Essen, Service und Ambiente - alles topp wie immer

Leider eine sehr kleine Pizza mit Käserand. Für den Preis nicht angemessen. Geschmacklich immerhin gut.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut, vor allem der Pizzateig. Schön ist auch, dass es besondere Pizzabeläge gibt. Wer das nicht mag, kann aber auch eine einfache Pizza Salami bestellen. Wir waren bereit ein paar mal dort zum Abendessen. Bei unserem letzten Besuch waren wir vom Service und dem Umgang uns gegenüber jedoch enttäuscht. Die beiden Servicekräfte waren nicht besonders freundlich und ein höfliches Nachfragen, ob wir denn noch etwas bestellen wollten fehlte völlig. Zudem stand eine der Damen dann plötzlich am Tisch und kassierte uns ab, da der Tisch ja noch benötigt werde. Man muss jedoch jetzt dazu sagen, dass wir den Tisch für 17:30Uhr reserviert haben und bei einer standartmäßigen Reservierungszeit von 2 Stunden (wie auch auf der Website steht) haben wir somit den Tisch bis 19:30Uhr. Die nächste Gruppe stand jedoch schon um kurz vor 19Uhr im Restaurant. Unser abkassieren erfolgte kurz drauf. In unserer Zeit hätten wir gerne entspannt ausgetrunken oder eventuell noch ein kleines Getränk bestellt. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt, sehr schade...

Sehr schöner Italiener. Tolle Atmosphäre. Wir hatten eine sehr lecker Pinsa. Toller Teig und gut belegt. Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Auf der Durchreise fand ich mich inmitten der Aromen meiner Heimat wieder, obwohl sie so weit weg war… Freundlicher Service… angenehme Atmosphäre… hochwertige Produkte und einzigartige Geschmacksrichtungen… Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen… Bravo!

Wow, wow, wow.... Wir sind total begeistert... Leckerste Pizza ever. Man fühlt sich von Anfang bis zum Ende total wohl. Sehr liebes aufmerksames Personal. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Gute Atmoshpäre, freundliches Personal, kein einfoliertes Menü, Stoffservietten, liebevoll gefaltet. Die Pasta al Forno sehr gut, sehr feines Ragu (wie machen die das bloß?), die Pizza Tonno ganz gut. Etwas trocken, fehlte ein Schuß Olivenöl.

Wer gut essen will... muss nach Corleone...💣💯

Ich war mit meiner Frau dort essen, alles war köstlich und die Pizza war spektakulär, herzlichen Glückwunsch, ihr seid die Besten!

Tolle Karte , konnte mich kaum entscheiden. Es wurden dann Sepia Ravioli mit Lachs von der Tageskarte. Das Gericht hat sehr gut geschmeckt, richtig gut fande ich die Zitronen-Note in der Soße . Das Ambiente im Gewölbe ist wunderschön. Etwas kalt , dem aber mit Decken entgegen gewirkt wird, hilft nur leider nicht gegen kalte Füße , also lieber ein paar dickere Socken anziehen ;).

Haben dort heute spontan reservieren können. Haben beide Pinsa gegessen, eine mit Garnelen und eine mit Schinken und Burrata. Beide sehr sehr lecker und gut belegt. Zum Nachtisch gab's Kaffee Tartufo, auch sehr zu empfehlen. Können beides wärmstens empfehlen. Preis-/Leistung absolut in Ordnung.

Last night, my partner and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary at Corleone. Making a reservation in advance was absolutely necessary given the restaurant was completely sold out, and I highly recommend it. There's not much to say about the food, except that it's some of the best Italian cuisine you can find outside of Sicily. Be sure to try the Tiramisu alla Sandro! (It's indescribable.) Unfortunately, we'll have to come back more often now to try the rest of the menu and daily specials!

Everything is just right here: friendly and attentive staff, a lovely ambiance, and great food. The dishes live up to their visual promise. It couldn't be better, and the prices are fair 👍.

