Prepare food in advance, dry, bland, and stale taste. Chewing for 5 minutes is recommended, and a drink is an absolute must, even if you have to order it twice. Once and never again.
Food to go. About 30 minutes after eating it, everyone felt sick. Also, we didn't eat it all because the quality wasn't good. The staff was very friendly.
Unfortunately disappointing
We ordered three pizzas and a salad - but delivery took a full two hours. When the food finally arrived, the salad was hardly worth mentioning: just green leaf lettuce, no other ingredients, no dressing - just plain bland.
The pizzas were okay, but the toppings on the “pizza noodle” were so stuck to the box that we had to literally scrape them off to be able to eat anything at all.
All in all: Thank you for the delivery, but we will not place another order.
Now 3 stars. Great at the beginning. Why is it now suddenly €2 more expensive? Forgot half of the topping! Pizza lukewarm. Don't ruin your business. I'm not the only one complaining.
When I asked politely whether I could at least wipe down the only free table with a bench before sitting down with a mixture of cola and ketchup or eating on it, a few napkins were handed to me with a grin. Should I clean your dirty table with the paper towels? Reason: because there is no time for it now. But your employee then apparently has time for his smartphone. He and his work colleague found the smartphone very funny. . . The experience took place on April 22, 2025 between 6:55 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. This is by no means a service. And that your employee still laughs at guests, for example. Me, who just wanted to sit down at a clean table. is probably the worst joke ever. It's his job and not mine. That was definitely the last visit. There has been a lack of cleanliness in there for a long time. Pooh. Today is the crowning glory. Shame on you for such behavior! If I had had the time, I would have gotten the responsible branch management involved. But you can probably save it in the end. Because the cleanliness hasn't really been of interest in there over the last few months. I'll contact the next higher authority if no one there is interested. The health department should take a closer look. I have pictures of the great table, bench and receipt. That was the most terrible McDonalds visit ever. Really ashamed of you. And I'm definitely not cleaning your tables. I'm not your cleaning person or your service person. This is YOUR job! You work for the little money. I totally get it, but that's what professional life is like. It is usually not the customer's responsibility to first clean the table without cola or ketchup.
Always quick to prepare when picked up, the food is well packaged and always really warm and tastes good. Portions are larger than the competition and the price is also right. Ambiance could be nicer.
