board. I've known the store since it opened and I've rarely seen employees who gave me the feeling that they enjoyed their job.

I have eaten here many times and for me it has been the best kebab in the entire region for many years. The quality, ambience and service are top notch.

The Donner pizza in the picture looks delicious, smells great and looks tempting, but because of the shampoo sauce (mild sauce) which tastes like detergent, I threw all the meat off the dough, I will never eat Donner pizza again.

Best kebab in Lower Franconia! It is the measure of all things. Friends and family tell me when they have had Turkish food elsewhere. Nobody has ever told me that there is a better Turkish snack Ützel Brützel in our region. In the meantime, you also have to accept that there will be a short waiting time, but we all do that. With love. Because the quality and taste is unsurpassed.

Was there on Thursday. I'm still in bed today (Saturday) with acquired food poisoning. And no, I didn't eat anything else and no, it's not a viral infection.

Really very tasty food - whether kebab, kebab box or pizza. The staff is also always very friendly, since we only ever order "to go", I can't say too much about the ambience. At least the entrance area is comfortably furnished. Clear recommendation!

The fun is slowly coming to an end for me when it comes to prices: A small portion of fries for 5.50 and a kebab that once cost 3.50 euros costs a whopping "7.40" euros, that is just USURY. It's almost always tasty here, but given the cost, I'd rather buy the ingredients at a discount store and fry it myself at home. 100% more earnings with smaller portions, no wonder the super rich are becoming more and more numerous in this country...

With the name you gave yourself... simply great 😂. The important thing now. Had dinner there after our hike. Everything was clean and tasty, plus there was more than enough quantity and taste. Pricing absolutely fair.

Today we took a trip to Volkach and ate a delicious sandwich there! Unfortunately, we were totally stressed out about time (the train was running) and the staff was so nice and prepared everything for us as quickly as possible. Thank you for that!

I was very disappointed with my visit to Ützel Brützel in Volkach. You couldn't choose the type of kebab meat, which is unusual. The meat was not freshly cut from the spit, but taken from an aluminum tray. That was really disappointing and took away the fresh taste of the kebab. The cheekiest thing, however, was that a white plastic bag cost an extra 30 cents. I have never experienced anything like this in any other kebab shop. I will definitely not recommend this store.

Delicious kebab and very large portions. We ate on site. Even though there wasn't much going on, we had to make sure we paid and packed our "leftovers" ourselves.