We wanted to eat there the day before yesterday, but the reservation failed: We filled out the form, and the confirmation said: "We'll get back to you to let you know if it's possible"—unfortunately, that didn't happen. Too bad.

Unfortunately, I can't give more stars. We tried to make a reservation via email on the restaurant's website. However, after 24 hours, I still hadn't received a response. I sent another email, this time using the email address, but unfortunately, there was no response. When we arrived at the hotel in Volkach, I called the restaurant and just then heard from the answering machine that the restaurant was closed that evening due to a private party. This just shows that the owners absolutely don't need it. What a shame. Thank goodness there are enough good restaurants to go to. This restaurant won't see us again. And for your information, we didn't even go to your establishment. That's a lie. We simply didn't need to. It's a shame that you still need something like that after that.

Definitely worth a visit; the food is delicious, and the food is accompanied by music. Whether it's the chef singing in Italian or the radio playing a selection of Italian favorites. The only minor drawback was our table being right between the drinks counter and the doorway to the restroom. We'd gladly go back.

Despite having a birthday reservation, we were assigned a small table upstairs, right next to the door, overlooking the bar. Not so great. The room upstairs is small, cramped, and loud. We would recommend the basement room downstairs, as it's more comfortable and quiet. Several guests next to us also asked to be moved because of the noise. Unfortunately, smiling wasn't possible in our case.

Very delicious food! We had wild herb salad with burrata and mango, along with crispy, warm pizza dough sticks and a pizza. Everything was excellent. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere. Reasonably priced.

We order the lasagna here quite often. At the beginning of this week, everything was as usual. (One of the best I've ever eaten.) Today, unfortunately, we were unpleasantly surprised, as the entire ingredients seem to have changed. What a shame. We'll try again in a few weeks, otherwise we'll have to look elsewhere. The pizzas and desserts are still top-notch.

The Ristorante Corleone in Volkach is an absolute highlight for me! The changing daily menu always offers great dishes that make every visit a culinary experience. A real highlight are the singing chefs, whose Italian accompaniment you can hear in the beautiful dining room – this creates a unique, authentic atmosphere that immediately evokes a holiday feeling. For me, the Ristorante Corleone is always a wonderful escape from everyday life, a place where you can perfectly combine enjoyment and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Great ambience - something completely different inside the old walls. No run-of-the-mill pizzas. Very attentive service. And the pizza tastes great. Finally, an espresso as it should be.

We are currently in Volkach for a long weekend and have chosen the Ristorante Corleone for dinner. The reservation via email via the homepage went smoothly. The ambience is divided between classic, more like a winter garden and a street restaurant, funny, special but somehow appropriate. The service is very courteous and nice. The menu is rather small, but offers something for everyone. We chose Pizza Don Giovanni. The pizzas were very very good 👍👍💪💪🇮🇹 The grappa for dessert was also very good...👍 The Ristorante Corleone is a really, really good Italian restaurant that we will definitely come back to when we are in Volkach again.

We were assigned a very small table, about 60 cm long. There were spice mills, candles, flower vases and wine coolers on it. Only a narrow strip was left on the table for eating on large plates. I almost knocked over the wine glass with the acrobatics I had to practice in order to eat. It wasn't relaxing and wasn't appropriate for the high prices. The food itself was fine.

This place is part of any journey I have in Germany! Delicious food, amazing staff and owners and excellent atmosphere.

We were there on New Year's Eve and it was great. The starter was bresaola ham, shaped like a tortellono, filled with mozzarella cream, tomatoes and basil. The risotto with truffles was a dream. Main course scampi, cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned, on a potato cream with Mediterranean vegetables. The highlight was the deconstructed tiramisu, incredibly delicious. Service was top as was the whole evening.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren nach unserer Anreise nach Fahr am Main zum Essen. Der Service, das Essen und vor allem das familiäre Ambiente sind super. Besonders der gegrillte Pulpo ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier her. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Es ist jedes Mal ein Genuss und eine herzliche Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist spitze und der Service äußerst freundlich und angenehm. Neben den Klassikern findet man auf der Tageskarte oft ausgewöhnliche Speisen.

