Very tasty burgers and subs, had fitness and halloumi burgers. I also really liked the selection of sweets and drinks, something different than the usual offering.

I was there for the lunch buffet and the offering was very extensive, from pizza, salad, pasta and Asian dishes to ice cream and various desserts such as mango jelly. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the pizza, which is why I can't understand the many negative reviews. I also can't complain about the refilling of groceries and the staff was friendly and always made sure to clear away dishes that were no longer used. I will definitely come back.

It's very nice there, the food is delicious, and the value for money is good. The service was prompt, but they were a bit slow with the drinks... I've eaten there three times now, and it's always been good.

Great service. However, you can hardly taste what the pasta was actually made with. For example, pasta with chicken had three small pieces of chicken in it, pasta with spinach only had a little spinach sprinkled on the surface. Unfortunately it will only remain a tourist restaurant. Too bad.

I ordered two Margherita pizzas today, February 12, 2025. My apartment is only 280 meters from the store. The app said delivery would come in 40 minutes, but it didn't come for about an hour. When I opened the pizzas, they had meat and onions on them, even though I had ordered something completely different. I called the store straight away and they said the driver would be there in ten minutes - but it took longer. I hope we'll pay more attention next time. Oh yes, they were also way too salty.

I really enjoy ordering from there often and I simply love the food! It's rare to find such a large selection of dishes. Buuuuut if you don't want to waste your time then please order by phone, regardless of whether it's for delivery or collection. Every time I order on the website it doesn't work. I wait for five minutes for nothing, only to get a message that the order could not be accepted. And for someone like me it is extremely annoying to order by phone, as I have a complicated-sounding address and then have to spell it out five times. I don't know what the problem is. Someone just has to walk to the terminal where the orders come flying in and press accept, the push of a button, nothing more. When someone orders online you surely get a message on your computer terminal tablet that someone has ordered, right? Then you simply click accept and the customer gets their order confirmation. On the other hand, as a digital freak I find it pretty uncool to be ghosted and thus forced to always place orders over the phone. Please fix this! Because constantly getting this error message is extremely frustrating

Great restaurant - the children's area inside is very nice but the outdoor area for children needs to be renovated.

The Big King XXL Burger was for me a bad choice, it was disgusting, full of white sauces, I couldn’t eat it.. The “Große King Pommes” fries are actually a joke. If this little paper bags are “Große”, than what could be “normal”, or “little”? Actually how many grams should have a “big” portion of fries? We don’t eat that much, but when it comes to “big”, I would expect at least to a normal portion of something. Too much money for too little.. a little bit disappointing for me. :) For the kids was although fine. :) The place looks nice for a fast food restaurant, the bathroom is ok, so the parking place.

Very nice, but unfortunately, the salad was forgotten! 🙈

We often go to Italia with larger groups after sports. Always friendly service, who now knows who is drinking what. Food is always quick at the table, everything is very tasty. We can't agree with the bad reviews.

We came across this little restaurant while walking through Bamberg. We were given a table without a reservation and the service didn't take long to arrive. The Ahörnla Red beer tasted great. The service is very friendly and takes care of its guests. Thumbs up. Thank you.

Ordered by phone to be picked up. Unfortunately very incomprehensible on the phone. Then we picked up the food and it wasn't what we ordered. When you asked, you were spoken to incomprehensibly and then told it wasn't that bad. They didn't want to bring us the correct food either and then they said it didn't matter and hung up on us. something like that doesn't work at all. A large portion of beef with rice was also ordered. But there was almost only rice in it. A small portion for about €4 less has just as much meat in it (already ordered in the past). The same applies to the portion of rice with chicken. Price-performance ratio is not right at all!!! In the past, sometimes more and sometimes less satisfied. The last 3 orders were always either wrong, only arrived after almost 90 minutes or were cold. Of course it could be worse, which is why 1 star would have been too harsh, because you actually know what you're getting yourself into when you order something from a snack bar in the supermarket.
