So there is nothing wrong with the service. That was good. The ambience is actually a matter of taste. It didn't appeal to me, but everyone sees it differently. The food... mhm... the fries on the burgers were either charcoal or charcoal (not in terms of color but in terms of hardness) The burger felt like it was drowned in sauce. I didn't taste anything more than sticky, sweet BBQ. You couldn't even taste the mountain cheese. That was the case with both burgers. Very unfortunate. In terms of price it was really ok