Never again ! The starter was forgotten, the wrong pizza was served, a salty anchovy pizza instead of tuna, of course we complained, and then we were asked if we really wanted a new pizza. Veal fillet was only lukewarm, wedges were soggy, instead of an apology, she said Cheffin that the waitress is still brand new. The evening was over, what a shame.

We've been back for a long time Eat Corleone and it is simply one of the best Italians! You can get very tasty food here. The beetroot carpaccio, the pappardelle with black truffle in butter, the pinsas and the pizzas are particularly recommended! Great daily menu, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. The food is great, but the service leaves something to be desired. Last night, with the two children at the counter, like last time, we wanted to sip pizza, pizza bread, tiramisu, espresso... and drink something with it. Don't sit so stiffly at the table. They would definitely have gotten their money's worth. We were directed away by the slightly older waitress right at the entrance. We should go to the town, there are enough bars there. Like we wanted to get drunk. The tone and the handling are not good at all!! It's a shame, the young waitresses were very open last time. When you get older you notice that the lady is not keeping up with the times. We definitely won't be coming back, even though the pizza is delicious. There are certainly other good pizzas nearby.

The two of us were there yesterday for a friend's birthday. We weren't familiar with the restaurant before. Since I was looking for an authentic Italian restaurant and was absolutely impressed by the weekly menu that was available online, we finally decided on Restaurante Corleone. Our expectations were exceeded in every way! The service was great and the food was great. The starter was vitello tonnato. The last time I ate this good was in Italy. For the main course we had scampi and tagliata di manzo. It was a dream. The scampi melted in your mouth, the meat was tender as butter and everything was wonderfully prepared. We were unsure about the wine and followed the manager's recommendation. This one was also just perfect. The prices are absolutely justified for this type of quality of food. We will definitely come back.

We ate here at the wine festival weekend and were a bit disappointed. The staff was very nice, but unfortunately we weren't at all satisfied with our pinsas. Both very dry and hard, one Pinsa almost burnt. In terms of toppings/taste, I've also had significantly better pizzas and pinsas (or do you say pinsen?)...

Unfortunately the lasagne was only warm. Bread that was ordered was not served. The service person only showed up briefly.

The staff was very friendly and the starter (fried burrata) was delicious, but the pinsa tasted like a Wagner stone oven pizza from the supermarket - very dry and hard.

Die Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte war sehr lecker und so typisch original italienisch. Der Service war sehr nett, aber leider nicht der schnellste. Haben 1,5 Stunden zum Essen gebraucht, da wir von Bestellung zu Hauptgericht über eine Stunde warten mussten.

I went there for the first time with a friend. The ambience "on the terrace" was great, you had the feeling you were in Italy in a restaurant somewhere in a back alley, also because it was so beautifully designed with an olive tree in the middle and the high stone walls. The food was excellent, the side salad should be particularly emphasized. I have never eaten such a delicious and unusual (wild herb salad), the downside was the waiting time. Unfortunately, the time between the starter and the main course was too long ) which is why we couldn't finish eating because the feeling of fullness had already set in.

Unfortunately I can't rate more. We had just been sitting at our table for 30 minutes without even receiving a menu. The waitress walked past us at least 20 times during this time, but didn't even glance at us. I was actually looking forward to this evening, but was bitterly disappointed. In any restaurant that is even halfway good, you will wait for over 30 minutes without being given a card or someone speaking to you. I'm speechless……

Went there years ago and there were other dishes besides pizza and pasta and they were really good. Unfortunately, the main dishes are now only pizza and pasta and we've eaten that much more deliciously.

Waren Montag Abend im Corleone , der Empfang durch die Betreiber war sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Der Eindruck wurde durch den sehr freundlichen Service und das hervorragende Essen bestätigt. Die Pinsa ist der Hammer, vielen Dank an das ganze Team vom Corleone.
